Sir

I aged 73 years old I have shifted my residence from KK Nagar to Arumbakkam because I am unable to pay the higher rent which the landlord asked.

I shifted my house and transferred my GAs connection from KK Nagar to Aminjakarai GAS LINKS gas agency.

At the time of transfer I got my cylinder booked and they have provided new cylinder. When my other cylinder got empty I went for second booking by that time the GAs agency demanded a change of address proof.

I am unable to get an address proof for my new address :

ie 76 /3 Pillayar Koil St, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600 106

I approached my bank account - since I am pensioner - Indian Bank at Anna Nagar near Rountanna. They also asked me a change of address proof,

I do not understand what I have to do to book my new cylinder and my change of address to Bank account.

Please try to clear out my issue. As such I am maintaining a Mentally Handicapped patient with me for more than 2 decades

    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer of Indane Gas Service, Shanti Indane, Palam, New Delhi. My consumer no. is 16061 on the name of my mother.
    I had requested for delivery of Gas Cyllinder on 28th Jan, 2010 and the booking no. is 14046 by calling on 1260.
    The cyllinder has not been delivered yet and no one picks the phone at Shanti Indane[protected]/[protected]. Also, previously when they delivered; they stole approx. half of the Gas and their service is pathetic.

    Could you please help in this regard. We donot know where to complain.

    1) i have booked for a second cylined in nov 2007 and till now i havent got the second cylinder

    2) I booked a cylinder on tuesday 27/01/09 and till date 29/01/08 i havent recieved the cylinder. after repetative call also no body is delivering.

    Indane Gas — Gas Delivery

    My Gas Connection No. is 11798. I booked a gas reffil on 05/08/2010 by online. But Still I am waiting for Reffil. The Raj Flame (Mohan Garden) is our Gas agency. That Gas agency's service is very poor. Everyday there is a long que and never give proper response. If somebody want to connect them on phone . The phone always busy becuase they put the receiver on table no body contact them. Please take action against them.

      sir Iam resident of CR Park New delhi,my Indane Gas consumer no 15298, offlate I am observing that my Gas cylider are finishing much before their due date,usually one cylinder used to last a minimum for 20-25 days,but for last 3/4 months they are finishing within 12-14 days strangely,I am a retired pensioner and with this kind price rise it is difficut for me to sustain under these circumstances.Request kindly see into thses so that you are able to take necessary .

        I am having gas connection of INDANE and distrubuter is Abhinav Gas Sector-13 karnal Haryana.First of all there phone is always busy and when connected the response is very bad/rood. They will not book the gas before 21 days of last booking and further to that they told that 21 days after delivery of gas cylinder and they deliver gas cylinder after 8-9 days after booking. total of more than 30 days for every gas cylinder.When contacted perossonaly they misbhevaed and very rood. Even they told that we will not book do what ever you can do and we will also harash in future.

        Indane Gas — Delivery Exceeding 30 Days after Booking

        SIR,
        Last month on19/11/2007, I had booked a cylinder with M/S Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency, West Bengal. My consumer number is 37133. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. Every time I try to call their number 25484328/4683, the phone line is coming engaged for 40-45 min & when I get the connection the reply from other end was like “already the delivery is on his way to deliver the cylinder.” This is happening for last 25 days .The minimum booking period mention Ned from Indane is 15 days and the customer is suppose to get the cylinder within 10 days of Booking. But if you’re agency takes 20 days to deliver one cylinder, it is not possible for any family to survive. This is sure negligence of work & the bunch of irresponsible people at Dumdum Gas supply Agency. I request you to please look into the issue.

          Sawati Gas Service is doing black market of lpg gas.

          I have book a cylinder before 15th days but there are no cylinder available till now. and the workers of swati gas service is hidden from three days. they are not open the firm beacause the consumer is waiting from 16th days.

            Hello,

            I am not getting proper Gas services from the concerned Gas Agency of Maihar, Distt.-Satna(M.P.).
            I requested the agencies a lot of times even though I am unable to get the proper services at time.

            Please help me to solve this serious issue asap.

              I had gone to Rampoorna Gas Agency in Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) for new connection but they refused to give the connection without gas stove when i told him that i already have 4 burner ISI marked gas stove and i really do not need new gas stoveit .then Owner clearly said this is the only one of the medium to make some good money on new connection otherwise what we get in new connection,Can some action be taken against this corrupted agencies and get the needful done for the the needy customer....

                Dear Sir,
                My name is Amit R/o Jawla nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32. And our cylinder booking number is 26398.
                Every time I make a call to book, first they dont pick their phone and after few regular calls from my side, they book. and Everytime they delay in delivering cylinders even more than 15 days late. and they dont handle their customers politely.
                Kindly Request you to please help me in this matter and take actions ASAP.

                You can follow very simple process to solve your problem.

                1]. Go and Complain to District Supply Officer of your area.

                2]. In Case District supply officer dosent' responde you, or refuses to entertain you complain. Ask him to register a complain against him also at Central Vigilance Commission - Delhi.

                you will get the solution of you problem.

I have a gas connection No. 9760 from Dhruv gas Service, who is authorised to distribute LPG cylinders of Indian Oil Corp.I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem that is continuosly facing by me and my family due to non booking of LPG cylinders because of telephone nos. provided by the aforesaid gas suppliers are not working regularly.And if we have booked gas at the desired no. given by them, then also not reaching the gas even after continuous remind at the office of supplier. Also we cannot do much because the contact nos. given by the supplier as well as Indian Oil Corp. are not working frequently even the emergency nos. which are provided for emergency complaints like in case of gas leakage etc.
                  I am giving the telephone no. provided by the supplier[protected], 23540370 and of Indian oil Corp. Emergency no. [protected], 23513192, 23411282 for your reference. please try the aforesaid nos. when you have spare time and then think of response.
                  Even in case of gas leakage of cylinder on 05/02/2010 received by me on
                  29/01/2010, ihave tired of trying calling the emergency nos together with general nos. of suppliuer. But there is no response.now i am complaining on this around 5:15 p.m. (noon) , but i have not changed my leakage cylinder till date[protected]. Now, i am tired and want to know the better way to tackle the matter.
                  Sir, please see the matter i can tolerate the non boking and delay in delivery of gas, but how one can tolerate the matter relating to others'life such as gas leakage.

                    I am a bonafied consumer of INDANE LPG bearing Consumer No.- 12910 at Sambalpur under the distribution of M/S MUNDA GAS SERVICE. I have booked for Gas cylender on 29.12.2009 bearing booking No. 3954. But till date the distributer has not issued gas cylender to me. It is very regret to say that there is mass black marketing of gas cylender occure in Sambalpur, for which the genuine customers are suffering a lot. The distributer intentionally issue gas cylender to non consumers in price. After repeated request the distributer harrashed me a lot. It is my request to cancel the lisence of M/S MUNDA GAS SERVICE to stop Blackmarketting & degradation of company immage.

                      I have booked for LPG gas to our dealer RAMA GAS SERVICE, Sitamarhi (Bihar) vide their cash memo no. 3042 on 10.1.2010.
                      Our consumer no. is 182.
                      the system of the Gas Dealer is to book a Gas is - he books for the Gas one month after when customer receives the previous Gas & the delivery will takes aprox. 50 days latter. It means the user should consume the 14 kg. LPS in 80 days. How it is possible? In the open Black market the LPG is easily available in Rs. 500/- t0 750/- . I don't able to understand from where the in the Black Market it is availabe? If consumer becomes in need urgently for Gas why not it provided by the INDANE to deliver immidiet to those customer who wants to purchase it in Rs. 500/- instead of 320/-? to avoid the purchase of a Commercial LPG.
                      After passing 25 days the Gas is not delivered uptillknow to me. My mothers age is 74 years & he is suffering from hreat dieses & dibities. It is not possible that food will be prepaired with wood firing due to the smoke of burhing of wood or K. Oil is harmfull for her.
                      So, Please assist the dealer to provide the same atonce.

                      Hi There!


                      Have booked Gas 15 days back, but, yet not delivered. we are trying to contact our Agency holder M/s Shrangeri Enterprises (Gurgaon) Haryana for the complain in this regard, they are not responding well and saying that you are not only costumer for us and also their is a huge pendency for delivery. (( IS THIS FACT ???????))

                      When we tried to purchase gas from their Gas Hooker, was ready to provide gas but in Rs. 550/-. when we negotiate and ask to give some discount in their rate, he replied that we have to give Rs.150 per cylinder to our Agency holder M/s Shrangeri Enterprises (Gurgaon) . and give reference that he is supplying Gas in market to Gas Refiller @ Rs. 600 per cylinder and giving us on Rs.50 less.

                      After Explaining these all, we have simple question that IS THERE ANY CONTROL ON GAS DEALARS?? AND HOW CAN A MIDDEL CLASS FAMILY CAN SURVIVE IN THIS CONDITION????

                      ** I Have some snap of gas Refiller, can provide you, if required by you.**

                        My name is R. Vaidyanathan, My Customer No.10579 for supply of Indane Gas for domestic consumption. I registered for refil after 25 days of supply of the previous cylinder on Jan 20th 2010. Till date they have not supplied. However the supply to other customers who registered for refil after me have been supplied. There are mall practices going on during distribution at "Meenakshi Indane Gas Agencies" 13/184, Pattamangala St, Myiladuthurai 609 001.

                          sir,
                          I am Rtd Dy. Traffic Manager of Kandla Port Trust, Gujarat Settled in Chengannur, Kerala. After settling Kerala I am facing lot of difficulty in getting refilled cylenders in time even though I am having two. Never they will give two filled in cylenders. We have to wait 45 to 65 days after booking. Now they have changed to Electronic booking by dialing 1260.
                          Due to delayed supply of filled in cylenders my two gas cylenders were empty by 21.01.10. I tried to get some help by contacting 1260 and agent on telephone. But got one filled in cylender only on 03.02.10. Even though I tried to book the other cylender on 05.02.10 the electonic booking at tel.no 1260 is not accepting my booking. I contacted the agency PARUVELIL GAS SERVICES at CHENGANNUR, Alapuzha district on telephone for assistance, But they have shown their helplessness. My consummer No.is. 25211. I am a registers consummer from 1984. and I have not faced such problems of shortage in Gujarat. I tried to contact on tel. no 155233 and[protected] and[protected]., but got no response. So lodging this grevance for redressal early.
                          Kindly arrage to get the next Gas cylender booked early to avoid hardship to me and my family. Regards.

                            subject:- regarding delay in gas cylinder by gas agency.

                            Dear sir,
                            I would like to bring litigation against M/S Etah Gas Service, Etah- uttar pradesh .The agency does not deliver of gas cylindre after booking within a week.Over twenty days the agency canceles my booking number and told me that again booking.I have booked at 119/18 on dated[protected].connection no. E-4833.I have complained to field officer Mr.SEHDEV SINGH.in divisional office AGRA(uttar pradesh) as well as in NEW DELHI at toll free no.[protected],.The reason behind delay in supply is due to illegally supply gas cylinder to un autherized others.Field officer Mr SEHDEV SINGH also involved to the agecy.No action is taken by divisional office of INDANE GAS.
                            Isincerly request you taken necessary action.If not I will loose confidence on I O C administration.

ANJU Mr.pandy . I dont except from this type attitude INDIAN OIL CORPORATION . Kindly explain & do needful.

                              When requested for refil booking, the distributor says it is available only online booking. The details he doesn' know. I searched the web for a facility to book online but could not find. I trided customer care tel.No.[protected]. Nobody picking up. Then tried Area manager's No.[protected]. It is always engaged for hours together.

                              What should I do to a refil booking?

                              IOC is supposed to be the window through which the entire world looks at Indian industry. So should it wants to remain as the symbolic "indian" or ......

                              I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor Paruvelil Gas Services, Chengannur, Alappuzha, Kerala. is not supplying gas regularly. My consumer no. is 17348. I have booked for refil on 23/028/2011. My booking number is 240. Then this agency told me "your gas is not booked " .
                              I request the Authority to intervene and take necessary steps so as to get the cylinder immedeiately.

                                , I had booked a New Connection with M/S Shilpa Gas Services Site No.1, Rama Vihar, Vill.Majri Karala Road Delhi.. My consumer number is 4131 ( New Registration) Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                SIR, , I had booked a New Connection with M/S Kaptan ganj indane gas service kaptanganj kushinagar up Site No.675, Dharam raj s/o sri sukharaj vill chandrapur post Bodrawar Disst kushinagar up .When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me & not issued new connection. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                  sir,
                                  with due respect i beg to state that, i Nirode Mitra a consumer of indane(indian oil) under distributor Bongaon Gas service, A-12 New Market,Bongaon ,North 24 Parganas,WB. My I.O.C/ER-4270781,consumer number-B6411 and SV. no.-146775.
                                  I booked my gas on 17.11.2009(booking no.-6055) and slip was issued on 15.1.2010 but still do not get the gas.I am a retired teacher and also a heart patient, already I have visited 3-4 times after issuing the slip but still do not received the gas. It is not a fact for this month, it is happen in every month.
                                  I want to draw your kind attention on this matter.

                                  Me Jain gas agency faridkot punjab ka grahk hu. mera custmor no sp 6298 hai Hame jain gas agecy kaphy der se preshan kar rai hai. cylinder ki booking 22 din se pehley nahi karte .booking ke baad cyliner ki dilivery kabi bhe 10 din se pehle nahi huey, is bar[protected] ko [protected] phone se cylinder book karyaia tha. jis ki dilivery dubara phone karne ke babjud abhi tak nahi milie.

                                  gas agecy walon ka behave bhi achha nai hai. dilivery dete vakat cylinder ka weight bhi nahi karte.aur purane diye gaye cylinder serial no. ki maang karte hai jab ki hum indane ka cylider hi vapis karte hai

                                    refusal of connection to wife

                                    sir i am having one gas connection of indane gas company with monika enterprises,shastri nagar,Ludhiana, my wife now want one separate gas connectionin her name but they refused to issue her the new connection. sir please read the following Madurai HC judgement and kindly inform me why my wife cannot get gas connection in her name when it has been the policy of indane gas company:-

                                    This is regarding the "Shanti INDANE" Gas Agency at sadhnagar, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045.
                                    The manager at the the agency had deployed the most stupid staff at the customer desk, who do not know how to talk to the customer. In the working hour's there is fight / shouting from either side in every 30 minuts. This could be checked any day in the woking hour's.
                                    The strange thing about this behaviour of the "SHANTI INDANE GAS AGENCY" is the support of the manager, who always says " HAMARA KUCH NAHI BIGAD SAKTE" (you can't harm us in any way) as "MALIK SAB HAMARE SAATH HE" (Mr. D. Malik) The area sales manager.
                                    Now the concerned authority is requested to look in to the matter as it will be too late if the local people start "KICKING" the staff and the Manager of "SHANTI INDANE GAS AGENCY"

                                      I am resident og Gurgaon. I booked Indane Gas refill cylinder (Customer no. RT-265) on dated 31.12.2009. Till date the cylinder has not been supplied inspite of my personal visit to Ms. Raghu Gas Gurgaon and many phone calls.

                                      I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with "KANDHARI GAS"(Plot no-2,Pocket A-00,Sector-2,Rohini,Delhi-85).My connection no is
                                      "Ka-18474".Distributer is not suppling me gas inspite of many request and personal visits.They refused to book for supply.Whenever they book ,they do not supply the gas even for 20-30 days .
                                      Due to this I am facing problems.Distributer may kindly be directed to book the gas and supply it immediately.

                                      This is bring to your notice that our gas from the citizen agency, Alaknanda, market, near tara apartment, here when ever we call the phone call is always busy, sometimes they not picking the phone, their rude attitude towards the customer making to enforce me for taking a proper action.

                                      I the undersigned - Ashok H. Ayalani single gas cylinder holder having your customer No.00916. As you are quite aware that I am experiencing difficulties from your end for non supply of gas cylinder and even not positive response from your office.
                                      In the past I had been conveyed that as per rules a customer can rebook a cylinder after passage period of 21 days of booking date. Until and uptil it was going on as per rule conveyed. All of a sudden on 04/04/2008 on a entitle date of booking(as conveyed ) it was conveyed that there is a change and now entitlement new date will be 09/04/2008.It was conveyed that as per new rule now entitlement for enrolling for fresh cylinder demand eligibility criteria has been changed from date of booking to date of delivery of cylinder As desired, the demand was enrolled on 09/04/2008, but with sorry to state that in spite of having a single cylinder myself and my family is awaiting for the arrival of gas cylinder. In spite of repeated request of mine for suppliance of gas cylinder immediately as I am a single cylinder facility holder, but we have been not supplied still date. When I visited the office of your, it was learnt that Only cash and carry supply is available and I was advised that I may not be entitle for the cash and carry supply scheme. By launching new scheme of CASH & CARRY it must have benefited to you certainly but at the cost of the sweated money earner like wise me. Since last three days on inquiring in the morning for fresh cylinder it is conveyed that gas cylinder Rixa has already left the office/ godown. On enquiring at evening it is conveyed that Driver engaged in distribution of gas cylinder is tired after distributing 125 cylinders. This is a story repeatedly conveyed since last three days.
                                      If a person like me being a regular customer of Indian oil corporation Ltd., since long have to face so may difficulties only because of distributor it is REALY SHAMEFUL After enrolling myself as a customer since long back who have never though of other alternative& MY BLIND FAITH IN IOC WAS A SAD MISTAKE. It is very difficult for any one to live without alternate arrangement and without LPG for continuous 13 days suddenly. (From the 04/04/2008 to till date).
                                      If a customer like me have to face such difficulties for having a gas cylinder who is responsible either IOC or distributor?

                                      Only because of the rule and regulation framed and changed by you at your will from 4/4/2008 till uptil date myself and my family is facing physical and psycological disturbance and which tarnish my social image - which give my a thought of going for litigation either through Court of law or Consumer forum.

                                      Sir, I beg to let you know about the seriousness of malpractices of distributions maladjustments of booking Domestic LPG Cylinder that is prevailing by the “Mahaprabhu Indane Service” Premises No. 20 of Ram Sita Para, Nabadwip, Nadia, West Bengal-741302.
                                      I hereby producing some of the items regarding my complain as follows:
                                      1. As per local “Indane Service” order booking of cylinder are not accepted by the Company before 21(Twenty One) days from the date of last supply. But it is often seen that though booking is accepted after 21(Twenty One) days as shown in Domestic Consumer Gas Card the same booking date is varied from one date to another by the sweet will of the management which are not shown in the Consumer Domestic Card i.e. I booked refill order on 01/10/2008 and 15/12/2008 but the changed date subsequently shown on 19/10/2008 order No 8626, Cash Memo No 8546 and 29/12/2008 Order No 15749, Cash Memo No 15704 respectively. Without entering these changed date and no in Domestic Consumer Card issued to me.
                                      2. That in support of my statement regarding the irregularities I beg to mention the Xerox copy of Domestic Gas Consumer Card on which shows the booking particulars.
                                      3. As per Domestic Gas Consumer Card booking date and supply date varies as such shown below:
                                      Actual date accepted for booking after 21(Twenty One) days after the last supply and varied date (29/12/2008) at least 15 days after the actual booking date (15/12/2008) i.e. (21+15) days = 35 days + supply date after the varied booking date (29/12/2008) which is not less than 7 days i.e. 35 days + 7 days = 42 days. Now it is for your kind notice may I ask you how many days a cylinder of 14.2 Kgs can be utilized by a family?
                                      4. That it is seen some opportune persons are getting gas before some of the unfortunate persons like me which may be kindly verified.
                                      5. Under these may I request you to enquire about the irregularities of malpractices, maladjustment as I stated against the “Mahaprabhu Indane Service” Ram Sita Para, Nabadwip, Dist.: Nadia, West Bengal, Pin. Code 741302. Premises No 20 and necessary action may kindly be taken.

                                      I have been using the service of Indane gas through its franchiee " Yadu Gas Sewa", Sahibabad Industrial area since 6 years.My conusumer number is 15476. The phone number for this franchiee is[protected]. I have not faced any kind of problem with the services of yedu gas till jan 09. But from that month onwards it is being my duty to call at least 4 to 5 times for gas delivery and to wait at least 10-12 days. Top of that every time I called up to that number I get the same reply that "sir aaj nehi to kal apke ghar cylinder aa jayega". Please look into this matter.

                                      I have booked gas cylinder before 25 days ago but gas cylinder has not delivered till now, when enquired at the agency, they are not giving proper response. you are requested to please look into the matter and instruct them for timely supply of cylinder because another cylinder is nearto empty and i have only two cylinders then it will be great problem if cylinder will not be delivered within 1-2 days.

                                      Complaint: after getting transfer from Warangal (south india) to Dhanbad, I was not delivered gas cylinder at my home, i made several request to Distributors and Indane Gas officials[protected],[protected] but each time I collects gas cylinder from office of the distributors after waiting for 2-3 hours. for example, i booked cylinder on 23/01/2010 and made several request to Distributor and indane gas official at above nos to get my Gas cylinder delivered at my home but nothing positive happen, at last on 05/02/2010, i once again collected gas cylinder from their office.
                                      if we request for any kind of services regarding gas cylinder leakage or gas stove servise, they reply no man power is available.
                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have book a gas cylender on 10 th feb 2011 to Baswa Indane gas agency but i havent received delivery till today. The agency owner said to us the cylender is not available but cylender are sell in a black.& he said the cylender will be given after 35 days of last reflling as per company rules
