Indane Gas — DELIVERY & RATE PROBLEM

In above mentioned indane gas distributor as they are give the home type cylinder to us the bill rate is Rs.316.45 but they receive Rs.350 from us.And the can't take any action for based on our compliant.
They did not deliver the product correct date & correct location

RECENTLY I BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER THROUGH ONLINE GAS BOOKING AND BY PHONE BOTH OF BOOKING WAS NO.2 DATED 27 MARCH 2010, ON[protected], I HAD GONE AT BOOKING CENTER BUT THERE WAS NO BOOKING OF MINE, SO I GOT A NEW BOOKING. AND THERE WAS ONE WEEK LATE DELIVERY AND REFILL PRICE WAS CHARGED Rs. 310.35 . PLEASE TELL ME THAT I PAID THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF COMPANY PRICE.

My Indane Gas service provider at Meerut is " Vijyant Gas Service". It is very difficult to book the gas through phone(4 nos) as the agency does not picup the calls and also after booking delevery is made after one week with long followup during the week every time.

plz do the needful to make booking easier through phone.

I have booked my cylinder on 31/08/10 but still i have not received the cylinder, The are charging 400 Rs for a cylinder but they are delvering to home.

With due respect to Indane Company, I Shree Debojyoti Chowdhury Consumer Number :-SS12760, booked my gas on 28th May 2011 over the phone number:-[protected], time:- 09:55AM, reference number:- 205662, cash memo number:- 6945, which showed delivered on date:-31st May 2011, time:- 12:23PM, sender number : 54411, which I didn't receive till date, again I booked on 02nd June 2011 time:- 12:23PM, with reference number:- 206743, which also I didn't receive till date, I called up to Distributor Som Service, they told there are no bookings to this consumer number, how is it possible, I don't have any idea about the poor services.

Thanks with real pain....
