Dear Sir/mam,

I'm Legal Customer of Indane Gas. I live in Faizabad ( U.P.).
My nearest Agency is "Shashi Gas Service" at Deokali and i have booked a refil on 15/2/2010 but still not receive.

I'm using the Gas taking From the Market.

When i have talked to agency, they sad that it will be posible to give refil after a few day. While in this already have been taken much time (10 Days) by them.

When i have told about this to Your Sales Manager ( Mr. Mukesh Choudhary ), he said that It may be possible till Holi.

I want to know why is so delaying in the process of Home Delivery by your Distributers.

    rudely behaviour of the staff

    behaviour of the staff posted at indan gas agency in the name of Bhagwadia gas agency (karnal Haryana) is very much rude. i went for the booking of mine gas & other was of my brother in law the staff posted at the agency rudly said that only one booking will be done & send your brother in law to book the gas. so you are requested to look into the matter & advise them to talk with the consumers politely....

    i want to apply for a new cylinder i dont know the process and i called to tollfree number but there is no use .ineed the cylinder very urgently on 46972 this is my connection number

    Do you want a DBC, ie an addition cylinder on your single connection? In such a case, you should ask the dealer if he is issuing DBC. If he says yes, then you can give him an application and a photocopy of your subscription voucher.
    However, if he says no, you should know that it is your right to have an additional cylinder and you should complain against it. You can complain to the sales officer of the company for the area. Your problem should most probably be solved with such a complaint.

      I beg to say that I am consumer of K-2 International Indian Gas agency Sarita Vihar
      I want to complain that most of the all month They provide us min 3 to 4 Kg shortage of Gas in cylinder. Please do some thing in my Fever.

      Indane Gas — Supply and quantity of Indane Gas

      Dear All,

      This is to inform you that I have gas connection of Indane gas bearing gas no:-19749, with Verma Gas Agency, Mandawali, Delhi-110092.
      I have booked the gas on 04/01/2010 and now I have the complaint no as well and no is 2117, and still waiting for the supply of gas, because of this I have no options other than going to Hotels for fooding, Apart from this I am keep on trying the agency no to contact someone to resolve the problem it is consistantly busy and I am unable to visit to the agency.
      Another problem is the quantity of the gas as it lasts sometimes in 30 to 40 days and sometimes in 20 days only inspite of having the same number of member in the family which is 03. I am egar to know that is it being done from your side or someone else.

      Hoping for positive response from your side in this regard. and I am waiting for your reply.

      i submit to complaint to K2 international Gass Agency i booked gas by tomo e service time 25/02/10 16:30 but today 05-03-10 after 8 days have no receved gas cliynlder . and than i m trying some time so dont pick phone there side . my id no. 11443 - Mr Ramesh Chand . so plz take action

        Sir,
        Respectfully I beg to state that I am a domestic consumer of Indane Gas Company bearing Consumer Number BI-00242 having DBC facility of Sambalpur Town in Odisha State and my distributer is S.W.C.C store.Previously my distibutor was Munda Gas Service SRIT market Sambalpur which has transferred our connection to SWCC store Burla.This has been done without any prior notice or not taking our consent by your L.P.G distributors.Burla town is nearly 15KMs away from Sambalpur town.

        We are much harrased for booking and taking delivery of the gas cylinder.Neither they are supplying gas regularly in time inspite of our more than one month old booking.We couldn't understand what is the value of D.B.C.They are not taking D.B.C booking even if subsiquently my double cylinder was also consumed and empty.At present my both cylinders are empty, now without LPG cooking gas how can we cook and manage other domestic work.We have already intimated this problem to your Sales Officer Mr.Ratha and State Grievance Cell at Bhubneswar several times over phone calls.We are extremely sorry that neither your sales officer Mr.Ratha nor your state Grievance Cell responded seriously and have not taken any action to solve our problem.Necessary action may be taken immediatey regarding this matter and awaiting for your early reply.

        Indane Gas — harrashment

        Transfer voucher number [protected] dated 08Jan2010 was submitted to smruti gas agency at sahidnagar Bhubaneswar Orissa on23 Jan 2010 but inspite of submitting all required documents I am yet to be issued .The agency says he is yet to get the confirmation from Balasore Orissa .I request authorities to intervene.

          i book my gas 05.10.2009. but there is no home dileviry till date 23.02.2010
          Sir,

          I booked for new connection with Indane Gas agent 'Mahanta Indane' at Barbil, Orissa on 11/04/2008. My registration slip number is 1763. Till date, I have not been given the supply. 'Mahanta Indane' is telling me since last one month that Indane has stopped new supply. They tell me that I may get supply only after another one month or so.
          Please help.

          It is regular practice here in Barbil. No body is complaining as they are afraiding of the fact that, the agency may intesionaly harass him in some way. As there is no other option it is obvious.

            Respected Sir,

            I am a Central Govt. Employee. I am not getting Indane Gas connections in my name since three years from M/s Nikita Gas Agency, Shankar Nagar, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) inspite of repeated requests. I am facing house-hold problems due to above. Owing to above I purchase cylinders in black refilled cylinders.
            M/s Nikita Gas Agency (Indane) supplies gas to locality of Mandhar Cement Factory, Distt-Raipur (Distance 16 Kms from Raipur City). Whenever I approach the Agency they simply refuse and say we will not give any connection at Mandhar Cement Factory Area. I belong to the MINORITY community.
            Can you help me? I am in need of your help. I will be much grateful for your direction to M/s Nikita Gas Agency, Shankar Nagar, Raipur for providing me gas connection in my name. I was thinking of getting a redressal self appearance before the PRESIDENT OF INDIA and get the phenomena explained to HER MAJESTY.
            M/s Nikita Gas Agency, Raipur brings gas truck of capacity 120 cylinders every week and after one month's time only they give the refilled cylinders. I somehow manage to purchase the cylinder on black amounting to Rs.650/- from local general shops. Kindly tell me what to do.

              I applied for transfer of my dealer for supply of LPG gas from Arani Gas Services, 581A, Masjid Bati Road, K G Path, Kanchrapara , 24 Parganas (North) vide Agency Code No : 140369 to 'Chirodeep', Dum Dum Park, Kolkata 700 055, since, self have shifted from Kanchrapara to Dum Dum Park in the month of December 2009.

              My consumer Code is 842364 and have double cylinder facility.

              The saddest part of the story is, after we shifted from Kanchrapara to 1st Floor, 115 Dum Dum Park, Kolkata 700 055 on sudden demise of my father in the month of August 2009, we at present are going without supply of gas and having harrowing time by my ailing mother managing the show with Kerosene from Grey market.

              After lots of pursuation, I got the Transfer Termination Voucher from my old dealer M/S Arani Gas Service, kanchrapara vide Stn No : 6096 & Doc No : [protected].

              But your Dum Dum Park dealer, "CHIRODEEP" on my effort to submit the same have denied and asked me to submit the xeroxed copy of the Transfer Termination Voucher on 8/2/2010. On my repeated requests and pursuation to make themselves understand our status without gas, they rudely replied that "THIS IS THE RULE AND YOU NEED TO SUBMIT THE XEROXED COPY WITH YOUR MOBILE NUMBER MENTIONED ON TOP THE THE VOUCHER. WE WILL CALL YOU AS AND WHEN YOUR TURN COMES".

              Confused with their statement, I followed up 3 times in a row but of no avail. My local relatives also have the same opinion that they are very rude in interaction because of their monopolised supply.

              Finding no other alternative, I seek your kind intervention to have the expedited supply of gas to save my mother from the utter distress.

                Dear Sir,

                This is in reference to the above, I Rattan chand is the consumer of above
                Gas Connection at present residing at F-138 Flat No.5 2nd Floor, New
                Delhi-110062 and my Gas Agency is M/s Jagan Enterprises, 36/1181, DDA Flat Madangir, New Delhi-110062.

                I would like to inform about the kind of problems that my Gas Agency is playing with
                their customers as below:

                1. I have booked my cylinder to be refilled on date 12/2/2010 through WEB and also personally 2 times goes to JAGAN ENTERPRISES and today it is 22/02/2010, but I did not get my cylinder refilled.

                At the time of booking the concern person told me that my cylinder will be delivered
                with in 4-5 days. It did not happen. I tried to call a many time for long hours
                through telephone no.[protected] and 29964716, but most of the time it was not
                connected and even if it was, nobody picked up the call. As I am working, I took one
                day leave from my office specially for this issue and personally went to my Agency
                on 15/02/2010 & 19/02/2010 and complaint about the matter and the concern person there told me that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day i.e. on 19/09/2009 by the
                evening.

                Now, it is 22/02/2010, I did not receive my cylinder.

                2. The Agency is supplying the cylinder with broken seal and if it is sealed, the
                actual gas weight i.e. 14 kg excluding cylinder weight, they are not giving.
                Whenever we complaint the matter they changes the cylinder only. But every time it
                is happening.

                3. As per my knowledge, booking of cylinder to be refilled is a kind of service
                that has to be provided by the every Gas Agency, because at present day everyone is
                busy in their office and nobody has sufficient time to personally go to the Gas
                Agency and book the cylinder. But my Gas Agency, I think they don’t prefer to
                respond their telephone call. If we will call continuously for whole day then
                either the call will not connect or they will not respond to the call.

                To check this issue, I personally tried to call at the office of my Gas Agency when
                there was no phone was busy but that time also my phone was not connected, which
                seems like they are avoiding to provide the actual service to their customers.

                I would like to request you that I am not only the customer who is facing such kind
                of problem, but almost customers may be facing such problems and nobody has time to
                complaint.

                I hope that the proper actions to be taken to solve the above issues and the
                customers will not face such kind of mentally and physically harassment.

                Indane Oil / Jagan Enterprises — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder

                I have booked Gas Cylinder online on 02.11.2009 at 11.45 a.m. but it has not been yet delivered till date. It is impossible to contact the Agency because their telephone numbers are always busy. I do not know how to book the cylinder. My Connection No.4775 with Jagan Enterprises.

                  I had booked for one cylinder of Indane Gas (Domestic Supply) on 03/02/2010 at M/S Bankura Gas Distributors, P.O- Kenduadihi, Dist-Bankura, West bengal. From last one week they are promissing me daily to send the cylinder when ever i meet them. To day is 21/02/2010. but till date they did not supply the same to me. I have a nine months old baby. i am using kerosin to survive in aabsence of gas.
                  I am a state govt. employee, me & my family is facing a lot of problems. please look into the matter.

                    My father Krishan has applied for a new connection on 13/06/2008 through Manoj gas agency at Mananthavady in Wayanad district in Kerala.WL no.27048/08.WNo 15 and H no 315.Our registration thereafter tranfered to Kabani gas agency at Kalpetta in Wayanad district in Kerala without our request.But we have not get the connection yet.Kindly do the necessary to speed up the process.May i expect your reply soon.

                      I am LPG Indane gas customer with Raghu Gas Service, Kamla Nehru Mkt,Near Shivaji Ngr,Gurgaon (HR) & my consumer no. is R-31877. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office on 22/01/2010.They replied that by 12/02/09 ,it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office 14 times on 12 to 19 Feb 2010 (daily two time morning and evening ) for Refill but till this date ,they have not sent LPG cylinder.
                      I have so problem now because my cylinder can end at 14th Feb. I ask to Raghu gas service man pls help me I have a little child how can I cook food but they not sent LPG cylinder.
                      They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.There is always Huge rush of customers for booking the Refills & for making complaints about non delivery of Refills.

                      I am LPG Indane gas customer with ADITI INDIAN GAS AGENCY, H.B. ROAD, DIPATOLI, RANCHI-834009 (JHARKHAND) & my consumer no. is AJ-28655. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office on 23/10/2010.They replied that by it will be sent ON 26/10/2010, But it was not sent.I went their Office more times (daily two time morning and evening ) for Refill but till this date, they have not sent LPG cylinder.
                      I have so problem now because my cylinder end now. I ask to Raghu gas service man pls help me I have a little child how can I cook food but they not sent LPG cylinder.

                      I am LPG Indane gas customer with Kheriwala Gas Service, old housing board colony, Sonepat (HR) & my consumer no. is K-12682. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office on 24/01/2011.They replied after 10-12 days, it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office many times from 04th Feb. to 10th Feb 2011 (daily one time) for Refill but till date, they have not sent LPG cylinder.

                        I am living in Madhu Vihar. I am trying to get a new Connection form Dwarka Indane Service from last 6 months. Finally I got a new connection on Monday 15th Feb 2010. I still don't receive Gas cylinder. I got only regulator, pipe and connection book.

                        Everyday we visit their and they said that it will be delivered today. My connection no. is 18086. The girls sitting on the counter are so rude that you won't talk to her.

                          i am a consumer of indane agency(maliyekkal agency thalkulam)...i have been the consumer of this agency since last 15 years . their service is very poor and they supplying individual's cylinders to the hotels and other places . when we enquired about we found that they are misusing their licence and they are cheating indane agency.....we sent complaints to dist collector but no use. once my cylinder leaked with heavy force and noise i called emergency service.but they came on the next day. thank god i am still alive being an indane customer. the cylinder leaked more than half an hour then it became noiseless then we closed with white cap.next day we asked for a new cylinder .... then they told that there is still gas in the cylinder...gas wouldn't go like that.....

                          so i humbly request for enquiry for the specified gas leaking and taking necessary steps.......

                            I'm a customer of Indane gas and my customer no. is 7966.

                            We have booked the gas on the 22nd day in Indane gas (Dev Agencies) and we waited for the gas arrival. Even after booking of the 10th day the gas was not reached. When we called-up the agency (Dev Agencies) they replied that the booking was not done and we need to book again which will result the gas delivery delay for further 10 days.

                            This was the usually practice of this company and we affected for the third time for the same problem.

                            Can we have someone to analyse this problem?
                            Are they given-up my cylinder to someone for extra money?
                            Will this be the general practice?

                              I am a consumer of Indane Gas through The agency "KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE"/distributor code[protected],( Shop no-16 H,ALPHA-II,)Greater Noida,U.P. My consumer no is K-19820,SV No-[protected].I have booked the cylinder on 28/01/2010.Desspite of a lot of regular phone calls,I am unable to get the cylinder till today.

                              The service of this agency is very poor,even they do not pick the phone of consumers. I need the soon delivery of cylinder unless i have to purchase it in black, despite of knowing the fact that it is an offence.

                              Presently I am living in Kurji Patna and associated with Magadh Enterprises. The enterprises is shame for Iindian Oil like prestigious company because its servises are so poor that which can not be explained so easily.
                              It does only what is not expected from consumers. All other agencies in patna have sufficient no of cylinders to distribute except this one because this agency has link with industial units which is adjescent to the godown.All domestic cylinders are silently transferred to these units.The owner is from criminal back ground and articulate to manage local thana. The frequencies of truck comming to this unit is very irratic despite knowing the demand .

                              I will expect from such a reputed organisation to investigate into the matter and do some thing immediately for relief of all the consumers associated with agencies.

                              I am customer of Indian Oil corporation limited from 20 years residing in Dami Tola gaya(Bihar), and I have faced the problem of non-delivery of gas refill many times but this time it have really disappointed me very much from its service. I have booked for refillement of my gas cylinder in the month of december dated[protected] bearing order no.501 and consumer no.PG 3286 but till today date i havent get my refilled gas cylinder. And when i asked from vendor of our agenies they ask about extra money and they will give us refilled cylinder in Rs.500.This happened many times this time it is untolerable and unbearable.

                                I Debadutta residing in jeewan naga,ashram had gone to book a new lpg connection to POPULAR Chemist(INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTER).But They refused to give a new connection.Because the told me that they had already issued 5-6 lpg connection in my residence address.but there is no single connection either in my name or in the name of my family members.

                                  I had booked my gas cylinder from Commander Gas Service, Lucknow on 27th January 2010, but despite several repeated reminders they have'nt supplied the gas cylinder till date. I had also lodged a complaint on toll free number against complaint number 40902 dated 12th February 2010, but still the complaint lies unattended.

                                  Now I am without a gas cylinder.

                                      I have been transferred from Muzaffarpur (Bihar) to Khagaria (Bihar)-851204. My Gas connection has been transferred from Muzaffarpur to Khagaria on 31/01/2010. I had submitted the transfer papers to M/S PANCHA GAS AGENCY, KHAGARIA on 2nd February,2010 for connection, but they told that connection cannot be made immediately as confirmation from Trasferor is required and I had been told to bring two Registered envelops for this purpose. I had objected for this, but I handed over two Registered envelops. After repeated enquiries, till date I could not get connection.

                                      Now I want to state as follows :-
                                      1. Transfer of Gas connection was made Online and my signature is available on transfer papers.
                                      2. I have ID proof, PAN card and address confirmation by the Employer.
                                      3. After this, whether again confirmation required and demand of Registered envelops from me is genuine?
                                      4. After a lapse of more than 15 days, at a new place without Gas connection how livelyhood goes on smoothly?

                                      I have transferred my Gas connection from Delhi to Patna recently. Had submitted a copy of my transfer letter, a certificate from my Employer (for residence address confirmation), copy of Pan Card, Copy of the Electricity bill (for new address verification) alongwith the Original copy of transfer document to the Gas Agency Office at Patna & after submission of above documents, I got the connection with-in one hour (from Safeway Gas Agency, Patna).

                                      If the documentation is complete & perfect, they can't stop to provide connection immediately as it is essential service.

                                      I have transferred my LPG connection from Pune (M/s Uraja Indane: connection no . 1455, TV NO. 1137404, dated 30-06-06, SV NO. 7115, dated[protected] to Panvel (Dist: Raigad) ON 31st Dec 2011.

                                      M/s Urja has pushed the file through the system on 02- Jan-2012 but It was not yet updated in the syatem as per confirmation from M/s Urja. Because of system problem I am not able to get the connection from M/s OM VIOM INDANE at Panvel.

                                      This is my humble request that please update your system immediately. My Kids (8 years & 4 years) are affected badly, they are not getting home made food and not able to go to school also.

                                      I hope your sincere effort and puntuality should not hamper others life, specially for kids.

                                      sir my doubt is that i dint found anything about transfer conformation certificate in this para...while the operators were asking about this transfer conformation certificate...actually where do we get this... or this operators are asking this for any other personal favors... any way its really very very ..disgusting ... so i along with other costumers are facing an nondisciplinary operations from the Indian oil co-operation
