I am Manju Mishra, Consumer No. 017331 dt.20.05.2005. I have a Indane Gas Connection through
the agency Seva Fuel, Nimta, kolkata - 700 049 Tel. no.[protected]. I had applied for the double cylinder through Reg. no. 1054. Now I am facing the problem because my children are so small. In this situation pl. inform me that what to do to get double Cylinder.

sir, i got a new conection after a long period from the chandpur gas service chandpur bijnor up. i reaceved a hot plate very poor quality from the dealer. and amount paid by me 1740 . hot plate is available in market 500 to 700 only in good quality and isi marked. i want know hot plate is must with the new conection. and i want return my hot plate to the dealer and kindly take the necessary action against the dealer THANKS SINCERLY

Indane Gas — double cylinder required

, my name is mamta sharma r/o 178/1 street no 4 gau puri gaushala phatak ghaziabad.my consumer no is 22130 and sv no 560279. in april we had applied for single to double cylender vide registration no [protected].dated 8/4/2010.
i am facing difficulties in getting double cylender please look into the mater and help me to get the cylender.

    i am a lpg consumer in nagpur, the gas connection is in the name of my mother viz.sakina shabbir husain, the connection is with M/s. Dhurve Gas Agency, Nagpur and my subscriber number is DG/3681, last time i took the lpg cylinder on 19/07/08, and after that as for 3-4 months my place was closed due to some personal reasons and now when i return back to nagpur and applied for lpg gas cylinder on 22/02/2009, the distributor refused to give the cylinder stating that the gas connection is dead and asked to give in writing an application with copy of original document of gas connection. i wrote an application and enclosed the copy of documents as instructed to me and submited it on 23/02/09 with the distributor & he assured me that the gas connection will be activated in 15 days, later on after the lapse of given time of 15 days i visited to his office 3-4 times and asked about the matter but the office staff did not gave a satisfactory reply stating that the application is forwarded to the regional office and yet not processed.
    you are therefore kindly look into the matter and do the needful as earliest as possible

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      This is second time, I am lodging a complaint about enormous delay happening in supply of LPG. We have a domestic gas connection with Thachampilly Gas Agencies, Wadakanchery, Thrissur Dist. Kerala. This connection is in the name of my mother aged 70 retired from Southern Railway and my family comprises me, my wife our 2 small kids and parents. We both are working and my parents are retired. We leave for office morning at 8.30 am.

      We have booked a cylinder on 19.01.09 and till date, we have not recieved the same. Whenever we try on their 2 landphone numbers, it is getting contineous engage tone. Once I have sat down in for 30 min at a stretch to acces them but in vain. Even if you get them on-line, the people who pick up the phone will be vey arrogant and rude and it was seeming that you are calling them to avail a free cylinder or some free service. As you know, if the service we deserved to get, are not getting, obvisouly any one may get annoyed and when we ask them - why this delay always...? without responding to this, they simply disconnect the phone, which is a real insult to an annoyed customer.

      I am also working in a cusotmer oriented company calls Reliance Life Insurance as a Branch Manager and when we come across to such a filthy treatment from people who responsible... just tell me, how will we respond.

      Today (19.03.09), exactly after 60 days from the date of booking and even after almost 18 - 20 min contineous trial on their phone, I got them on line and intimated to them that I have a small baby at home and my parents are aged, please try to deliver one Cylinder. To this, I got response that my turn will come in next week only and if you so desparate, just come to their office and if it is available I can take delivery of cylinder from their godown, which is about 1.5 km away from their office. Then I took a leave and gone to their office, where I have found a croud of about 60 plus customers gathered infront of their office. Few of them got the bill printed and have been asked to go their Godown to take delivery of cylinder. After almost 1 hr waiting infront of their office, one girl has told me that stock has been over and you just call on tommorrow to confirm whether they have any fresh load has come.

      Now, please advise me what has to be done in this regard. As I told you I am working in a Insurance Company and we are standing in March. I have already taken a leave on today and tommorrow also I have to try my luck to get a cylinder, thats even after having booked for more than 60 days.

      Please do resolve this issue on a war-foot basis to carry a good impression about a company, which has been awarded a "superbrand" in the country.

      I HAD BOOKED MY GAS A MONTH AGO ( 25TH SEPT 2009 ) BUT STILL HAVE NOT GOT IT INSPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS. OTHERS WHO BOOKED LATER THAN ME HAVE RECEIVED IT. THERE IS SO MUCH BLACK MONEY BEING MADE OUT OF GAS CYLINDERS AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED OR DOING ANYTHING TO CONTROL THE SITUATION. BEING A GENUINE LEGAL CONSUMER, ITS VERY FRUSTRATING N U FEEL HELPLESS IN SUCH SITUATIONS.AM A SINGLE LADY N CANNOT RUN ABOUT CHASING THESE PEOPLE. THERE MUST BE HUNDREDS OUT THERE FEELING THE SAME HELPLESSNESS.
      WONDER IF ANY ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN.
      the gas is still undelivered to us even after booking on 21st feb. 2010. the authorities are saying that you are still unregistered while we hv confirmed the registry status on internet and IVRS system.

        Sir,

        I have a/c of Domestic LPG at M/s Anirban Gas Agency, Laketown, Siliguri. I have siingle cylinder a/c of No. AN-0479. Every month the agency is taking the advannce booking after 10-12 days of the delivery
        of the last Cylinder. Then iit is taking at least 35-40 days to deliver the same. Even some times it delivers the other consumers but due date of my cylinder have passed.
        Is it possible to run with single cylinder for a family having 4 Members for 35+10=45 days ? On the other hand the Tea stall, Fast food stall are getting evry now and then the domestic LPG cylinder.

        Is there any solution to get rid of this problem ? Have you any good reply of this complaint ?

          Sir,
          This is Gutta raj kumar from gudivada, krishna district, andhra pradesh.I have been using INDANE GAS CONNECTION. we were told that we can book for a refill cylinder only after 21 days of delivery of the cylinder.when we book, we will never know when it is going to be delivered..The dealer name is Sai Suvarna agencies, gudivada. this kind of arrangement is particularly inconvenient for people who are employed. why people have to wait for 10 to 15 days after booking for a refill cylinder. the details of the company are not even put for display. we cannot even make a complaint or get a clarification from the Indane gas company, in issues of difficulties. I am able to get 8 cylinders per year. which are insufficient for us.

            m/s milind gas agency, washim, Maharashtra,
            is only gas distributer in washim which is district place.

            just like me others also want new gas connection but owner refuses to accept application for waiting list for new connection. he say govt imposed ban on new connection.

            but he gave new gas connection in black for rs10000/-

            in this way he harassing the consumer as he is only one gas agency in the city.

            i request you plz look into the matter & do needful in this matter.

OF S.M.ENTERPRISES[protected] THEN DIRECTED TO MR.GAURAV MAURYA[protected] OFFICER OOF INDANE. HE ADVISED TO SUBMIT COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE NO WHICH IS ALWAYS BUSY. I AGAIN TRIED TO TALK TO MR. MAURYA BUT HE DID NOT TURN UP AND SWITCHED OFF HIS MOBILE (17.03.2008 TIME 03.45P. APPROX.).
              I AM STILL UNABLE TO BOOK AND GET REFILL OF MY INDANE. MAY BE I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG PATH WHEN I CHOSE INDANE AS A PARTNER TO MY KITCHEN. BUT NOW PL HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS SITUATION.

                I have a gas connection registered in the name of my father since 25 years. Due to such long time, the original papers got misplaced. After my father expired, I sought transfer of ownership. But they refused to do that without the original papers. Also they are not acepting the booking for gas. We are being harassed to no extent.

                  Sub:: Consumer No. 34724 Thru Apna Bazar, Ajmer

                  This is to inform that I booked my Gas cylinder on 14/2/09 vide booking No. 4653 and the supply was recd. on 14/3/09. The supplier is taking the booking after 21 days of supply which make this waiting period for 52 days (31 days+ 21 days).
                  I would be greatful if the matter is taken up and supply is made proper.

                  I am trying to book the gas cylnder since last 3 days but not be able to connect the Gas Agency.

                  Everytime I have to go to the Gas Agency to Book the Cylnder.

                  Indian Oil Corporation- Indane gas — Delay in booking and supply

                  This is to bring to the notice of concerned authorities that Indian Oil corporation has fixed 21 days from the day of previous supply as the gap required to make a booking. This rule might have been framed with the target of supply within 2 or 3 days. Practically, to the inconvenience of the consumers only the time limit of 21 days is being insisted by the supplying agencies and not the supply target. Presently agencies take about 15 to 20 days for the supply.

                  With the above supply system a small family would be getting only around 9 to 10 cylinders per year with which it is not possible to meet the requirements. Now as most of the users have no alternate option, consumers are forced to pay more and the workers supplying the gas are also demanding more.

                  In order to avoid the inconvenience caused to consumers and to restrict the agencies from fraudulent pracices, vigil should be kept on the agencies by the department.
                  The restriction of 21 days required for booking is to be removed and the requirement of small families ( Min 4 members) is to be considered as 12- 15 cylinders per year.

                  my consumer no. is 5214, gas agency name is radhakrishna indane gas agency, avadi, chennai-54. I had registered refill on[protected] registration no 224669 cash memo no 354 was issued on[protected] .As per IVRS record the supplier had made supplies for bookings upto 29-06-12 . But i have not received my cylinder till this date[protected] .We are daily making the calls to the agency, but they say it will be send tomorrow.This is going on for the past two weeks. Kindly make arrangements to issue my cylinder.

                    THE GAYATRI GAS AGENCY, RISALI, BHILAI, DURG (CG) HAS CHANGED THEIR GAS BOOKING BSNL TELEPHONE NUMBER 0788_2293030 ...BUT HAS NOT BOTHERED TO INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS OF THIS CHANGE. For last 3 years, the BSNL has allotted the same number to my residence.

                    Big Number of Gas booking calls have made MY / MY FAMILY MEMBERS life MISERABLE attending to unwanted public calls.
                    BSNL has no method of stopping this harasment.
                    I can not change the Tel.number as it is a lifeline number for my ailing patients through prescription/and other hospital related documents...for last 3 years.As a doctor, I am committed to attend to all the calls

                    Inspite of several requests to M/s Gayatri Gas Agency, RISALI, Bhilai, The Gayatri GAS agency has not bothered to take any step in this direction.
                    The Gas Agency can simply rubber stamp the "Domestic Gas Consumer card" with the telephone change information to solve the problem within a month or two...but the high headed owners are least concerned about consumers/others.I understand they need pressure, and you have the power to help me out, and to stop such recurrences in future through a polcy decision.
                    Your help is solicited so that I am able to serve the people better.Thanks

                        I had a connection in Lucknow vide consumer No 449827 and subscription Voucher No 2467902 from M/s GAS & GADGET, Mahanagar, Gol Market.

                        My papers have been Lost in transit and i have no support from company to help in sorting the issue and Give me new connection in Ahmedabad.

                          I am a consumer of IOCL gas. The distributor address is
                          “Siddhivinayak Indane,
                          S-5, Vrindavan Garden Soc, Lokmanya Colony,
                          Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune-411038″

                          Always, after I book the cylinder (over a phone), it is delivered minimum after 12-15 days. The lady who is handling this agency is also very rude.
                          There is only one phone #, which is most of the times busy.
                          Tremendous time is spent in doing followup with this.

                          I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE.
                          I want you to take this up on
                          ASAP and do the needful.

                            Hi,

                            The petrol bunk whcih is in Bannerghatta Road adjacent to Sagar Apollo hospital is cheating customers by dragging their attention in between when they are getting the petrol filled for their vehicles.

                            Many has the bitter experience towards this bunk and it happened me for twise when i went to have my redeemed gift voucher. They have cheated me of Rs40 by just jumping the meeter and always for 300+ my petrol tank of yamaha use to be almost full (after just got the vehicle to reserve) but could see it is not near to the mark. There are group of people just argue on this and end up in ultimately loosing 40 Rs.

                            The Indian oil petrol bunk opposite to Virtusa at Ekattuthangal, Chennai uses a different petrol gun cum monitor. They are perfect frauds, who are cheating consumers by turning the petrol gun away while not completing the actual level at the end of every fueling.They steal 150 to 250 ml of petrol in every automobiles and more than litres in every four wheelers.At the end of every single day they must be cheating and stealing almost 100s of litres of petrol from common people.So peoples do not fuel there in that bunk.
                            one can refuel at the Shell which is just few meters away from that bunk, where the service and standard is just too good.

                              R K Distributor is a dealer of indane gas, now a days every consumer has phone facility, and finds its handy to book a refill on phone, but the said distrbutor is very srude his office phone always give message phone is out of order, its very stange that now technsavy era a gas dealer has no phones !

                                Dear Sir/Madam,


                                This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated at Kapur Auto Services, Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Patpar Ganj Soc Delhi-92. It is next to Mandawali police station. I asked for normal fuel for Rs.500 for my car & was continuously looking at the readings on the machine, meanwhile another employee came at my driving side & asked me to switch on my wiper to clean the windshield though it was well cleaned already. I thanked him and fortunately turned my head towards the petrol machine. To my surprise, the attendant had restarted the machine & when i asked what happened he said that there was electricity cut, but i told them that how all other machines are working. I immediately moved out from my car shouting at them as i sensed some fraud going on. I complained to their local manager and updated him about the incident but I got surprised when he only said these two words to his guy ""Arey yeh kya ho raha hai sahi se karo"", then he moved back at other side, he too took the matter very lightly.



                                After exchanging some words, I don't know how but they again, started the machine on the amount where the machine power was cut but i was not sure of if they restarted from the same amount or not. It had happened earlier too where we did not get the petrol of full amount.


                                It's a complete fraud activity going on at several petrol pumps in delhi in the daylight. Some of my friends have told me that the same incident has happened with them some times back, that's why i immediately sensed some fraud there and took the necessary step But it was of no use.

                                It's my humble request to you to take some necessary steps against these frauds. They are cheating us and surprisingly all the employees having full of their share in this. This petrol pump has been involved in such practices for quite some time, i have no. of times seen people arguing with them.



                                It’s high time to take some strict action against these people. I look forward to hear back from you. Any quick action would be highly appreciated.

                                petroleum — scam in petrol pump

                                There is scam in HP petrol pump in Ranchi jharkhand. I noticed, last 2 times i went there the meter is never on zero and when ever the workers start filling the petrol in my car they start distracting me. Even today i noticed it again, the same thing happened, the meter was not on zero and when i tried to see the meter the workers started distracting me but this time i ignored them and looked at the meter and it started from 20 Rupees. When i told them this they said not you are mistaking. This incident happened to many people i know. Please take action against this. If this still happens again i will be forced to go to consumer forum court. The location of that petrol pump is Near Kokar Industrial Area, Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

                                The exact same thing happened with me. When I discussed it at home, found out that it had happened with my wife too.
                                Have you been able to make you complaint heard. I wonder if writing on these portals ever yields any results.

                                I also had similar experiences from AMAR SERVICE STATION, Marathahalli, if you go there and ask petrol then they will first ask money if you wait to fill then they will ask whether you are paying by card or cash, if you say card then you will not get even half the petrol. It happened with me 3-4 times, and then I got the number of the Petrol Pump supervisor from Indian Oil Corporation Mr. Ravinder Mobile Number [protected]. He promised me that he will take care of this. But last week again I filled for Rs. 300 and I used to get 300 KM for that I got but this time I got only 175 KM. That means no action has been taken against that Pump.

                                If anyone knows the email address to escalate this issue then please let me know. I have filled petrol from this pump for than 10 times and lost money all the occasions.
                                I have had a similar experience at the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on Zakir Hussain Marg, Nineteenth Hole Service Station in New Delhi.
                                Same happened with me at the same petrol pump on 17th Jan 2009 at around 7:30 am. At this petrol pump where I got cheated I asked the attendant to fill Rs. 500/- Diesel in my Indigo. The attendant asked me to check zero mark. As I was a little off from the meter I got down from car and stood near the meter. Everything was going fine as I was monitoring the meter but suddenly when the meter was reading around 300 another attendant appeared from another direction and asked me to pay money and sign on the bill which I never asked. Within a fraction of a second as my attention was diverted the attendant who was filling diesel abruptly pressed some key on the meter and diesel stopped. On hearing the diesel stop sound I immediately turned towards the meter and it showed zero for some seconds and then 500. I got cheated. The attendant had reset the meter. At the rate at which the diesel was being filled into the tank I think I approximately lost around 100 to 150 rupees. Petrol pump name is "Kapoor Auto Service Station Patparganj Society Area, I.P. Extension, Delhi-92". Never ever remove your attention from the meter till you see the full reading. Petrol pump attendants funda "Divert the attention (specially when you are alone) and cheat easily". Authorities must take action against these fraud petrol pumps.

                                I ALSO REQUEST ALL THOSE CHEATED TO GO TO INDIAN OIL WEBSITE AND LODGE A COMPLAINT so that repeated complaints might prompt the authorities to take some action against the habitual offenders
                                The petrol bunk at Bangalore, MG road and Dickenson Road crossing do the same thing.
                                Everytime I sit in the car and said fill petrol, they ran it half way and then said, electricity gone.
                                post which they fill in the rest.
                                This time it happened again and i got suspicious that why always when i come in this problem happens.
                                When I shouted at them, they started again from zero.
                                I am going to lodge a complaint with ioc as well as inform the newspapers.
                                The same thing happened to me too at the very same pump twice atleast, and it continues to happen at various other petrol pumps. Specifically, Indian Oil pumps. Something should be done about the same.

                                BEWARE OF INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP (IOCL) NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE, OPPOSITE OT WESTIN HOTEL.

                                i use to get very low mileage in this particular petrol pump. so today i need to check them extra carefully. and you know what ? today i caught them red handed. i gave 100rs to fill petrol. other attendant try to distract me . suddenly i turned to see the nummber. he was causually typing 36rs in number pad. i asked him why you typed 36rs even after telling you to put 100rs petrol. he said "no sir it was in zero. you dont need to worry blah blah blah". he started to put petrol. asked him to take his hand. and you know what . it stopped at 36rs. and then he "machine problem ." he tried to start the pump manualy remaining 64rs of petrol. i stopped him. asked him to give remaining 64rs. i told them i not going to come back here again.this happend not for the frist they did it again and again to me some 4 times. something cheating going on.

                                this is new kind of fraud. if ask them to fill 100rs. they type 40rs. when you are not seeing meter. then they show you zero in counter. meter stop at 40rs. then they manually fill remaining fuel until it comes to 100rs. sometimes they set it to 100rs. purposely stop the fuel manualy and then start it again to fill the remaining fuel.

                                so friends.

                                1. if anyone try to distract you . dont take your eyes off from counter. answer him without taking your eyes off from the counter.
                                2.if you want to fill petrol 500rs... attendant filled only 200rs. then never tell him to fill remainig 300rs of petrol. just leave the pump station with 200rs of petrol. he is definitely cheating.

                                GOOD PETROL PUMPS I FOUND OUT IN VELACHERRY REAGION:

                                1. Small bharat petroleum petrol pump in 100ft bypass road. its located on left side of the road when you travel towards velacherry. here quality seems to be good. i can feel the difference. quantity also 100% good. only one guy will standing and pour fuel to your vehicle. another interesting thing i found out is. they opened pasted banner mentioning they have quality checking tools here to check quality of petrol.

                                2. HP petrol pump in velachery by pass road. its on the right side of the road when you travel toward velacherry vijayanager. quantity is 100% same. quality some what good. my bike gave good mileage.

                                3. IOCL pump in taramani link road. quantity is 100%. no cheating. but quality also some what good. but i can feel the difference in quality between these two pump and small bharat petroleum pump in 100ft road.

                                So friends BEWARE OF IOCL PETROL PUMP OPPOSITE WESTIN HOTEL NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE.

                                NOTE: This is was on JAN 2013. so i will try to update periodicaly which petrol pump is cheating and which is not.

                                  I have got a LPG connection with IOC with No: 85280 and the distributor is Yemkay Gas Agencies, HPO Road, Palakkad-678001, Kerala. The delivery of Gas cylinders take more than one month and their reason for delay is shortage of supply. In my case the gas booked on 02/02/2009 as No. 47 was supplied on 05/03/2009. But I could not take delivery of the gas, since I had exchanged my empty cylinder for a gas filled cylinder with a neighbour. More than this, I did not get the second cylinder booked on 27/01/2007 and the funny part of it is that the distributor has displayed in his office that the second cylinder has been given upto 31/12/2005 with No. 265E. I would like to know the truth of all this in the backdrop of annoucements by our respected Petroleum Minister Mr. Murali Deora that the supply position has been normalised and the delivery of second cylinder would be done upto 31/12/2008, with in the next two months.

                                  I had been in out of state for more than 29 years. I feel the difference in gas supply in both places. Here I enjoy more systamatic supply. Thanks to IOC keep this always.
                                  WE ARE FACING LOT OF SUPPLY PROBLEMS FROM INDANE GAS DEALER FROM PALAKKAD .. YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES. WHENEVER WE BOOK THE GAS IT TAKES MINIMUM OF 25 TO 30 DAYS TO DELIVER THE SAME. WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES AND DEALERS IN AND AROUND PALAKKAD YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES DELAYING THE DELIVERY VERY LATE. ALL OTHER COMPANIES AND DEALERS SUPPLY THE GAS WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND ARRANGE FOR A SPEEDY SUPPLY OF CYLINDERS QUICKLY. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 82208 WITH YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES AND IS IN THE NAME OF M.MOHANKUMAR, OLAVAKKODE.

                                    MY FATHER MR AJIT KUMAR BHATTACHARYA IS THE CUSTOMER FOR THE ITEM MENTIONED ABOVE. CUSTOMER ID 8258. HE WAS SUPPLIED WITH A GAS CYLINDER (SR.NO.165039) ON 13/02/2009 AND AS USUAL THE SUPPLIER M/S SHREEJI ENTERPRISES( 81/A, S.P. MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA700026, TEL:[protected]/[protected] REPRESNTATIVES ARE NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW THE WEIGT OF CYLINDER AND LEAKAGE CHECK DURING DELIVERY. NOW WHEN WE STARTED TO USE THIS CYLINDER ON 10/03/2009 IT STARTED LEAKING WITH NOISE AND SMELL OF LPG.
                                    CONSIDERING THE EMERGENCY, MY SEPTOGENERIAN FATHER, WHO WAS AT HOME, IMMEDIATELY WENT TO DEALER AND LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE DEALER IS STILL NOW RELUCTANT TO ATTEND THE CALL.
                                    WE ARE ALREADY OUT OF STOCK WITH THE BACK UP CYLINDER AND THE PRESENT ONE WAS LEAKING, FORCING US TO KEEP IT ISOLATED AND COVERED WITH THE SEAL, WE ARE USING KEROSINE STOVE TO COOK .
                                    INSPITE OF THREE REMINDERS, THE DEALER IS STILL RELUCTANT TO ATTEND.

                                    Indane LPG Household Gas — Gas Leak

                                    Yesterday night when we attempted to change the Gas Cylinder we could smell the Gas Leak hence the new Cylinder was removed and kept separately. This morning we have made a Complaint to M/s. Jaya Gas Agency, Porur on their Land line number 24769329 referring our Consumer number 4276 about the Gas leak and subsequently we have reminded 4 times till late evening. Every time the answer was the Mechanic will come within half an hour, but at this moment of time 1845 Hrs. no one has turned up.

                                    Being a Senior Citizen I have been put to severe hardship and forced to consume outside food the whole day which I avoid due to age factor. I would request you to take up the matter seriously and do the needful. I wish to say that I will not hesitate to take up this isue at the appropriate level, if my complaint is not addressed properly by Indane or its useless distriburtor.

                                    The Gas Leakage Problem was immediately informed on 15.07.09 at 12 Noon to my local Agency (Nabarun Gas Agency, Asansol, West bengal)and after receive my complain over Telecon the Agency assured me that they send their Mechanic for rectification. I am regret to mention that till date nither any mechanic from the Agency not yet to come to house or any information given to me from their end.

                                      Dear Sir, I am having Single Domestic Cylinder connection (Indane) in M/s Madhu Gas Service (Tirukoilur-605757, Villupuram-District, Tamil Nadu, Ph:[protected]. My LPG Consumer No. is 25416. I had earlier sent SMS on 09-03-09 and 10-03-09 to M/s Madhu Gas Service and Email on 11.03.09 to Mr. U.V.MANNUR, Tamil Nadu State Incharge(INDANE) regarding Req. for LPG domestic refill to me in right time. I booked for refill on 17.02.09 - entered in my Gas Book. But still the agent did not deliver me a refill. As I am indulging in maintaining Law and Order round the clock, it is not possible to me to go to the cylinder depot to get a refill in person. So I request you to kindly ask the gas agent to deliver me a refill at once. (I had earlier been delivered a refill on 09.02.09, which was emptied on 08.03.09 itself)

Con. no is T31962, There is no proper way to booking gas through phone or mobile, only way to go agency only reliabe way, it is not possible for every custmor, there is no proper control over agency of indane authorities, Why every one knows the reason.Therefore, I approach you, GOD help me, one can see for last two years I have to take refill on godown. Itis way to get everyone solve proplem, INDANEis sleeping only.
