Gas not alloted even after confirmed booking

I visited the 'Indian Oil' Petrol Pump (Gas station) on 03-March-2009 at 09:30 AM to fill petrol and also for 'pollution checking'. Poor Customer Service

Ive applied for a new gas connection in the mid of jan, waited for more than 45 days to get the registered post.Then i was informed to complete the notry formalities, after all the formalities, they said that there is no stock for regulators and i need to wait for another 2 weeks, it getting beyond the limit. The working who are working there are totally irresponible and rude.

Its a third party service center in Chennaibr...
