[Resolved] Indane Gas — Use of multiple and fake connections for black-marketing & Delay in Refill by Indane Uday Gas Agency | |
My consumer No.5664, attached to M/s. Udai gas Agency located at 7, Smriti Mansion, Lohagal Road, Ajmer (Rajasthan). This agency has multiple and fake connections and uses them for black-marketing. Udai Gas Agency uses its so many fake connections to create artificial back-log due to forged connections. They even book a new cylinder after to many requests and visits to the agency. Please! Take immediate action against distributor. Uneducated, ill-mannered and irresponsible staff Uneducated staffs of the above said Gas Agency is irresponsible and used filthy language against me when I visited the agency to inquire about my cylinder. Abnormal delay in LPG supplies! Is their any rule/practice that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder? As per the practice/rule of the supplier, a new cylinder is booked after 21 day of receipt of last cylinder. I booked the cylinder on which was delivered after 30 days i.e. 21 +30=51 days. Several verbal reminder were given to the Udai Gas Agency but the answer was that gas is not available while it was readily available in black-markets by the Udai Gas Agency. How a family will manage 51 days with supply of only one cylinder. I want to bring this fact to the notice of appropriate INDANE authority for looking into the matter and take immediate action and enquiry for the black marketing done by the gas supplier.The telephone numbers are also always busy and I am finding it very difficult to even book a new cylinder . I hope for immediate action against the supplier. Kindly take care and instruct the agency to change its behavior with consumers .This is a general complaint. Indane/Gas — Forgery
After booking gas cylinder at Bhumika Gas agency, khanna nagar, Loni, over a month of booking they didnot send the refill cylinder. We contacted several times in office while they have not been able to help. The manager's number is switch off all the time.39%

Indane LPG — ill mannered language used by the staff.
Dear Indane,i have been trying to book my gas for almost 4 days. but i was help less.sometime phone is busy,sometime they don't pick up.when i reached up the agency & was asking"why you people don't pick up the phone" they were behaving like they are the only producer of LPG & started using rough language. hoping for the action onbehalf of the company.
