i have got autolpg filled in my car from m/s luxmi ato ferzpur
road ludhiana.but my car gave low averge.on cotacting to
dealer they check my car and said that lpg filled by the pump
was in less quantity. on next refilling i comlaint thismatter
to the pump woker he said that we are order to fill 650ml
at per litre instead of 1000mlof litre.what can i do?...

My Indane Gas Consumer No. is 23873 in the name Sanjee Paul R/O F-69/S-3 Dilshad Colony, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 under distributorship No. 107300 in the name M/s Sindhu Enterprises, Pocket-A, 23A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-32.
On 05-06-08 I got the delivery of refilled gas vide receipt number[protected]. It was shocked to see that reciept date was written 31-05-08 though receiving after 6 days.

i also faxed the bill copy and my complete address to u 3 times.
i have also proof of that.
i also made complaint 5 times on ur toll free number .at that time u said i will get it upto march end.
but uptil now i have not received the price (mobile) that i won.

As Refer to my earlier comlaint over 8 day to go still not any responce from your side as we know that very lezy and very slow responce from any govt. sector is true like that .

Man came from Helpline and check cylender & Informe that the leakage came from cylender PIN & also informe...

Respacted Sir,

I had done complain for leakage of gas from cylinder.

Serviceman came and cheacked and told that little bit leakage can be done sometimes, because a bulk of gas cylinder come in there distributors point.

So, they cant follow for the little leakage or replace the cylinder.

Please take a correct dission while that it was leakage or not.

Indane Gas Booking & Supply

I am having problem with the above Gas agency for last 04 Month
they dont pickup Phones for Booking, one has to go personally for booking then again have to visit to complaint that Cylinder has not reached even after 15...

On 30.5.2008 i went to the IOC petrol pump situated at Arcot Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai adj. Meenakshi College, Opp. Sekar stores when i asked to fill my bike for 100 rupees, the person who got money was asking me about any bill required for that (generally nopetrol pump will ask for this question when we fill for bikes) ... i said no... and the person who filled my bike was asking unnecessary questions and put the petrol nossil in...

I have gas connection of Indane consumer no 9428 dealer Saroj enterprise Vikas puri. The company is frequently supplying cylinder of expiry date written on the cylinder. The company is playing with safety and life of many person involved in the process. The company is doing it for the sake of saving cost. Strict action need to be taken to stop this practice....

This petrol bunk is located at magadi main road, near 10th cross bus stop. i have never seen such a bad service in any other bunks, i was waiting for more than half an hour in a queue to fill petrol to my 2 wheeler... the staff was filling and encouraging the people who coming in breaking the queue and later when i checked the content (i asked to fill 3 litres) it was just 2 litres and they reset the counter...i complained to the office...

We have lost the gas book and approched the agency to know the proceedure for applying a duplicate. The counter staff response was very curt and thier attitude is pathetic. I guess, they do not know the value of a customer. I am a customer of your domestic LPG service and my customar No is 42594 under Chatterjee Gas Service of 93 sarat Chatterjee Road, Howrah-2 (West Bengal). Now a serious problem has occured on my cylinder from 24.05.08 where it has been found that a huge quantity of gas is coming out from cylinder valve when the regulator is removed.
