I P.R.Narayana, am husband of T.N.Anuradha, holder of connection no.DG6027. It is with Dwarka Indane service.TIN no.[protected]. Address-K-1/4, Rajapuri opp.sec-5, Dwarka, New Delhi-59.Tel no.25343187, 25343457. I had booked a cylinder on 22/05/09 telephonically. They refused to give the booking number..and said the cylinder would be delivered in two working days. Even after 5 days it was not delivered. Repeated reminders elicited the same stock reply that it would be delivered within 1 day.On the telephone the staff were not only abrupt but also rude.

Finally, I was compelled to go to their office. At their office they were again rude and dismissive.They insisted that i had no right to go personally as all matters are only dealt on phone.

The behaviour and dishonest attitude of the staff at DWARKA INDANE GAS SERVICE is unworthy of decent human beings Strict action must be taken against errant staff.

Indane Gas Agency — MIsbehaviour/delayed service

It is with Pooja Indane Gas service.TIN no.[protected], CST No: [protected], Address.D.No: 766/B/V, Jubaidha Building, Unichira, Thirikkakara, Kochin-21, Kerala.Tel no.2575229, 2576591, I had booked a cylinder on 13/12/09 telephonically, the booking No: 849, and said the cylinder would be delivered in two working days. Even after 5 days it was not delivered. Repeated reminders elicited the same stock reply that it would be delivered within 1 day.On the telephone the staff were not only abrupt but also rude.


The behaviour and dishonest attitude of the staff and giving at Pooja INDANE GAS SERVICE is unworthy of decent human beings Strict action must be taken against the agencies.

    In Bhubaneswar Alka gas is the agency whic distributes Indane Gas in thecity. Despite several compalints to the agency head booking a gaas cylinder at Alka is a nightmare. The telephone is always busy and just when U al last get thru nobody picks the reciever. Its terribly frustrating as this is the situation I and others have been experiancing for te past 13 years. Time someone moves or someone may get hurt.

    Already I made complaint not delivered till now from LIPI GAS AGENCY of Sambalpur of Orissa.My gas consumer no S18715.I booked on[protected] for Gas.They replied within 3 to 4 days I can get.After 10 days also they replied to get on same day when I called.I have One cylinder.May I get another one or not.I gave the complaint earlier for same 5 to 6 days back.There is no response from Indane gas agency or by dept.Be patience is not the solution.Atleast we need a answer why they are delaying to supply of Gas & when we expect to get it.

    Golden Gas Service at in Ansals Vypar Kendra Gurgaon, Its Service - least said better it is. It has always been a huge challenge to book a gas Refill. Inspite of 3 phone lines/ tele nos., you never get their phone, no matter what ever time you call. Its so irritating, always one needs to go to the shop & book a refill. This is at times a waste of time & money, considering todays hectic life.

    Today LPG is necessity for all o[censored]s. Do you all agree, do we have time to waste in booking a Refill ? each time it gets over. Gas pipe lines to our home is far flung thing. Can't the concerned authortity do something on this on urgent basis to improve this common menace. After booking the LPG supply is from (15 to 21 days). - Can we wait for so long ? Taking new connection is not simple, then again this will also face same issues.

    Why can't the authority if listening, increase no. of LPG Retails Outlet in a certain KM Radius ?. Is there any department which check the functioning of Supply & Retail distribution.

    I think unless WE solve such kind of Issues faced by Common Man, our country really developing is a far Cry. Pl WAKE UP TO THIS PROBLEM.

    i have my gas connection KM 5009 with Kandhari Gas, Sector 2 Rohini Delhi I requested for a refill in the month of march 2011 and the cylinder was delivered to me after 2 requests. that to after going to thier office in person. I again requested for refill on 4.4.2011 followed by reminder on 8.4.2011 and 23.4.2011 On 23.4.2011 The agency told me that i have booked the cylinder on 8.4.2011 only To keep a record for future I applied for refill in writing for which the agency staff refused to accept my letter and told me to go to Indian Oil for taking proof of booking Is the agency right ? Shall I go to Indian Oil/ministry of petroleum/court/higher authorties or on huger strike every time for getting my cylinder refilled. is the agency staff so powerful that they can harass any one kindly help me ([protected])

      Dear Sir

      I have booked for supply of gas on 18.5.2009. Till date their agency VIZ. Kisor Gas service, Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata 700095 has not supplied the gas, I am at a great difficulty for so much delay. Can Indian Oil do something?

      Dear Sir

      I have booked for supply of gas on 6.5.2009. Till date their agency SRI VENKATESWARA INDIANE GAS SERVICES no.2/247, poriyakurichi main roade, periyakurichi, NEYVELI-607802 TEL[protected] has not supplied the gas, I am at a great difficulty for so much delay. Can Indian Oil do something?
      My consumer No is 00150 D.balamurgan
      I CAN SUBMIT MY ATTITUDE.BUT OLD AND SICK PEOPLE ARE SUFFER A LOT FROM THIS CRIME.IT IS REALY A CRIME OF GASS AGENCIES BEACUSE IF WE HAVE 6 HUNDREAD MONEY WE GET GAS.IF WE BOOKED AND OUR TERM HAS COME YET, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT.IF WE WANT A CYLENDER HIRE A AUTO, AND COLLECT IT FROM GAS AGENCY OFFICE.OLD AND SICK PEOPLE IT NOT PRACTICAL.
      We booked for a domastic Gas cylynder with your dealer, North End Gas Centre, Prashadpur, 11 No. Rail Gate, Barasat, N. 24 Pgs[protected]/[protected]as early as on19 Sept' 09. But N o GAS SUPPLIED thus far! They do rot even receive our phone calls!

      Their Performance, unfortunately does not seem to be customer oriented. So far as the press report goes there is no Darth in the supply of Domestic Gas, but North End Gas Centre proved to be a habitual defaulter, viz, to mention a few instances,

      Gas booked on 19 Sept' 09 NOT YET DELIVERED
      Gas booked on 11 July' 09 was delivered on 27 July' 09
      " " " 4 May' 09 ' ' ' 14 May' 09
      " " " 10 Feb.' 09 was delivered on 5 Mar.' 09

      We are extremely inconvenienced. No Gas during the Pooja Festival! Our repeated Telephone calls remain ignored - time and again no body with North End office cared to pick up the receiver ! Would Indian Oil Co. display sweet reasonableness to help us out and oblige?

        Sir,

        I am S.Karthik form Salem, Tamil Nadu. My nearest Indane gas agency is ANNAI GAS AGENCY, Meyyanoor, Opp Sri Gogulam Hospital, Salem -636009

        As Per Tamil Nadu government GO Letter dated . This is for Don't force the Ration Card for New gas connection.

        But Still Indian Oil Crop ( INDANE) is asking Ration card for New connection. Still they are not folloing the government rules.

        I need the rules of IOC about the New gas connection in Tamil Nadu.

        IOC / Indane Gas — Not Picking up phone/Delivery

        Sir,
        I am consumer of Nataraj Indane Gas Agency at Yelahanka Bangalore with the Consumer No: 12938. The Agency phones 28567554 and 28567553 are continously either busy or no reply. Obviously they keep the receiver of phone aside. This I have confirmed myself. There is abnormal delay in delivering the gas cylinder. I am staying in HIG C-6/90 KHB 5th phase which is less than 1.5 Kms from the agency office. I booked for cylinder on 25th May 2008, and inspite of two personal visits, and four telephone calls, the cylinder is not yet delivered. To make one call and talk to them itself is a very frustrating experience. I hope some solution could be found for this problem.

        Indane gas ( IOC) — New connection rules by Tamil nadu governmant

        Sir,

        I am S.Karthik form Salem, Tamil Nadu. My nearast Indane gas agency is ANNAI GAS AGENCY, Meyyanoor, Opp Sri Gogulam Hospital, Salem -636009.

        As per Tamil Nadu government letter dated Letter Ms. No. 162 Dated: 9.9.2008, This for don't force Ration card for the New Gas connection. As per the GO any other documents for address and ID proof is sufficent for New connection. But still the Indane gas agencys are not following the Government rules.

        The are asking Ration Card for new gas connection. I need the India Oil Corp Rules for new gas connection.

        Because I travel frequently on professional work I don't book regularly for delivery of domestic gas to my residence.
        Last week, when I went to the distributor Sabari Gas Agencies on EVR First Lane, Chennai 600 084, across the street from my residence, I was informed that my account (which my family has had since 1980) was DEACTIVATED. This is unwarranted as well as ridiculous.

        I was required to provide new and additional proof. I did so and I was told that my request was pending for at least one week, until verification.

        RESIDENTS ARE NOT CRIMINALS. Legitimate Consumer rights are superior to these useless and time wasting regulations.

        STOP this consumer harassment and deliver without delay.
        I suggest you contact Sabari Gas Agencies and resolve the problem ASAP.

        We have a LPG Connection consumer no.5077 Name.C.Doraiswamy.Every month we book cylinder through land line phone.In this process the phone number i have tried to book a cylinder is too busy for a long time.After we informed to gas agency MD the problem is rectified.
        Gas agency name:AMBAL INDANE GAS SERVICE, 103, S.V.K.Complex, Sathy Road, Saravanampatty, Coimbatore-641 035.
        Also we want to know
        1.Ration card is must or not for applying the new Home LPG gas connection?If it is not what other proof reguired for getting a new connection?

        2.Last Month I have booked my cylinder Dated.[protected].But the billing date is[protected] and the delivery date is[protected].this process is taken place for seven days.We want to konw rules and regulations for this process.
        3.We want to know how many days reguired to book another cylinder.
        4.How many days for delivering one cylinder to another cylinder.Is there any rules please send to us.
        5.After you are sending these details thee LPG delar denying for booking a gas cylinder?Where to complaint?
        6.Please aware the rules and regulations for all the consumers.
        7.In all the districts delars are compelling the consumer for to sold a gas stove of every new LPG gas connection.Is there any rule for forcing to buy a gas stove for new connection.To avoid this problem please guide the new customers.
        8.Every six months two to three persons per villeage are comming to inspect the inspect the gas cylinder, tube, Regulator.In this process they are charged an amount of Rs.40 and compelling for replacement of tube.To avoid these types of misbehaviour please guide us.

        Even if you have Ration Card, you should buy with Cylinder all the following items: Stove, Tube, Trolley, Apron (of different makes like Butterfly or Pigeon) from them which they call Package, and if you need to buy additional gas, then you have to get atleast one of the following: Flask, Fry Pan or Cooker (of different makes like Butterfly or Pigeon). But unfortunately, in the letter sent by Indane Gas states the we are not forced to buy any other items from them and its entirely up to us to buy. When asked the dealer, they say that they are forced to sell the merchandise by IOC. I saw a poor couple in need of Gas additional, that too with limited money paying in changes to buy the minimum rate merchandise from the dealer for an additional cylinder. I think the IOC officials are bribed by these manufacturers (Butterfly, Pigeon...) to sell their goods along with gas. Government should take strict action with the Dealer who are following corrupt practices and cheating common man, who are in need of the Gas.

        Yes, I agree with Mr.Thirumalai. customers have enough rights but all the gas agencies are ignored the government rules, i think even if we register a complaint, nobody will take strong action against the agencies.That is why, all are threatening the people. finally as a citizen of India we are suffering. so i am suggesting that a strong Law should be imposed against them then only they will follow govt. rules.

        I am K.Shanmugarajan, No.7, Nethaji Street, Nadar Keela Theru, Sattur having gas connection Cunsumer No.26501 from Indane gas agency of M/s Ramya Indane Gas Agency, Sattur.

        The said agency has intimated me for second cylinder with 60 day time from 06.05.2011. Today (21.06.2011), I am sending all the relavent document for getting second cylider.

        I am having all the document except ration card, it was applied and getting delay due to recent election time.

        They have simply reject for not having ration card, eventhough I am ready to produce Indentify proff of PAN Card, Votor's ID and for Address proff of Bank Pass Book, LIC Bond etc.

        Sub: Undue delay cuasing drives festival to dysphoric condition needs immediate action reg.

        In continuation to the above subject We have booked for refil on 26/12/2012 with our agency : Gas link, 390 old No. 240/3 P.H.Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai 29. Ph:[protected].

        Until today we have not received (ours is Saturday Card) This has put us the consumer in a dysphoric situation in this Important PONGAL SEASON. Despite several reminders - 'we are sending is the answer' mere progcrastination, urgently needing a check whether any manupulations is in vogue? for fast buck, at the cost of gross negligence o[censored]tterly dependent consumers.

        This is complaint may immediately redressed-we too have family and children need to celebrate Pongal Festival.

          I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have observed at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in Pune.This is specifically related to a Petrol Pump situated at Nagar Road, Vadgaon Shery, D’Malio petrol pump. The salesman at the Petrol Pump follow this practice : Let say the man before you has filled up petrol worth 20 Rs . Then when you come to fill the petrol, he will ask you how much petrol you want . You would say 100 Rs. Then the guy who is collecting money will take the money from you and will try to divert your attention by asking you whether you want oil with petrol or whether you want speed or whether you have 100 Rs change etc.Till that time the other guy will start filling the petrol without resetting the machine to zero.Many times the machine will be set to zero but while filling the petrol they will divert your attention and fill the petrol only for 80 Rs if you asked for 100 Rs. This is mostly happening when ladies are filling up petrol there. They wont be showing you the meter which counts the petrol filled in, rather they will show you the meter where they entered how much petrol was to be filled. Me and my friends have noticed this several times.I thought it would be nice to share this with you..I would request the people not to fill petrol in such pumps and also ask other people not to do so. Once I was alone and went to fill petrol at this place. I see this fact in front and told them, but they speech arrogantly and Gathered Mob around me. I had no option to keep quite and leave the place because some of them have started to make some unhealthy environment. I want you to think on this.

          This true, Even in delhi the condition is worst for IOC Petrol Pumps. This Pump is on NH24, Near Mayur Vihar P III Turn. I have encountered this incedant fifth time.When you reach the pump three guys will attend you a time, the first one will ask for the amount...Be it what ever you say (if in mutiple of 100), the other guy will fill for Rs 100 then will ask for whether you have asked for 100 or more, the moment you say 500 or any other number the first guy will come into picture and say " sir kindly put you window glasses on, he (the third guy) has to clean your wind screen", meanwhile the second guy will start filing our car's tank without put the meter at Zero, now you didn't notice for the meter, so at Rs 400 meter stops, you pin point saying its 400, the first guy will say ya it 400 as 100 was filled before, so 100+400 = 500. If you are clever enough to check the meter they will fill you with 500, and thats what I am doing since I was cheated for the 1st time.
          I also had similar experiences from AMAR SERVICE STATION, Marathahalli, if you go there and ask petrol then they will first ask money if you wait to fill then they will ask whether you are paying by card or cash, if you say card then you will not get even half the petrol. It happened with me 3-4 times, and then I got the number of the Petrol Pump supervisor from Indian Oil Corporation Mr. Ravinder Mobile Number [protected]. He promised me that he will take care of this. But last week again I filled for Rs. 300 and I used to get 300 KM for that I got but this time I got only 175 KM. That means no action has been taken against that Pump.

          If anyone knows the email address to escalate this issue then please let me know. I have filled petrol from this pump for than 10 times and lost money all the occasions.
          I also agree Pune IOC is the worst petrol pump, I were using petrol from IOC pump infront of E squir, university road. it is worst petrol pump my vehicle engine was spoiled due to adulterated petrol, I thik that petrol pump is using kerosine, I request to all for not going to that petrol pump
          Yes, I also agree this fact that IOC filling stations are tempering the oil vending machines and serving much lesser quantity of petrol and diesel. Even if they show you the zero at the meter and fill the right amount of petrol, lesser quantilty is filled in the vehicle tank. Deviation the vehicle mileage in similar conditions strogly sup[ports this fact.
          I have been experincing this for last three years. An IOCL petrol pump in Delhi, Saket-Near Welcome Hotel (DLF Place) serves much lesser quantity of petrol that the meter says. Its in my route so I'm left with no other option than filling from here. But whenever I buy petrol from othe pumps, by vehicle gives me a better mileage.
          A strict action should be taken against that Petrol Pump.
          I have faced the same problem from IOC petrol pumb placed @ singasandra (near to electronic city).

          I have asked to fill petrol worth 500. However sales men cheated by starting from the point where it had stopped just previous to me. ( I am sure that he has not re -set the meter to zero level).

          Please let me know the esclation emailID/Phone for this.
          The incident has taken place on 06 Sep 2010 at 10 P.m. Near NH 24. Petrol pump falls in between pandav nagar(Delhi) and Indraprastha Extension(Delhi), 1.5 K.M far from Pandav Nagar(Delhi) on the road adjacent to NH-24(Link Road). I asked them to fill a petrol for Rupee 300 . Immediately guy at the petrol pump started filling the petrol without resetting the counter, when I complained about this the behavior was very rude. Even there was no manager or senior management to complain. I would suggest all readers to avoid this petrol pump in night at least.When guy was filling the petrol, two guy covered me, and passed different argument to divert me from meter reading going on petrol machine.Person before me, filled Rupees 50 petrol in his bike, after that i asked for Rupee 300 petrol. When i saw on machine it was directlly at Rupee 67.Guy filled the petrol without reset the machine to Zero.
          Today I took petrol of Rs 500/- and the indicator did not show up a little bit. when I reached to the petrol pump that guy asked me to switch off the car and some one came infornt of me to clean the windshield and when the machine shows it is done, as soon as I switch on my car, it did not even show that the petrol has been given in the car and the emplyees in the station are not ready to accept this fact.
          Even manager is not ready to listen the fact, he was saying that your car indicator meter is not working. Very strange.

          Beware of going this petrol pump.

          i agree with this sriniwas puri IO outlet as many times i have given them rs 1000 to fill my tank..but my fuel indicator needle always remained not even the half mark. i have taken fuel from other ioc outlet and have seen that even i fill rs 500 amount of fuel my fuel indicator starts behaving manuaaly..please all my freinds be aware ..

            Dear Sir

            i am LPG consumer with Saravana Gas Agency, perugalathur

            As per Indane Gas LPG Price for 14.2 Kg Cylinder should be 315 Rs/-
            But we people use to pay 350 to 380 because
            refilling prices is 315 and delivery prices is 50 to 60 Rs/-
            as per IOC delivery should be free at delear cost

            i complaints about this issue to saravana gas agency.but people who are working in saravana gas agency not even listen to my complaints and they says strictly LPG price will be as per our fixed rate what ever price we fix consumer has to pay and where ever you wish to complaint you can complaint

            If this loot could not be stop i think nobody is resoponsible and the public of india is still slaved by a few people.

              Dear Sir,

              We have two connections for cooking gas at home. Every time we need to book for refill cylinders, my mother has a very hard time calling up the distibutor/vendor, Rajasthan Rajya Krai Vikrai Sangh, on Bhawani Singh Road, Jaipur (They don't respond). Their Tel. Nos. are:[protected], 2740203. There are times when we have to send our man to the above address only to book for gas! Then we end up waiting for the delivery. Again, we send the man to inquire about the delay. It is quite frustrating and irritating. Our gas cards are as follows:-

              2) Mr. Anil Sethi Customer No. S 30489 SV No. 1950218

              Indane Gas — Late delivery of cooking gas

              I have an LPG connection no. 12987 with Leela Gas Agency Delhi. The distributor is unnecessarily harrasing the consumer by late delievery of refills by as much as 5 - 7 days. the modus operandi is simple. i book the gas on telephone and when i remind them of non delievery after 3 - 4 days, they reply that no booking has been done and fresh booking is done and thus the delievery is delayed. over and above they are openly selling the domestic cylinders at Rs. 400 in the market.

                I have Indane gas connection (Consumer No. 17451) with two cylinders. I have shifted this connection from our home town Nilambur. Now I am staying here in a rented home in Kazhakoottam with my wife. We are using this connection in Kazhakoottam since July 2006. Last year when my wife went back to my home town for delivery, I was staying alone in my home and thus my gas consumption was comparatively very low. Last month, when I contacted Gas dealer (Guhan Gas Agencies Kazhakootttam) for new cylinder they told me my connection was deactivated as I never booked cylinder for 8 months and they asked me to bring voucher to activate my connection. Next day when I went up there with voucher, they asked me to bring an application form and photo copy of voucher. Again when I contacted them with voucher copy and application, they are telling that they need ID proof, Ration card etc. They are purposefully harassing me and taking my time although they know that I am an employee of Technopark and I don’t have enough time. They are not considering my worries and it seems they are not at all interested. Can you please guide me how I should approach the dealer to re-activate my connection and book for a cylinder?.

                Indanegas/cylinder — renewal of connection

                Dear sir,
                my self consumer of Indanegas earlier days ,but now Iam Bharathi gas consumer.
                why because the Sri lakshmi Venkateswara Gas agency(SLV Gas agency) incharge behaviour is very bad and abuseing the customer. He is the not boss of consumers, due this kind of fellows behaviour the Indane gas customer might be changed. He is situated at Pomur Road,Kandukur, Prakasam Dt.

                Due to some medical problem iam not able to continue this connection for longtime, after recovery of my health, and met the SLVGag agency ,simply he refused my voice and said the "GETOUT". He is asume that Iam begger.
                Actually this connection is given by Govt.AP under DEEPAM project .

                  I would like to bring to your notice that since last 1 year, we are recieving the refilled INDANE LPG Cylinder only after 40 days of booking. I don't know whether the availability of gas / shortage is still continueing or not !!...

                  Our Consumer No is 26845 with Santhosh Gas, Companypady Bus stop, Viyyoor, Trichur Tel. 2322772/2322992.

                  We suspect there is some delay in delivery.

                  We would be highly appreciated if you could make necessary arrangements for early delivery of Indane LPG refilled cylinders.

                      I have booked for a gas cylinder on 21/3/2009 and they gave booking no as 2864 .But till date(27/5/2009 that is 2 months delay!! ), they haven't supplied the gas cylinder to home. During this period, we called the agency more than 10 times.They told that they will supply it in 1 week.but they haven't supplied it till now.Sometimes, for hours, they will not pick the phone. please do an immediate action .This is the state of all consumers here.Hoping for a quick action.

                      I m really sorry to say that m very fed up with your service provider at Deoghar in Jharkhand state namely, TARA ENTERPRISES.My consumer no is T 1393 .I have booked home delivery Refill(cylinder) on 16.9.10 at his office.I went their office 10 times on 26.9.10 to 8.10.10 regarding delivery of Refilled cylinder. They replied that it will be sent But till date i m unable to receive my booked (16.9.10) cylinder .plz do needful action against this Agency at Deoghar&m waiting to your posttive responce.

                        The Indian Oil Petrol bunk on 100 feet road BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore. "GuruKrupa Auto Service". While i was filling Petrol on my bike for Rs.300 today. i was watching the service boy hardly in his early teens put upto Rs.215 worth of fuel (i had given my card earlier). The cash collector distracted me during that time and asking me if my credit card needed a PIN number when i just turned to answer him No and back the Fuel meter indicated Rs.300 and the liter Meter did not have anything. when i questioned the boy he slipped away and the cash collector came to me when i questioned him he said it was tripped . There is a button which indicates the previous transaction i think its P4. it read 215.35 and then after a argunment i got another Rs.85 worth of petrol. How do i get them not to do it again ? is this forum for real or its just for pacification for customers. I do not want them to repeat it again to any one else. This is not only a matter of fraud this is daylight robbery.

                        Shyam, Similar incident happened to me today. i asked the guy to fuel for 200rs. he started it filling it slowly. While the casher asked me ' if i have wanted bill' i said no and turned towards the machine it was already 200rs. i had a doubt asked why is that volume (ltrs ) were not displaying. he said it might have tripped. While i asked him how come other machines are working. then he tried to foul around stating he had fillied for 200rs. I asked this guy to give me the print of the electronic machine. he searched for a while and gave me bill for 200rs. i still had a doubt. i noticed the time on the bill it was 20 mins before. i shouted at him and asked him to give the latest bill from the machine, he gave the true bill for 148rs. he agreed his mistake and filled me the balance for 52rs.As it was in the morning i did not had time to talk to those, as i had meetings at office i just rushed. later i complained to the manger and he said a strict action will be taken.
                        Suggestion, never fill petrol at this bunk.
                        I'm not sure ...but I landed up at this website to check what this is Gurukrupa auto something is ??? I saw this name by the way in my Credit card statement...recollected that it was the petrol bunk I filled my petrol as soon as I hit enter button on google...Ya buddy...I too felt some kinda discrepancy cos I filled around 6 litres of petrol that day and ...according to the calculation i had keeping the distance and bike mileage in mind...
                        I should have gone and come back to bangalore from Galibore(A resort kinda place, fishing and stuff) easily.
                        But I had to refill petrol on my way back... It was really irritating cos I knew 5 litres were more than sufficient... but I had goen for 6 ..cos of the extra spped we hit...

                        while filling up the petrol...I checked the metre I guess... Not sure I have noticed thoroughly...but there was this short of mileage... Would be careful the next time...I wouldn't go there in all probablity again I think ...

                          I had been sold Xtra Rewards card as a promotional camp organized at Indian Oil Petrol Pump (M/s Super Auto Centre, Sriniwaspuri, New Delhi). This card was supposed to give me reward points on purchase of fuel from any Indian Oil Petrol Pumps all over the country. Since the day I have purchased the card I have tried using the card at about 5-6 pumps in Delhi and one in Noida but the usual reply from the pump employees is that the card machine is either not installed or not in proper working condition; and they suggest that I obtain a receipt from them and then get the points credited at my next fill and where the machine is working. The whole idea using the card hence becomes cumbersome and I request to reimburse the card. Thanking the authorities in anticipation.

NOW I HAVE SHIFTED TO BANGALORE.                           Indian Oil Company — Inordinate delay in supply of LPG refill cylinder

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          My name D.Dhakshina Moorthy, My consumer no.26502 for LPG. Under M.V.Enterprises, N.M.Road, Avadi, Chennai 600 054 (Telephone No.[protected] /[protected]. For the past 4 months and more all the consumers with this agency is not getting their refill of LPG cylinder in time and even not deliver to door step in all areas. During raining and Diwali seasons most of the consumers waited from early morning in their storage godown to get refill.

                          When ever I approach I use to get only one answer that they are not getting their supply and I have booked my cylinder on 15th of October, 2010, when I approach the agency today (13.11.2010) I have been told to wait another 10 days more.

                          I request concern authorities to look into this matter immediately and advise said above agency strictly to deliver the refill cylinder within 10 days from the booking and also advise to deliver into the door steps.

                          I seek your immediate action on above will be highly appreciated.

However, he is not supplying the home delivery of cylinder after booking online. The distributor is not lifting phone calls also. It has been learnt that after every two months the cylinder is given to somebody on my name. Making complaint at toll free number has no use or control over the distributor.

                                  HI, I live in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and have an INDANE GAS Connection SV.No. 3054504.

                                  Our local agency is: MADHAVI GAS AGENCY, 8-1-307, SHAIKPET, HYDERABAD.

                                  I have several LONG STANDING complaints about this agency.

                                  1. Their phone is always off the hook or busy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them on the phone to
                                  make a booking.

                                  2. Even if they pick up the phone, they will not take down the booking. If we call for a status, many
                                  times they will refuse to accept that a booking was made.

                                  3. Delivery is irregular and not prompt. Delivery person does not inform when he is coming.

                                  4. If we call for an update, they do NOT PICK UP THE phone.

                                  5. This time, my booking was done on the phone via the "EASY REFILL BOOKING" service. This
                                  was done on 20th April. The service agency refused to accept the booking and had me book
                                  again. Their service person supposedly came on two occasions, and scribbled some notes on the
                                  wall. But when trying to reach them for a re-delivery, their phone is not being picked up.

                                  To date, 22nd of May I have not got my cylinder delivered to me. PLEASE HELP.

                                  THIS IS ROUTINELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                  Indane should look into this distributorship and streamline their services so that the customers
                                  are not inconvenienced.

                                    I have transferred my S/B account from IOC Haldia Township (Code No. 7089) to IOC Haldia Refinery Campus Branch (Code No. 7090). My S/B Acct. No. is [protected]. But, in netbanking site the account still remains in past Branch (Code No. 7089). how to correct it? I use third party transfer also. Whether, it will act after transfer of this account with same password etc.

                                      Non delivery of Gas cylinders to residence as per booking seniority and levying transportation charges for supply within 5 kms

                                      I am an Indane LPG consumer with M/s Pradeep Indane Services Thalayolaparambu and my consumer Number is 4359 and name GVK Nair. I am employed under Ministry of Defence in the Office of Garrison Engineer (Indep) E/M (Naval Works), Naval Base Kochi. I am commuting from Keezhoor to Ernakulam daily.

                                      After many days i was glad that i got ration card so that i can get a new domestic lpg connection at home, i approaced the indane gas distributor next to infant jesus church neelasandra for the same.Mr kashinath is the manager, i requested for new lpg connection, he is ready to do that but he wants me to buy a stove from his side which costs aroound Rs3000/- I told that i have recently purchased the stove with ISI mark from a reputed store but he is insisting me to buy the same from his side, otherwise the chances are that i may lose the entire connection itself, i was threatened that now if iam not taking then there are chances that i may never get the connection, i gave the affidavit as well, they told me that they will be inspecting and many times the chances are that i need to purchase the stove from their side, iam given the vague reasons that the calorific value will be good, forget about the safety.Sir iam a working class person i try to save money for urgent situations, iam pleading that i have purchased the stove recently but still iam forced to pay those extra money which is not compulsion.I dont know how many such poor people are being harassed everyday.Please look into this issue and help me out in getting the connection.

                                      the same situation is with me.i am from gopal ganj bihar. my town dealer is also insisting for the gas stove and demanding Rs.5000 for new connection.this matter should be discussed in the parliament.these all are mafia. Govt.have to intervane in this matter.harsh punishment should be given to them.
