Dear Sir/Madam

I am from Hyderabad and my Customer No. at Indane is SAI33922

I've a single cylinder gas connection and I've applied for the second cylinder on 18th May 2006, since then I haven't received the second cylinder. I approached many times to 'Saeesh Enterprises, 23-226, R.K.Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, but they refused to provide me the cylinder stating that there is a freeze in issuing new or extra cylinders.

Today, 10th March 09, I approached them, they told me that "The cost of extra cylinder is 1600/- but What are you willing to pay extra for my stomach?". When I refused to pay the money he denied me the cylinder and told me to suffer the consequenses.

I believe that the owner of the agency is not at all afraid of any legal actions.

Could you please help me on this matter?

    I am a central government employee (CSIR) and was working at Lucknow for the last 22 years. I was not having a gas connection at Lucknow and was staying in the accommodation provided by the office. Now I have been transferred to Trivandrum. At present I am staying in a rented house. I do not have a ration card at present. I have contacted the nearest IOC dealer for a gas connection. He is insisting on the production of a ration card for booking the gas connection. At present I have only the employers ID card and PAN card with me. The employers ID card also shows my present residential address.

    Can you help me in getting a gas connection? Is it compulsory to have a ration card for booking a gas connection?

    (I am trying to get a ration card and is running for the last many months from one office to other to complete all the formalities. I do not know when such a thing will be issued to me!!!)

      Sir,
      I ve sent many complaints before and I am not getting any responce from your side.
      We were asked to contact Ezhilasan([protected]) for registering complaints.
      I tried to contact this number many times to register the complaints against Babu gas Agency at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam.I was continuosly trying to get this number.but there was no response.
      We are not getting the gas cylinder properly.Many subscribers under this Gas agency have the same complaints and all are very upset.Please do the needful.

      Dear all,

      I am an indane lpg customer, my customer id is 5271.Agency is Vikram gais agency in transport nagar Agra road Jaipur.contact no is[protected].

      I tried to contact this number many times to register the complaints against Vikram gas Agency at Transport nagar Jaipur.I was continuously trying to get this number.but there was no response.
      We are not getting the gas cylinder properly.Many subscribers under this Gas agency.The same complaints and all are very upset.I m very upset because when visit there he say's deliver in two or three days.After three days he told me after 5 days but not deliver.
      When i want to know about deliver system, He told me that Book your gais after 21 days from last deliver and delivery after 35 days from booking date.It meens I will wait 2 months for geting the cylender. i m realy in problem from last 15 days without gais cylender, with all of my family member.

      I want to know through you what can i do to resolve my problem.bkz he said symply i have no cylender.

      Please do the needful for a consumer safety from monopoly of agency.
      i will waiting for your response and cylinder also.

        madhya pradesh ke chhatarpur jila ke nowgong tehsil per sthit gas agency AGROHA GAS AGENCY ke owner dwara jamker sylenders ke kalabazari ki ja rahi hai upbhokta ko market main sylender jyada kimat dekar turant uplabhdh hai lekin Agency main 24 din baad gas reflling ki booking ki jati hai aur phone per booking kerne ke baad jab cansumer ke paas home dilivery nahi paunchti to pata kerne maloom hota hai ki aap ka no hi book nahi kia gaya
        nowgong ke logon ko anya jagah se Rs. 25 per sylinder jyada dene padte hain

          Hello
          We are living in Sardarnagar Area of Ahmedabad.
          We have gas connection agent called Omkar Agency from Indane LPG for house hold.
          We have one connection for the family of 4 adults and 2 minors.
          We book the cylinder every 21st day after we get the filled cylinder at home.
          Now, after booking the cylinder the delivery is made after 15 days or longer.
          I believe the delivery should be made within 7 days of booking.
          So we are very very upset with the service.
          Please help.

          i am randhir kumar customer of indian lpg. Indian agency does not get to me cylinder gas on the time. i call to them than they does not replayed and as well as cry .this saturation in 3 months.

            I went to get my Indane Gas Cylinder refilled after 10 months, but was told that Verification/Validation of my cylinder etc. will be done because i am taking a refill after more than 6 months.

            WHY? I have a valid indane gas connection, why should i take a refill within 6 months everytime? On what basis Indane is assuming that everyone should take refill within 6 months - otherwise re-validation is needed.

            And the process of re-validation:
            1. Get photocopy of your gas connection documents.
            2. Letter stating why Gas Consumption was low. (Imagine? Are there any bigger fools than these folks. On one hand there is scarcity of gas, on another hand they want to know in writing why i consumed less. Junk Guys).
            3. The Gas Rubber Pipe.
            4. The Regulator.

            Yeah you need to take these and present it to your gas agency, and these lords will then decide if you are eligible for a Re-Fill.

            It is a open secret that gas connection and refills are available and sold in black-market. And here, they are indulging in Red-Tape harassing genuine customers with freaking rules that dont make any sense.

            Shame Shame Indane. Can you explain this?

            Is there really a Rule that one must take re-fill within 6 months? And if you take later than that you must give a reason and those letters and things explaining why you consumed less?

            Cant believe this man. These guys are worse than thugs. Their only skill is customer harassment.
            You mean, you need to tell them why your gas consumption is low?
            In a country where cooking gas is already scarce!!!

            Indane, this was a good one. Any more tricks?
            Strange, these guys should be awarded a PhD (PhRed) in Red-Tap and Harassment.
            Most of the Gas Dealers are Rogues and Thugs anyway.
            Are these complaints addressed by any responsible Government official/company concerned, if yes should be published here.

            Should educate people how and where people should get the remedies to the complaints.

            i am customer with AVTAR FLAMES CENTRE but till now i have not even single cylinder to me door step after booking as it was early said that it should be home delivery.normally i have to go personally to got the cylinder to their stock point.
            I have complained at AVTAR FLAMES OFFICE but no body is going to listen what should i do.

            Kindly note that we had placed an order for a refill gas cylinder more than a month ago and till date there is no response. They do not take calls, the phones ring out most of the times without a response. If we manage to get them they are extremely rude and bang the phone down saying they will send it.
            I am sure that if IOC officials chect their registers and supplies the black marketing will come to light. The delivery persons they engage to deliver are absolute rowdies, arrogant to the core and disrespectful.

            When we complain to Agency, they ask us to go and complain to who ever we want.

            Kindly Look into our complaint and arrange the refills on time.

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I stay in bangalore, we have Gas-Connection from Rashmi Indane Distributors, #23/4, Nayandahalli, Near Rajarajeshwari Nagar Arch, Mysore Road, Bangalore:560039. Issue is that when we book for a cylinder,
                1.They dont deliver in time,
                2. Person delivering the cylinder does not have patience nor curticy to leave a message if incase if the house door is locked. When we try reaching him, he speaks rudely irrespecitve of person is elder or not he's not bothered at all.
                3. When we tried booking the cylinder from the above distributor, they also guided us to book from "24Hrs.Refill Booking - Ph :1260" which we did and even this case also they deliver the cylinder always late. when we try to reach them for booking cylinder they come up with weird answers.
                4. Worst part is when i tired to update the same to Indane Customer Service Cell, they disconnected our call twice. Please let me know to whom we can reach for our issues, even Indane them selves or not responding.

                1)I had Booked for Indane Gas with Vishwanath Gas Agency, Near Kamakhya Theatre, Bangalore during 1997. Subsequently I moved out of Bangalore on transfer & returned back to Bangalore only during 2009. The old address I had given at the time of booking was No. 2718, 17th "C Cross, 5th Main, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore-70.
                2) Recently I came to know from the present occupants of the above address that there was a communication letter from RASHMI GAS AGENCY, Nayandahally, Mysore Road, Bangalore received during 1998 that I have been allotted the Indane Gas & hence was asked to contact them with Registration slip, proof of address, Ration Card etc.,
                3) Immediately I contacted Rashmi Gas Agencies with their letter issued during 1998 along with Registration Slip issued by Vishwanath Gas Agency.
                4) However, staff at Rashmi Gas Agency have informed that your area of residence (i.e., at BSK 2nd Stage) will not come under their purview, & they can not do any thing as I am contacting them after a Gap of almost12 years.
                5) Now I have permanently settled at No. 34, Singapore Gardens, Green Fields-II, DODDAKALLASANDRA VILLAGE, Near Gubbalala Gate, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore 560 062. I don't have gas connection 7 IMMEDIATELY I NEED A LPG GAS CONNECTION TO MY CURRENT RESIDENCE.
                5) I don't know what to do. Kindly takeup the issue with Rashmi Gas Agency & Vishwanath Gas Agency & see that Gas connection is provided to my Doddakallasandra Residence immediately. Kindly advise what procedure I need to follow.

                I have called for booking my cylinder to our Indane gas distributor M/s RASHMI AGENCIES, Rajarajeshwari Nagar Entrance, Mysore Road, Bangalore (Ph:28603244;[protected] on 15.12.2010 immediately they told your booking has already done & will be delivered by 4 days. & again i have called on 18.12.2010 for the same they told it has been already sent & will be deiliverd today ie 18.12.2010 but we have not got the delivery. again on monday 20.12.2010 again we called to them we received the same answer that it has been sent today & you will get the delivery today ie 20.10.2010 but we have not got the delivery on 20.12.2010. now again i called to the same No. on 21.12.2010 for the delivery they are telling the same story and i seriously asked for the confirmation then they gave me the delivery boy's No. When i called him for 3 times & he not talking at all & tried for 4th time he speak to me & he is telling you will get the delivery only after 4 days.


                Now answer my Questions.
                1)Whom shall we trust weather to your delivery boy Or your office staff ?
                2)The decission Authority is your delivery boy Or your office staff ?
                3)who has booked the cylinder in our name before we called for booking
                4)Why The office staff's are giving the wrong commitment

                I, Md. Badruddin having consumer no SIT03587 had booked the number for refilling the cylinder on dated 03/10/11. Our booking no. is 419 and cash memo no. 952. My distributor name is Sulabh Indane Gas, Near J & K Bank, Phulwari Sharif, Patna. I received message on 18/10/11 “ Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 419 with cash memo 952”, but I did not received my cylinder till 20/10/11. Whenever I booked the number for refill the cylinder I always received this type of message but I got the cylinder seven to ten days after complained. Plz. Reply what I do ?                   My Consumer No. i 20983 with M/s Sri Revathi Gas Agency, Chennai. I reported a leak in my cylinder to the after office hours Phone No. 22263898 on Sunday (March 08) at 4PM. The call attendant Mr. Sekar took down the details and informed me that the a mechanic will attend within 1 hour. As nobody turned up I called up again at 8PM and was informed that being a Sunday there were limited number of mechanics and also that there were more than 100 calls prior to mine which are pending. I called up M/s Sri Revathi Gas Agency (Ph#[protected] at 9.30 AM and informed them about the leak and my complaint made yesterday to the office hours phone number. The operator told me that she will send a mechanic within 1 hour. Again at 11.00 AM I called up the Gas agemcy and informed them that nobody had come to check the leakage. I also called up the Indane Customer Cell (Ph#[protected] and spoke to Mr. Selvam and informed him about the non action on the part of the Gas Agency and requested him to persuade the Gas Agency to attend to the problem. At 12.30 PM a mechanic came from the Gas Agency. He fit the regulator to the cylinder and lit the stove. He switched off the stove and said that it a problem with the washer and went out. Expecting him to return with the washer and on not seeing him I went out and found that he had already gone away. I immediately called up the Gas Agency and informed them. She told me that she will contact the mechanic and will ask him to return and attend to the leakage. Now it is 2:30 PM and there is no trace of any mechanic and the telephones of the Gas Agency and the the Indane Customer Cell just keep ringing. I kindly request the authorities concerned to look into this urgently as cannot afford to continuously purchase food from outside for my family.

                    I am K..M. Varghese S/O Mr.Mathew owns an indane gas connection with no 9224 from Haridwar Gas agency, Haridwar (phone No.[protected]), Uttarakhand. Whenever I am trying to book gas through telephone either they do not attend the phone or after attending they make lame excuses and disconnect the phone even after completely hearing the booking details. After repeated dialling, they simply say a booking number and disconnect the phone before hearing the address for home delivery. They always prefer the customer to collect the gas directly from their godown so that they can earn Rs 8/-minimum from each customer.Even if we plan to collect the gas, from the godown, they delay 6 to8 days after booking. Kindlydo the needful as early as possible and make the gas agency to provide home delivery to the customers.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am Sunil Kumar Gupta working in NTPC, TVHPP, Joshimath. I have a Gas Connection with Consumer No. J15020. The date of issue of this connection(single cylinder) is 06.06.2007.
                    The Gas Agency at Joshimath is being run by Joshimath Gas Service(probably a unit of GMVN).
                    I have been running for last 2 years for issue of DBC Connection at this Agency but have not been issued the same till date. Every time I go to their offfice, I am said that there is no DBC Connecion available with them at present. Further, they say that their is no need for submitting any application for issue of DBC (and if I insist on taking the my application, they don't take the application) and I am asked only to bring the original papers of SBC(single bottle cylinder) whenever the DBC is available. Till date they have always said that DBC is not available. The attidute of the personnels of this gas agency is also very disturbing & non-responsive.
                    Kindly, inform me if it takes more than two years to avail a DBC connection for a connection which is around 4 yrs old and when can I get the DBC.

                      My connection no. is 38661.@ mohanil gas agency / Near IIT gate / new Delhi.. 02 weeks back an indane field gas supplier has delivered a leak cylinder in sealed form. twice my father has reported to the man called shambhu who delivers but he has only committed false promise of replacing it.
                      I have tried calling the agency many times but either they are not picking up the phone or busy...
                      Due to the leakage the smell has covered the whole area in the house and its dangerous too.

                      Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                          Sir,
                          My name is pradeep kumar and my gas connection no.in indane is ME32558 with Mukund Enterprises, barakpura, hyderabad.
                          Recently on 04/03/2009 i received refilled cylinder from mukund enterprises. The deliveryman gave me bill for Rs.304.40 and charged the same amount. When i asked him that on your bill it has printed at side that some subsidy of Rs.50/- is being provided by A.P. Govt. then he told that we are charging Rs. 305/- after that subsidy less.
                          Sir Whereas i have listened that govt has reduced it to Rs. 255/-. Please clarify that.
                          Even whenever you make any call to that office again they will tell you Rs.305/-after less.
                          The subsidy ramark is given at side only to manage the govt.instruction and to cheat the people.
                          This is pure insult of govt. instruction and they are demaging the image of govt.also.
                          Please do something with HONEST ACTION.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am applying for a new gas connection in BHEE Co-operative society Vijay Market Barkheda. By agency a intimation letter wide booking no.[protected] dated 12/02/09. When we approce to take connection agency pressurised to take Gas Stove within the connection, while i have already Purchased new ISI marked Gas Stove from Market.
                            We have show Gas stove bill to agency on date 24/02/09 and request him to pls issusing me connection, but till days he is not given me connection & talking a non-co-operative way.

                            I am applying for a new gas connection in Delhi-92 laxmi nager agency(shubh Luxmi gas service) a intimation letter wide booking no.[protected] dated 07/12/2008. When we approce to take connection agency pressurised to take Gas Stove within the connection, while i have already Purchased new ISI marked Gas Stove from Market.

                            Note:he told me i can not issue gas cylinder without stove, you must take the stove for connection.otherwise your connection will be cancelled.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I'm a resident of a small town Kalimpong, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734301. The Cost of the Gas Cylinder + ( Delivery charges) which is already included is Rs. 327.25. as Applicable from: February 01, 2009. This is being confirmed by the Delivery man from the Authorized Gas Agency here in Kalimpong. However the Delivery Man is charging and Extra Surcharge of Rs.50 for the Delivery which amounts to Rs.380 in total.
                              I therefore like to know more details of the charges before I process further implementing RTI Act on the company and complain to Consumer Forum.
                              I would be obliged if you do the Needfull at the earliest.

                                I am a customer of Indane with consumer no 3579 and have been registered with Shilma Gas services - Chettipadi, Parapanangadi, Malappuram Dst.I booked for refill gas cylinder on 29.01.2009 and my booking no is 6577 . Till now the cylinder has not been supplied and when contacted the agency told that it will take atleast two months to get a refill cylinder after booking. For the past one year this agency has been saying that delivery of refill cylinders are getting delayed because IOC is not giving enough cylinders to the agency and there is a shortage of and supply. We are staying in Calicut University Campus and there is no other source of fuel available to us and we are solely dependant on the Indane gas. Unavailability of gas cylinder in time renders a lot of hardships to me, Kindly take necessary action to streamline the distribution system of the gas agency so that the consumers will not be put to hardship for no fault of theirs.

                                An urgent and effective action is solicited.

                                  This is K.P.C.Mogan from Coimbatore. I having LPG connection (cylinder) from Mayur Gas, Coimbatore Distributor of Indane Gas. last week, i missed one of my empty LPG cylinder. Immediately i informed the Mayur Gas, Coimbatore for the missing. They advised me to lodge a complaint with the Police and to get a NON TRACEABLE CERTIFICATE. I too lodged a complaint and obtained the NON TRACEABLE CERTIFICATE from the local Police station and then...

                                  I JAI PARKASH GOEL is the regular user of indane gas services since years but in these recent months i have faced many problems regarding your gas services..I stay in A-4 A Vijay Nagar, Single storey, Delhi -110009, My connection no is 14324...In last month (feb) i myself had gone to your japanese gas agency station in Model Town, Delhi to take LPG because on non delivery of cylender.I had complaint many times on phone but there was no action taken.Every time i call they say the guy who give cylender is on the way with the receipt...Now this time i am facing the same problem, i have booked my cylender 02 marcch, 2009 and i did not get any delivery till now(12:00 pm) ...its been one month from the last delivery...and my gas cylender is going off...so please tell me wat should i do...the lady on your phone services does not listen anything...please look in the matter and take some strict action against them.

                                    We (Aimury, Perumbavoor) have some complaints about the supply of gas cylindes.

                                    1) Never get them in time.
                                    2) Gas agency never take the phone.
                                    3) We have no way to know the day of passing of delivery vehicle.We cant putcylinders near the main road everyday.
                                    4) When we approach the office, they are not providing the cylinders.

                                    They told us 45 days is the gap between 2 deliveries.But the last delivery date in the book is 1/1/09.
                                    Till 5/3/09 we didnt get the cylinder(33217 sv no[protected]
                                    Their behavior towards us was very bad.i tried to contact them several times.But there was no responce.Stock clearance day on the board was 3/2/09.
                                    Please take necessary action.So that we get the gas properly.

                                      i m transfer my gas from Avinash Gas Agency (INDANE) baramati to shrirampur. transfer vaucher also taken, but they does not submit the transfer vaucher confirmation report on website, so that we can't get connecton here. dealer not support. Immediate support required.
                                      Gas booked on 1st August 2011 at Fernandes Gas Agency, Kharadi not received even after assurance of 8 days delivery. Today is 22nd day I cannot go out to visit my doctor. I am a senior citizen (age 63 years). How should I do? Who will listen to my complaint. Because of this my sugar and BP levels are shooting.
