Dear Sir,


I reside at CV Raman Nagar. My Indane Gas Connection (36528) is with the local Indane Gas Distributor in our area called Sri Rama Gas Agency, RamurthyNagar, Bangalore. It appears that the above distributor keeps the telephone out of cradle and is therefore often not accessible in all six telephone numbers.

I have booked a refill four weeks back and is yet to receive the same. I personally aproched the agency on 17 Sep 08 and was assured the refill next day. However, I am yet to get the cylinder.

It appears that the above distributor is not able to manage so many customers and therefore please consider setting up an additional dirtributor for CV Raman and Kagadassapura area.


Iam aware of atleat eight of my friends from this area who are facing the same problem. if necessary we can submit a memorandum on this subject.

Indane Gas — Supplier is not accessible

My supplier for Indane gas is Vijay gas Agency.He has given 3 contact numbers to book the gas.But none of it works.I need to go there everytime for booking.In addition to paying for gas cylinders i need also pool in money for the fuel spent in travelling all the way to that place which is around 15kms from my residence.

I am facing the same problem - I am trying to book the gas for the last couple of days and they are not picking up any of the phones.

It appears to me that going there and shouting at them is the only option. It is really disturbing situation for us.

Ok, I came to know that the BSNL lines in the Ramamurthy Nagar are down due to cable cut problems. After calling the Indian Oil office in Bangalore[protected], I came to know some alternate numbers of Sri Rama Agency (Tata Indicom and Airtel), and I was able to book my gas:

Even I am also facing same problem,
After calling on Number 41144620, they are not ready to take booking request becuase the new reason I came across was "within 30 days" they will not take new request of cylinder for same gas connection."
It is really ???? ...becuase How we will no the gas will get over after 30 days ? even ppl have double gas already they will also HELPLESS in this situation.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of DRDO Township(phase 2) in the C V RAMAN NAGAR locality, Bangalore.

I have taken my gas connection from the Indane Gas distributor "Sri Rama Agency" located in Ramamurthy Nagar . This agency is giving the worst service i have ever seen. Its frustrating to see many people in my locality and outside have similar kind of grievances.
1. The agency has 7 to 8 phone numbers, none of them works. Throughout the day all these numbers are either engaged, busy or no response.
I guess they keep the handset off the hook.
Really one will run out of patience trying to contact this so called AGENCY

2. If you book the cylinder, you dont know when it is going to be supplied, takes atleast 2/3 weeks. when asked, they just give some naive reasons

Why not setup one more distriubutors for C V RAMAN NAGAR area ? As the number consumers living in the area have increased many folds since last few years, the aforementioned agency is not able to keep up to the pace of growth.

4. If Sri Rama Agency is not able to provide proper service because of lack of infrastructure or any other reasons, kindly transfer the license to some eligible parties.

I request the concerned authority to take up the issue and take appropriate actions at the earliest. Please understand that our "TIME AND EFFORTS" too are valuable.

Not only for booking cylinder, it is an issue and also there is a leakage in the cylinder what they delivered. I am not able to give a complaint for the same as the telsphone lines are not picked up by anyone. The leakage is happening second time to me and it is very dangerous and urgent thing to be checked.
The service by Rama Gas Agency is extremely bad and unaccepted.
Immediate action is requested.

Sri Rama Agencies seem to be leaving the receivers off the hook and unable to reach. Just prior to 9 am when they are expected to open, all the phones ring. After 9 am, you get a message from all the lines that the phone is busy. Even if it rings, they seem to allow it to ring and get disconnected automatically and when you try once again, the line is busy! Obviously the line which they left on the hook by mistake, and rang, is taken off and left. This happens with all the lines - BSNL, TATA Indicom, AirTel lines. This way, your request for a refill gets delayed and that delays delivery and the next time you ask for a refill, naturally some times it is within 30 days, because you could not lodge the refill request earlier.

Indane should insist all their agents to have a phone booking facility so that we can book for refills 24 x 7. They need to have a system similar to the phone complaint booking and once you boo, you must get a booking number and they should deliver as per those.

Will Indane move towards this if they really intend to provide good customer service?
I am also resident of Kaggadaspura and I have the same problem for gas booking with Sri rama agencies. Every month I need to try two three days continuously to get connected them over the phone. When I went and complained to them they have given an email ID and told me that are accepting email bookings for refilling the cylinder. my name is prakash, i am facing a problem with my lpg gas indane distributor name. M/s.SARDHANA ENTERPRISES indane gas distributor for bangalore south, it is located in tyagaraj nagar, problem is this office staffs are careless about customers and way of speaking is very rude with the customers, they will introduce new rules every time without giving any notice to the customers and improper delivery of booked gas. illegal counter delivery of lpg cylinders to whom they want and their favorites.so please look into the matter and proper action.

I am a resident of Vidhyaranyapura # 124, 2nd Main 9th cross 1st block BEL Layout. Yesterday evening when connected the new cylinder it was observ ed the gas was leaking in turn we have informed the agency [Nataraj enterprises Yelahanka new town] through telephonically. One Mechanic came to home to check and told the gas is leaking from the neck and the cylinder is to be changed..The same message passed to the agency in the morning and they promised to sent it.Mean while delivery boy also came and gone back without delivering the cylinder. Again I have phoned up and informed the matter.
Presently we are running without gas for cooking.Please inform the agency not to harass the customer.

my house cylinders had been stolen. i ask for a replacement and they talk as if its my mistake!
and there's no response over the phone! they used to put me on hold and talk on the other line for half an hour and if i call again they used to talk rudely!

I am resident of weavers colony from since last 1year seeing that the distributor are supplying cylinder properly they sold the cylinder to a BLACK. That cylinders are sold to a commercial people that are booked by indane customers and they are not receiving cylinders in proper sealed cylinders. if they booked a cylinder it will come after 2 weeks. We have a indane gas connection bearing no 11664 with Annai aravind gas agency. coimbatore 46 which bear the phone no 2427047, and 2422266 none of the numbers work, The workers avoid taking phones and they dont respond How will we book our cylinders, We donot know to send sms service. They are not worth for this kind of public service.
I mr. Kumar had booked for refill twice and the distributing agency Vasanth Enterprises from Indiranagar. I received two e-mails which states that cash memo is raised and the cylinder delivered, but I don't understand top whom it was delivered as it did not reach me.
Kindly accept this as a formal complaint against Vasanth enterprises for cheating me as a customer and diverting the cylinder somewhere else.

I have booked online gas in Sheela gas agency on 27 th Jan, after one week i used to call sheela agency daily they used tell will be sending today . when we call they say will be delevering today
even we have enquired the delivery people also we have not recieved your gas booking .On 18 th of Feb i again gave a call sheela gas agency the same reply from them again on 20 th of Feb same procedure to call and they replied that the door was locked this was the reply. Again i dialed up saturday the door was not locked how can they give false statement, the guy in sheela gas agency abusing with bad communication and you can complaint to anyone we not bothered this reply from Indane dealaers

    This is inform you I am a Indan gas service holed for past 30 years. I approiciate your work and service. Today morning I am really shcoked about your service.
    1) I book the gas and asking the tme duration. And concern person replied 20 to 25 days from the date of booking. Not only that e have purchsse the gas related thing while getting the same
    2) Infornt of mine one person also book the gas. And she got an emergency no. And When I asked the same thing he denied to give me the no. Also replied only those are eared Rs 50000 in the gas agency they only safe from this hassle

    My query is:
    How long this kind of service we are getting?? Why the normal person will suffer
    Why this kind of defferciate is going on??
    I will highly obliged if you kindly dig into this matter and find out a solution for us to continue your best service

      I'm a Indane LPG consumer Shashank Choudhary with Bhatia Gas Services, sector 22, Chandigarh. with Following Details.

      Customer Number B-28841

      Now I am shifted to Jaipur. My connection is more than one year old. I want to transfer it to Jaipur. But the Agency (Sushma Gas Services, OPP KISAN DHARAM KANTA, NEW SANGANER ROAD) is not agree to transfer it. They are telling firstly they will send the verifictation to chandigarh and after reciving conformtation they will provide the connection i also commuincated to Chandigarh Agency and they told me that gas should be issued on the very same day and verfifictation process is done afterwards.

      i have summited all the necesary documents 2-3 Weeks to Earlier to (Sushma Gas Services, OPP KISAN DHARAM KANTA, NEW SANGANER ROAD)and i have not recived any the gas cylinder i am very sorry to say is this we present to esstimeed coustemer's also no proper response after making calls they have good excuses with irrevelent answer --> manager is not here, come to office to talk further, what can i do sir.

      I'm a LPG consumer with Agnihotri Indane Gas , Shop no. 10,Godavari Shopping Complex ,sec-37 noida. Customer no is 155443. I want to transfer it to Shri Balaji Indane Gas Agency , Utraulla (Balrampur).I also got the transfer letter by the agency of noida but when i requested for transferring the gas connection to the shri Balaji Gas Agency Utraulla ,they are not agree to transfer it. Every time they made excuses.
      i had requested so many time but they are not transferring it.

      i am the indane cutomer. i worked as driver at my bass residence at trichy. my bass is last year died. after her death the legal heirs of of my bass request me stay lonely at her residence till her 1 st anniversery.during this perod i have used my bass gas connection.so, my connection not consumed.after anniversery i engaged other place to engage for my employment. my bass residence is sold by her legal heris. during the trnsit i last my gas regulater . i opprouch and request what are the procceedures fr the gas distribution agency. they said to give a complaint for trace of the gas regulater. and they verified the case after they give a missing certificate these are the poceedures they told.

      i went to the police station. they asked my present address. that place is 65 kms away fr trichy. we are not able to receive your complaint because for away fr this area. and they suggest me to give a complaint at your area station and they give a missing certicate. plese guide me.
      i have applied for transfer of my gas connection from INDANE DISTRIBUTOR ipitata employees consumer (code 124361) beleipada, joda, orissa to persudih, jamshedpur, jharkhand one month back...my consumer number is 1370 domestic double...but the representative of the distributor told me one month back that there is some problem in office computer, which may me short out in few days..but till now no conformation received by me as asked by me almost daily to the distributors representative...i have also tried to contact on phone to AREA MANAGER of the respective distributor but he never picked my call ..AREA MANAGER rather messaged me to text the matter, i did the same and taxed him the grievance but all in vain as i never got a reply ...i don't know what to do ...

        I am a resident of Bangalore, having connection with Sri Rama Gas Agency. I was not able to fix my regulator to a new cylinder.I first tried my agency number. The line was out of order!! Hence I wanted to log a complaint with the customer service cell of Indane. I called up the following number[protected] today[protected] morning and got a very arrogant and impolite reply from the other end. That lady who picked up the phone asked my consumer number and just banged the phone down without giving me any answer...keeping me again in dark. When I rang her again, she told me, she has noted down my number and dont waste her time now. She was not even willing to explain me what needs to be done from my end and what is the turn around time for getting this rectified.
        This is purely attitude problem.. and we cant accept this from a person of CUSTOMER CARE WING!!

        Hi i had recently moved into chennai from mumbai and i had a HP Gas connection in mumbai and i surrendered the same there so that i can take the connection back in chennai and to astonishment the Revathi gas Agency in Medavakkam the manager in the agency does not even have the courtesy to guide the customer in the right direction and also says that the cylinders cannot be issued as there are no regulators available untill the 24 th of january 2009. This kind of managers should be forced to suffer the pain so that he understand how tough life is these days.

          Myself Sebak Chandra Tikadar is an ex- employee of Indian Oil Corporation marketing division and havng consumer no: T -3002 for indane gas and registered at Chaterjee Hat Gas Service Center. My address is Subhaspally, Unsani, Andul Mouri, Howrah 711302 .
          Self booked gas refill on 06.09.08 but till 22.09.08 it has not delivered and the supplier informed that no booking slip reached to him against consumer no T-3002 . Even we are not able to contact the Chatterjee Hat Gas Service centre over phone as it is allways telling as out of order/ out of reach.

            I booked the Gas Cyl on 13 Sep and was told it will be supplied on 15th. I reminded on 17th and was told it will be supplied today itself . Again I reminded on 20 Sep and was told it will be supplied within an hour .
            I regret to say that I have still not received the gas .

            I booked the gas cylinder on 30th Sept 2009. On contacting to the agency, they told that the cylinder has been delivered to me on 16th Oct 2009 which I never received. On contacting again on 29th Oct, they promised to deliver the cylinder by 13.00 hrs on 30th Oct 2009. Which again I have not recieved. Such incidence has happened in past too. Kindly do the needful

            my gas cylinder customer no is 3801.there are two weeks ago i book my copy but i dont recieve any cylinder yet.

            gas — Non Receipt of Gas Cylinder

            Despite a lot of phone calls & direct visit, we are not getting LPG cylinders on time. The behaviour of the Agency (Priyanka Gas Service, code no. 981893) staff was not cordial & co-operative.

            We are running a home for abandoned children and we need at least 16 cylinders every month.

            We are hoping to get some kind of relief against this complaint.

            I am the consumer of M/s Parul Gas Service, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-110084 and my consumer no is 31378 in the name of Govind Kumar Mishra.
            I had booked my cylinder on Dt. 15/02/2011 and the waiting no. is giving to me as 241 through tomogas.com . But it is unfortunate I still awaiting for the delivery of the gas whereas it has already 23 days passed since then.

            Indane Gas — non receipt of gas cylinder

            I had booked gas cylinder for refilling through 24hrs refill booking no:[protected]. I got nice SMS stating booking number and afterwards delivery messages stating cash memo. I contacted their office but of vain.This incidents are happening with many customers. Either IOC or Ennar gas agency is bothering to take appropriate action. his dealership is maintained for years, I suspect the integrity of both Ennar and IOC officials dealing with this sort of complaint.

            My consumer no:28347 with AAR DEE GAS ,Bangla Bazar Lucknow & I have booked the cylinder for its refilling on 17/04/2012,but till date we have not received the cylinder. when we enquired about the concern Agency ,they told us it will take another 10 days for the delivery of the cylinder.

            kindly do the needfull ,as it is being difficult to run the kitchen without the gas cylinder.

            My name is R.S. Gill, Dy. Manager, Koomber T.G. Distt. Cachar, Assam. I was posted at Jalpaiguri Distt of West Bengal in 2003 where I transferred my Gas connection from Darjeeling to Mal Bazaar, Jalpaiguri. My Gas agency consumer No. 11279 and card serial No. IOC/ER is 385399 as per the information furnished in my Domestic Gas consumer card issued by the Gas agency, M/s Banhi Sikha, (indane Distributor), Mal, P.O. Mal, Distt. Jalpaiguri, Code No. 59026687, West Bengal dated 04/08/2003. I write to complain that post issuing me the said card, I was not issued my Gas cylender by the said Gas agency and numerous visits to their outlet did not yield results as they refused knowledge of any records.
            Although I still have my Gas stove and regulator, I have not been issued my Gas cylender till date which also reflects in the Consumer book.
            Now that I have been posted to Assam, I want to know if the agency will transfer my Gas cylender to Silchar, Assam, where I would be able to utilize the Gas connection?

            Please look into the matter and advise.

            Now after booking the cylinder 20 days back. i got the message in my mobile no.[protected], saying that against cylinder refilling booking no-215590 cash memo no[protected] is raised.
            lateron today afternoon i got the message that your cylinder delivery is cancelled.when we approach them they are not responding properly and behaving arrogantly with qualified professionals.

            we never faced such incidences in the past several years.we request you to intervene immediately and see that gas is delivered immediately warning the dealer to behave properly with the qualified professsionals.

            help me to obtain the cylinder immediately.

              I am from Virudhunagar.
              Recently I have got gas connection from Indane, Jaya Sakthi Gas Agency, Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu. But they are forcing to buy gas stove from them and also not giving receipt for the same. In fact, gas stove is optional and it is clearly mentioned in the form. If we argued like this, then they say they wont give the gas connection.

              Please take action.

              Mandawali New Delhi, have booked my gas in Verma Gas Agencies Mandawali on 29.12.10 but till today on 12.01.11, I have not recived my gas, the agencies is saying that there is shortage of gas from above, but i could not understand that how they are giving to the shopkeeper who is blackingthe gas cylender in Rs650 to 700. is here any controling power is there ornot in the indane gas .if not I will shortly Withdrew my conection from the Indane Gas Company

                I am a consumer of Indane Gas, through MODERN GAS AGENCY, Badamtala, Bally- Howrah (W.Ben). Their numbers are[protected]/3649. All the times the phone are kept disconnected, and rings only after the office closes. No mobile ( SMS ) booking number are given. In emergency situations customers have to go to the agency for bringing cylinders, instead of paying the delivery charges.

                Yes I am also having the same trouble of not getting connected over phone even for ten times in a day.My Customer No. is 13966, and our suppler is Bhagyanagar Gas Agencies, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad, A.P.I am a 80 year old man.and it is toodifficult to go over thereit being at a very busy road.
                How to order a refill with the above difficulty?
                sir i am an costumer of mahendra gas nagod dist satna. my mi no is 636.
                Respected sir, our dealer is not properly working and not following any of your rules. there is not any facility. my complain are as follow.
                1. we have to take dealivery from his godown after paying dealivery charges.
                2. not proper response in telephone.
                3. for one cylinder we have to request about 7-8 times. first for booking, afher that we have to call him for checking wheather our due date has come for payments or not. after booking date he takes payment from us after 7 days and give receipt of booking date. and after receipt we have to call him for deleviring of our rifills. when we call he says that take dealeviry from our godown our i will send after 3-4 days.
                4. main problem is that he is giving one cylinder in approx 35 days. he is saying that next booking will be taken after 22 days from the date of delivery. in booking date and receving rifill there is minimum 10 -15 days differeence.
                According to my knouwledge these or not company rules. i have already given written complain to our dealer but he is not responsing. please help us.

                  I have a consumer with A/c No.64691 . Namratha Gas agency, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
                  I have booked the cylinder on 13th august 2008 with assurance for delivery on 20th August2008.
                  Till now they have not delivered. And I am roaming around their office daily. They will give irresponsible answers like." will be delivered tomarrow" every day. Even answers also in rude manner.
                  I hope that they are not giving any donotion to me. I am paying money to them.

                    i am having a connection of indane gas registration no. rt 1133 in the name of gaya prasad pandey add rbi 737 g rani laxmi nagar sipri bazar jhansi - but i am fully hrassh by the home delivery facility from ramraja gas agency -they always bookcylnder on 21st day but never deliver after booking even though they dont give reciept for booking they always give manul booking no. and delivers the gas after one month from booking and always black the cylinders - even on this month booking they dont given me the reciept no, but my manual booking no. is 1060 booked on 06/08/2008 but still o today 24/08/2008 thy are saying we dont have stock to deliver wait for another one week or so- means my last deliver cylinder and today its about 2 montshs now what can ido why they are not giving us our printed recipt booking no. please check on the matter ------

                      Sir,
                      My Self Yashwant kumar Naidu (Y.K.Naidu), has transfer my gas connection from Korba (C.G) to Bilaspur (C.G) with in state. which was booked in the year 1999, 21, march. My SV.NO. 1160171 / 21.03.99, (CUNSUMER NO. 6491). I discontinued my connection and got refund Rs. 1000/- .

                      Now i am trying transfred at SHREE BALAJI GAS AGENCY AT BILASPUR (C.G). The same amount has to be ajusted at bilaspur, along with new filled cylinder. (Transfer cleareance from bilaspur to korba has complited)

                      Now Balaji Gas is saying that i have to pay some extra amount for "APRON, GAS PIPE, LIGHTER" it cost aprrox Rs. 800/- including prossing fees.
                      Which has to purchase necessary, other wise they said we will not accept your transfer connection. And informed that this are Indane Norms.

                      Even thow I asked them that pls give me in writing, or show me Indane Gas Norms. which they refused and said talk to Indane gas persons.

                      I request u to please resolve the said problem, and informed as above said e-mail .

                      Im a new customer of Indane gas. I had applied for new connection at Sri Sai Balaji gas agencies located at Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
                      I recived the confirmation letter from you. At the time of collecting the cylinder the person name is Mr Srinivas said we dont give the connection untill you buy Stove with us. I was shocked. And I said to him already I bought new gas stove from the show room. He said we dont give the new connection. In the intimated letter I did not found you must and should buy gas cylinder with us, or must take gas stove with the distributor. and they charged me total Rs 3700/-.
                      And they said gas cylinder will deliverd to u r address at the time of recieving u need to pay Rs 350 to lane boy.

                      Is it compulsary to buy gas stove with u r distributor or from you? Pls respond as soon as possible and pls take action. I dissopinted with u r service...very bad service.

                        I was directed to make a LPG Refill Booking against Consumer No.26928 on 5 September 2008, and the representaive of Veena Gas Agency Sarai Julena Near Okhla, New Delhi assured that the refilled LPG cylinder would be delivered on 7 September 2008. Inspite of repeated telephonic response, no result was forthcoming & when today on 19 September, 2008 at 09:45 hours I personally visited their outlet, I was in for a rude shock as the owner...

                        My name is Sanjay Yadav living in Village Hisawada, Near Town- Aminagar Sarai in Distt-Baghpat and i had a gas connection of Khekra agency in the name of my wife smt. Mundresh Yadav.we are file application 2 years back with Khekra agency for tranfer our connection to Amar Gas Agency, Aminagar Sarai, Baghpat .

                        After givin documents and affedevits he make transfer my connection in the name of my younger brother .

                        As per new rule now they are not give us sylinder and ask for modify connection book in the name of my brother. we need new book in the name of my wife, but they want rs. 1500 as kharcha pani because he modify my new book according latest book .

                        Kindly look in to the matter and give instruction for solve my problem.

                        Dear Sir,

                        There is a Indane Gas Agency by name Shri Krishna Baldev Gas Agency in Naujheel, District Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) and seems it is managed by Gundas(Goons). Firs they never provide home deliveries, second we are not getting full Gas quantity in cylinders as it's always 2-3 KG less than the mentioned quantity on the cylinder.

                        Another big complaint from all the consumers(I have got a signed copy of more than 10 consumers when I visited the Gas agency) is that there is a person (Manager) Mr. Kshetra Pal Pathak (K.P. Pathak) who is managing the agency, is so rude and abusive. I have seen him throwing customers card outside the agency and abusing and harrasing them. All the consumers in this area are either very poor people or farmers with very low rate of littiracy. I like to request Indane Gas Company (IOCL) to look into this matter and I am also sending the written complaint to Petrolium ministry, IOCL head Quatr and other concerned authorities.

                        Our immediate concerns are the person called Mr. Kshetrapal Pathak and not getting the appropriate gas quantity.

                          hai I’m from chennai. I recently transferred my Gas connection from Velachery to Medavakkam (revthy gas agency). After the transfer I made booking on 18th of August. So far they didn’t issue the gas for me. For the past two weeks I’m keep on contacting them regarding this, but no use of it. When I came to enquire about this they are behaving very rude and not even treating like humans. They are giving some incorrect reasons for the delay in supply. The delar code is 171959. Whenever we approch the agency there will be tons of same complaints logged regarding this. So far there is no response from the higher officals also. I expecting for some favourable action from the company.

                            Indane Gas LPG supply — SERVICE DEFICIENCY

                            I am a customer of Indane gas since 1989 and having my connection with M/S LV REDDY, Hasmathpet, Bowenapally, Hyderabad. I am facing lot difficulty in booking refill over phone as the staff of the dealer are not lifting the phone and because of this I am forced to apply leave to go personally to book the refill. The same has been placed as complaint in the books of the dealer on 04/03/2008 besides booking the refill (refill No is 1848). So far they have not delivered the cylinder and also not attended my complaint. And as usual I am unable to get them over phone to know the status of booking. Their phone Nos.[protected], 27750715. Incidentally the 1260 no is always busy/out of order. Kindly look into the matter as this is being happened to all the consumers and many of them may not be having time and access to go for complaint.
                            I am also having this problem for the past one week...

                                Sir,
                                On godown delivery also they charge Rs.360/- per cylinder. On office/godown notice board, there is no right telephone/mobile numbers of area inspector/managers to complaint about any problem. Customers can get cylinders only when ever lorry/truck comes and unloading going on at godown. After that they don't give cylinder. If someone asks, reply is only one, no gas is available.If some one giving right amount of cylinder, they refuse for this and don't give cylinder to him. I hope strict action may be taken by Indane authorities.

                                  I am a customer of your Indane Gas Distributor having office at near Hinoo Sewa Sadan Hinoo, Ranchi with customer no.13904.I am an employee of State Bank Of India presently posted as Deputy Manager at Zonal Office, Kutchery Road Ranchi.Sir, Since inception, when I had taken connection with the said distributor I am suffering from mental agony due to harassing attitude of Indane Gas Distributor at Hinno.Sir I was provided gas connection with 2 cylinders facility On 12.01.08 but since inception they are creating lot of troubles for supplying LPG gas cylinder. Despite booking cylinders for nearly one and half month before on 11/08/08, I was not supplied LPG cylinder till date now my 2nd cylinder is also get empty . what can I do sir even they are not entertaining telephone request for booking the gas, so I myself have to go for booking the gas.
                                  Sir, my family is very small one with my wife, 2 years old kid and old aged mother. Sir being a single male member of the family I have to take care of all the needs of my family and being a Bank employee with tight time schedule it is not possible now and then for me to move around the Indane Gas Distributor office for booking and getting a LPG cylinder.
                                  Despite that I visited the concerned office on 25/08/08 and 09/09/08 but I was told that there is shortage of gas, they harassed me and told cylinder will be supplied to your home till evening but till date neither cylinder was supplied nor they are entertaining my telephone now my 2nd cylinder is also empty Sir if there is shortage of LPG supply, Sir kindly make a enquiry with the said distributor about no LPG is supplied to the customers who has booked the gas for home delivery since 11/08/08.
                                  Sir, I am suffering lot of mental pressure due to behavior of the staff of Indane Gas Distributor at Hinoo, Sir this is not the first case that I am helpless in getting a LPG cylinder, since inception I have to eat humble pie for the same. This is evident with the enclosed copy of booking and delivery receipts.

                                    Though the State Govt. of Tamilnadu has declared that No ration card is required for LPG still the Indane Gas Agency located in Perambur (Near Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School) demands the same.

                                    When one of my uncle called them up over phone and stating that Govt. declaration in the media he was a given a rough reply "phona vaiya" hang-up it up.

                                    So what is the real meaning of this, still consumer are at the mercy of these petro companies when this will come to an end.

Now I would like to tranfer this connection from my brother name to my name and also change my residence address which is mentioned in pass book. This is for your reference that i have recently changed my residence and already shifted to new home. Now I am facing problem to received gas cylinder on new address because agent told to me that the gas cylinder will be delevered only there, that already addressed in our record. What I have to do? I have a D.L, passport copy, bank account statment for supporting documents. Kindly do the needful and reply me soon.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am currently having a LPG connection through Indian Oil's Indane Dealer, M/s. Sabi Gas Agencies, Ayanavaram, Chennai. Previously in Tamilnadu one should have ration card to book for refill even if they have a LPG connection. This is as per the government requirement.

                                      I had shifted my residence from Gujarat to Chennai and I was not having ration card at Gujarat. Because of the non availability of NOC from Gujarat, Tamilnadu Civil Supply department is not accepting my ration card application and I do not have a ration card. Because of the non availability of ration card M/s. Sabi Gas Agency is refusing to supply me a refill.

                                      But recently Tamilnadu government had removed the requirement of ration card for the LPG booking and had allowed many other documents like telephone bill to be used as address proof. I am ready to provide any other documents like telephone bill but still M/s. Sabi Gas is insisting on ration card and refusing to supply me a refill. Is there any way to resolve the issue.

                                      ioc / LPG GAS — Requirement ration card

                                      Dear sir

                                      I am customer of ioc lpg gas. i have applied for ration card. but the dealer is demanding ration card gas booking. I have given my voter id and notary public affidavit.Is it compulsory to produce ration card. I saw in a news paper that the government has relaxed the norms for production of ration card. sir please clarrify my doubt sir. thankyou
