my name is mr. g. francis having consumer no. 28282 at devi gas service jabalpur. i have booked my gas cylinder on 01/10/2008 and have repetedly asked the agency to supply it. but there was no responce for it. earlyer also i have faced the same problem and had complain it to the sales officer there . (iti tandon) she told me that in future there willl be no problem redarding it. there are only 2 person in my family and the gas usage is very less . but instade of it they are not supplying the gas on time.

My name is Mayur malviya and i am one of the custmer of Reliance (SMART)GSM mobile in MP. The problem is that this company is not giving the proper service to the custmer there is no proper network in jabalpur . And if i am complaing to Custmer care of this company so there is no POSITIVE responce. All custmer of Reliance GSM in jabalpur are facing such type of problem but there no responce form company and all pubilc spending money for good service but there is no good service in JABALPUR MP.

IOCL — no delivery of cylinder

I booked gas on 28.1.2010 at samadhan gas agancy shop no-2,yellow rose soc. kathe lane dwarka ,nashik(maharastra)Tel.No.2507336. The cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach, it is assured that the cylinder will be deivered today itself. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered. Such situation exists for the last few months. Every time it so happens. Kindly intervene into the matter and help me. My connection No.is 02437, S.V.No449428/05/01/2008,

    DEAR SIR I HAVE A DOUBLE CYLINDER INDANE CONNECTION NO 04796, IN MY NAME OF SADHAN MONDAL, FROM BALAGARH INDANE SERVICE, JIRAT, HOOGHLY, WESTBENGAL. MY DISTREIBUTER MADE SEVERAL RULES, NO1. THOUGH I HAVE DOUBLE CYLINDER, I CAN BOOK ONLY ONE CYLINDER AT A TIME WHEREAS I HAD TWO CYLINDER EMPTY. NO.2 AFTER GETTING A CYLINDER I CAN BOOK ANOTHER ONLY AFTER 21 DAYS. N0.3 AFTER BOOKING A CYLINDER I GET THAT AFTER A MINIMUM WAITING TIME OF 15 TO 20 DAYS. NO. 4 THEY ALSO NOT GIVING DELEVARY DATE ON THEIR BOOKING SLIP, ONLY BOOKING DATE WRITTEN TWICE DELEVARY DATE WRITTEN BY DELEVARY BOY ON SERVICE CONNECTION BOOK. FOR EXAMPLE I HAVE GOT MY LAST CYLINDER ON 01.09.2008. THEY TAKE MY NEXT BOOKING ON 24.09.2008. TODAY IS 11.10.2008 I.E. 40 DAYS GONE BUT TILLNOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CYLINDER, AND THE DISTRIBUTER SAYS IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME, THOUGH MY NEIGHBOUR'S MANAGED TO GET THEIR BY GIVING EXTRA 100 -125 FROM SOMEONE. I HAVE ALSO ASKED THEM FOR A NEW CONNECTION, THEY TELLS IT IS "MANDATORY" TO BUY HOT PLATE FROM THEM WHICH IS TOO MUCH HIGHER FROM MARKET PRICE. PLS TAKE ADEQUATE STEP TO SOLVE THE SUPPLY .     I (Sri Debasis Pramanick) have applied for a new connection to Balagarh Indane Service in the name of my father Sri Sailen Pramanick on-04.10.2010, but now i have no reply till to day. On-09.01.2011 i went to Balagarh Indane Service to know how long time we wait for the said new connection, then one of the said office reply that you for the said connection another two months, why?

      Goevernment Gas agents are seems still in dark. they are rending very poor service and dictating babo dom. In my life worst gas agent I have seen is Shublaxmi Indane, Bopal. Ahmedabad.

      When office timing is printed on their list as 8am to 8pm they are not taking booking after 5.30Pm also they never give cylenders without 4-5 reminders and compliants.

      Hope new private players with pipe line distribution will solve every one's life problem

        MY CONSUMER NO. IS L-13393 WITH LUDHIANA GAS AGENCY, FIELD GANJ, LUDHIANA. I HAVE BOOKED ON 29/09/08 BUT TILL DATE DELIVERY NOT GIVEN. I VISITED OFFICE TWICE BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE. I NEED ONLY ONE CYLINDER AFTER 1.5 MONTHS EVEN THEN IT IS NOT SUPPLIED. MAKING FREQUENT VISITS TO THE AGENCY IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AS I HAVE TO TAKE HALF DAY LEAVE FOR THE SAME. MY WORKING PLACE IS SO FAR FROM THE AGENCY AS WELL AS FROM MY HOUSE. PREVIOUSLY ALSO THE CYLINDER IS SUPPLIED ONLY AFTER TWO VISITS AND ALSO QUERREL WITH THEM. I SHOULD GET PROPER DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. WHEN I BOOKED THE CYLINDER THEN WHAT IS THE FUN OF VISITING THEIR OFFICE AGAIN AND AGAIN. PLEASE AUTHORISE THE AGENCY TO DELIVER CYLINDER IN TIME TO AVOID ANY PROBLEM.

        Me indian oil corporation LPG Gas ka grahak hu. mera connection JIWAN JYOTI GAS ( Naroda Patiya) me hai. mera customer no.5255 RAVINDRA RAMDAS REWATKAR name se hai. me jab bhi bokking karvata hu tab muje Ek Ek hapte ke bad mera phone reciev hota nahi hai fir me khud jakar muje booking karvana padta hai.tab ve hame 12 dina ka batate hai.barah dino k bad cylinder nahi aane par hum dobara jate hai to hamara booking nahi hai kaha jata hai.fir kuchha lad zagadana padtahai tab ve cylinder aaj ayega kal aayega kahate hai. fir vo jab bhejata hai or delevery boy ko puchho to kyo cylinder me etana time lagate ho. TO DILIVERY BOY KAHATA HAI KI HAMARA SETH KE PAS PAISA NAHI HAI PAISA AAYE GA TO CYLINDER GI GADI AAYEGI NA " kya yah sahi hai agar hai to aap kyo en logo ko distributor banate ho jinase logo ko paresani ho.
        mere jesi problum har customer ko hai agar aap vaha customer ban ke jayenge to aapko khud hi malum hoga ki logo ki kya paresani hai. sayad unke pas polytical saport bhi ho vo hame nahi malum par har customer aise hi paresan hota hai oour vaha koi kamari nahi sunata,
        hal to me mera cylinder le aaya hu magar muje dobara vahi katlifo ka samana karana pada to me indane ka gas lu aasi apecsa dobara nahi karunga.

          Sir,

          We hold a Indane gas connection #32321 on my Father's name (R Gopal Reddy) in Mukund enterprises, H.no 3-4-874/D, Barkatpura, Opp. Andhra Yuvathi Mandali. The connection was taken when we resided in HNo. 1-8-264, 2nd floor, Chikkadpally - 500020. We have shifted from Chikkadpally to Chandanagar last year in June 2007. From then we are following up with our old Gas agent to transfer our connection. Till recently he said it is transfered to Chandanagar, but he failed to issue the related documents and never gave us the consumer number alloted for us at Chandanagar. We enquired in Chandanagar and they say no gas connection is transfered on our name. We again enquired the old Indane gas mgr and now after 1 year he says he will return the gas connection amt if we submit the Regulator and empty cylinder and suggests us to take a new connectoin at chandanagar. This is not a good option at all, as there is scarcity of new connections and he made us wait till 1+ years to say all this.

          We are now residing at Flat 203, H.No 6-36, Srinilayam, Chandanagar - 500050. Please try to enquire on this and help us get our connection transfered.

          Sir,
          Sub:- Request to send the transfer voucher – reg.

          Consequent up on my transfer from RLI, Chennai to CLI, Mumbai, I have requested The Thriloks Gas Service to transfer my gas connection Consumer No. 39851 to Mumbai. I have deposited 2 No's cylinders and regulator on 18.4.2011 and original subscription voucher No. 2899503 on 19.5.2011. Because of strike it was promised me, the transfer voucher will be send by speed post in the first week of June, 2011 to my Mumbai address. Now I came to know that the dealer ship of M/s. Thriloks Gas Service is cancelled and all connections are transferred to M/s. Adayar Gas Agencies, Adayar, Chennai. Now my connection is live with them and my new Consumer No.51317. I request you to instruct Adayar Gas Agencies, to send transfer voucher to Mumbai address by transferring my connection. In this regard I sent a letter addressed to Triloks Gas Service, Chennai on 11.8.2011 by speed post.

            i want a new connection, mere pass koi bi gas conection nai hai or mai abi tak private fuel use kar raha hu but now i need a new connection, or mai new connection lene ke liye aapki dealership

            to unhone bola came after 1 month or jab mai aaj gaya to vo bole abi new connection nahi hai or aap moti bagh se connection le but sir i live in naraina village & this dealership is nearest to me to mai moti bagh kyo jao or then he said fir ap moti bagh se yaha transfer kara le, then after they tel me ki aap ek application de de or 7 days ke under aapke ghar checking hogi or wo bhi any time, fir aapko connection mileage fir maine kaha thik hai but unhone hamari appliction nahi li new connection ke liye mana kar dia. to maine unse compl. form or website mangi to unhone mana kar diya or bole jo kar sakte ho kar lo. or unhe baat karne ka koi maners nahi hai. wo customer ko totally full banate hai.
            sir, pls help me, or itni bussy life me sir daily office chod kar to jaana possible nai hai.
            sir maine waha jitne bi cust. dekhe wo sab bi pareshan the.
            sit the gives totaly poor service. plsssssssssssss help me.

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to inform you that i have already registered to get the new indane gas connection before 3 months, they said that I have to purchase the Gas stove along with the cylinder also which i don't need, since i have already been purhchase earlier

            So please confirm it is necessary to purhcase gas stove along with the cylinder.

            Kindly treat this matter as most urgent.

              through which we get our domestic cylinder booked
              as we have only one delear in our whole region
              here we have mare than 2 lacks families
              all of them are depending on this delar

              so we came to know that one indane acency came and gone away

              when ever we to book a cylinder he says that come after one month to book
              sir if possible provide us one more gas distubutor to our home town..
              if it is not possible with u guys

                Dear Sir,

                I have Indane Gas connection with GNS gas agency Hyderabad wide Consumer no 32305

                My problem is whenever I call for request for refilling, the ettending people never lift the phone and receive the call. I am trying to call this morning since last 2 hours but the phone is ahowing BUSY.

                Even the automatic response phone number system is not yet ativated.

                I am finding it very difficult to book the refilling cylinder.

                Please help me in this regard.

                Yes I agree . This is not only the case of Vijayawada. I am from Delhi and I am also facing the same problem. My husband is in IT and as everyone knows the office timings are 9am to 10pm onwards. So we also have only one choice that is gas booking on phone.

                I am also continuously trying the phone but it is always engaged. My gas agency is JAGJYOTI ENTERPRISES, A-178/15, DAYANAND COLONY, LAJPAT NAGAR-4, ND-110024.

                Also today I came to know that gas has been booked and delivered at my home on this 17th (as per the agency we can not book gas)the funniest thing is during this period we were out of station. So the point is who has taken the gas cylinder.

                  this company is intentionally delaying the delivery of gas cylinders to the consumers. in most of the cases the customer has to visit two to three times. i have also booked on 11th of this month and no delivery has been made. there phone number is always busy.

                    dear sir, i m costmer of LPG INDANE and my consumer no. is 4216 of ANNAPURNA GAS AGENCY.THERE ARE TWO TELEPHONE GIVEN FOR BOOKING BUT MOST OF THEM NOT ATTENDED...TEL NO ARE[protected] AND[protected].IF SOMEONE LUCKY TO GET PICKED UP THERE IS BIG COMMUNICATION GAS BECAUSE PERSON NEITHER UNDERSTAND ENGLISH NOR HINDI AND I A GOVT SERVANT DOES NOT KNOW MALYALAM.                     INDANE - LPG GAS — Leakage of Cylinder not attended from past 2 Months

                    I'm Rajesh.S, residing at virugambakkam in chennai. I'm experiencing leakage of cylinder at home from past 2 months. My mother has called our distributor(Indane Distributor) so many times regarding this issue and they have not sent any technician till now. They are sending only person who replaces the cylinder. He has no knowledge of what is it about and simply says there is no problem.. We are very irritated by their service. Daily we are running in a risky situation. Please make urgent arrangements to rectify this. Customer number is 44381 in the name of NIRMALA.S.

                      I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor Paruvelil Gas Services, Chengannur, Alappuzha, Kerala. is not supplying gas regularly.I submitted the complaint few minutes ago without specifying my consumer no. My consumer no. is 16682. I have booked for refil on 21/8/2008 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder.That means we are waiting for 56 days for the cylinder.What a poor service?
                      I request the Authority to intervene and take necessary steps so as to get the cylinder immedeiately.

                        Sir,

                        I am a defence Officer serving in the Inaian Air Force, presently posted at Coimbatore. My family is residing at Adoor, Kerala. I have an Indane gas connection with M/S Poornima Indane Service ( 555C, 555D/XII ) Parakode, Adoor CODE No. 4984658 having consumer No.26296. My wife is a Gynaecologyst with a leading hospital in Adoor. Getting a refill in time from this agency i.e;after 21 days of booking is an effort more than fighting your enemy. For the last few months, amajor tension at home is on the issue of getting a refill in time especially with me not available at home and my wife also being a working women. My visits to the agency to get the issue resolved has been tremendous, almost every visit to Adoor, I have to go to the agency and meet the agency head. When that did not work, I spoke to the Asst. Manager LPG Sales of that area Shri Lohithakshan and informed him of the attitude of the agency and me not getting refill in time. Now it has become a regular event of me calling up Shri Lohithakshan when the refill does not come even after 30 days plus and only after he intervenes the refill is received. This process of getting refill after the Asst Manager intervenes has been happening for past three times. My last booking for refill has been on 01 Sep 2008 and as on today i.e;13 Oct 2008 I have not received the refill.

                        This activity has become a stumbling block in the day to day activities that happen at home. It is surprising to know that the shops in this area get the refills in time, probably some nexus which I suspect. There were two agencies in Adoor before, however for the past one year plus there is only one agency which is a limitation on the service. But to face the same issue every time is not acceptable . In todays world getting a LPG refill in time should be an activity routine in nature, however it has become a critical activity . I request the authorities at Indane gas service to look into the matter and initiate remedial action for stopping unauthorised use and also ensure that the family of a defence officer is not subjected to such harrassment. Expecting prompt action from your end.

                          I, Rajneesh Madhok, resident of B-xxx/63, Nehru Nagar, St. No. 2,
                          Railway Road, Phagwara solemnly affirm and declare that:
                          I am residing at the above mentioned my two unmarried uncles who are
                          bachelors and Senior citizens. I hundred of times submitted the
                          applications that my wife cook food for the whole family as we live
                          in joint family and I don't like that my Senior citizen uncles
                          should cook their food themselves. But my this plea is unheard and
                          the officials who visit our house are playing in the hands of
                          Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara and scold us which
                          is against the parameters of human rights and they are violating our
                          human rights by scolding and misbehaving with us unnecessarily. What
                          offence we have done? Kindly specify. Whether the Govt like to
                          snatch the two sqare meals from the mouth of my old uncles. Why we
                          are being harassed by the officials. At a time when the Ministry of
                          Petroleum and Natural Gas has asked Oil Mrketing Company Indian Oil
                          Corporation to take action against Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial
                          Area, Phagwara (Indane Dealer). The officer belonged to Indian Oil
                          Corporation and the Department of Food & Civil Supplies visited our
                          house and had been behaving as if they are the authorities
                          concerned with Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara and
                          were scolding me and my old uncles as we have done something wrong
                          by purchasing Gas connections from the Indane dealer and was saying
                          that they shall get our connections terminated. I specify the
                          reasons why they are dancing on the tunes of Phagwara Gas Service,
                          industrial area, Phagwara. Kindly provide the following informations
                          to me:
                          Please give a list of all the grievances received from the public
                          during Fys 2007-08 & 2008-09.
                          Please give copies of all these grievances.
                          What action has been taken on each one of these so far?
                          As per rules and law, in how much time should each one of them be
                          resolved? Honourable Mr. A.K. Jain Section Officer (PG), Tele No.
                          23388624 had written to the Director (Mktg), I.O.C.Ltd, New Delhi
                          under Registered cover vide Letter No. 17026/1574/2008-PG dated
                          7/04/2008 & Letter No. 17026/662/2008-PG dated 15/07/08. What action
                          had been taken in the matter. As per the letters it was requested to
                          you to take action in the matter and send the reply to the applicant
                          directly under intimation to the Ministry. Whether there is no rules
                          and regulations framed by the department or the officials have
                          nothing to do with the officials correspondance.
                          What penalty is prescribed against the officials if they do not
                          adhere to these time limits?
                          What are the reasons for delay in each of the grievances?
                          What action would be taken against the officials in each case of
                          delay?
                          How much LPG Cylinders domestic and Commercial have been issued by
                          Phagwara Gas Service to the Consumers in the last financial year.
                          What intitiative the Indane has took to reveal details that why not
                          the consumption of Commercial LPG cylinders rise in Phagwara Gas
                          Service.
                          How much connections have been issued to Commercial LPG customers
                          and how much cylinders they have consumed in the last finacial
                          year.
                          Is there conspiracy in diversion of Domestic LPG cylinders to
                          Commercial LPG cylinders. Whether the Indane has took steps to
                          detect. Kindly specify.
                          That how the cooking Gas cylinders meant for households and are
                          specially meant for household consumption is being diverted to
                          commercial establishments like restaurants, Halwayis (Sweet
                          manufacturers). Why not the department put raid to detect such
                          misuse and why the department is harassing to the domestic users.
                          That the domestic LPG costs Rs 348.89 less than the cylinders meant
                          for commercial use, and this difference leads them into restaurants
                          and hotels which are supposed to use only industrial LPG. But with
                          the connivance of the Oil Marketing Companies and Food & Civil
                          Supplies department officials the said cylinders are being
                          distributed to the restaurants and sweet manufacturers. Kindly
                          provide the detail of cylinders supplied in the last financial year
                          by Phagwara Gas Service to domestic and commercial consumers.
                          That the question which the Food & Civil Supplies Officer ask to
                          harass me and my old unles. Is how much LPG cylinder's consumption
                          is in your house. Sir, it is clearly mentioned that his intention is
                          to cancell the LPG connections of my old unles who are dependent on
                          me and my wife is cooking food for them. I said that A LPG cylinder
                          lasts a month for an average family. However, the restaurant uses
                          one per day. I would like to mention clearly that the restaurant
                          uses one per day. That means on the 30th day it consumed 30th
                          cylinder meant for domestic consumption the clear cut loss of 30*Rs.
                          348.89=Rs. 10466.70. It is a figure for just a single cylinder
                          supplied to the restaurant. Now just calculate the figure that the
                          supply by the said LPG dealer to various hotels, restaurants and
                          halwayis are not less than 100 cylinders. We suppose the minimum
                          figure as 100 cylinders diverted to the hotels and restaurants. The
                          total revenue loss to the exchequer is Rs. 10, 46, 670/- in a month.
                          That is why the Officer of Food & Civil Supplies department is more
                          interested to cancell our domestic connections and the said
                          connection be misued to supply to the commercial users and earn
                          handsomely. Is it this criteria adopted. Kindly specify.
                          Whether regular checks and raids have been conducted. Why not the
                          necessary action to check diversion of domestic LPG by monitoring
                          LPG distrubutors and carrying out refill audits have been conducted.
                          It is clear cut system to earn handsomely. The officials of Oil
                          companies and Food & Civil Supplies Officials have hands in glove.
                          There is a great discrepancy between the commercial rates the main
                          cause of diversion of domestic cylinders to commercial. Restaurants,
                          Halwayis (sweet sellers) take domestic ones in the names of their
                          waiters, workers and use them indiscrimiantely. The LPG distributor
                          and the officials who visit our residence just harass to terminate
                          our connections to make huge profits. Is it. Kindly specify.
                          Sir, all the officials have hand in glove with Phagwara Gas Service,
                          Industrial Area, Phagwara so that they are shielding the particular
                          distributor and harassing me and my old uncles.

                          Kindly investigate in the matter and specify the reasons of
                          harassment. When I am writing from the day one that my uncles are
                          dependent on me and both are bachelors and the same connections are
                          being run in the joint family from the last twenty years. Now when i
                          highlighted the malpractices adopted by Phagwara Gas Service,
                          Industrial Area, Phagwara the concerned owner terminated the
                          connections alloted to me and my old uncles whereas he is just a
                          trader and the trader has no power to terminate the connections.
                          Even then the said dealer terminated the connections alloted to Mr.
                          Surinder Mohan S/o. Sh. Amar Nath PGS-14369 aged 63 years running
                          connection from more than 20 years terminated connection of Rajneesh
                          Madhok S/o. Sh. Sat Parkash Madhok No. H-03583. Phagwara Gas Service
                          sent letter under UPC cover intimating under Ref: PGS/Mc?5A/0052
                          Dated 27/02/08 that From the records available with us it has been
                          observed that you possess the following connections in your name. 1.
                          PGS-03502, 2. PGS-14369, 3. H-03583. Please note that as per Section
                          No. 3 of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and
                          Distribution) order, 2000.
                          On inquiry when it was found that the letter had been sent under
                          frivolous and malafide intention to terminate the connections and
                          the verifying authorities have been proved with the necessary
                          documents that the connections are in different names and the said
                          dealer has terminated it with malafide intention. No action had been
                          taken so far but we are being harassed by the officials as they have
                          hand in gloves with the said dealer.

                          I, Rajneesh Madhok S/o Sh. Sat Parkash Madhok resident of B-xxx/63,
                          Nehru Nagar, St. No. 2, Railway Road, Phagwara wish to seek
                          information under the RTI Act 2005. As the information needed

                            Recently i got married & residing at Velachery, Chennai. We have inquired at S.E.Muthusamy Indane Gas Agency, Velachery for new gas connection; they told that Ration Card is a mandatory requirement for any new connections. So we have applied for Ration Card & the copy of acknowledgement has been submitted for Registration of new Gas connection & has been registered in my husband’s name.

                            A couple of days before i have received a letter for new gas booking with indane. When i called them through telephone there was no response. So i have approached them directly with all particulars required. But now they are denying that without my husband’s signature they are not ready to do the new gas booking. He is out of station for 2 months wherein they have mentioned in the letter that it is valid upto 30 days. He is ready to send an authorisation letter along with his photograph. But there was a very poor response at their end.

                            We have already waited for a month, as discussed with the agency, we need to wait for another 2 months till my husband come back & need to register newly once again & have to wait for a month’s time for gas booking & after booking again we need to wait for 3 months for getting the gas connection.

                            For getting a single gas connection, the total waiting time is nearly 7 months. Kindly look into the matter & please do the needful on time.

                            I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
                            He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters.                               We have recently moved 5 - 6 MONTHS TO pallikarnai. Earlier we haved near Ashoknagar and the LPG of HPCL delivery was perfect. After moving to this agency we are facing problem, over telephone we cannot call them for LPG registering either it is busy round the clock or while ringing no body is bothered to pick up the lines at times we have to go personally that too it is not near to medavakkam (from there it is 1km) if we go there no response. Once we inform them personally, then also target date was not met. The lpg will take their own time to delivery. I cannot catch out the Manager/Owner of the said agency. HPCL, Pl. check and look into the agency they are delivery LPG to their customer on time and complaints has been taken in the right spirit.

                              I bought new kinetic blaze bike in Eswari Motor (Authorised distributor and service) which is in Adyar chennai on 26Aug07.
                              In between I faced self starting problem in that they changed battery and coil only 8 month was passed. After 5 month once again the same problem is faced.
                              So I given the bike on 9th October 2008 to service where is bought. When I call, they saying we dont have the part, The part has to come.
                              By this so many days was passed. Still now they are not return my bike after serviceing.
                              They are not answering properlly.

Last month also I have book Cylinder on 23.6.2009 at 1.22 PM, but Cylinder not deliver till 30.6.2009. On 30.6.2009 I went to agency personally, those people is siting in agency he said your cylinder will be deliver tomorrow i.e. 1.7.2009. May I requested kindly look into the matter for delay delivery of gas cyliner.

                                I am customer of vikram gas agency, west kidwai nagar, new delhi. I have trying to booking gas since last few days on telephone, but whole day 4 telephone numbers of Vikram Agency are angaged or not responded. However, on 19.11.09 by the grace of god my call was attended by the staff of agency and they assured me that i got the cylinder on 20.11.09. But when the same was not received by me on 20.11.09, i called them in response the attending person told me that now i will get the cylinder on Monday i.e. 23.11.09. But till time on monday i have not received the cylinder due to which i am facing great difficulties. In this regard, it is requested to take needful action against the earring persons and instruct them to provide the cylinder to me urgenly.

                                Please examine the case and take proper action agaist vikram agency.

                                My Consumer No. is 35460, P-24 Room No. 40 Old Pilanji Gaon, Sarojininagar, New Delhi.
                                I am also trying to book my cliner since yesterday afternoon but either number is not connecting or if bell is going no one is picking up the phone. I am also dialling on the mobile no.[protected] but the same thing is getting repeated or the number is being showing as switched off.
                                This is a normal practice of these guys. as a customer, I'm going through the same experience since long. The latest in the long list is that I booked a cylinder on 23/03/2010 and today on 30/03/2010, they want me to book it again on today's date in which they can charge the renewed price. This was the story with few of my friends too as the agency had the stock and still they creat these problems. And, another big issue is, these people give the cylinders to local Dhaba guys who does not have a proper connection on extra payments and the consumer who booked it earlier really struggle. Is there any authority to take careof thesethings???

                                  Dear IOCL..
                                  I bought a Hyundai i-10 car from Chandigarh in jun 08. i was given free petrol coupons worth Rs 2700 by the dealer. The vouchers were a joint initiative by IOCL and HMIL to promote fuel efficiency of their new car.
                                  The experience of redeeming the coupons at IOCL outlets has been a dissappointing experince ever since. Almost all of the IOCL petrol pumps that i approached state that they are not aware of any such offer and cannot allow redemption of the vouchers. It sometimes gets one into a very embarassing situation. i even have got looks as if i had faked these vouchers and was trying to fleece IOCL.
                                  It is my earnest request as a consumer that since it is noe mentioned in the vouchers that the offer is accepted at selected outlets only..it is understood that it is accepted countrywide at IOCL petrol pumps. The plight of the customer is to be understood by the company and suitable awareness is to be generated amongst pump owners. Otherwise IOCL should desist from offers that serve the pupose of marketing gimmicks.
                                  An early solution to this problem is desirable.

                                  This is my problem also. I contacted the dealer who had given me the vouchers. He handed over a number to me and the number makes me listen to the music while I wait endlessly.
                                  I wish there was someone who could listen to this :-)

                                    Here in Delhi too, the issue is not different. We never recieve gas in time. Even if we get a cylinder, its weight differ from what it should be. Agencies themselves seem to be stealing gas!!!

                                    lindane — Not booking the request for re filling

                                    I am a customer of Kalpana Gas enterprises, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh with Customer Card No.29678. I got two cylinders. When my cylinder got emptied, I tried to book a fresh one. Of course I am using the other cylinder. But the authorities say that unless 21 days period from the date of delivery of the previous cylinder is over, they cannot accept the request for fresh re-fill. I dont know how far it is correct and exists as per their rules. Even if it is correct, it got delayed at their end by 10 days i.e. to say that though my Order No.4939, dt.18/09/2009 was billed on 29/09/2009 after repeated requests, the cylinder was delivered on 06/10/2009 by issuing a duplicate bill. By the time it got delivered my earlier cylinder got emptied and now the authorities say that any request for fresh cylinder will be accepted after expiry of 21 days period from 06/10/2009 and not from 18/09/2009. This is totally ridiculous. It got delayed at their end and they should not have any problem to them to book the request for a fresh cylinder from 18/09/2009 even the stipulation of that 21 days period is to be implemented.

                                    I am a valid consumer of Indane gas having consumer no.BI 00242 of SWCC Store, Sambalpur, Orissa having DBC Connection.I have booked for refilling of cylinder on dt.26.02.2010 but till date I have not received the cylinder as yet.Now both of my cylinder have gone empty since last few days.I have requested several times over telephone for supply and also for booking of second cylinder but the dealer is refusing to book the same.The dealer has opened the booking office at Burla instead of Sambalpur for which the consumers of this area are suffering a lot.Most of the time the dealer is not lifting the telephone at all.Kindly do the needful in supplying the refilled cylinder as early as possible & as well as book the second cylinder for refilling .                                       delayed/non supply of gas cylinders
                                      I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Sri Dwarakamayee indane, Visakhapatnam, my consumer no is 7378 is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 29.09.2008 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was cancelled . The cancellation date is 04.10.2008. I asked them to reason for cancellation, but they are not giving proper reply, So I request you to kindly look this matter seriously .
                                      Pl. note that the cancellation date is 04.10.2008.Once again I request you to kindly give the written explanation for cancellation of refilled cylinder.

                                        I want to draw your kind attention towards the policy of providng the new gas connection to the consumer. I try to take a new gas connection from your distributor M/s Rajdhani Gas Agency, Wazirpur Village, Ashok vihar, Delhi-52. But your distributor has denied to give me gas connection by telling that the new gas connection will available on march' 2009. Please help me to provide me this gas connection at the earliest.

                                        Sir, I have booked my refile cylender on 2nd March, 2009 through 1260. The consumer no. is 11990 with Awtar gas services Shalimabagh. I am sorry till today the gas cylinder has not replace nor any news. Is there any shortage of gas? Or they are not bothered for booking through 1260. Plase ask them to improve theire servises. Their direct phone always getting engaged or getting no reply. The reason best knon to you.
