Due to unavoidable reason, I was out my residence for few months. During this time L.P.G cylinder supply was not required by me and hence booking was not done.After returning back to my residence at uluberia I wrote a letter to concerned L.P.G distributor M/S Pal Enterprise, Panchanantala Road, Bauria, Howrah on 22.09.09 for regularisation of supply.
Till date regularisation has not been done and I am not able to book the L.P.G for supply.

Sir,

We have paid a sum of Rs. 10000.00 (Tan Thousand only) by cheque to a Gas agency on dated 06.020.2003 for connection of 10 Nos domestic LPG cylinder to our employee, and the said agency has been given us 10 Nos. of connection without any paper. Due to unavailability of subscription Voucher in name of our employees are facing very much trouble to get refill from there.

Kindly let me know how to get all the related connection paper from that agency to regularised the above connection.

    I hold a gas connection (INDANE GAS) through M/s Rukmani Gas Service, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow, in my Father's name Mr. Vyas Deo, the Consumer No. being 5083. In the booklet provided by the Dealer there are two phone numebrs mentioned (2789334 & 2788050). Both the numbers are perpetually engaged. However if one is lucky, the second number is picked up, but when requested to book for a refill, the consumer is asked to dial the other number, which is practivcally impossible to get through and even if it is not engaged the phone is never picked up.

    Now, my contention is what the hell the use of giving the 'FACILITY' of Phone booking? Could you please provide me an alternative for booking of Gas refill on regular basis, except physically going to the agency.

      Sir,
      I, R. JAMALAIAH holding the Gas connection bearing No: MGA-23093 since 21st July 2006 with Madhavi Gas Agency, Indane Gas Distributor, 8-1-307, Shaikpet, Hyderabad which is first transfer from New Delhi. I have approached the Agency several times for conversion the same to double cylinders but rejected saying that there was no orders from the Company for provision of second cylinder facility.

      After several requests they have registered and issued serial number to me was 796 on 3rd May 2008. But I could not get the provision of Double Cylinder with reason that there is no order from the Company. The undersigned is facing much problem for getting Gas with single cylinder, as such, you are therefore requested kindly be arranged to provide the Second Cylinder at the earliest.

        i am submitting that I have booked for refil on 16.03.09 and as on today I have not received the refil and further I have contacted your Area Sales ASsistant manager or so by name Mr. Kondala Rao but in vain please help me to receive the refil early as possible. Earlier also we have given complaints to you but in vain. EVery time i am facing problem with happy home distributory at Visakhapatnam in supply of gas refil and further they do not respond over phone properly and without giving any responsible answer they keep away the phone.

          I am from NAGPUR. I have Gas Connection of Indane (IOC) Gas, with "Risha Gas Agency", Hiwarinagar, Wardhamannagar, Nagpur - Consumer No.: 15222.

          This agency is not supplying the cylinder in time. Every time when we book a cylinder, he tells us that about 15 days will require for delivery.

          At present I booked for cylinder on 04/04/2009 and when today i.e. 07/04/2009 I inquired from him about my cylinder, he told me that 15 days will more require. Due to this I complained about him to local IOC officer at Nagpur. As a result he supplied me cylinder, but soon after that he came with 2-3 persons in my house and threatened me to give some extra cash. But I refused to give it. But he threatened me and my wife, entered in my house and by force taken away from me the extra cash of Rs. 330/-.

          Some days back, I have complained about him on Internet & Media for his not supplying the gas cylinder. At that time, he came into my house with a gas cylinder and said that you withdraw your complaint and promised me to give cylinder in future in time. He also wanted to give me the gas cylinder at that time, but I refused to take it. But he said me that he is giving this cylinder as an gift to me and by force left the cylinder in my house.

          Now 6 months have been passed to that incident, but because of today's complaint to IOC, he was so angry that he came with 2-3 persons in my house, threatened me & my wife and by force taken away the extra amount of Rs. 330/- from me.

          This type of goonda activity is adopted by him. IOC should cancel his agency.

          I am Abdulla, i have booked cylinder last month 31st March, but when i followed up with them, they told it got cancelled on 11th, when i asked the super gas agencies they says they dont know the reason and they are not ready to give the reason,

          I asked, we are using two cylinders because we should never feel the pressure of without cylinder, but the guy working in Super gas says this is how it works and he is threatening my life, not providing the dealer number as well,

          Anybody can help

The supply chain is totally under disturbed in CIIDCO area and always local media is crying against this gas agency. The responsible customer care executives of IOC knows this developments. Kindly reactivate this number.

You can carry the customer satisfaction survey in this are and will automatically find the truth. Kindly reactivate this number which is intentionally put under the list of dead customer.

          I would like to request once again to Mr. D Paunikar, of Nagpur Base IOC official to reactivate this number as the said dealership staff is harrassing me

          I have been keep all the records of correspondence and ready to face any type of lawful proceedings.

Since last July 13th 2009 i have booked for gas and the booking no is 2929. but till date ie. on[protected] days ) they have'nt delived a single cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder if we want .

          So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.

          I am Ashish Kayal an LPG consumer (C. No-78) of DIAMOND INDANE, Sasti, Disttrict Chandrapur, MAHARASHTRA from IOC. I booked for LPG cylinder online from my mobile phone dated on 05/01/2010 to the no: [protected] & confirmed with a voice massage as "Your booking is done & serial no is 9". After 10 days passed while the cylinder not reached to me I went to the DIAMOND INDANE's office (Sasti) on 16/01/2010 for inquiry and asked why not sent the cylinder. They replied that my booking not done & there was no record of my booking & rebook. Instantly I called to [protected] in front of them and reconfirmed with a voice massege so that my booking was already done on 05/01/2010 & my serial no 9 and said the matter to office. They said cylinder would be sent within 2 to 3 days. But till 29/01/2010 while cylinder was not reached to my home I went to the office & asked the cause. Thy replied me "your booking is not done & we have no record in our computer". Then I reminded them about my booking in presence of them but they said "Till the record from Mumbai's office sent to us, we can't give you cylinder". So I am in very trouble about the LPG booking system of IOC Ltd. IT IS A VERY WANDER THAT THERE IS NO RECORD IN OUT-GOING CALL LIST ON MY MOBILE OF THE No: [protected]. I have done for further inquiry from Customer Care Cell,[protected], [protected], but all efforts were in vein. I don't know what about the mystery of LPG booking system of IOC Ltd. Please solve the matter & make trouble free LPG booking system & take disciplinery action against the guilty.

My problem is that after booking they have never supplied the gas on time. Presentely i booked the gas 21st September 2010, today is 2 nd November, no cylinder has reached my home.My booking no is 5857. They harass us everytime we book our gas. I request you to please TAKE PERSONAL INTEREST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform that we are having Indane Gas Connection with M/s Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad Connection No. 31860. To my utter surprise, I have made numerous calls to the Gas Agency, either they do not pick up the phone or the number goes busy. Even the mobile number is ringing but no response. We even cannot book our Gas. This is not the first time that we are facing this situation, this is usually at any time. Though we were refraining from making complaint but this time we are compelled to approach you. We may further add that we had booked our Gas on 16.12.09, so far the gas has not been supplied. It is not possible for us every time to go personally to the dealer shop. Kindly instruct the Agency to comply our request or else tell me what is the mode by which we can book our Gas.

              Sir, I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no R-562 with DEVENDRA GAS AGENCY, AT & POST: AMBAJI, TALUKA: DANTA, DIST: BANASKANTHA, GUJARAT. I have booked my cylinder on 26/03/09 but i have not received my cylinder till duedate despite of repeated request made to the agency, kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer who is suffering from this almost every consumer of Devendra gas agency is facing the same situation. Looking forward for your response.

                Year together the delayed supply of gas cylinder is the greatest burning problem of this area people. cylinder is being sold to the business people for hiked rate at black market, intern, people are getting 10 days delayed supply even after a long fight with the agency workers. Owner is some ware else, who is not interested in this management activities. Since the ownership holding some political background, none is interested in any legal actions. This is the complaint for the whole of our area people.

                Nobody can contact Indian Oil Corp., authorities over phone because it will be the busiest phone as equal as to Dr. Man Mohan Singh. Handovered reports in writing from our side went to dustbin as usually. Take action against and send immediate communication to have a good faith on your esteemed organization Thanking You..

                  I am Member / Subscriber of the Indane LPG at Shahapur, Gulbarga dist. Karnataka. Now i have one LPG connection but here they are not prper service to the customers, so I want to take an addtional LPG connection means double cylinder). So please tell me is it possible now ? In this connection I enrolled my membership number already for addtional connection. But they are denying to provide addtional connection. If it is possible now, please send me the letter regarding this and I show that perticulat letter and will help me to get addtional LPG connection

                  I am Subscriber of the indian LPG at Guruvayoor, Thrissur Dist KERALA. Now I Have one LPG connection but here they are not proper service to the costomers, So want to take an addtional LPG connection means double cylinder. So please tell me is it possible now ?                     When tried to contact the phone always makes a peculiar sound.
                    We managed to get connection on Friday 3rd Feb. Their attitude is depressing.
                    Kindly take steps to deliver the cylinders in time. Many a customers in the area are frustrated with the agency.

                    Please send a mail to Mr. V. K. Mathur ([protected]@indianoil.in) and mark a CC to Mr. Rabindranath Ghosh ([protected]@indianoil.in) and see the result. You can also lodge a complain against Seba Fuel in my Facebook page Grahok Bondhu or you can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

                    I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

                    But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

                      I have taken a new gas conection from Manimajra Gas Agency(Indane).At that time they told me that thre is a shortage of Regulators, So we will give regaulator in 3-4 days. But still there response is very bad, Even they did not pick the phone .Most of time they said me that still we have shortage.Now it's near about 2 months.
                      So any help i highly appreciatable.

                        Sir/Mam,
                        I, Amresh Kumar a resident of Yamuna Vihar, Delhi 110053 is putting here since last 10 year. I requested so many time for a new connection since last 2 year but somehow they denied and missguided me to go somewhere else for a new connection. Earlier they were telling that new connection is not available for next 6 month but now they are not giving me sufficient reasong for their denial against my request.
                        I have a Ration card, PAN card as a residence proof .

                        Please help me out to get a new Indane gas connection. I will be very thankfull.
                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I have visited Kalpana Indane Gas Agency & Rashmi Indane Gas Agency and officials of both the agencies are not responding and not giving proper information about the new connection. I made them to visit repeatedly. Kindly some concern authorities has to visit both the agency and instruct the staff and officials to behave properly with customer.

                          I am a consumer in T R GAS IRITTY ROAD MATTANNUR KANNUR KERALA . I have applied for
                          gas cylinder on[protected]. Previously received cylinder on[protected]. But yet now they did'nt give us
                          cylinder. Also they did'nt give us BILL for every purchase. We called them many times a day. They are
                          not responding properly every time. Please take nessassary steps to allot gas cylinder and issue proper

                          Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                          Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                          This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                            Sir,
                            I applied for new indane gas connection at Benaka Enterprises, Indane distributors, no 1933/62B I floor, GR Towers, 19th main 10th B cross, Opp IIHT Building Rajajinagar Bangalore. They send a letter to collect cylinder. I went and asked to give only cylinder not oven. They forced me to take both cylinder and oven. But I refused to take oven. I am facing serious domestic problem in my house. Kindly see this issue and advice them to give only new cylinder connection. Kindly do the needful. My contact no [protected].

                              Dear Sir,
                              As i transfer my gas from indore to bhiwadi in Feb-09, at bhiwadi gas agency provide me the new cylindar & regulator, the day i recived the regulator i from some gas lekage from it, i give a call to agency about this its reply is we are not having new regulator, from feb till now april at every call he gave me that regulator are comimg next 10 days, my 1/3 cylinder will empty due to this only, who will pay that, other it so cretical of gas leakegae can lead to any mis happening. pl suggest.

                                I Raju krishnarao Warekar from pandharkawada, dist yavatmal
                                I book the indane gas cylinder at our agency i.e. prerna gas agency
                                After that i received the letter from you which is attach with this
                                mail after that i give the necessary document to prerna gas agency and
                                amount given in the that document but they said that this is not required
                                amount given by you. There is an 1200/- extra charges given to our
                                our gas agency that have no receipt after that I contact sales officer of the yavatmal region but they said what is wrong
                                give the tip of 1200/-Rs. the work will be easily done. So what can i do
                                in such case what can I do? please tell me solution to this problem.
                                There are many drawbacks regarding to the gas agency :
                                1) The list of new connection is not displayed on the board.
                                2)No compliant book in the office.
                                3)The agency worker have no uniform so that we can not identify who is
                                the responsible person.
                                4) The time of agency is 10 to 12 and 4 to 6.
                                5) At agency there is no responsible person to handle the matters

                                    I am from Chennai. Its was my first and bad experience with Indian Oil Petrol Bunk in Ekkattuthangal, Chennai.
                                    I usually put petrol in HP, Indian Oil or Bharath Petroleum Bunks. Today (30 Mar 09), I went to fill my bike tank in Indian Oil Bunk, Ekkattuthangal. Pump operator put the pipe inside my bike tank I tried to see the measurement before putting the petrol but, suddenly the cashier came near to me and started talking with me like... Sir, Cash or Card? I said Card... What Card Sir? What Bank Sir? etc... I took my purse and gave my HDFC card to him and then started to check how much petrol he puts. Its shows 560Rupees & 12 Litters.

                                    My bike tank total capacity is 12lt only... Even then i have some petrol in my tank before going to the bunk. But they said 12lts Sir... give 560 rupees like that... And not even my tank was filled. I was shocked. Suddenly I asked why should want to give 560rs? how my you guys put petrol in my bike? My bike capacity is only 12lt you are saying 12+ like that...

                                    Then pump man came and said have to give 510 only not 560 like that.. and they returned 50rs to me. After I realized previous person puts 100 rs petrol to his bike.. So they continued it from 100 itself coz they didnt showed the starting measurement to me and added that 100 rs in to my account.

                                    Later on I came to know that they returned only 50rs and they took 50rs extra from me. It was too bad..

                                    Anyone please help me how to punish these guys... I hope they cheated not only me and sure they doing the same to all customers.

                                    Yes they are absolute frauds I agree!!
                                    The Indian oil petrol bunk opposite to Virtusa at Ekattuthangal, Chennai uses a different petrol gun cum monitor. They are perfect frauds, who are cheating consumers by turning the petrol gun away while not completing the actual level at the end of every fueling.They steal 150 to 250 ml of petrol in every automobiles and more than litres in every four wheelers.At the end of every single day they must be cheating and stealing almost 100s of litres of petrol from common people.So peoples do not fuel there in that bunk.
                                    one can refuel at the Shell which is just few meters away from that bunk, where the service and standard is just too good.

                                    they never get the meter to zero while puttin fuel to next vechile. n if we ask them about this, all the staff of that petrol pump surround you and shout at u. and to add to this i[censored] go to the manger sittin the manager room yhere with this complaint he will directly say " we are helpless, so please GET OUT ". INDIAN OIL SUCKS... you lost a costumer today.. may god bless that you loose many more tomorrow...
                                    I do agree... In ekkaduthangal IOC, they are having mobile display (on top of the pump nozzle itself). That display is too small and they wont clearly show you while filling up by shaking and moving the nozzle itself. That time another person will come to you and ask for cash/card.

                                    Now... If you ask to fill the petrol they will fill the petrol slowly and the meter will be running on the display. The rupee meter and the litre metre will run while filling the petrol. If you ask for 200rs petrol, they will fill for 1.80, 1.85, 1.90, 1.95 and finally 2.00 litre and show as "sir... here 200 sir" In the dull light and smaller display 2.00 will show as 200 and you will not bother abt the another digital meter running as he would show the 2.00 as 200.

                                    You would simply Yemaanthufy and got the 110rs petrol for 200rs.

                                    I intentionally tried there abt 4 to 5 times there last month. ALL the times they would told as like i said... And i would tell that "Sir... how come 2.00 litre petrol costs for 200rs..." They would simply tell sorry and fill the remaining petrol.

                                    Its a pakka Fraud... Fraudism...

                                    Who will take the action for this? Will IOC force to display the fixed bigger display?
                                    Yes, I agree. I am also from Ekkattuthangal, They are very fraud. There is one old man wear with specs who is very fraud man.

                                    They also always divert to sight.

                                    Please take a action on that bunk.

                                    Hello all,

                                    I wanted add few more comments on their frauds. They went to extent on cheating with credit cards. Be carefully. Recently i have filled for Rs.1000 diesel to my car with credit card. I am surprised to see my billed amount in bank web site is Rs.1025.

                                    What they have done is added extra amount after my signature as tip in the slip. Be very very careful with this petrol bunk guys. Looks their management is encouraging such culture. Each and every one person movement in the bunk is to cheat and find ways to cheat. discusting.
                                    You can make complaint about this bank with IOC.

                                    I agree to ( Balamuruhan, jelumalai, ajayajay) their comments, I experienced the same Yesterday and 1months back. I told them to put petrol for 200rs they shown me 2litre petrol as 200rs, i went and asked again that time he is doing the same for someone also in front of me, then he put petrol for remaining amount for both of them..
                                    They are using the pump like monitor on top of it.
                                    Worst experience still it's hurting for me. why these guys are like this ?.
                                    Whole day i feel very bad. He is cheating me while i was watching that meter also.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I like to inform you that, very recently - nearly seven months ago my husband brought Indane LPG connection (Indane Gas) to our kitchen and I am very happy to use that product and Indane recommended green stove but there is a confusion regarding my consumption of LPG gas in our kitchen for cooking meals for only two members as up till now we have taken only two cylinders during the last seven months and the last cylinder is still working efficiently and it seems that it will go another two months or more considering the current rate and nature of consumption but the local distributor (Kolkata) and their delivery man warned us that Indane gas company rule is that- you have to book at least one cylinder on every three months of interval otherwise you cannot book the next gas as the Gas Booking Computer will automatically locked the booking and the supply of Gas will be stopped against our connection! In my opinion this is very peculiar rule forcefully applied to the Indane subscribers. How the Gas Company can impose such strange rule to their consumer when they suggest to use the ISI recommended gas stove and consumption efficient equipments to save gas and the PCRA is also suggested us to use pressure cooker and utensil with lid etc. and other precautionary measures to save gas!?

                                      Moreover we are vegetarians so cooking time is also less than non-veg cooking and as the other members of our family are staying outside Kolkata for the occupation otherwise the rate of consumption of Gas / pressure on the gas consumption is very low in our present kitchen for two members only and as I always stay cautious to save gas by using several gas savings methods to save gas and as well as our hard earn money my 14.2 Kg domestic cylinder lasts longer that specified three months limit.

                                      Petroleum products are in the verge of extermination in near future there will be no gas or other petroleum products if we do not think for better use of the same without imposing limit on use or gas saving methods, as the natural resources are exhaustible in due course and not permanent so Indane gas company must encourage to save gas and consumption of the same must be at minimal level by using gas saving methods instead of imposing forcefully rule of one cylinder in three months limit so, please consider my suggestion to extend the limit - one cylinder in six months. Or, preferably at-least to one cylinder in one year as minimum consumption at the earliest so that the small family like us can use gas for domestic kitchen without any wastage. Otherwise we have to returned our hal[censored]sed cylinder and purchase the new cylinder to maintain our connection.

                                      I have tried to submit my feedback to Indane Gas website but due to an error I cannot submit this complain cum suggestion to the appropriate authority, hope the Gas Company will take proper action to change the rule regarding this "One Cylinder in There Months Limit" for helping the consumer like us.

                                      Indane Cooking Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS SPENT THREE MONTHS

                                      My Domestic Gas Cylinder Consumer No 16969 Booked on 20th March 2009 Phone no of Shastri Nagar Gas Agency is[protected] & 2300653 . Delivery Boy Jai Singh & Sumer Singh have misbehaved with me despite of number of followup's requesting delivery of the cylinder on time. They refused to deliver the gas at home. They asked to me after my many request that I should take delivery of Cylender at their destination but in my family I am the single men & my wife & my doughter dependent on me & I am doing private job in timeing of in between 9 AM TO 8 PM than hwo it is possible to take delivery from their destinationin in Office timeing .One day I was visited as per their advise but they said truck will come at 1: 00 pm . Can I should take leave for whole day only for taking delivery of cylinder .

                                      Request immediate stern action on the agency and its staff for the harassment they are meting out to the customer. This is not the first time they are troubling me.

                                      The Gas Cylinder has to be delivered immediately at my residence.
