I am an indane gas cons cons no;28793 with Bright at COIMBATORE. After returning back from out station after 6 months and 10 days, I was asked to produce an appn alongwith zerox copy of ration card, show original deposit voucher personally.When I went to the agency I was asked to produce zerox copy of the original deposit receipt as well.Zerox copier being 1 km away and at first instant they have not asked for zerox of the same, I have told them that they will be given the copy when coming for verification. The staff was so rude that they will not book untill I give them the copy.Now I am without gas for last 4 days.I wouldn't know whether the supply would be effected or not. When contacted the Customer cell Mgr Sri.Thiyagarajan, he has assured that the supply would be given and verification done alongwith supply. Till today no action.
Why such conditions first of all ??? Going out of station is not a reason for default!! I request that such terms should be scrabbed.Kindly redress my grievance immly since I am without gas now.

    Dear Sir,
    my lpg gas connection number[protected], is attached with the nearest gas agency named M/S BAREILLY GAS AGENCY, NEAR KAVISHA MOTORS, RAMPUR ROAD BAREILLY (U.P) but the gas properietor is not at all serious in his job and takes about 35 to 40 days to supply lpg .even more he expects personal requests repeatedly for supply of gas ans some times he does not attend to the telephne calls . You r requested to take necessary action to solve this problem .

    I have surrender my gas connection to Goyal Gas Agency, Nainital Raod, Bareilly and got Transfer Voucher for Delhi.
    Shanti Indane, Sadh Nagar, Palam, New Delhi wrote a letter Goyal Gas Agency for confirmation of that Transfer Voucher on 30/03/2009 by register post.
    Confirmation of TV from the side of Goyal Agency, Bareilly yet not received by Shanti Indane, Sadh Nagar, Palam and not delivering me LPG resulting I am suffering from living due carelessnes and unhumen act of Goyal Gas Agency.

      I, LALIT DABAS, have approached the above mentioned Indane gas supplier of Delhi about twenty times since March 2009 for getting a new gas connection. Every time the dealing person there tells me that come after a week or so where as Indane site tell that new connection is available on demand. When asked them about contact number their area officer they denied and advised me to meet the manger/owner. I tried to contact the manager but he was not available any time. What should I do in this regard

        My consumer No.5664, attached to M/s. Udai gas Agency located at 7, Smriti Mansion, Lohagal Road, Ajmer (Rajasthan).
        This agency has multiple and fake connections and uses them for black-marketing. Udai Gas Agency uses its so many fake connections to create artificial back-log due to forged connections. They even book a new cylinder after to many requests and visits to the agency. Please! Take immediate action against distributor.
        Uneducated, ill-mannered and irresponsible staff
        Uneducated staffs of the above said Gas Agency is irresponsible and used filthy language against me when I visited the agency to inquire about my cylinder.
        Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!
        Is their any rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder?
        As per the practice/rule of the supplier, a new cylinder is booked after 21 day of receipt of last cylinder. I booked the cylinder on which was delivered after 30 days i.e. 21 +30=51 days. Several verbal reminder were given to the Udai Gas Agency but the answer was that gas is not available while it was readily available in black-markets by the Udai Gas Agency. How a family will manage 51 days with supply of only one cylinder. I want to bring this fact to the notice of appropriate INDANE authority for looking into the matter and take immediate action and enquiry for the black marketing done by the gas supplier.The telephone numbers are also always busy and I am finding it very difficult to even book a new cylinder .
        I hope for immediate action against the supplier.
        Kindly take care and instruct the agency to change its behavior with consumers .This is a general complaint.

        Indane LPG — ill mannered language used by the staff.

        Dear Indane,
        i have been trying to book my gas for almost 4 days. but i was help less.sometime phone is busy,sometime they don't pick up.when i reached up the agency & was asking"why you people don't pick up the phone" they were behaving like they are the only producer of LPG & started using rough language. hoping for the action onbehalf of the company.

        Indane/Gas — Forgery

        After booking gas cylinder at Bhumika Gas agency, khanna nagar, Loni, over a month of booking they didnot send the refill cylinder. We contacted several times in office while they have not been able to help. The manager's number is switch off all the time.

          I am approaching your dealer Kirti Gas Service 3767/First floor Kanhaiya nagar Trinagar Delhi (code no 9107223) for applying a new domestic LPG connection along with my residence proof doccuments from last Five month.Every time they told me that new connection are closed. After approaching many time they have registered my request on dated 23/01/2009 through booking no. [protected] .Again i have approached many time for status of my request but every time they told me that when new connection will released you will got registration letter. ultimately i got a letter on dated 26/03/2009. i went to agency incharge for issuance of cylinder then dealer insist me to buy Gas stove, otherwise he is not interest to realse LPG connection. I told him clearly i need a LPG connection only because i am having good quality LPG stove. Then they have taken Rs. 150.00 from me for inspection of the same. inspection was carried out after four days & inspector was found that Gas stove is working properly & It is a ISI mark product. i again visited to agency for issuance of cylinder but now they told me that you are using gas stove that is not new one. so you have to purchase the gas stove with us only then we will realase the new connection.

          Hence I request your advice for proceeding furhter to get a new LPG domestic connection.

              forcibly selling of gas stoves with new connection
              i approaced the indane gas distributor Kasna Gas company, Greater Noida.i requested for new lpg connection for that I filled all the formalities, at the time of delievery he insisted me to purchase stove from his side which costs aroound Rs4600/- I told that i have recently purchased the stove with ISI mark from a reputed store but he is insisting me to buy the same from his side, otherwise the chances are that i may lose the entire connection itself, i was threatened that now if iam not taking then there are chances that i may never get the connection, i gave the affidavit as well, they told me that they will be inspecting and many times the chances are that i need to purchase the stove from their side, iam given the vague reasons that the calorific value will be good, forget about the safety.Sir iam a working class person i try to save money for urgent situations, iam pleading that i have purchased the stove recently but still iam forced to pay those extra money which is not compulsion.I dont know how many such poor people are being harassed everyday.Please look into this issue and help me out in getting the connection.

                The dealer who is Arvind Gas Agency, Sonipat declined to renew the Gas Connection on the pretext that it has to be renewed by the Sr. officers of the Indian Oil Corpn. and are reluctant to renew my gas connection. For the last 4 years we were not using the Gas Connection as we'd shifted to one of our distant relative in another city but now we have come to our place at Sonipat and want to renew the Gas Connection lying unused for 4 years. Please resolve my problem/ cite some rules and regulation for renewal of the Gas Connection.

                  Due to unavoidable reason, I was out my residence for few months. During this time L.P.G cylinder supply was not required by me and hence booking was not done.After returning back to my residence at uluberia I wrote a letter to concerned L.P.G distributor M/S Pal Enterprise, Panchanantala Road, Bauria, Howrah on 22.09.09 for regularisation of supply.
                  Till date regularisation has not been done and I am not able to book the L.P.G for supply.

                  We have paid a sum of Rs. 10000.00 (Tan Thousand only) by cheque to a Gas agency on dated 06.020.2003 for connection of 10 Nos domestic LPG cylinder to our employee, and the said agency has been given us 10 Nos. of connection without any paper. Due to unavailability of subscription Voucher in name of our employees are facing very much trouble to get refill from there.

                  Kindly let me know how to get all the related connection paper from that agency to regularised the above connection.

                    I hold a gas connection (INDANE GAS) through M/s Rukmani Gas Service, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow, in my Father's name Mr. Vyas Deo, the Consumer No. being 5083. In the booklet provided by the Dealer there are two phone numebrs mentioned (2789334 & 2788050). Both the numbers are perpetually engaged. However if one is lucky, the second number is picked up, but when requested to book for a refill, the consumer is asked to dial the other number, which is practivcally impossible to get through and even if it is not engaged the phone is never picked up.

                    Now, my contention is what the hell the use of giving the 'FACILITY' of Phone booking? Could you please provide me an alternative for booking of Gas refill on regular basis, except physically going to the agency.

                    Please doo forward my complaint.

                      Sir,
                      I, R. JAMALAIAH holding the Gas connection bearing No: MGA-23093 since 21st July 2006 with Madhavi Gas Agency, Indane Gas Distributor, 8-1-307, Shaikpet, Hyderabad which is first transfer from New Delhi. I have approached the Agency several times for conversion the same to double cylinders but rejected saying that there was no orders from the Company for provision of second cylinder facility.

                      After several requests they have registered and issued serial number to me was 796 on 3rd May 2008. But I could not get the provision of Double Cylinder with reason that there is no order from the Company. The undersigned is facing much problem for getting Gas with single cylinder, as such, you are therefore requested kindly be arranged to provide the Second Cylinder at the earliest.

                        i am submitting that I have booked for refil on 16.03.09 and as on today I have not received the refil and further I have contacted your Area Sales ASsistant manager or so by name Mr. Kondala Rao but in vain please help me to receive the refil early as possible. Earlier also we have given complaints to you but in vain. EVery time i am facing problem with happy home distributory at Visakhapatnam in supply of gas refil and further they do not respond over phone properly and without giving any responsible answer they keep away the phone.

                          I am from NAGPUR. I have Gas Connection of Indane (IOC) Gas, with "Risha Gas Agency", Hiwarinagar, Wardhamannagar, Nagpur - Consumer No.: 15222.

                          This agency is not supplying the cylinder in time. Every time when we book a cylinder, he tells us that about 15 days will require for delivery.

                          At present I booked for cylinder on 04/04/2009 and when today i.e. 07/04/2009 I inquired from him about my cylinder, he told me that 15 days will more require. Due to this I complained about him to local IOC officer at Nagpur. As a result he supplied me cylinder, but soon after that he came with 2-3 persons in my house and threatened me to give some extra cash. But I refused to give it. But he threatened me and my wife, entered in my house and by force taken away from me the extra cash of Rs. 330/-.

                          Some days back, I have complained about him on Internet & Media for his not supplying the gas cylinder. At that time, he came into my house with a gas cylinder and said that you withdraw your complaint and promised me to give cylinder in future in time. He also wanted to give me the gas cylinder at that time, but I refused to take it. But he said me that he is giving this cylinder as an gift to me and by force left the cylinder in my house.

                          Now 6 months have been passed to that incident, but because of today's complaint to IOC, he was so angry that he came with 2-3 persons in my house, threatened me & my wife and by force taken away the extra amount of Rs. 330/- from me.

                          This type of goonda activity is adopted by him. IOC should cancel his agency.

                          I am Abdulla, i have booked cylinder last month 31st March, but when i followed up with them, they told it got cancelled on 11th, when i asked the super gas agencies they says they dont know the reason and they are not ready to give the reason,

                          I asked, we are using two cylinders because we should never feel the pressure of without cylinder, but the guy working in Super gas says this is how it works and he is threatening my life, not providing the dealer number as well,

                          Anybody can help

                          Guys there are booking cylinder by themselves and then they are selling without anybodys knowledge.

                          I am an authorised gas connection holder of M/s Shama Indane Gas Agency, Stadium Gokul Nagar Nanded (Maharashtra) . My consumer number is 19762. Since last one year the agency did not supplied a single cylinder in my favour after making several requests past this time duration. Now they are treating me as a dead customer without any reason. Again to activate this number I made several letters and e-mails to the concern authority but all efforts went invain. The supply chain is totally under disturbed in CIIDCO area and always local media is crying against this gas agency. The responsible customer care executives of IOC knows this developments. Kindly reactivate this number.
                          I would like to to request Indian Oil Corporation authority to reactivate my gas connection bearing consumer number 19762 of M/s Shama Indane Gas Agency, Stadium Gokul Nagar Nanded Pin 431601(Maharashtra). Intentionally this number has been kept as dead customer.

                          I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Shama Indane Gas Agency, Stadium Gokul Nagar Nanded (Maharashtra) . My consumer number is 19762. Since last one year the agency did not supplied a single cylinder in my favour after making several requests past this time duration. " Kal bhej dete hai " this replay always repeated by the lady office assistant, lekin wo kal kabhi aata nahin hai. Intentionally now they are treating me as a dead customer without any reason. Again to activate this number I made several letters and e-mails to the concern authority but all efforts went in vain. The supply chain is totally disturbed in CIDCO area and always local media is crying against this gas agency. The responsible customer care executives of IOC know these developments. You can carry the customer satisfaction survey in this are and will automatically find the truth. Kindly reactivate this number which is intentionally put under the list of dead customer.

                          I would like to request once again to Mr. D Paunikar, of Nagpur Base IOC official to reactivate this number as the said dealership staff is harrassing me

                          I have been keep all the records of correspondence and ready to face any type of lawful proceedings.

                          My name is Lenin I am an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Cosatal Gas Agency, 6/226 P & Q Gods Own Building, Valappu, Malippuram P.o.Vypin, Ernakulam, Kerala, Pin-682508 . My consumer number is 2424. Since last July 13th 2009 i have booked for gas and the booking no is 2929. but till date ie. on[protected] days ) they have'nt delived a single cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder if we want .

                          So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.

                          I am Ashish Kayal an LPG consumer (C. No-78) of DIAMOND INDANE, Sasti, Disttrict Chandrapur, MAHARASHTRA from IOC. I booked for LPG cylinder online from my mobile phone dated on 05/01/2010 to the no: [protected] & confirmed with a voice massage as "Your booking is done & serial no is 9". After 10 days passed while the cylinder not reached to me I went to the DIAMOND INDANE's office (Sasti) on 16/01/2010 for inquiry and asked why not sent the cylinder. They replied that my booking not done & there was no record of my booking & rebook. Instantly I called to [protected] in front of them and reconfirmed with a voice massege so that my booking was already done on 05/01/2010 & my serial no 9 and said the matter to office. They said cylinder would be sent within 2 to 3 days. But till 29/01/2010 while cylinder was not reached to my home I went to the office & asked the cause. Thy replied me "your booking is not done & we have no record in our computer". Then I reminded them about my booking in presence of them but they said "Till the record from Mumbai's office sent to us, we can't give you cylinder". So I am in very trouble about the LPG booking system of IOC Ltd. IT IS A VERY WANDER THAT THERE IS NO RECORD IN OUT-GOING CALL LIST ON MY MOBILE OF THE No: [protected]. I have done for further inquiry from Customer Care Cell,[protected], [protected], but all efforts were in vein. I don't know what about the mystery of LPG booking system of IOC Ltd. Please solve the matter & make trouble free LPG booking system & take disciplinery action against the guilty.

                          I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with Gee Kay Gas Agencies, Devoswam building, Round North, Trichur. who are the distibutor of my area, My consumber No. 11240. My problem is that after booking they have never supplied the gas on time. Presentely i booked the gas 21st September 2010, today is 2 nd November, no cylinder has reached my home.My booking no is 5857. They harass us everytime we book our gas. I request you to please TAKE PERSONAL INTEREST AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                            I Booked LPG refill on 12.03.2009 and regert to write that till today that the cylender has not been delivered. When ever I contacted vendor his behavior was very rood. Kindly look into the matter and arrange the delivery of LPG.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is to inform that we are having Indane Gas Connection with M/s Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad Connection No. 31860. To my utter surprise, I have made numerous calls to the Gas Agency, either they do not pick up the phone or the number goes busy. Even the mobile number is ringing but no response. We even cannot book our Gas. This is not the first time that we are facing this situation, this is usually at any time. Though we were refraining from making complaint but this time we are compelled to approach you. We may further add that we had booked our Gas on 16.12.09, so far the gas has not been supplied. It is not possible for us every time to go personally to the dealer shop. Kindly instruct the Agency to comply our request or else tell me what is the mode by which we can book our Gas.

                              Sir, I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no R-562 with DEVENDRA GAS AGENCY, AT & POST: AMBAJI, TALUKA: DANTA, DIST: BANASKANTHA, GUJARAT. I have booked my cylinder on 26/03/09 but i have not received my cylinder till duedate despite of repeated request made to the agency, kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer who is suffering from this almost every consumer of Devendra gas agency is facing the same situation. Looking forward for your response.

                                Year together the delayed supply of gas cylinder is the greatest burning problem of this area people. cylinder is being sold to the business people for hiked rate at black market, intern, people are getting 10 days delayed supply even after a long fight with the agency workers. Owner is some ware else, who is not interested in this management activities. Since the ownership holding some political background, none is interested in any legal actions. This is the complaint for the whole of our area people.

                                Nobody can contact Indian Oil Corp., authorities over phone because it will be the busiest phone as equal as to Dr. Man Mohan Singh. Handovered reports in writing from our side went to dustbin as usually. Take action against and send immediate communication to have a good faith on your esteemed organization Thanking You..

                                  I am Member / Subscriber of the Indane LPG at Shahapur, Gulbarga dist. Karnataka. Now i have one LPG connection but here they are not prper service to the customers, so I want to take an addtional LPG connection means double cylinder). So please tell me is it possible now ? In this connection I enrolled my membership number already for addtional connection. But they are denying to provide addtional connection. If it is possible now, please send me the letter regarding this and I show that perticulat letter and will help me to get addtional LPG connection

                                    We managed to get connection on Friday 3rd Feb. Their attitude is depressing.
                                    Kindly take steps to deliver the cylinders in time. Many a customers in the area are frustrated with the agency.

You can also lodge a complain against Seba Fuel in my Facebook page Grahok Bondhu or you can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                    I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

                                    But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

                                      I have taken a new gas conection from Manimajra Gas Agency(Indane).At that time they told me that thre is a shortage of Regulators, So we will give regaulator in 3-4 days. But still there response is very bad, Even they did not pick the phone .Most of time they said me that still we have shortage.Now it's near about 2 months.
                                      So any help i highly appreciatable.

                                        I, Amresh Kumar a resident of Yamuna Vihar, Delhi 110053 is putting here since last 10 year. I requested so many time for a new connection since last 2 year but somehow they denied and missguided me to go somewhere else for a new connection. Earlier they were telling that new connection is not available for next 6 month but now they are not giving me sufficient reasong for their denial against my request.
                                        I have a Ration card, PAN card as a residence proof .

                                        Please help me out to get a new Indane gas connection. I will be very thankfull.
                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I have visited Kalpana Indane Gas Agency & Rashmi Indane Gas Agency and officials of both the agencies are not responding and not giving proper information about the new connection. I made them to visit repeatedly. Kindly some concern authorities has to visit both the agency and instruct the staff and officials to behave properly with customer.
