[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Regarding transfer of gas

I am consumer of Indane gaswith consumer number 74934 (with domestic single cylnder type).I had to shift my residence from Kowdiar Thiruvananthapuram to Kanyipuram, Thiruvananthapuram.So I transfer my gas connection from B.P gas agencies Kowdiar to Guhan gas service Thiruvananthapuram.I went the Guhan gas agencies with the documents of the gas connection along with the agreement paper and its copy of ahouse taken for leese within the area of supply of Guhan Gas service. .I reached the Gas agency at 11am on 13 thApril 2009. Then they asked me to come in the afternoon because the transfer of gas will be done only in the afternoon. So again went there at 3pm .Then also they said to come on 15th.I had to went there three more times and they are postponing that they couldnot do it right then because they are busy.On the fifth time I asked whether I could get a complaint book or complaint number they made bad comments on me.Tthe staff of the gas agency also were saying bad comments and was laughing at me.I asked whether I could know the name of the person, they said he was the manager of the gas service and I couldn't do anything as complaint against him.
sir what should I do to get the gas connection to be reinstalled.

i wana transfer gas connection from my brothers name to my name as the gas oweners name is not mentioned in the ration Card.

I am also suffering from the irresponsible service of the Bloody Guhan Gas Agencies.. It should be brought about...
