i want a new connection

Dear Sir/Mam,
Parul Gas Service Burari New Delhi-84
I'm applying new gas connection since 5 months ago but still we have not received now gas connection.
1st when we have applying now connection on date 8-jan after that we have come to ur office 5 times but all time different comment given to ur agency member's.
They said to me make the affidavit and submit here after letter issue to u and then new connection issue to u.
When we coming there to submit affidavit ur agency member not submit that and said to me come with latter.
Still we have not received latter.
