We (Aimury, Perumbavoor) have some complaints about the supply of gas cylindes.

1) Never get them in time.
2) Gas agency never take the phone.
3) We have no way to know the day of passing of delivery vehicle.We cant putcylinders near the main road everyday.

one month baqck i rcvd a notice from a indane represntative stating that
on demand of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION there is a mandatory inspection is going on
and we have to recive a inspection paper by paying a sum of rs 40
the guy who came here with this notice is compelling us to do the service for the gas stove
and the gas tube also need to replace
according to this notice this inspection...

ACCEPT BOOKING FOR REFILL OF DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER AFTER EXPIRY OF 25 DAYS
NOT MAINTAINING WAITING LIST
BILLING ON THE BOOKING DATE
GETTING REFILLED CYLINDER AFTER 40 TO 55 DAYS
HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER BOOKING ON EXPIRY OF 25 DAYS OF PREVIOUS REFILLING.
SALE OF CYLINDER ON HIGH RATE TO UNAUTHORISED PERSONS, TEA SHOPS, HOTEL, ETC...

My consumer number is 21934. From last couple of months, even I am suffering from same. This guy doesnt deliver gas on time and infact sometimes it takes more than a month for same. Couple somebody tell me, where to login a complaint for this K.K Indane, Iblur agency . I am realll fedup with this person.
Request you to please let me know where to login such complaints.

Frequently changing their rules and regulations.It has to be informed to all consumers.How many days takes time to supply the cylinder after booking a refill.What are the rules to name change . Distributors are cheating the customers.They are not supplying the gas in proper time.For that IOC should order the distributors to issue the cylinder in free of cost if they do not supply in proper time.9bf...

Ive applied for a new gas connection in the mid of jan, waited for more than 45 days to get the registered post.Then i was informed to complete the notry formalities, after all the formalities, they said that there is no stock for regulators and i need to wait for another 2 weeks, it getting beyond the limit. The working who are working there are totally irresponible and rude.
