Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with "KANDHARI GAS"(Plot no-2,Pocket A-00,Sector-2,Rohini,Delhi-85).My connection no is
"Ka-18474".Distributer is not suppling me gas inspite of many request and personal visits.They refused to book for supply.Whenever they book ,they do not supply the gas even for 20-30 days .
Due to this I am facing problems.Distributer may kindly be directed to book the gas and supply it immediately.

This is bring to your notice that our gas from the citizen agency, Alaknanda, market, near tara apartment, here when ever we call the phone call is always busy, sometimes they not picking the phone, their rude attitude towards the customer making to enforce me for taking a proper action.

I the undersigned - Ashok H. Ayalani single gas cylinder holder having your customer No.00916. As you are quite aware that I am experiencing difficulties from your end for non supply of gas cylinder and even not positive response from your office.
In the past I had been conveyed that as per rules a customer can rebook a cylinder after passage period of 21 days of booking date. Until and uptil it was going on as per rule conveyed. All of a sudden on 04/04/2008 on a entitle date of booking(as conveyed ) it was conveyed that there is a change and now entitlement new date will be 09/04/2008.It was conveyed that as per new rule now entitlement for enrolling for fresh cylinder demand eligibility criteria has been changed from date of booking to date of delivery of cylinder As desired, the demand was enrolled on 09/04/2008, but with sorry to state that in spite of having a single cylinder myself and my family is awaiting for the arrival of gas cylinder. In spite of repeated request of mine for suppliance of gas cylinder immediately as I am a single cylinder facility holder, but we have been not supplied still date. When I visited the office of your, it was learnt that Only cash and carry supply is available and I was advised that I may not be entitle for the cash and carry supply scheme. By launching new scheme of CASH & CARRY it must have benefited to you certainly but at the cost of the sweated money earner like wise me. Since last three days on inquiring in the morning for fresh cylinder it is conveyed that gas cylinder Rixa has already left the office/ godown. On enquiring at evening it is conveyed that Driver engaged in distribution of gas cylinder is tired after distributing 125 cylinders. This is a story repeatedly conveyed since last three days.
If a person like me being a regular customer of Indian oil corporation Ltd., since long have to face so may difficulties only because of distributor it is REALY SHAMEFUL After enrolling myself as a customer since long back who have never though of other alternative& MY BLIND FAITH IN IOC WAS A SAD MISTAKE. It is very difficult for any one to live without alternate arrangement and without LPG for continuous 13 days suddenly. (From the 04/04/2008 to till date).
If a customer like me have to face such difficulties for having a gas cylinder who is responsible either IOC or distributor?

Only because of the rule and regulation framed and changed by you at your will from 4/4/2008 till uptil date myself and my family is facing physical and psycological disturbance and which tarnish my social image - which give my a thought of going for litigation either through Court of law or Consumer forum.

I have book for riffle a cylinder on dt.05.12.2008 vide Booking No.is 2811 but I have not received as on dt.02.01.2009. I am a double Cylinder holder consumer. Two of my cylinder is emptied since 11 days .I have given reminder to my supplier RADHA RAMAN GAS AGENCY. But they are not given any response in my serious condition. Sub.: Irregular distributions and malpractices, maladjustments of domestic booking of LPG cylinder by “Mahaprabhu Indane Service” of Ram Sita Para, Nabadwip, Dist.: Nadia, W.B. Premises No 20.

Sir, I beg to let you know about the seriousness of malpractices of distributions maladjustments of booking Domestic LPG Cylinder that is prevailing by the “Mahaprabhu Indane Service” Premises No. 20 of Ram Sita Para, Nabadwip, Nadia, West Bengal-741302.
I hereby producing some of the items regarding my complain as follows:
1. As per local “Indane Service” order booking of cylinder are not accepted by the Company before 21(Twenty One) days from the date of last supply. But it is often seen that though booking is accepted after 21(Twenty One) days as shown in Domestic Consumer Gas Card the same booking date is varied from one date to another by the sweet will of the management which are not shown in the Consumer Domestic Card i.e. I booked refill order on 01/10/2008 and 15/12/2008 but the changed date subsequently shown on 19/10/2008 order No 8626, Cash Memo No 8546 and 29/12/2008 Order No 15749, Cash Memo No 15704 respectively. Without entering these changed date and no in Domestic Consumer Card issued to me.
2. That in support of my statement regarding the irregularities I beg to mention the Xerox copy of Domestic Gas Consumer Card on which shows the booking particulars.
3. As per Domestic Gas Consumer Card booking date and supply date varies as such shown below:
Actual date accepted for booking after 21(Twenty One) days after the last supply and varied date (29/12/2008) at least 15 days after the actual booking date (15/12/2008) i.e. (21+15) days = 35 days + supply date after the varied booking date (29/12/2008) which is not less than 7 days i.e. 35 days + 7 days = 42 days. Now it is for your kind notice may I ask you how many days a cylinder of 14.2 Kgs can be utilized by a family?
4. That it is seen some opportune persons are getting gas before some of the unfortunate persons like me which may be kindly verified.
5. Under these may I request you to enquire about the irregularities of malpractices, maladjustment as I stated against the “Mahaprabhu Indane Service” Ram Sita Para, Nabadwip, Dist.: Nadia, West Bengal, Pin. Code 741302. Premises No 20 and necessary action may kindly be taken.

Hi,
I have been using the service of Indane gas through its franchiee " Yadu Gas Sewa", Sahibabad Industrial area since 6 years.My conusumer number is 15476. The phone number for this franchiee is[protected]. I have not faced any kind of problem with the services of yedu gas till jan 09. But from that month onwards it is being my duty to call at least 4 to 5 times for gas delivery and to wait at least 10-12 days. Top of that every time I called up to that number I get the same reply that "sir aaj nehi to kal apke ghar cylinder aa jayega". Please look into this matter.

if we request for any kind of services regarding gas cylinder leakage or gas stove servise, they reply no man power is available.

I am looking for new Gas Connection in Gurgaon. The Dealer is insiting for taking new Hot Plate from him. I have already hot plate. Does the IOCL is right in its submission. How I can take it forward so that I will get new gas connection without purchasing new hot plate from the Dealer.

How i made a complaint about who are using the domestic LPG Cylinder in their Cars and / or motor vehicles at the subsidise price and How every members of family became the consumer of domestic LPG cylinder only for using those cylinder in his cars / motor vehicles family cost of the general public, who are residing in the same building and kitchen...this is very urgent for preventing the such illegalities and proper justice in this regard.

i am indane lpg customer (consumer no.28803) & my distributor is... sona enterprises a72/2,masoodpur (vasant kunj),NEW DELHI... few months back when i went at their office for booking of lpg they told me that u can only book ur lpg on net or on cellphone .....so from approximately last 6 to 7 months i am booking the lpg on net...on net system does not accept booking before 21 days...so when distributor receive the booking he mention on every occasion booking date 3 to 4 days ahead... for example in janauary i booked the lpg after 21 days on 27 th of janauary ....but when i receive the lpg booking date on bill ( bill no.577) was 1 st of February ( six more days).... after that i went to their office & told all the problems ...but they simply told me that they cannot do anything in this matter ...but this is a very big problem for me so i kindly request to authorities to do the needful in this matter..thanks

I am a user of Indane for LPG i.e. Indane Gas with connection No.044485 and my Distributer is UNITED GAS AGENCY RAJENDRA NAGAR SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD UP. THEY HAVE TWO PHONE FOR GAS BOOKING AS MENTIONED ON THE NOTICE BOARD OF AGENCY i.e.[protected] and[protected] but they never ever pick the phone where the ring goes on between 9AM to 10AM... and after 10 AM the phone remain unreachable or busy till the closing time of Agency and as Closing time passed the scenario is repeated...

I will be grateful to you if you take out neccessary action and solved it out.

I booked my LPG gas 15 days back but didn't get the LPG supply till date.

Worst service & supply of Gas in the name of Brindvan GAs Co., BHEL LIG colony, R.C.Puram, Hyderabad-32 the Dealer of Indian Oil Company. All the times the phone remain busy or not eager to pickup the phone. Moreover it is useless. The Agency did not keep the track record of the gas booking. It is disgusting that the Indian Oil has appoint such a Worst distributor. Whereas other distributors are supplying the gas regularly. The Employees always promise to deliver within 15 days but it will never happen and even after one month also same position. Sometimes the phones are ringing they didnot bother to pick up the phone or they lift the phone and disconnect the line. It is disgsting.

From next day on wards, they stopped lifting phone and cell phone. with a great difficulty, we got him, he says his Auto driver is not coming since last two days.So Indian customer has to depend on such worst, irresponsible distributors.

He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. Aarti flames service is not satisfactory, they will not dispatch the cylinder at said time, my cylinder was empty on 24 jan 2010, i have called to aarti flames to book the cylinder they told me call after 29 jan 2010, if my cylinder was empty on 24jan, why i will wait for 29th jan, this is not the first time, they are not behaving and attending us properly. always says that their is shortage of cylinder, so many people is in the que??

There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

Indane Gas — TILL YET NOT DELIVERED MY CYLINDER AFTER REPEATED BOOKING

AFTER REPEATED TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION AND BOOKING,TILL NOW MY GAS CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED . MY INDANE GAS CONSUMER NO- R50711 AND BOOKED ON 07.10.2010.THIS IS ROUTINE DELAY PROCEDURE MAINTENING LATE DELIVERY BY THE DISTRIBUTOR OF AMBABARI AREA OF JAIPUR.INTENSIONALLY HE IS DELIVERING LATE TO ALL CONSUMER IN EVERY MONTH INCLUDING ME.

sir, i have booked gas on 25th jan2010 in early morningg with dikshit gas service vide complaint no 363001 at khichpur delhi and till date i could not get gas . theie employes demand extra money which i am not ready to pay . it appears officers of i.o.c are hand in glove with them .pl help

I booked my cylinder dated 28/12/09, my consumer no. is VT-2763 on VIKRAM GAS SERVICE, STATION TOWN HALL ROAD, BALLIA.I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I personally GO TO AGENCY & NOTE OUR COMPLAIN THREE TIME to Agency, but still I have not received cylinder after 35 days.

My name is vinod kumar singh residant of D.T.1913 Dhurwa Ranchi, Jharkhand booked my gas at 6th Feb 10 but after 12th day of booking when i visited to my distributor office " VAISNAVI GAS SERVICE " AT RANCHI JHARKHAND. They Told we ar unable to give you home delivery.since than after making daily telephone call they simply said today surely will deliver gas cylinder...while you can see at there distribution point they are openly selling gas on black instant availabilty for commercial use also.

it, s daily basis problem so plaese take strong & firm steps to punish.

I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar, Distt. Gurgaon and consumer is 2332. But I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today i.e 23.2.10. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. I phoned so many times on telephone i.e[protected] and other phone is not working till date and whenever I phoned to the agecny the reply comes "MAIL BOX IS FULL" on phone no. Eventhough I personally went to Agency for the booking cylender on 6.2.10. The agency informed that the booking of the seocn cylender after 21 days of booked cylender but still I have not received cylinder after 18 days. this is not the first time, I am facing this type of problem from last years. Every time service provider promised to rectify the problesm but not actuion taken till date. I request yuou to kindly look into the matter and providing the cylender at the earlieest.

Indane Gas — non booking of refilling cylinder

My gas agency Chandrakala Gas Services at Seema puri, Shahdara, Delhi do not pick up phone nos.[protected], 22357295. I have been trying continuously for last 4 days. My consumer no. is CK-9785. Please look into the matter urgent.

My agency name is Jangjeet Enterprises, Ajronda, Faridabad. Whenever i call for refill booking they tell me that they can not book the cylinder before the completion of 30 days of last refill.I would like to know that waht is the policy in this regard. After how many days of last refill can i order my booking.

And it was surprising that the seal was intact
Might be they have extra seals

The system is corrupt
And nobody to stop them from doing these things
Nobody pics up complain helpline number as well
