Dear sir
Rajesh from chennai, i had very bad experience in an indane gas distributor, while transfering my gas connection from one dealer to another. i was shifted from khilkatalai to mudichur last week so i went to my original dealer(RANIE ENTERPRISES, NANGANALLUR, CHENNAI) for an TTV, i had waited for an hour and job done.on the same day around 4pm i had went to PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, WEST TAMBARAM with my regulator, without verfiying anything they said today we cant do that go and come back on monday (9.06.08).after that actual problem araises by morning 9am i had went there, they said our staff will come by 10;00 am, i had waited up to 10;15 am, like me for enquiry, trnasfer around 15 to 20 customers are waiting .i had enquired them what happen still no has turned up, they said 2 staff are leave today.one lady staff came and checked my documents and said ther is no date in ttv go and get from your original dealer.that is my mistake also not checked properly.again from tambaram i had went to nanganullar and get it done from them and came back to pattammal around 4pm they said document paper is not available come by tommorow morning.the whole day wasted and it is a loss of pay for me.again next day 10.06.08 tuesday morning, there were around 15 customers like me, they said only 5 document paper is avaialble rest of them go and come back after 3 days.my documentation done, by time it is half day. they are just working like an goverment organisation, not at all bothered about the customers whom they are giving businness.for non availablity of document paper asking the customer come back after 3 days, and very lathergic activity by staffs.i never come back like this in an private organisation that too with indian oil dealer, because i am also working in an customer service organisation.it should not happened to any customer like me in futurue.

I had just visited to m/s SURBHI Gas service (to take a new gas connection of Indane gas) They say that the customers have to take a gas stove(chula)from them compulsorily, if we wish to take a new gas connection. it is well known that it is not compulsory to take the gas stove while taking the new gas connection.
Can we contact Indane Gas corporate office and complain about this ?
If anybody has any suggestion, Please let me know.

vijayan from chennai, i had very bad experience in an indane gas distributor, (south madras gas agency) mandavelli.i have booked for second cylinder they dnt send up to 17days, but my apartment another custamer booked in that gas agency, cylinder delivered with in 2days, and i ask the staffs and again tel me next day delivery, but my father go to godawn and take a cylinder.in office dnt give bill, i lot of time ring to that office and directly visit the office to book next one they tel me wrong date, u have time to book for next one so uwil wait and book.iam waited for another booking exactly 28days, already promised i send the cylinder soonly but iam waited 6days .in that distubuter office staffs not good she wil prefere some thing ?.i never come back like this in an private organisation that too with indian oil dealer, because i am also working in an customer service organisation.it should not happened to any customer like me in futurue.pls avoiding this kind of distubutor r disqualifying his agency

My native thiruvannamali distric, vandavasi taluk, kottai village. Our village people collact the cylinder kilkodungalour jointion at monthly once. single cylinder conncetion purchase the one cylinder amount Rs.340 every month, not praper bill & praper resion. So plase praper bill for the collecting amount.

Gyatri Gas Agency, west gonda is useless.
Distributor service is very very poor. His all contact Number are not reacheable. Nobody pickup the phone. Mobile number given for SMS are not correct. Everytime customer has to visit his outlet. On top of that customer being harrased by distributor staff. His agency must be suspended
Dear Sir,

I was residing in Pondicherry for the past 6 years. For the past one year, my mother was under cancer treatment and so we were bound to stay at our sister's home in chennai. Now, I got a job in chennai and when I asked for cancellation of the Gas connection in Pondicherry and to transfer the connection to chennai, they are saying that connection won't be transferred as we were not getting gas for the past 10 months. Is there any way by which I could do something for this? I really need gas badly in chennai as my mom is suffering to cook food everyday. We are somehow managing for our food as of now. But I need to do some alternative soon as her health condition is not good. Please help me with this!!!

Dear Sir,
I am a Government Officer, transferred to Vadodara from Jamnagar In Gujarat state.
I have submitted my cylinder & regulator to Ms Shree Jamnagar Cetral cons. Co-op. stores Ltd Jamnagar & got the termination voucher No [protected] on 1112010.
Following is My problem:
1, Hariom gas agency's demanding Rs. 2350 by refusing giving any detail.
2, Even though I agree to pay demanded amount, but he denied to give me connection.
3, Way of talking was not proper, speaked in non respective manner.
4, His subordinate staff tallied me that U go out, otherwise Owner will through out u out of office.
5, Now where to go for Registration?, my residence is Inside Shee Shree Hari Township ( A -21 Gokul Tenements, Ajava road Vadodara) Mob. No. [protected]

    Non delivery of gas after booking, no contact possible

    I am a customer of Indane Gas past 6 yrs. I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore.
    We have booked our gas two weeks before and then they said delivery will be within 3 days. We did not get the delivery and since then we are trying to reach them on their contact numbers but most of the time, a recorded msg comes which says this telephone line is not working. But, when i tried in mornings, twice...

    My father (Sh.H. R. Sharma) consumer ID is 19402 and I get my Gas Cylinder supply from Chander Nagar Gas - Surya Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP), the agency use to supply the gas after 05-07 days of booking . This problem I am facing from last 6 months and the cylinder is under weight also.

    Indane Gas — underweight cylinder

    I am a resident of Saket, N. Delhi with a consumer No. 3518 with M/s R.K.Agencies.
    On 19th mar. 09 the cylinder brought in weighed only 25 kg. The delivery boy immediately brought in a second cylinder which also weighed nearly the same. On dialing all the 3 agency numbers repeatedly there was no response. The godown incharge was summoned who then personally came to deliver a 29 kg cylinder and requested to be allowed to take away the incomplete cylinders - to be passed on to some dhaba / restaurant. The Manager who ( we are told) is not available, sent a message that he would meet us in the evening .
    The incident is a breach of trust that customers place in their local suppliers.
    I hope the Indane gas looks into the matter.

    I am a customer from BANARAS GAS SERVICE, (INDANE) A10, DDA, MARKET, MADASUNDARIROAD, NEWDELHI-2. My customer No is
    12539, I here by write-down point wise complaint against the above mentioned gas agency.
    1. The agency didn’t respond several times on phone.
    2 They always supplied under weight cylinder.
    3. Several times I physically meet the agency and complaint the above matter but they didn’t take any action in this regard.
    4. Yesterday I got a cylinder under weight approximately 4 Kg.

    So kindly request you to take necessary action against the, BANARASGAS SERVICES. As early as possible.

    Sir,

    1. I Have a Single Cylinder Indane gas connection (3868) at Sree Muthappan Gas Agency, Pathiriyad Kannur District and booked for refiled cylinder on 28 Oct 2009.
    On 16 Nov 2009 I have booked complaint to get the refiled cylinder through the helpline as the same was too much delayed.

    2. The same day Refiled cylinder received and charged Rs 360/-, the agency had not been provided any bill on the account and my house is within 5Kms from the agency and I lodged a complaint through helpline vide Complaint No 26908, such type of practices was not happened in first time the same has brought info the knowledge of the agency on their reply the service persons were take without knowledge, the same again repeated.

    3. On reply from the helpline they directed to a Mob No [protected], On a call to the No Mr. George attended and asked for written complaint.

    4. In view of the above let I want to know on what circumstance the refilled gas cylinder was delayed as the same was get a complaint through helpline within hours and the details of Rs 360/- was claimed against refilled gas connection.

    5. You are requested to look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

    Indane Gas — underweight

    my indane gas connection no. 18307 of nair gas service Vikas Puri.My howker does not has a authentic balance. when we ask about the balance provided by dealer, he says i lost that.He always supply under weight.

    Indane Gas — Underweight Cylinder

    While cylinder is delivered I felt that the weight is lesser than normal cylinder weights. I could not weigh it because I do not have any weight machine. Usually in normal condition I need to order the refill at an interval of 2 months but this time it reduces to 25 days. When I called the distributor’s office for the same they advised me to take thee delivery after weight verification. At delivery of the cylinder why can’t the distributer bring the weighting machine and get it verified on customer’s request? All customers can’t bear the cost of weighting machine but an honest distributer can resolve this prob.

    I booked the new gas on 23/4/ 2011 and received the same on 07/05/2011 and the same got emptied with in 3 days.
    From past 2 months,i am all alone in my family and use the same for night cooking.previously used cylinders took atleast 2 months to get empty and the said cyclinder took 3 days to get empty.I had a belief that my agency is foolproof and never weighted the cyclinder at my residence but now the cyclinder may had only 4-5 kg of gas thus got emptied in few days.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is bring to your notice regarding the low gas refill in LPG cylinder, My booking ID is CX23080786 and i got delivered the gas on 14April21 and started using from 13th June which is empty today within 15 days on normal use, but surprisingly it shows the weight 20kg with no gas in it, i have showed this to delivery vendor and he also checked and said may be water filled in the cylinder for maintain the actual weight of the cylinder, I asked him for change my cylinder but he denied and told me to talk to gas agency for this and went . I have tried to contact Indiane toll free number and Uttaranchal Gas Service number but does not get any response from both of the end.
    As you know the prices of gas are increasing day by day and on this if we are not get full gas how can we survive .
    The incident is a breach of trust that customers place in their local suppliers.
    I hope the Indane gas looks into the matter and take a necessary action against the Gas supplier

      Dear Sirs, 13/6/2008

      I am a Senior citizen and a customer of Indane gas for nearly 45 years. Currently my gas dealer is M/S CHAYANIKA, 41, REGENT PLACE, KOKATA 700040 (tsv no 51456). since 3/1/1996. One cylinder has always lasted us 28-30 days. but my latest cylinder delivered on 7/5/08 lasted only 21 days whereas the two previous ones lasted 30 and 28 days respectively.

      Sometime back back you anounced that the gas supplier will carry a spring balance so that we would be able to check the weight of the cylinder when required. I talked to our dealer about it but did not get any cooperatin.

      Therefore, I reqest your prompt action to redress my grievance.

        I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer no. 46684. My address is RZF 760/58, Gali No.3, PALAM COLONY Enclave, New Delhi-110 045. The service provider for delivering the LPG Cylinder to me is Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, Raj Nagar, New Delhi. I am fed up with the system for booking of LPG Cylinder as whenever I try to book the gas on phone, the two telephone nos.[protected] &[protected]given by the Gauri Enterprises are busy. Even after trying continuously for 2-3 hours for many days, the same can not be accessed. Presently, I have been trying to book the gas over phone for the last 3 days but could not get through. Still I am trying only. The booking of gas has become a very very big problem for me for the last 6-7 months and I request to do something needful urgently to get the system corrected. I have already brought the same to the notice of authorities of Gauri Enterprises 2-3 times but they have not done anything till now. I will be really very very grateful if anything could be done like some alternate booking facility (internet etc.)

        COMPLIANT: I DIAL THESE GAS AGENCY NOS. AGAIN & AGAIN BUT ALWAYS BUSY NO RESPONSE LAST THREE MONTHS. I FEEL MY GAS NOS. BOOKING IN BLACK ANOTHER COSTOMERS.

        LPG Gas — Always busy or no response

        whenever i am using these numbers mostly first one(The No. of gas agency are : [protected], [protected], [protected]) phone is ringing but no response. The next time when i try the same number it is giving busy tone and busy voice saying subscriber is busy try after some time.

          Sir,
          I am a comsumer of Indane gas for the last 13 years. my consumer no. 10848 with prasanna gas agency at padi, Chennai. Last month I received my refill on 3rd May and I booked the refill on 13th may 2008. till 10th of june the refill was delivered despite my several reminders both personally and over phone the agency in charge has not delivered it. Today I took an empty cylinder and hired a taxi to goto the agency to get the refill. Then they issued the refill and gave some lame excuses for not delivering the cylinder ontime. I want to ask the following questions to the Customer care dept.( If it exists?) of IOCL. If a consumer has two cylinder LPG connection what is the refill cycle one should follow? What is the time delay between refill registration and refill delivery if only one cylinder connection and two cylinder connection is there? What if the first cylinder is exhausted and second cylinder is nearing empty and still the refill for the first cylinder is not delivered yet? WHat is the relief for a senior citizen like me who has to go to agency to take delivery of the cylinder every month if no delivery is made by the agency? Whom should I lodge my complaints at IOCL? Is there any consumer forum where I could voice my grievances?

          Sub: Irresponsible behavior
          Ref: Consumer No: 14531

          I am customer of Indane for the last 10 years. My consumer No is 14531. We already booked the gas 15 days ago at the time of calling they told our waiting list number is 16. Still we don't get gas. Today I am calling to your gas agency regarding the gas, they told we don’t register your complaint and we are registering your compliant today only. Further it requires further 20 days to get a gas.

          More important today only, i have to make minimum 10 calls, but the people who speaking is very irresponsible, harsh and rubbish. I am really very disappointed that the way of behavior of your workers.

          We are very suffering due to the delay of gas. Please note that we have a single gas connection. Please make arrangement to get a gas immediately.

            sir the phone of this particular Ranveer Interpreses new delhi)is always busy[protected] &[protected]and when it gets dialed no one picks up the phone the company is ghadhi gas service which is in Kalka ji new delhi ...MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 7469 AND BY MY NAME..Sonu. no one can hear this complaint they missbihave if we goes there office . plz take some strick action PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS EVER.. and teach a lesson to him

            SUB : Complaint regarding Reconnection of my GAS CONNECTION CONSUMER NO. 7614

            I had gas connection of INDEN GAS whose Consumer No. is 7614, whose supplier is PARTH GAS SERVIC, Plot No. 804/1, GIDC, Sector-28, GANDHINAGAR, GUJARAT-382028. Meanwhile I had taken pipeline gas connection of GSPC and because of that my INDEN GAS connection was disconnected.
            SIR, at present due to RECONSTRUCTION of my house my GSPC GAS connection is diconnected and at present I am living on rent. SIR, I had applied reconnection of INDEN GAS Connection once again and I have submitted all the relevent documents before ONE MONTH earlier and one person from PARTH GAS SERVICE had come on 31/10/2010 to check whether I had any gas connection or not BUT till TODAY 25/11/2010 my connection is still DISCONNECTED. Nobody at PARTH GAS is responding in proper manner. they always use to tell that everything is done from AHMEDABAD BUT they do not give any contact no. of AHMEDABAD so that I can try to sortout our problem.

              Sir,
              I stay at Haldia, West Bengal, for the past three years . For past 3 years I am trying to convert my single cylinder LPG connection into double cylinder LPG connection. But all my effort went in vain because the INDANE distributer at Haldia Township constantly denied the same showing the reason that IOC is not permitting them to allow the conversion . Please help me out of this trouble because I need double cylinder connection urgently . I can not book my next refilled cylinder before 21 days of getting a refilled cylinder and after 21 days stipulated time the distributer takes another 15 days for delivery .One cylinder can not serve more than 30 days normally . So it is easily understandable that cooking of food becomes absolutely difficult once the gas is finished. Moreover I can not depend on the delivery man because of single cylinder connection. Time & again I have to carry my empty cylinder of my own and come back without getting refilled gas because of irregular supply.To avoid this serious trouble I want the double cylinder conversion immediately .

                Since the price hike in Petrolium Products, we are facing a serious problem o[censored]navailability o[censored]nleaded Petrol and Normal Deisel at all Faridabad (Haryana) outlets, after the discussion with the Petrol Pump's Employees they are assigning the reason of Non -availability of the basic Products. They are explaining only premium segments are available in the stock, after the price hike the diffrence between Premium and Standard Petrol is Increased so they are selling only Premium Petrol on outlets.

                So I request you to please take an immediate action against these Petrol Pumps.

                Sir,

                It is observed that in many petrol pumps only POWER petrol is available & normal UNLEADED is not at all available.Why both varities are not available? The outlets are : 1) Chillkalguda 2) Tarnaka x Rd in Secundrabad(A.P) . There may be many more.
                Yesterady I went to BPCL Petrol Pump at VETRIVEL AGENCIES, Sr. No. 97/1, Pallikarani, Medavakkam, Chennai 600100 (CC No. 111046). The board dispalyed the ptrol rate of Rs. 44.24 & when i entered the fuel station the machine was displaying rate of Rs. 44.29. I enquired for what they are charging Rs. 0.05 extra per liter. For that they were unable to give me any clarification.
                I am transferred from Delhi to Chennai. There are lot many petrol pumps where the dispalyed rate is different from the charging/ filling rate. Also their bills don't have the basic requirements like TIN No. & Phone numbers etc..

                I request you to take severe action against those petrol filling pump owner & also with the companies supplying the fuel to them.
                I HAD GONE THREE TIMES TO BPCL PETROL PUMP IN YASHWANT PLACE, CHANKYAPURI, N.DELHI FOR FILLING PETROL IN MY CAR IN LAST 15 DAYS. EVERY TIME I WAS TOLD THAT SORRY, PL. PAY CASH AS THE MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER, SINCE I HAD BEEN GIVEN THE SMART FLEET CARD BY MY COMPANY I CAN NOT PAY CASH, SO THEY EASILY SAID IF CASH OK. OTHERWISE SORRY.
                NOW PL. TELL ME IF THE MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER OR THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING AGAINST THE CARD. HOW A MACHINE CAN BE OUT OF ORDER SINCE SO MANY DAYS.
                IT HAD HAPPENED WITH ME ONLY WITH THIS PETROL PUMP.

                  I am writing this letter gather some information on delivery of LPG Cylinder.

                  I am writing this letter on behalf some senior / under par, consumer of your LPG Cylinder.

                  We are staying in a G+5 housing complex. We have a lift at our housing complex.
                  Our Housing Association has barred the Gas cylinder in lift for security reasons more over the delivery boys are not properly using the lift while they are carrying the cylinder loaded or empty.

                  However, they use to get “Bakshis” from us (RS.3/- to 15/-) depending upon the floor and consumer.

                  Now they are telling that they will unload the cylinder at the Ground floor if not allowed to carry by lift.

                  In this connection, I like to mention that several Flats of this locality do not have Lift and they are not creating any problem.

                  We are the residents of Dumdum (South) Kolkata west Bengal area.

                  Please let us know the exact rule so that we may take up the matter with the respective dealer.

                  For noticeable explanation, I am not disclosing the details of consumer at present, but it will be disclosed in due place & time.

                    My registration no. is 7830 at Kurukshetra gas agency, Kurukshetra(Haryana). I have got a leaked gas cylinder 5 days back i.e. 6 June, 2008. I complained to the agency to replace the same. I reminded them daily and visited the agency twice personally but no attention has been paid so far.
                    No body can pick the phone over there ?? there is have looking a full government office & no body reply very well.

                    My consumer no. is PG-1209 at M/s Prakash Gas Service, Telibandha Raipur (Chhattisgarh). They have issued notice that all cosumers have to get their documents verified by 4-9 March, 2009 between 4-6 PM on these days, otherwise they will not get gas with the condition that only original gas owners should come.. As a result thousands of people have come on the road and suffering in queues. This has made the situation miserable for the public.

                    I would suggest why not make it mandatory while booking for the cylinder. The consumer be given 4-5 months for completing the formalities and even then if a consumer does not listen to, then a ban for his connection may be imposed. Sir, this way all of your targets will be completed within 4-5 months without giving any trouble to the public at large.

                    Hope this suggetion will be heeded to.

                    I have an Indane Gas connection frmo my nearest distributor named as Domjur Indane Gas ( Ph. No:[protected]/7733). My consumer no :1938.I received a refill on 24/05/2011 almost at 5pm, when I received the refill it was smelling like there was a leakage.Immediately I informed the distributor and they said that they are going to send their representative, but almost 2(Two) days have past , but till now no one has come.

                    So I am afraid and now I am bound to complain against the dealer due to their negligence to attend a complain so important like leakage of gas.

                    Pl. do the needfull immediately.

                      I am not happy with your reply. Your reply is more favorable to your dealer without having any proper enquiry, totally irrelevant to the incident. Please come and enquire all the consumers, who are all received/taken delivery on the referred dates ( i.e. : 31/05/2008 and 07/06/2008) and they are the eye witness for this problem.

                      The following are the unanswered question from your side for my complaint mail. We are expecting your reply for following points without fail.

                      1) Collecting extra money from your consumer
                      2) Refusing door delivery at the cost of full amount which includes freight charges fixed by government
                      3) Improper Delivery timing : As my knowledge/Law/policy : No IOC dealer will ask their consumers to wait on the road & open sun light to get the delivery from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm - Totally unacceptable.

                      Note : As per your reply : We have never stopped the truck and all your consumers are witness. Please believe your customers and please enquire before giving any reply for grievances to improve your services as I O C.

On the same day we have called to Balaji office and they informed your allotment will happen only on 7th Jun. Based on your dealer revised commitment today my father have waited on the road from morning 9 30 am to 2.30 pm and today also the delivery instruction to our consumer id is not given to truck driver instead of he asked us to meet proprietor of Balaji gas service for clarification and delivery. Based on all the above fact I have called up to Balaji gas agencies for clarification and my call also disconnected immediately with only one word '' come to office for further information'' . Due to improper reply to me, again I have contacted the agency for getting reason for non delivery and direct visit for collection of cylinder from dealer place. but again improper reply from dealer office and call disconnection. Common fact. Last 4 years+ our entire village IOC consumers are evident for poor service from this dealer 1) No door delivery even paying freight charges of Rs 8 per cylinder. 2) Extra money Rs 20 or Rs 30 per cylinder.                       indion oil domestic gas dealer Balaji Gas service — unacceptable reply from IOC without proper enquiry

                      Poor cumstomer serivice, Misbehaviour with all the customer you can see if you visit their office. I applied for a new connection as i am not having any gas connection right now. i filled in form and complete all documents. they sent me a letter to take the connection. as i already got gas chulla as gift from someone. they charge me rupees 150 as inspection charges to verify that i had a chulla at home or not. my house is just next street from Balaji gas service. some guy came in after 2 days and check that we are having chulla at home and went away without asking any questions. next day we went to balaji gas service and they inform us that you are not eligble for a new gas connection as you already using gas chulla and cylinder at home. we told them we borrow this cylinder from some one and we need a new connection that why we apply for new connection. but they refused to issue a new connection.

                      I want to bring your kind attention that my consumer no. is 13603 with Bedi Indane, Kartar nagar Delhi had booked through Tomo Gas Booking service on 18.02.10 No. is 31. But sorry to bring your kind attention that refill could not supplied till to date. Now they cancelled on the basis of non availablity/locked house. But our family members available 24 hours at my house.

                      Further, I booked my next month booking on 15.03.10 No. is 22 the cylinder also pending to be supply. You can under stand my problem how I can precede my kitchen in these circumstances.

                      Further I booked my gas on 29.03.10 through Tomo Gas booking no. 60 but sorry to inform you that any one of the above dates no refills has been supplied by the Badi Indane. You can consider yourself that how much grievances bearing the all public like me. What is the solution of this problem ?

                        I want to file a complaint to you against Indane Pearl gas service G T karnal raod opp gur mandi that i am trying to book cylinder on phone since one week but could not book it because either they doesnt answer the phone or phone is busy, this is very bad as you know that in todays costl;y fuel era we should try to save the petrol but we are forced to drive to gas agency and book cylinder, this small thing can be very nicely managed by phone which saves time petrol time and environment .

                        I had booked my gas about one month back through phone booking.And every time i got message on my mobile that your cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 4137 with cash memo 4189.I don't understand weather the gas cylinder is delivered to somebody else or delivery boy has black the same. despite of several telephonic call on 27129042 and 27248647 no body is picking up the phone. i did not get any delivery as yet.And also my kitchen gas is going to finish with in two to three days. i don't understand what to do kindly clarify. I would really appreciate if you could help us.

                        I had booked my gas cylinder dated 4/03/14 with reference no. R[protected] cylinder not be delivered till now. Despite of several of call on 27129042 and 27248647 no body is picking up the phone. I did not get any delivery as yet and going to office with discussed with staff the staff saying computer showing booking date 24/3/14. Always same problem faced cylinder not be delivered after 15 to 20 days. Please resolve issue.

                          I am a physically challenged person working as Jt. General Manager, Ministry of Defence, Engine Factory Avadi, Chennai and I own Maruti Zen AT, with hand control accelerator & brake fitted with 36 ltr capacity gas tank. Today 09.06.2008 I went to Shree Shakthi Agencies(TIN No [protected], Code No 068), Survey No 304, MTH Road, Ambathur Chennai - 53 (PH[protected] with tank empty It did not cut off automatically till 42.14 ltrs(Bill No 608543) When I filled in the same bunk on 03.04.2008 with tank empty with 36.14 ltrs(Bill No 13676) the tank became full.

                          the difference (42.14 - 36.14 = 6 ltrs excess)
                          how come a tank with 36 ltrs capacity will have 42.14 ltrs.

                          Sir, It is requested to look into the matter immediately.

                            I am a regular customer of Indane Gas from past 2 years. But since than i haven't received my PassBook. My consumer no is 14647. My account is with Maheswari Gas Agency Madangir, New Delhi -110062.
                            Please Help me out, i made complain several times but they used to replt that the Indane Gas service to the banch is closed. Each time they used to give slip but never give me my passbook. I request you to enquiry to my branch and provide me my Gas Passbook.

                              I Ujjwal consumer No. 5933 recd one cylender on 29.06.08 from Anushka Gas Service, Nerul, Phone nos. of Agency-, From the Bigning of Next day I Complaint for Leakage in cylender to Agency People on phone & also informed to Helpline No. provided on delivery slip,

                              Man came from Helpline and check cylender & Informe that the leakage came from cylender PIN & also informe to ask to Agency to Replace the cylender.

                              Same time I contect with Agency and ask for cylender replaced
                              They informed that will replace today on 30.06.08

                              But till date cylender not replaced by Agency After giving lot of reminder to Agency

                              Please Take it urgently

                                But after 15 days while I enquired about the supply, every now and then, over the telephone but no one is there to pick-up the phone and to listen to me. On 21/08/2009 I went there and enquired about the matter and surprised to know that the aforesaid booking has already lapsed and there is no such booking and I shall have to book the Cylinder once again. I am not the only victim other consumers are also facing the same problem.

                                I would like to redress my complaint. You are, therefore, requested to look in to the matter seriously and do the needful. So that the domestic consumers could get the supply in time as because the festive season is ahed.

                                Your favourabl early action in this matter will highly be appreciated.

                                  I have gas connection of indane and i have this connection to three state because of work
                                  Now i am working in jamnagar-Gujrat, here i got the connection after transfer now they need ration card for continue the connection until they will not supply the connection
                                  This is problem for working class people who based upon job move from one place to other
                                  I think their is no such clause in india for gas connection to submit ration card

                                  Indane Gas — transfer from chennai to kumbakonam

                                  Sir,
                                  I was having an LPG gas connection with M/s Vathsala Agencies, Natesa Nagar, Chennai -92 for 7 years and the consumer number was 25021. I surrendered the cylinders and regulator on 06.10.08 and got the Transfer Voucher. I am still working in Chennai as JTO in BSNL, I have shifted my family to Kumbakonam in anticipation of transfer. But unfortunately, i could not get my transfer, I have decided to leave my family at Kumbakonam. I approached M/s Murugan Agencies for the connection along with T.V. they insisted address proof. How can I get address proof within this short period?. Hence, I request that provisional connection may be provided to me and a months time may be given for submitting addressproof. If it is not provided within this period the connection can be withdrawn. Kindly do the needful.

                                    road ludhiana.but my car gave low averge.on cotacting to
                                    dealer they check my car and said that lpg filled by the pump
                                    was in less quantity. on next refilling i comlaint thismatter
                                    to the pump woker he said that we are order to fill 650ml

                                      My Indane Gas Consumer No. is 23873 in the name Sanjee Paul R/O F-69/S-3 Dilshad Colony, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 under distributorship No. 107300 in the name M/s Sindhu Enterprises, Pocket-A, 23A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-32.
                                      On 05-06-08 I got the delivery of refilled gas vide receipt number[protected]. It was shocked to see that reciept date was written 31-05-08 though receiving after 6 days.
                                      In another view, the delivery man asked for Rs. 346 as increase of rates as per Govt. Rule, although amount mentioned in receipt was Rs. 294.70. While on argue, it was plead by the delivery man that since new rates have not been updated in their system hence no change in rate as per receipt.

                                      In this regard, my humble request to look into the matter as it is being regularly intimated through media that higher amuont of MRP should be paid.

                                      My Indane Gas Consumer No. is M.I.--81 in the name S. K. Gupta Gandhi chowk nagod dist. satna (m.p.) under distributorship No. 179515 in the name M/s MAHENDRA INDANE infront of indian oil petrol pump N.H. 75 Satna road nagod dist. Satna (M.P.). On 27-05-08 I got the delivery of refilled gas vide receipt number 4537. It was shocked to see that reciept date was written not to till date.
                                      I send to recive to my Gas cylender in delar office, when deler demand to as per selender 57 rupee's extre money then to recive my gas cyclender.
                                      So all of you people extera earen of per gas celender 57 Rs. in cash of delear. Gas delear is very poor service in nagod city.
                                      In this regard, my humble request to look into the matter as it is being regularly intimated through media that higher amuont of MRP should be paid.
