[Resolved] Indane Gas — Poor customer service & harassment

I am having a Consumer No.6257 and catagory is domestic double with the Ela Gas Service, Sector-93, NOIDA,U.P.My distributor does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. I booked for gas cylinder with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 days. But the same has delivered after due date with a lekage cylinder on 4.2.2008. I immediately complain to the distributor for change the same but they have not send any person till date despite several reminders. I have two little baby and any time it can be a fatal accident. They also harass me and do not respond properly.I have personally seen the delivery van distributing gas cylinder to the person who have no connection in black @ 500/- or more. I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you ? If not then this practice should stop forthwith and all the customers intimated. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor due to not deliver in time.But how many days this type of practice ? It is my humble request to take immediate action and not doing any wrong by them in future.
