Indane/Gas service — Failure of Timely Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,
I am having a gas connection of Indial Oil with Customer No. 26102. I booked for refilling of my Gas cylinder by dialing Telephoe No. 1260 on 11.02.2008. Upto till today I have not received my gas. I am a private employee. I cannot take laeve from my office for mere gas refilling. Our Gas agency is Roop Gas Servce, A-1/23, New Kondli Delhi. Today I requested my office for late coming so that I can book my gas there. But upto 9.00 Am the agency was not opened. As such I have to rush to my office. The telephone no.s of this agency are always busy as they used to pick the instument so that whenever anyone wants to have a booking of gas the No. comes busy. Please help me to come out of this situation.

my consumer no. TD2736 and i booked for LPG cylinder vide receipt no.4453 dt 10.04.08 S.N.141 but till date I have not received my LPG cylinder and when I am lodging complain on tel. no.2212129 at Damoder enterprises they say to book afresh.
i am failed to understand why they are not supplying LPG cylinder on my booked receipt no. i.e. 4453 dt 10.04.08

Indane Gas — Service failure

Dear Sir,
My Customer # 6468. I had applied for the second cylinder on[protected]WL#360) at my nearest agency of Indane APARNA INDANE SERVICES, PUDUPPARIYARAM, PALGHAT DT, KERALA...Every month I used to make enquiry about the second cyllinder. Once they told me that you have to apply again.. So I applied second time for the second cylinder on[protected]WL # 941)...
On 16-04-07, I got a letter from the Agency asking me to come and collect the cylinder.. But it is quite unfortunate to say that I did not get the cylinder at that time too...They simply told me that "there is no sufficient stock, we will inform you when the stock comes"...I don'nt know, whether it is the problem with the Agency or with the problmes related with the Distribution system of INDANE.
So far the stock does'nt come...Now I am confused..
What should I do?..
To whom I have to complaint?
If I wish to give complaint as per RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, to whom I will adress?
Please give me necessary advice and try to solve my problem immediately...
I have booked my gas cylinder on 26/05/08 but still it has not reached.Actually it's a mistake of the officer who was booking in indane office.He had mistake our consumer number(i.e KT3345).They inform us about this mistake when we ask them.They assured it will come today.But the same problem.

Indane Gas — Non delivery of Gas cylinder in due time

This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding delay in receiving gas cylinders.
I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No.17707 and my distributor is:
M/S Asal Durg
Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
I want to state that i am not receiving our gas within the committed period of 15 days. There is usually no delay and this time we contacted for delivery of gas cylinder which was booked before 25/12/08.
According to the incharge Mr. Jitendra (on 10/1/09) it was given to area delivery boy, but delivery boy not delivered to us, on 11/01/09 again we contacted and another Incharge at agency assured that delivery staff has taken cylinder and will be delivered in evening of 11/01, but to day on 12/01 at 11.00am he assured that it has been given for delivery to delivery boy whose mobile no [protected], but he told us that no cylinder was given for delivery to him.It was conveyed to mr.Jitendra on mobile no.[protected].
I draw your attention on our problem and please look into the matter on an urgent basis. Also, please reply .

I made complaint against R.K.Agencies but no action has been taken and the Gas has not been supplied till date
I booked a gas on the 2nd of January, My gas number is GD 4686. I am yet to receive the same. I have been given to understand that there is a waiting period of 15 days. This is not the first time, yet cylinders are available on the grey market.
It's over a months since Veena Gas Agency, Julliena Sarai, New Delhi, has delivered a gas cylinder. I have tried calling three numbers of the agency, but always the response on the line is "the number you have called is busy". I also tried calling both the Indane helpline as well as the Indane customer service. Either it says the line is busy, or if the phone rings, no one picks it up. In the meanwhile, I have no gas at home for the past so many days. I think this is gross negligence on the part of a govt utility.

Dear Sir,

I am unfortunately transferred my connection to Dwarka Gas Agency. My consumer no. is 18079.

I have booked on 13th February 2010, and today is 3rd of March 2010 but still I have not received my Cylinder.

Every time I phone to Dwarka Gas Agency They simply say that I am just sending you the cylinder It would reach you at your residence within 30 minutes but that 30 minutes never turn up.

Can Indane authorities understand the consumer pain.

Hope some action in this regard.

NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I am Surya Kumar having consumer no NG 32053 of NANGLOI GAS AGNCY NANGLOI NEW DELHI. I have booked my cylinder on 14 May 2010 with booking no 9350. Till now the gas has not been delivered. This happens every time of booking and the gas is not supplied in time it takes always three to four weeks. Sometimes I have to book it in second time then again it takes the same time. it is too late. I have alredy submitted comlaints many times but in-vain. No body is bothered about the complaints neither INDANE nor DISTRIBUTOR only consumer/ costomer have to suffer. we have to depend on the mercy of supplying agency. so please keep a mercy on us. no other option is there. please consider and take some necessary steps. sorry for submitting this.

I am very pleased by the quick responce of my previous request submitted to you. Here is the another one, and I am expecting the same response. I am a consumer of Sunder Shyam Gas Service. Which is situated in Janak puri. My consumer # is 28441. My complaint is that, they do not deliver the gas, untill I personally visit there. This practice is continued from almost 1 year. I am holder of gas connection, my costumer no is 3797. My gas agency name is Sai Krishna gas agency, Azad Nagar Kanpur. I booked the gas individually on 22nd of feb, I got the booking note on my gas slip, duly signed by authorities, but so far I have not recieved the gas. I am a customer of Indane Gas at Dhanbad. My consumer No. is 2075, distributor is M/s Jyoti Jwala, Bhaga, Dhanbad, Jharkhand State. My observation is that whenever I book my gas the agency staff deliberately booking it in a deferred date due to which I do not get Gas in due time. If I try to make complaint the staff on duty express their inability on some pretext and delivering gas only according to their suite. This is not only harassing a genuine customer but also running them pillar to post to get fuel gas for their domestic use. This perhaps due to mis management or otherwise black mailing cylinder for some ulterior motives. Hope, the concerned authorities may like to investigate the system of gas distribution by the agencies so that customer may not be harassed by such agencies.

I Brijesh Goswami I am from Vrindavan (Mathura) I have Gas conaction Vide Customer Ref no. 4016 on my father's name ( shri Krishan Lal Goswami) we are using this canaction since 1995 but from last 8 to 6 month we are facing a lot of problem with supplier agency.

1. They are very casual atitute perones they are not ready o listen any type of cutomer problem & abusing to Customer.

2. They are not ready to delevird the cyliner before one mothe after booking

3. They are not ready to book the cylinder easly several time we have to chaise them to book the cylinder.

Last time we had book the cylinder on dt. 02.04.11 till date they have not deliverd the cylinder

Indane Gas Cylinder — Mistake in Gas Cylinder delivered

My Customer no. is 11862. The Gas Cylinder delivered to us was defective ( gas leakage) and when it was asked to change , the delivery man of our agency denied for the same. So please do the needful for this. Hope you will take action soon.

dear sir i am suffering from indane gas service.And here everybody fair this problem.here is only 1 distributor who does openly black marketing for gas refills

What kind of service they provide ..
I booked my gas on second week of April 2014 and beautifully they sent me a text that its been delivered after a week time. My consumer no is 40897 under the
name of - Taseneem Jahan and the
great gas agency's name is veena gas agency
sarai julena Jamia Nagar.

Now the point is do they make some money out of those text where in they claim that they have delivered it in a week time or Indane have got their bank account in swiss Bank.

I will be grateful if you could post me the no of Indane Head branch so I could enlighten them by telling few more ways to screw their customer.

    These days, some frauds are roaming around in the city in uniform of indane gas suppliers to cheat people thus harming the image of indane gas. factually. this type of crime cannot happent without the involvement of any of your staff memebers.
    therefore I,on the behalf of all the consumers, request you to look into the matter and trap the crook as early as possible.

      I am an Indane Consumer and my consumer no. is 74283. I am being serviced by Cooking Gas Agency, 3A, Malavia Avenue, I Street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-600041. My problem relates to leak of gas from the cylinder. When I replaced the empty cylinder with the new refill today morning, I could smell the leak of the gas. I had contacted the gas agency in this respect in the morning itself and informed them about the leak. They replied that since they had only one technician to attend a spate of similar cases, and since my wait list no. was 112, my complaint would be attended to as per the number sequence. I then tried to contact the Indian Oil Emergency no. [protected] several times, but either the number was found continuously engaged or switched off. I tried calling various customer care land line numbers of Indian Oil, but to my dismay, all the numbers were coming as engaged or at times, there was no response at all. The net result is that there is no cooking happening in my house right from morning, and we had to resort to buying our breakfast and lunch from outside. The problem is remaining unattended even as of now and going by the state of affairs, it might not be resolved even today.

      I just can't understand why Indian Oil, our Indian MNC and Navaratna, is so lagging behind in customer service. The consequences of a gas leak need not be emphasised, since every one is aware of it. The apathy of the people manning these emergency numbers is what is to be concerned about. I call upon the concerned authorities to look into this matter with all seriousness and redress my grievance without further delay. Also adequate steps may be initiated to ensure that quick response is available to consumers on such instances of gas leaks as and when reported.

        I m a resident of Karol bagh new Delhi-110005.
        I have booked the L.P.G. cylinder on 3 March 2011 and my complaint no. is 5.
        The cylinder is registered by my mothers name i.e. babli.
        The local distributor is Dalip Gas Services.
        Due to the black marketing in the cylinders my cylinder has not been sent uptill now.
        Please solve my problem as soon as possible and take strict action against the black marketers.

            LPG - Domestic cooking Gas — Non Received of Gas

            I am a resident of D7/7480, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. My Gas Connection No. (Consumer No. 9251). I have asked my Gas Agency, Qutab Gas Agency at vasant Kunj, New Delhi to supply me Cooking Gas on 17th of March. I have made innumerable phone calls also. But till date I have not received my supply. This is becoming a regular feature.
            Would you please look into this and let me know as to when they are likely to send us the Gas. I suppose till date have to continue to depend on outside food

            I would like to state that I am have booked for refilling LPG on 16.08.2008 vide booking No.5876 but inspite of several reminders I have not yet received the filled cylinder till date.
            My consumer No. is 21309 under the distributor of baranagar Gas service, 44/51, B.T. Road, Kolkata- 700050.
            Moreover I have contacted with the Distributor in several times but they have not taken the matter seriously.
            I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter at your earliest convenience.

            cooking gas — Non delivery of cooking gas by calcutta distributor

            Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

            I have two nos cylinders vide SV no 048858 of 12.06.1984, I booked gas for home delivery on 02. 11.2008 over phone and subsiquently on 12.11.08 personally due to their non cooperation several times but till today 11.12.08 not deliver, I am senior citizen can not move properly. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency is Gourish Company distributor code no-443490 and my consumer no- 607404. Kindly note that I have made complaint several times to HP Gas in regard of their demand for mandatory check @ Rs. 50 per visit.
            I request HP Gas to vigil the activities in disguise as their distributor insist the consumers to report them 21 days after exhaution of gas from cylinder to gain extra benifit to market HP gas to other source depriving the real consumers. Our cooking is infact totally ineffective since 3 months for their non cooperation.

            I am a customer of M/S domestic gas Agency, Near CMS, Aliganj, Lucknow.
            I have twice spent half an hour on phone to get any of the 3 tel nos given on the booklet viz 2364852, 2751224 and 2745152 whole of last week.the nos were not available either being engaged or being those from whom service had been withdrawn. Then on 19th and 21st instt I rang up on emergency no [protected]. I gave my regd no. D6299 and was assured that gas wd be sent next day. But till date, no supply has been made. Today I again tried landline nos. These were unavailable. Then again I rang up emergency no. Now I have been told that it will be sent in two days.
            This is clearly a deficient service.

            I believe this agency is too rich to be interested in good business.Pl check if it is being run by the original seemingly poor allottee like war widow etc or it has been sub contracted to a Capitalist substitute. If the latter is true the original allotment may be cancelled a new War Widow tried.

I have regitered with M/s'Prasanna Gas Agencies, No'1 Kamaraj Nagar, Korattur, Chennai 6000 80 on 2006 for LPG supply and my cons.no.is 26612'. Since 2006, I had many bitter experience with the agency.

            Recently, on 24-8-09 I booked for LPG cylinder and given W/L no.8040. They informed me that the delivery
            will be effected within 3-4 days. After that I contacted them several times over phone, but not received. Whoever lifts phone at the other end talk rudely, in a calous manner, in threatening tone. Even I requested them that my festival ONAM falls on 3-09-09, and to do the needful. They have two landline connections, viz[protected].[protected],but to get them on phone u have to try for 1 to 2 hrs.I was told that to get immediate supply pay 500 rupees. Till writing this letter[protected] I didn"t get supply and my efforts to contact the manager didnot materialise, since he is not available whenever I phone. Even if he is there, the staff will not connect and will narrate some stories. Please do the needful.

            I am a Consumer of Cooking Gas of INDANE(Indian Oil Corporation). My dealer is M/S. Dilip Distributors, Flat No.1 & 2, Tarak Dutta Road, Kolkata-700019. My Consumer No.D6243. The dealer is most unresponsive and rarely takes telephone for Gas Booking. When the Gas is booked it is rarely delivered in time. On your repeated visit only assurance is given that " shortly it will be delivered".This is the usual practise unless you make several visits to shop obtaining a Gas Cylinder, the same is not delivered.. Recently I have booked a Gas on 18 04 2010 over telephone & I have been provided with Booking Number as 2735. For last 3 days my wife is visiting the dealers shop requesting delivery of Gas and only getting a assurance that the same will be delivered tomorrow. Today again after reaching the shop when it is questioned why you are harassing by non delivery of Gas, . It was told that there is no Gas booked against the Consumer Number D6243 and after lot of request a fresh booking is done vide booking number 4562.             Indian Oil Corporation / Lpg — Fuel meter manipulation

            I am using a wagon R with factory fitted LPG. When ever I fill from this bunk of the Indian Oil, the full tank reads 28 litres and i pay around 850, when from all other gas stations, the full tank reads maximum 22 litres. I enquired at the station to register a complaint, just to listen to a lot of technical bla bla from the manager, arguing that the problem is with my tank. I said if my tank has a problem it will have the same problem with all the gas stations. Then he said all the other gas stations in India have problems, only his is the true one. I could easily understand that he wants me to get out. So I just did that.
            Must be making a lot of money by cheating.

              Hi,

              We have a gas connection on my father in law's name and reg no is 23168, Anupama gas agency, tirumala giri,secunderabad. We booked gas cylinder on jan 20th(Do not exact date but on jan). Then one lady received the call and told 1 week to get a delivery. Then we waited for 10 days and called in 1st week of feb. Then another guy picked the phone and he said that we booked on jan 14th and delivered the cylinder and said cannot book another cylinder with in 1 month. we didnt book the cylinder before and we booking prior the 20th one on 2 months before(i.e oct/nov).

              How can somebody booking with our name we didnt understand? after that we didnt receive any cylinder and no one will pickup the phone even just before we got a engage tone.

              Till now(6th March) we didnt get delivery of the cylinder. To get them on call we need to call continuosly for 1 hr (that is also not a problem and we understand the busy schedule of them). but no one will respond properly and lady who receives the call is very rude and she answers as if she is giving her cylinder for free to us.

              Please kindly check this issue and make the people to deliver our cylinder as soon as possible.

                Sir The regulator provided with the LPG connection (long back provided now become defective - needs replacement) . i hv sent my brother for surrender of the defective regulator seeking replacement. Sree Chella Gas company in Selaiyur our dealer - they told that the consumer in whose name the gas connection is there has to come in person and collect the replacement regulator. What is this atrocity? I have sent along with my borther our ration card, Consumer deposit certificate alloting the gas, in proof of my seeking replacement. in spite of this, i was asked to come in person which i cannot - if some one is not feeling well, or out of station who cannot go in person what is the remedy?? Does the consumer has to suffer with the defective regulator and end up with an accident?? what is the remedy can any one clarify the right procedure on the subject

I visited their office on 20 oct.2008 they denied that I have booked any cylinder .due to cylinder problem i cooked my food with wood. and there is many problem in the agency and also i see in gas cylinder the weight of gas is lower then 14 kg nd it is 8 to 10 kg only. so please request you to solve my problem and pls give home delivery properly.

                              I have apply for double cylinder 21/02/2007 but still now no response from there side, now main problem is if booking the gas

                              31st December' 08. Till today i.e., 19th January' 09, it is not delivered. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. The agency name : Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am making call many times a day and most of the time given nos. are busy Due to this I spent approx. Rs. 322 on phone only for follow up. I request to Indane gas authority to take necessary action against the said dealer.

                              My only option remains to go consumer court and i will request to compensate for this harrasment.

But she said to me your gas will be deliver after ten or twelve days after. After long trial on phone booking which did'nt happend as there phone was either engaged or not reachable.

                              It is a clear case of harrassment of customer and black marketing by agency of cylenders to outsiders, and not giving service to needy consumers

                              I am bearing the Indane Gas Consumer No-SGK-37203. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 18th June 09. Till today it is not delivered. But your delivery point person Mr.Prakash told that cylinder has came and take delivery from delviery point. I asked him if you are giving delivery to thalghattapura why are you not deliveing us. After that I shocked he said sorry that is our personal, we will not delivery to your house. I asked to Mr.Raju also and he also refusing to deliver to my house. I have not made any quarral with them and last time delivered to my house and taken Rs. 350/- (Including delivery charges ), but this time i don't know what happen to them. If they are delivering 100 yard far to my house, why they are not delivering to my house. They are not giving satisfying ansfer, i have got doubt that whether your cylenders they have selling in black market. Hence they are delaying to make delivery to me.

                              Since I have 9 months child i can not take delivery from delivery point and distance also not more than two kilometres. So your peoples are not giving a good service to customers one way and other way they are making bad name to Indane Gas Ageny.

                              dear sir i have booked my cylinder on 11/10/2009.but still not recived the cylinder.i have reminded the gas dealer 4-5 times.but they did not listen.
                              I have booked a Gas cylinder on 17 Nov 09 from Anand Gas Service, Jalna but till today I have not received the delivery of cylinder. What is the actual waiting time for a cylinder? I dont know how much I have to suffer. My consumer No. is 8064. It is Indiane Gas.

                              Sir,

                              I am Consumer of Sri Datta Gas Agency, MVP Colony (My Consumer No.10848).
                              Before I have only one cylinder but due to problem with delivery of cylinder i took second cylinder on last month only. We all are working persons. In October i face the problem of cooking food due to no supply of Gas. i ask the official person that we are facing the problem . They advise me to take Second Cylinder. After getting my Second Cylinder also i am facing the same problem of non deliverying the cylinder. I booked Cylinder on 29th Dec 2009 today is 27th Jan 2010, I am yet to receive the Cylinder. The delivery boys are not deliverying the gas and they selling to others and informing in the office that the door was locked and nobody was there. I make phone call to Gas office at least 20 to 25 times from last week but the people are not responding me and teling me that they will send the tomorrow and tomorrow. And today again i call to gas office they told me the boy has taken the cylinder and u can contact him and they give me the mobile no. When i contact the delivery boy he giving reckless answer and telling i could not find out your house address and i return back it. But i explain him my address clearly. Second time when i try to call him he is giving careless answer " i dont know so many people are calling me to whom i will respond". Then i told him that i will give complaint in office, the boy replied carelesly and telling "go and give complaint to whomever u like". Whenever we phoned them
                              they are telling some reason that no stock, from there they have deliver,
                              their lorry repair, delivery man is not available... And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem. Kindly i request you to look after this type of nonsens in the gas office and please solve our problem....

                              I have booked a cylinder 2 weeks ago and was told that my cylinder will be delivered in 4-5 days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not yet received my cylinder. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty and I am unable to book 2 as the rule is that we can only book a cylinder 20days after booking of 1 cylinder. This has been a great inconvience to us and the agency is very complacent in our complaints. This is a regular feature with Indane Gas supply in this area. I would appreciate if this matter be looked into with high importance and a quick resolution be found.

It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days,... telephone nos 2628335 & 2622735 at morning hrs not responding, it shows always busy because the cradle of the phone is placed wrongly intentionally. My consumer no. is SGA / 340 and I booked my for gas cyl. on 02/02/2011, fifteen days already passed but cylinder has not been delivered. Office executive who attend the phone & Hackers says that their is heavy shortage of gas in these days although we noticed frequently that they issue cylinders in black to hotel owners and to whom who pay him extra cost.                                 I am old lady (Meera Bai) trying to terminate my LPG gas connection in Mangalore. My Dealer here is adamant in not issuing me Termination Voucher upon surrendering my gas cylinder, regulator and Subscription Voucher( S V ), even after obtaining signature on Termination voucher.I waited for a week to get Termination Voucher ( T V ) from my dealer in lieu of the surrendered articles. They simply say, the process is over. I clearly know that my liability doesn't cease with I O C until I get Termination Voucher(T V) from them, for simply surrendering my Gas cylinder, regulator and Subscription Voucher ( S V ). So I took back Subscription Voucher ( S V ), Gas cylinder and regulator from them again. What should I do now to complete the process.? I have taken this matter with I O C Branch here.                                 sir/madam
                                i am employer in education department punjab, i am permanent resi. of TIBBA BASTI PATRAN DISTT. PATIALA now department transfer me to NANGAL DAM DISTT ROPAR PB. and i transfer my gas connection from my residence to nangal dam but in nangal, nangal gas agency not accepted my employer certificate and not tv in my gas connection .They said to should produce permanent residence of local area, where as school mention my residence in locality but they not accepted whereas bank accept my employer certificate issued by my school .

                                  Plastic seal can be opened without tempering, whereas aluminium seal must be tempered while opening the cylinder. Aluminium Seal is also eco-friendly, whereas plastic material can not be destroyed and creats pollution. Therefore IOCL should be used Aluminium Seal or develop any other material which is temperproof & Eco-friendly.

Still I have not received my gas cylinder which was supposed to b received within 24 hours. Kindly take nacessary action to supply the cylinder as soon as possible. Details are as follows.....

                                    Indian oil corporation — Delay in supplying gas cylinders

                                    I have ordered for a gas cylinder from Maruthi Dist in Welcome Colony,Anna Nagar Extension,Chennai 600101 on 17th Jan.They promised it in 10 days but I have still not received it.When I call them they are rude and ask me to find another dealer.My consumer no is 57713.
                                    Please take some action on this.

                                    Is this site tomogas approved by IOCL as I have registered myself with tomogas to book domestic gas cylinders? I have given my consumer no. as R27208 instead of 27208. So I want to know if adding R before consumer no. will reject my registration.

                                    I am a consumer of B.T.P.E, CO-OPSTORES consumer no-515674 gas booking has been done on 10/10/2011 booking reference number is 243370 but gas cylinder has not been supplied till date 30/10/2011.It is almost a regular practice to supply gas cylinder after minimum 30 days.

                                      Today(04.03.2011) a vendor come at my house with a cylinder for delivery which has already been expired A09 (e.i.March 2009) as per your guidelines.I refuse to accept the cylinder then vendor asked that you can talk to agency office for the purpose. He aslo said that I have no other valid cylinder for delivery.
                                      02. After that I called to agency office on telephone, he replied that media has made a confusion among the consumer about the cylinder validity that date is not expiry date that is the date of testing and also said that you can talk to INDIAN OIL.

                                      We have received one expired cylinder, marked as D14, it suppose to be used till Dec 2014 only, though we have told at the time of delivery, they were very not in a position to listen, and they delivered forcebally. When we tried to connect we found gas was leaking, then we have closed immediately, then we have tried to reach Shivshankar agencies, but several attempts went on vain. Request you pls change the cylinder immediately.

                                        I am a LPG consumer of Indane Gas Agency Nangloi Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. My Consumer no. 17917. I would like to state my LPG supplier from Nangloi Gas service does not supply LPG cylinder on time. He always supply the cylinder after several calls. it is his practice to supply the cylinder after 15 or 20 days after booking of the Gas. The Gas distributor person is of very redundant nature. He is alway ready to quarrel with the consumers when some one asks about his cylinder. This irregular and inordinate delay in supplying the LPG cylinders is causing very difficulties to me and my family. This time I have booked my Gas on 17th of February, 2011 but till date ie up to 4th of March, I have not received my Gas Cylinder.
