I am a consumer in T R GAS IRITTY ROAD MATTANNUR KANNUR KERALA . I have applied for
gas cylinder on[protected]. Previously received cylinder on[protected]. But yet now they did'nt give us
cylinder. Also they did'nt give us BILL for every purchase. We called them many times a day. They are
not responding properly every time. Please take nessassary steps to allot gas cylinder and issue proper
BILL. ( We are giving them RS. 375/- every time) My phone no. is [protected] and house phone no. is

Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

    Sir,
    I applied for new indane gas connection at Benaka Enterprises, Indane distributors, no 1933/62B I floor, GR Towers, 19th main 10th B cross, Opp IIHT Building Rajajinagar Bangalore. They send a letter to collect cylinder. I went and asked to give only cylinder not oven. They forced me to take both cylinder and oven. But I refused to take oven. I am facing serious domestic problem in my house. Kindly see this issue and advice them to give only new cylinder connection. Kindly do the needful. My contact no [protected].

      Dear Sir,
      As i transfer my gas from indore to bhiwadi in Feb-09, at bhiwadi gas agency provide me the new cylindar & regulator, the day i recived the regulator i from some gas lekage from it, i give a call to agency about this its reply is we are not having new regulator, from feb till now april at every call he gave me that regulator are comimg next 10 days, my 1/3 cylinder will empty due to this only, who will pay that, other it so cretical of gas leakegae can lead to any mis happening. pl suggest.

        I Raju krishnarao Warekar from pandharkawada, dist yavatmal
        I book the indane gas cylinder at our agency i.e. prerna gas agency
        After that i received the letter from you which is attach with this
        mail after that i give the necessary document to prerna gas agency and
        amount given in the that document but they said that this is not required
        amount given by you. There is an 1200/- extra charges given to our
        our gas agency that have no receipt after that I contact sales officer of the yavatmal region but they said what is wrong
        give the tip of 1200/-Rs. the work will be easily done. So what can i do
        in such case what can I do? please tell me solution to this problem.
        There are many drawbacks regarding to the gas agency :
        1) The list of new connection is not displayed on the board.
        2)No compliant book in the office.
        3)The agency worker have no uniform so that we can not identify who is
        the responsible person.
        4) The time of agency is 10 to 12 and 4 to 6.
        5) At agency there is no responsible person to handle the matters

            Guys...

            I am from Chennai. Its was my first and bad experience with Indian Oil Petrol Bunk in Ekkattuthangal, Chennai.
            I usually put petrol in HP, Indian Oil or Bharath Petroleum Bunks. Today (30 Mar 09), I went to fill my bike tank in Indian Oil Bunk, Ekkattuthangal. Pump operator put the pipe inside my bike tank I tried to see the measurement before putting the petrol but, suddenly the cashier came near to me and started talking with me like... Sir, Cash or Card? I said Card... What Card Sir? What Bank Sir? etc... I took my purse and gave my HDFC card to him and then started to check how much petrol he puts. Its shows 560Rupees & 12 Litters.

            My bike tank total capacity is 12lt only... Even then i have some petrol in my tank before going to the bunk. But they said 12lts Sir... give 560 rupees like that... And not even my tank was filled. I was shocked. Suddenly I asked why should want to give 560rs? how my you guys put petrol in my bike? My bike capacity is only 12lt you are saying 12+ like that...

            Then pump man came and said have to give 510 only not 560 like that.. and they returned 50rs to me. After I realized previous person puts 100 rs petrol to his bike.. So they continued it from 100 itself coz they didnt showed the starting measurement to me and added that 100 rs in to my account.

            Later on I came to know that they returned only 50rs and they took 50rs extra from me. It was too bad..

            Anyone please help me how to punish these guys... I hope they cheated not only me and sure they doing the same to all customers.

            So, I need quick reply from you guys to punish them in some way...

            Yes they are absolute frauds I agree!!
            The Indian oil petrol bunk opposite to Virtusa at Ekattuthangal, Chennai uses a different petrol gun cum monitor. They are perfect frauds, who are cheating consumers by turning the petrol gun away while not completing the actual level at the end of every fueling.They steal 150 to 250 ml of petrol in every automobiles and more than litres in every four wheelers.At the end of every single day they must be cheating and stealing almost 100s of litres of petrol from common people.So peoples do not fuel there in that bunk.
            one can refuel at the Shell which is just few meters away from that bunk, where the service and standard is just too good.

            they never get the meter to zero while puttin fuel to next vechile. n if we ask them about this, all the staff of that petrol pump surround you and shout at u. and to add to this i[censored] go to the manger sittin the manager room yhere with this complaint he will directly say " we are helpless, so please GET OUT ". INDIAN OIL SUCKS... you lost a costumer today.. may god bless that you loose many more tomorrow...
            I do agree... In ekkaduthangal IOC, they are having mobile display (on top of the pump nozzle itself). That display is too small and they wont clearly show you while filling up by shaking and moving the nozzle itself. That time another person will come to you and ask for cash/card.

            Now... If you ask to fill the petrol they will fill the petrol slowly and the meter will be running on the display. The rupee meter and the litre metre will run while filling the petrol. If you ask for 200rs petrol, they will fill for 1.80, 1.85, 1.90, 1.95 and finally 2.00 litre and show as "sir... here 200 sir" In the dull light and smaller display 2.00 will show as 200 and you will not bother abt the another digital meter running as he would show the 2.00 as 200.

            You would simply Yemaanthufy and got the 110rs petrol for 200rs.

            I intentionally tried there abt 4 to 5 times there last month. ALL the times they would told as like i said... And i would tell that "Sir... how come 2.00 litre petrol costs for 200rs..." They would simply tell sorry and fill the remaining petrol.

            Its a pakka Fraud... Fraudism...

            Who will take the action for this? Will IOC force to display the fixed bigger display?
            Yes, I agree. I am also from Ekkattuthangal, They are very fraud. There is one old man wear with specs who is very fraud man.

            They also always divert to sight.

            Please take a action on that bunk.

            I wanted add few more comments on their frauds. They went to extent on cheating with credit cards. Be carefully. Recently i have filled for Rs.1000 diesel to my car with credit card. I am surprised to see my billed amount in bank web site is Rs.1025.

            What they have done is added extra amount after my signature as tip in the slip. Be very very careful with this petrol bunk guys. Looks their management is encouraging such culture. Each and every one person movement in the bunk is to cheat and find ways to cheat. discusting.
            You can make complaint about this bank with IOC.

            I agree to ( Balamuruhan, jelumalai, ajayajay) their comments, I experienced the same Yesterday and 1months back. I told them to put petrol for 200rs they shown me 2litre petrol as 200rs, i went and asked again that time he is doing the same for someone also in front of me, then he put petrol for remaining amount for both of them..
            They are using the pump like monitor on top of it.
            Worst experience still it's hurting for me. why these guys are like this ?.
            Whole day i feel very bad. He is cheating me while i was watching that meter also.

              Dear Sir,

              I like to inform you that, very recently - nearly seven months ago my husband brought Indane LPG connection (Indane Gas) to our kitchen and I am very happy to use that product and Indane recommended green stove but there is a confusion regarding my consumption of LPG gas in our kitchen for cooking meals for only two members as up till now we have taken only two cylinders during the last seven months and the last cylinder is still working efficiently and it seems that it will go another two months or more considering the current rate and nature of consumption but the local distributor (Kolkata) and their delivery man warned us that Indane gas company rule is that- you have to book at least one cylinder on every three months of interval otherwise you cannot book the next gas as the Gas Booking Computer will automatically locked the booking and the supply of Gas will be stopped against our connection! In my opinion this is very peculiar rule forcefully applied to the Indane subscribers. How the Gas Company can impose such strange rule to their consumer when they suggest to use the ISI recommended gas stove and consumption efficient equipments to save gas and the PCRA is also suggested us to use pressure cooker and utensil with lid etc. and other precautionary measures to save gas!?

              Moreover we are vegetarians so cooking time is also less than non-veg cooking and as the other members of our family are staying outside Kolkata for the occupation otherwise the rate of consumption of Gas / pressure on the gas consumption is very low in our present kitchen for two members only and as I always stay cautious to save gas by using several gas savings methods to save gas and as well as our hard earn money my 14.2 Kg domestic cylinder lasts longer that specified three months limit.

              Petroleum products are in the verge of extermination in near future there will be no gas or other petroleum products if we do not think for better use of the same without imposing limit on use or gas saving methods, as the natural resources are exhaustible in due course and not permanent so Indane gas company must encourage to save gas and consumption of the same must be at minimal level by using gas saving methods instead of imposing forcefully rule of one cylinder in three months limit so, please consider my suggestion to extend the limit - one cylinder in six months. Or, preferably at-least to one cylinder in one year as minimum consumption at the earliest so that the small family like us can use gas for domestic kitchen without any wastage. Otherwise we have to returned our hal[censored]sed cylinder and purchase the new cylinder to maintain our connection.

              I have tried to submit my feedback to Indane Gas website but due to an error I cannot submit this complain cum suggestion to the appropriate authority, hope the Gas Company will take proper action to change the rule regarding this "One Cylinder in There Months Limit" for helping the consumer like us.

              Indane Cooking Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS SPENT THREE MONTHS

              My Domestic Gas Cylinder Consumer No 16969 Booked on 20th March 2009 Phone no of Shastri Nagar Gas Agency is[protected] & 2300653 . Delivery Boy Jai Singh & Sumer Singh have misbehaved with me despite of number of followup's requesting delivery of the cylinder on time. They refused to deliver the gas at home. They asked to me after my many request that I should take delivery of Cylender at their destination but in my family I am the single men & my wife & my doughter dependent on me & I am doing private job in timeing of in between 9 AM TO 8 PM than hwo it is possible to take delivery from their destinationin in Office timeing .One day I was visited as per their advise but they said truck will come at 1: 00 pm . Can I should take leave for whole day only for taking delivery of cylinder .

              Request immediate stern action on the agency and its staff for the harassment they are meting out to the customer. This is not the first time they are troubling me.

              The Gas Cylinder has to be delivered immediately at my residence.

                My consumer no 11306, the refill booking was registered on 09.08.2009, last gas refill was supplied on 12.06.2009 but yet not delivered any refill during the period (12.06.09.to 28.08.2009)even several request regarding supply done by me .                   When i switch on the Regulator then the Gas is getting leaked from the Regulatot.As long as the Regulator is off then the problem is not there.So, the Issue with the Regulator only.
                  DELIVERY OF OLD CYLINDER
                  DEAR ALL,
                  I had booked Gas Cylinder at South End Gas Distributors, Kanungo Park, Garia, Kolkata 700084 on 31.10.09. The INDANE distributor brought gas cylinder on 7.11.09 but the cylinder is already expired as the date is A09.
                  As per rules expired cylinder should not be supplied as it may cause accident due to leakage chance by damaged sealing. The standard to know expiry date is :-
                  On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha Numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number for year e.g. A09.

                  The alphabets stand for quarters -
                  A for March (First Qtr)
                  B for June (Second Qtr)
                  C for Sept (Third Qtr)
                  D for December (Fourth Qtr)

                  The digits stand for the year till it is valid.
                  Hence A09 would mean March qtr of 2009 (maximum to use).

                  Please take up with Indane authority.

                        vide receipt no 8801 dt. 21.03.2009 and delivered it on 24th march 2009 by 5.25pm
                        immediately pointed out the cylinder leakage to the emergency service cell 22263898 and they told us to inform the relevant agency and replace the same immediately. although out of office hours tried their nos long time nobody picked up the phone even tried their mobile number (for booking gas) immediately but no response so sent sms the above status. waited till next day 10am. and explained everything thru phone.
                        they sent their office after 2hrs and inspected the cylinder and accept the fault and get out signature from the complaint sheet agreed to replace it before evening.
                        Surprising they never care for others safety although an senior citizen how many times move the cylinder in and out of house?
                        Please inform them immediately and do the needful or what to do for further delay in this regard.

                        This is not new for them. Even they didn't aware of the seriousness of the risk involved in that. I met the same issue couple of months ago. i have been trying to reach the emergency care no which u mentioned, no one is picked up. After an hour i have asked my neighbor to help. Immediately i have gone to their office, they said this emergency care no only works in the night time. This is irresponsible answer from their management. One more thing i have to tell here is my cylinder leaking is not small, its leaks like opened compressor. Since this leaks concerns my family life, i have closed the mouth with my hand for 2 hours nearly. I don't understand how they seal the cylinder without checking the leakage everything. Also i don't know what to do in future if i face the same problem. can one advice here. Is there any legal rights to take it somewhere.

                          Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Sai Gas Services, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi has given the following nos. 26134492 and 26898953 for cylinder related queries. It is common phenomena that you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call.                           i have been facing the same problem for the last 7 days. no body picks up the phone at sai sewa.
                          Its a very common phonemenon. I ve been trying these number since a week but no luck.
                          I agree with Mr. Kamal Kumar, I dont understand how many cylinder in a day they book, their ctc no. are always busy, I have been trying to book it for last 15 days . Last time cylinder they delivered had 4 kg less gas, i spoke to them, they took the details and nothing happned.

                          I kept that cylinder so that I can return it but when we cant get through to them to book new cylinder fogrget about such issues.

                          Indane authorities - please take some action against them.
                          I am faceing this same problem.When i ask them they say that they have already deliverd it.The delivery guy sell them for more money

                            i am shyam, living in tollygunge, kolkata. i had applied for a cylinder (second one) in M/s Ashadeep gas services, tollygunge some four months back.they told me that they would despatch a letter in a few days time and subsequently on payment i would get the cylinder.now they are saying that they are despatching letters to consumers who had applied in june 2008.they have been saying this for the last two months.when i had applied for my first cylinder M/s Ashadeep gas services had compelled me to buy a gas stove along with the cylinder.they said that they wont deliver the cylinder without my purchasing the stove.though i had a stove already i was forced to buy one more so that i can get the cylinder which is an indispensable commmodity.this is the way M/s Ashadeep gas services is taking undue advantage of new consumers and harassing its existing consumers

                            I have been harassed severly by Kishore Gas, Lake Gardens, Kolkata - 45 for refilling a cylinder for last one month. I have small kid in my home and I booked a cylinder on 7th May (Consumer # 26875) still now they didn't supply any cylinder to my house. Yesterday in the heavy cyclone my both the cylinders have been exhausted and there was no fuel in my house for cook. So we faced severe problem yesterday for cooking at least for my small 2 years small baby for which we couln'd give him the food on time and he was crying severely due to hungry. This is a samefull situation which we handled yesterday do to extremely poor supply of cylinders from Kishore Gas, Lake Gardens all the times in past. Every day when I called them they told that today it will surely go to my house but at the end of that day no cyclinder arrived in my house. Please do the need asap.

                            I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

                            Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone to take the booking.

                              Iam a customer of domestic gas-Indane and the agency being Orient Gas agency, Kottarakara, Kollam (Dist). My customer number is OG752. I have taken the last cylinder on 10/2/09 by cash memo no.277085.
                              For the next cylinder i have booked by phone on 16/2/09 and the booking number is 6211. I waited till 11th march 09 bur i didnt receive the cylinder. On enquiry i was told that i have not booked for the cylinder and if i need a new cylinder, i have to book again .my booking no.6211 was owned by someone else.Hence i booked again, new booking number being 3857.The officials told me that the booking number was not the criteria, but the date on which the cylinder is last taken is only the criteria and you will be issued with in one week. But till date i have not received.
                              I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take nessasory steps to bring out a fool proof method in the booking system, since we are well aware that the agencies do this malpractises for selling the cylinders outside the customer circle at our cost.

                                My father Mukul Banerjee, is a consumer having C.No- C.G.S.9361of 'M/S.Churni Gas Service', Mahitosh Biswas Street, Kathuria Para, Krishnagar, Nadia, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of last delivery though he(my father) has the connection of double cylinders.They also take more than 15 days for delivery of anew gas cylinder from the date of booking.As a result we have to wait at least 40 days to have a new cylinder.I hope for your proper steps.

                                I am a regular user of INDANE GAS. As I don't have any other means of cooking facility. I am 100% dependent on cooking gas for cooking purpose only.

                                The local gas dealer M/S BIRSA MUNDA INDANE at:-Bargarh, ODISHA, is not supplying gas within the stipilated period by the company. Last I had booked the gas in 1st APRIL 2011 but despite of several reminders the a foresaid dealer has not supplied the gas till date i.e. 24th MAY 2011.It is vry painful for a senior citizen like me to run after the gas agency again and again.Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful. It will be a great help for general consumer like me.

                                  Inidan Oil Corporation Petrol bunk Fraud and Scam

                                  Inidan Oil Corp Petrol bunk Fraud and Scam happend to me in one petrol bunk IOC in Venkatanarayana Road near Mother Care in T Nagar. I asked them to load petrol for Rs 500 and then they loaded only for Rs 100. Then they stopped. I told i asked for 500, then he started from 100 to 400 and said initially 100 + now 400 = 500. But the beauty is he did not reset back to 0. So 100 Rs of petrol is lost. Initially i noticed but i thought it was my mistake, and drove for 10 mins and say my meter that did not show right reading that usually show. I drove back to them and complained this and all of the guys including the manager knows the fraud and they said some crap problem and fill me 100 rs petrol immediatly. All the petrol bunk are fraud. People have to be very aware of these fraud not top get cheated. Same thing again happened in another Inidan oil bunk in Ekkaduthangal, near Kasi theater.
                                  Seems like all IOC bunk are full of Fraud please avoid them.

                                  This happens to me most of the time, when i put petrol in an Indian Oil petrol bunk in Adyar..
                                  Exactly the same thing happened to me at the IOC petrol bunk in Adyar(200 mtrs from Adyar police station).I asked the man in the pump to load for rs.100/-, he told me to turn off the petrol tap in my bike stating that would help save fuel.Without hesitation i slightly bent towards the petrol tap in order to turn it off.All of a sudden the meter showed 50/-.I felt no vibration, which i used to feel normally when the petrol pours in.He pretended like as if he was asked to fill only for rs.50/-.I reminded him about, asking to load for rs.100/-.Then he reset to zero and filled for rs51/-.But this time i felt the vibration.In surprise i asked him whether he did load for rs.100/-.He stated to me about the meter running for re.1/- extra.I thought that be my mistake and went to fill air.Then i saw nitrogen gas station which is supposed to be free for xtra premium in the same bunk.But i had loaded ordinary petrol.The man in nitro gas pump told me that it is free only if we load xtra premium fule for rs.1000/-.Then he told that it would cost rs.15/ - to fill each bike tyre with nitro gas.So i gave rs.30/- to remove compressed air and to fill it with nitrogen, for both the tyres. After riding for a while i noticed that the fuel meter is not showing the usual one.I had an important appointment near Avadi.So i didnt get time to come back to complaint about that.I feel that everybody in bunk is aware of that irrespective of hierarchy including managers.This is way too worse.I request the authorities to look into this and to bring an end to this ASAP.
                                  (Note:This happened around 4:00PM on 07/10/09)
                                  I agree Mr. Vijayanand, I too experienced the same from this petrol pump while filling Xtra Premium. I asked for 10 litres of petrol, they filled for 100 (1.96 litres). Again they turned my attention and filled 8.05. After that they said 10 litres (1.96+8.05) as if they have given me .01 liter extra. Another funny thing is they have given some IOCLs extra reward points which not worth for anything. What for all these gimmicks? I have complained to them after 3 days noting the mileage figure received though know its of no use. Better to avoid such pumps. Seems there is no one proper to monitor/address these things? Try pumps preferably in Mount Road other than IOCLs, quite okay I feel.
                                  Even i agree with Mr.Vijayanand - and i have experienced the exact way of fraud happening in the same bunk in Venkatnarayana Rd. and for me its Rs.1000 put for Rs.200 and balance of Rs.800 from Rs.200.
                                  I asked him can you show me the computer generated report of reading that has happened - then got red handed.

                                  ANOTHER FRAUD HAPPENING IN ESPLANADE INDIAN OIL - I put petrol only for Rs.1000 every time and i Swipe through card. To my surprise when i saw my credit card statement it showed Rs.1080 and then only i checked my receipt - Its FOUL - the zero will have a slash and so the eight will replicate almost to Zero - hence by overview i got trapped this time - SEE THE TRICK - that bunk fellow was pressurising as an auto was behind me - so that i take off my car fast without noticing this fraud. BEWARE FRIENDS. ITS SHAME ON INDIAN OIL FOR NOT TAKING SERIOUS STEPS TO CONTROL ALL THESE AND ITS LOSING ITS MARKET SHARE AND MAKING EVEN MORE LOSSES

                                  i went to that bunk i said to fill(ie full tank) petrol.that guy asked money money like that then i gave 1 1000 rs note petrol filled for nearly 820 rs then he gave 100 rs 1ly i asked wt abt another 80 rs that guy said that while u taking money i filled for 80 rs then 1ly i filled for 820 rs likethat that guy said my full tank capacity is 12 ltr he filled nearly 11.50 liters .sema fraud bunk they are sunh hi tech technique to fool the customers because of then for me tody 80 rs loss

                                      As I have been transfered to Orissa, I formally transfered my gas connection (Indane) to Orissa by depositing the cylinder and regulator. My consumer no. was 25297. On 26th February, 2009 I deposited two copies of transfer receipt at Kleen Gas, Kharvela Nagar, Bhubaneswar. They had sent to Chirantani Gas Agency at Bangur Avenue, Calcutta for verification. But till date, they are not replying.The Calcutta dealer is telling, that he has sent, on the other hand the Bhubnaneswar dealer is telling that, he has not received. Near about 1 month has been passed. But an innocent consumer is becoming the sufferer.

                                      Some time ago my domestic LPG gas cylinder connection alloted from maharastra after that I have transfered my connection in Bhopal now my services transfer in punjab Sahnewal in private company . we rae facing the transfer our connection in the same place due to residence proof kindle help us.
                                      I have got indane gas connection through Guruchaithanya Gramin Vitrak Kyalanur, Kolar District, as per records the connection charge is Rs1400 but that distributor collecting Rs5000. I asked the same but he said that you have pay bribe otherwise you wont get the connection...
                                      Poor people not able to afford that type of connection...
                                      Please advise the same...

                                        My consumer no.is 10047 and I receive Gas from M/S Harson Gas Agency, Zail Singh Nagar, Ropar(Pb.).This agency is doing malpractice by selling gas in blackmarket.They sell the gas against booking no. of consumer in black market and donot supply gas to the consumer against their booking and tried to befool their consumer.I always receive gas by persuing the agency again and again and one cylinder in almost two months.
                                        This time again on my booking the gas on 6th of this month they have not supplied me the gas. On my persuing the case with the above mentioned agency they told me that the agency has issued the voucher of supply to its officials on 17th of this month, Now the gas is missing again.
                                        On my contacting the Manager he showed helplessness.
                                        An enquiry may kindly be conducted against the working of firm and the firm be directed to supply me gas at an early date.

                                        While i m booked my new connection the vendor issued the voucher in the name of Bijaya chandra satapathy and c/o srikant pattnayak, aurobinda nagar-2nd lane.House no-9 berhampur, dist-Ganjam orissa
                                        when i was complain for the said nuisance of the vendor the authority of agency assured me that with in 6 month we will provide u in your name now take this book and we will provide u refill gus till than converson of your name. it is your kind information that i got the c/o book on[protected] but unfortunately 3 year passed already the agency cannot able to provide the new book and last 2 months stopped the refill the gus of my book. so i want to know that is it the knowledge of higher authority. whenever i want to about my converson matter that the agency behavior like as burbler and threatened me to complain to ioc chairman no body can do any thing against me.

                                        in fact i dont know who is Bijaya ch satapathy and why the agency will done this type of nuisance . several type of complain i was lodged already. There is no other landline phone no. of freedom gas service for booking gas.

                                        ON 22.03.2011, I had booked a cyllinder with Fazilka gas Agecy at Fazilka, Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had Say me your cylinder is not booked so many times consumers are facing this problem. I request you to please look into the issue.
