I am from Andra Pradesh, I tried lot but unable to book because of not attending call.And also I asked them, why are you not receiving calls? they are answering rudely.

My name is Bhaskar s/o I.Charles . My father took connection in 2007 with M/s sai krishna indane gas agency (distributor's code 9986521), vakadu, nellore (dist), A.P vide customer no.SK002194 & SV no.2942952. I like to bring few lines to your notice, we have got double cylinder facility but so far I could not book on the second cylinder because the agency management are not giving room for us to book on the second cylinder .Every time they compel me to book only 28 days after delivery and we can surely get the filled cylinder 25 days after booking only .can a family of 6 members like us be able to manage nearly 60 days with one cylinder? why didn't they allow us to book in the mean time on the existing second cylinder? then what is the use of having double cylinder facility?.
Moreover they wont respond to phone calls.Kindly probe into the matter

I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office.They replied that by 19/02/09, it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office on 19 Feb to 06 MARCH 2010 (daily morning and evening ) for Refill but till this date, they have not sent LPG cylinder.
They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.There is always Huge rush of customers for booking the Refills & for making complaints about non delivery of Refills.

Indane Gas — not receiving the calls against gas booking

we are the consumer of indane gas teka, kamptee road , nagpur.
and we are tired of them as they never receive phone calls for the gas cylinder bookings.

when the consumers had been given the facility of booking on phone then why the distributors always keep their phones busy and all the times we need to go to the office for booking. lastly also we booked the gas but it was not delivered to us till the end of the month.and when the gas delivery is done to us the drivers always ask for the extra amount for their services.

then how could such gas agencies promises for the customer satisfactions?

Indane Gas — Gas Booking Officer not receiving Phone Call

Dear Sir,


I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many Months.

Indane Gas — non receiving of phone for booking of gas

from morning 9pm onwards i am contacting my dealer m/s abhijit enterprise kharda over phone (no[protected] for booking of gas but no one is receiving phone to book the same. i am fade-up after continuous trying for more than a hour. my cust no is 32472535 &mobile no [protected].can you help me by booking the gas.................satyam roy
I had make a booking of refill cylinder on 18th February’12 with Kandhari Gas, Pocket A-00, Plot No. 2, Sector-2, Rohini, New Delhi-110085, Telephone 27519710, 65155303.

I had received two sms as GAS cylinder has been delivered at my home but I have not received. I am waiting for my GAS cylinder for last 21 days now dealer asking for again rebooking, it will lead delay of another 21days without any reason.

Pls look into this and do the needful, otherwise I have to log the complaint in consumer’s court.

I have booked Home Delivery 03/10/2012 of Refill at his office.They replied that by 7/10/12, it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office on 8 0ct to 9, 10, 11 oct 2012 (daily morning and evening ) for Refill but till this date, they have not sent LPG cylinder.
They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.after so long time on 15 oct my call recived by mrs aradha ( owner of agency)i asked about refil she said very rudly take from godwn i[censored] want delivry.i will not sent home delivry to u. i am 70year old.how i can go godwn which is more than 10km form town.after i met a complaint 14oct at custmer care . 16th oct 6pm i got a call from agency (no-[protected]) mrs aradhan telling me very badly(gali dete hue tumne meri complain ki tumara canection kat dugi ab to mai tumhe gas bilkul nahi dungi) after that i call mr prabhat([protected]) so of the location he said to me that adjust kar lo ek mahine tak wo lady to badi achhi hai wo aisa nahi kar sakti.their Gas Service is very bad.always they missbiheving.
till today i did not get refil
iam very hope less what to do
plese do something for me so i can get refil

    M/s. Sahid Shyam Singh Indane Gas Service located in Vill.:- Farrukh Nagar, Distt.:- Gurgaon, Haryana not provide Cylinder Booking. I have booked my cylinder before 1 month & 5 days but still they not provide me current booking as they say that your time period is still pending. We are six candidates in our family but how can we survive on 1 cylinder for 1 & half month. Kindly suggest what can I do ? Here (Shree Shyam Singh Indane Gas Service) no one hear about this. Kindly do the needful at earliest.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      This is to bring to your kind reference that my father Mr. Biswajit Das is a resident of S.V.Road, 9th Lane, Birati, PIN - 700051 is a consumer of Indane gas service under Indian Oil Corporation. with the consumer no 034832. Now our distributor Seba Fuel, Chowdhury Para Road, Nimta, Kolkata -700051 with code no. 99193131of phone number is 25273434, 25270535 tells us that for booking we have to wait for 21 days after the last delivery date. Is there any Guideline from your side reffering the same.
      If not please take necessary steps as we are paying the service tax. So its better take necessary actions to resolve the same.

      We are facing a problem to book a gas (Indane) over telephone ( mob. no.[protected] supplied by Hanseswari Gas Service , 14 Rudra Main Road , Bansberia, Hooghly, W.B. Pin.712502 ). After entering all input no. requested by recorded voice in the mobile phone , no reply message or confirmation is given to us( Date : 06/04/2011 at 12:14 p.m.). We can't understand whether the gas has been booked or not .
      Please do the needfull regarding this matter as early as possible.

      I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

      But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.

        I have booked the request for cylinder on 02.02.10 (booking no is :187) with M/s Sonam agency at Patna. But I haven't got the supply till date. The vendor is forcing me to got it from the godown. I had complain about it many a times to our distributor, but o action has been taken yet... so please look after it..

        I am registered with M/s Sukhdham Gas Service, C-8/4, Shopping centre, Lawrenec Road Delhi.
        My Consumer no. is 4685.
        I had booked the LPG cylinder on 5th June 2008 and almost daily I am reminding them to supply one but to no avail. Till today it has not been supplied.
        The persons manning the counter don't pick up the phone for long.
        The matter may please be expedited.

          Dear Sir

          Kasana Gas Agency in Noida, Uttar Pradesh supplies Indane gas cylinder. My consumer number is 5328. We put in a request for gas cylinder on February 22, 2010. The Kasana Gas Agency has not sent the cylinder yet. We have called them up at least 5 times. Everytime, the Kasana Gas Agency attendent says the gas would reach you by evening. Their Gast tempo does come to our locality in Sector 82, but the Kasana gas agency tempo sells cylinder in black.

          The Kasana Gas Agency is extremely notorious in the supply. They are involved in black marketeering in a big way. We, the consumers, are bonafide proof of it... Today is the 11th day and the Kasana agency is yet to send the cylinder.
          Please do something and let us know what more we can do in this matter...

            I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Kochi[protected], but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 20.01.2010.

            My Consumer No is 5801. When I called up the delivering agency, Pooja Gas Agency, NGO Quarters Road, BMC P.O, Thrikkakara, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered , but till the date I have not received the same. What they say is that when they had come with the cylinder , we told them that we dont have empty cylinder and thy have taken it back , but nothing of such sort has happened as they say.

            I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Pooja Gas Agency and IOC.

            Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.

            i have also same complaint in this regard
            I have also the same problem with Pooja gas agency as mentioned above and also the IVR system is getting disconnected or either it is always busy. I don't think its customer friendly system.

            Kindly do the needful as its really pathetic.

            We also have a connection of Indane gas with Pooja Gas, Edappally Office, their number being [protected] & [protected]. It is really annoying that the said agency is never reachable on phone. The only time their telephone is not "engaged" is during lunch break when as they say "computers cannot function" and hence no messge can be passed on. We had our gas booked, I think about 1.5 months back. While usually we get the cylinder in 1-1.5 months, very surprisingly this time they made delivery some 4 days after booking with the result that we had not made arrangements for receiving the cylinder, since both o[censored]s are working. We've been trying to contact them for the past 1 month without any result and its really frustrating. Looks like we'll have to take a days leave to finally get our cylinder.

            I wonder if any complaint can be lodged directly with IOC for this unprofessional and irresponsible manner of the agency.

            I have booked for a gas cylinder (refill booking no 458291)and received an sms on 27th feb that the cash memo is [protected] is generated. But on 2nd march i received another sms stating that my booking stands cancelled. I contacted pooja gas office many times to get the gas but they are saying some lame excuses.The first day when i met them directly the lady sitting there told me that it will be delivered the next day, but now it is more than 12 days.This is not the first time pooja gas is acting like this. Hence this complaint from my end.You cannot expect the consumer to spend for fuel to visit your pooja agency n no of times to get a gas cylinder. Hope to get a favourable decision from your end.               I have some complaints against the only petrol pump (without any name plate) situated at Malancha Road, Kharagpur, West Bengal .This is the only petrol pump in the area and this takes a very good(bad ) advantage of it.First of all the staff is very rude and rough in behaviour. They sit in the office and do not come out of the office and insist us to park the bikes or cars and approach their office for a ticket or a coupon. Then arrive back to the bike and approach the pump and take the petrol. They also jump the meter so that you are getting the less petrol always. Often there is a knocking sound in the engine after filling from this pump. They shut off the petrol pump by the 9.00 pm.In any exigencies in night, there is nobody to provide the petrol. There is no provision of air for the tyre. machine is there but i did not find even one single day when it worked.When I complained all this to the manager, he said he is not able to do anything about it.Morever they are providing only speed petrol at the pump.They are exploiting the situations just because they are the only pump in the near by area.I dont know if the condition going to improve here. It is really frustrating

              I USE TO FILL PETROL FROM IOCL PETROL STATION NEAR SAELAIYUR,CHENNAI EVERYDAY.FOR PAST ONE MONTH WHENEVER I GO FOR FILLING THE OWNER SAYS HE DONT HAVE THE STOCK (DRY) AND HE DIDNT RECEIVE HIS STOCKS.BECAUSE OF THIS MANY CUSTOMER NEAR THAT AREA WANT TO TRAVEL FEW DISTANCE TO FILL THE PETROL.SO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                We have all complained about the gas cylinders being underweight or not getting dlievered on time. If its the same problem in all cities, it cannot be that all suppliers are lazy of not wanting to work. Everybody cannot keep the phones busy or just be a cheater. Why dont the companies do anything about it. I have never seen any survey of Indian Oil asking my opinion as a consumer. I have never seen any Indian Oil officials reply to our complaints here on this board. Are they sleeping or they are also busy seelling gas cylinders in the black market?

                  I am consumer having consumer no. 17209 of NARESH GAS DISTRIBUTER, PURSUDIH, JAMSHEDPUR, UNDER INDANE DISTRIBUTER, BISTUPUR,JAMSHEDPUR,JHARKHAND.

                  I booked for gas refill on date 06.02.2010, but till date I dont get the refilled gas cylinder till date .
                  I had taken last gas cylinder on date 21.01.2010.

                  The staff of the distrubuter misguide us after several complain regarding the supply of gas cylinder.

                    Sir,

                    I get my Indane gas refill from Venkatasai Gas Agencies, Madhapur, Hyderabad. They do not deliver the cylinder/ refill on-time. They usually say that they will deliver the refill one week after booking but this never happens. Its 15 days since i booked my refill and every day they say they will deliver it "today".

                    The people who take the call don't even have the courtesy to listen to what you have to say. They just bang the phone down, even if you speak to them. Kindly look into this matter.

                    I'm sure i'm not the only one facing this issue with Venkatasai Gas agencies.

The agency never provide good service . i[censored] can cancilate the delivery certificate of Dixit gas agency Khicharipur Delhi -91 definatley u should do. bcz i think everybody face the same problem of our area. except their family & known person .is this service for only their known person or public ????

                        M/s Dikshit Gas Agency Khichripur delhi 110091 (Indane Gas) is the distributor for our area. When ever I try to booked the gas there phone line alwayes remains busy , not answering mode and if mistakely they receive then he made endless hold. I have been trying for more than 7 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder

                        I am frustrate their unreliability. i want to ask u ??? is they are working for serve or trouble??

                          Hello,

                          This complaint is with respect to Petrol filling in my car on Feb 26, 10. I had visited Madhu Enterprises, HAL Main Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore for filling Gas in my Car. I had filled Gas worth Rs 1500, while filling the petrol one of the guy distracted me asking for my Credit Card so that he can swipe the payment. My attention got diverted and i believe that’s when the crime was done. Normally after filling the petrol i check meter to get an approximate idea of how much gas has been filled. I found that the meter did not give me the readings that i normally get after filling Rs 1500 worth of petrol. I still went ahead hoping that the reading may change, however it didnt. I went to the petrol pump next day with the complaint but was a waste.                           These petrol pump attendants have always been big cheats. I had a experience that when you go and ask for a full tank petrol and then check the meter they will show you that they have already filled 50 or 100 rupees petrol before you realise whereas they would not have filled anything, and then when you reiterate that you need full tank.. they will fill it and charge you that 50 or 100 extra

                          pl. Don't use big words. You make your payment before or after filling. During the time of filling you should watch the meter (opening/closing readings). A pump can deliver 28-60 liters a minute. How much time does it take for 50/100 rupees. You are not even bothered to see the meter for several seconds. If you do not see the meter particularly opening/closing readings definitely you will have your own doubts. Please do not convert your negligence into headaches for yourself and others.

                          This is to inform you that I have been cheated as well for Rs.500 today in the Madhu Enterprises Indian Oil Petrol Bunk.


                          I requested the attendee there for 2000 petrol, One guy distracted me as mentioned above asking about points and credit card, meanwhile the other guy punched 500 and i told him that i requested for 2000.


                          He filled the petrol of 1500 and states that he has already filled for 500 before. Normally after filling the petrol i check meter to get an approximate idea of how much gas has been filled. I found that the meter did not give me the readings that i normally get after filling Rs 2000 worth of petrol.


                          I never encountered this issue before with any other vendor.


                          After visiting this site i understand that it is not only me but others as well faced the same issue and raising a complaint on this site is mere waste, with the response they have got.


                          I still doing it to let you know, I will ensure that not only me but my near n dear will never fill petrol in this bunk.


                          I will also ensure that this is escalated to the highest point. Trust me this is not the only place I'm going to post this.

                          These guys tried to cheat me as well.. These guys have a strategy to distract the customer while the petrol is getting filled and with me this guy punched 300 with my credit card when i just asked for 200.. And was telling me that he did it by mistake..and other guy was saying that he filled for 100 earlier.. When i started shouting at him then he filled 100 more.

                          These guys are cheat.

                            I am Roopak Krishna who is a resident of Bangalore from last 10 years. I have seen malpractices in Bangalore through out in petrol filling stations, where the staff who is interacting with the consumers are primarily involved.

                            I may be reiterating the story which be written by many here, but i have tgo, coz, i dont know what is the solution for this.

                            I entered Indian OIL pump at Mathikere (On road to Yeswanthpur). I was in my car which is Kerala Registered. Folks called me and made me come to two wheeler filling line. i told to fill my tank for Rs 1000. The fellow staff did not preset the figure, but he started filling. Immediately after he started, both of them called me from behind to ask, whether i am paying by card or cash. i understood the trick and stayed concentrated to the dial. They filled for Rs 10 and stopped. pretended to be having some problem with the machine again he resetted and started filling. After i finished i saw my cousin which was along with me in the same pump in different car had a similar bad experience , where he asked to fill full tank. He rushed to me immediately and told be to be cautious.

                            This is my 4 th experience with India oil pump alone. Getting into a petrol pump has become scary these days. This is too much. Why are we not able to regulate this. I madiwala petrol pump i faced the similar problem and i tried escalating this to the officials there. The response from all were heartening coz, all of the staff were a part of this game and at the end of the day take a share of this home.

Delivery of gas cylinder is made after 20-25 days from the date of booking. Even, this agency does not give the booking serial number to the consumers at the time of booking.                                 Iam having DBC connection with VIRGAS Indane gas agency in west mambalam chennai-33. THe supply is not very punctual for the past six months. very irregular in supplying gas cylinders as we are facing acute shortage of indane gas cylinders. our main purpose is for cooking and as i am having double bottle connection they are supposed to supply gas cylinder as and when i use to place refill. This time i made a request for around 10th feb, 2010 but till now they are not able to supply a cylinder. i feel some malpractices are going on and it is the right time to regulate the supply of indane gas cylinders for the consumers. I wish to say that i am registered with Indane gas agency (VIR GAS) as early as sometime 1980. For the past one year the agency is not able to meet the demands of its customers.

                                  I am a Indane Gas customer with karuna Gas Agency, INDANE distributor,32,surendranagar,west high court road Nagpur [ph no.[protected]] and my consumer number is 57201. I have booked for a refile on 04th January 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week.Its been 53 days,but they have not delivered yet.when i tried to call they hardely pick up the phone.and sometimes just pick & hang up the phone.they are dealing very badIly and their behavior is intolrable.My cylinder is empty due to abnormal delay.They are not ready to listen to customers and are dealing the customers very badly.
                                  This happens to lot of Karuna gas agency consumers & consumers are not having much time to call them whole day waiting for them to pick up the phone. Please take necessary action.

I have booked for a refile on 06th October 2009 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after a weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 16th oct 09.they informed me that they are not able to deliver your cylinder upto 20th OCT 2009. In person I explained the things to the agency and my cylinder are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. When I call to Indane Gas customer Care Officer as per his comments nobody are going to complain about the service of Ms. Vidarbha Gas Agency.This is the think not only happen for me but all Vidarbha gas agency consumers are not having much time to spent on complaints. Please take necessary action.

                                    Your agency in Trichur Kerala M/S SAINIK Gas Agencies is not supplying the Gas IN TIME, EVERY TIME. They take their own time to supply, neglecting the customers requiremnent totally. While calling up and asking for the status they don't even respond properly. It's a shameful fact that Indain Oil being a Fortune 500 global Company, your extended arms are behaving such irresponsibly and using filthy languages.
                                    It's high time you train your dealer network properly to talk to customers. The Sainik Agency people are talking as if they are giving us something free of cost. You should educate them to behave in a cultured manner and should take stern action those violating your culture.

                                      dear sir, my name is Ashok Kumar Jaiswal and my customer No.15748 enrolled with MISHRA GAS SERVICE, LEDUPUR, VARANASI-221007 U.P. Sir, my gas is booked on 19 Feb10, but I am not recived my cylinder still. When i was gone to Mishra Gas Service Godown, their Godown Incharge demands access cost of LPG and very roudly behave with me, and beaten me with the help of delivery Boy . Godown incharge Name is Deepak Mishra . He is very ridiculous person, they r usings slangs words against us . And demanding access cost and given to me threats for next time. Deepak Mishra had taken my Gas Passbook by forcely. And they said u transfer from this Gas Agency .
                                      I am forward this complaint to our Area sales Officer(Indane) Mr. Vipin Kumar and forward compalint to UP Head Incharge Mr. Pradip Singh, But I am not recive any action against Mishra Gas Service . And my passbook is not return with my Booked Gas Cylinder.
                                      I requesting to you please take strict Action against Mr Deepak Mishra Godown Incharge and Agency for this matter.

                                        I am requesting for refill cylinder for past 20days and also has registered through toll free no.1260 but still I have not received cylinder.On calling on the no. mentioned on the slip no body pics up.the weight of the cylinder also varies from month to month due to which we need to refill the cylinder in 15 datys.We are trying to contact in every possible way but to no avail.......Please help us to get the cylinder refilled asap.PLEASE HELP.............
