THIS NOT FOR ME. IT HAPPEN FREQUENTLY WITH OTHER CUSTOMER ALSO.

    Respected Sir,

    I am Sukhdev Singh, R/o VPO Bhojemajra Distt Ropar. I am a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10798).with M/S Joti Gas agency, Ropar.The booking system for rural area customers of the gas agency is so poor that there are so many irregularities . Seems Agency people adopting the different procedure for different customers. So I want to draw yr attention towards the Harassment to the customers. There is no procedure for booking the refill for rural area customers. My Village is BHOJEMAJRA. But my booking is done with village Bhallian and there is no booking reference number is given. the ladies answering the phone are rude and never listen to me. They will just let you know that it will take 7-10 days to get the gas. After 7 days you will call them again to let them know that you have not received the gas yet. They will ask you the booking no. and will let you know that no booking has been done on this consumer no. It’s because they put the phone down before you ask for the booking no., and you believe that you have done the booking and you will get the cylinder after a week. By the time you realized that you have been taken for a ride, it the high time to get the cylinder. In Aug 2008 when i made a complaint regarding the distribution procedure of the gas agency and then the matter was solved by the Higher Official of Indian Oil and the message was conveyed to the agency that they will provide the cylinder to me from their godown. After that everything was running smoothly but after January 2011 the agency people again start the harassment to me. They do not want to attend my call. On[protected] when I attempt to talk the agency people the agency staff Miss Reeta and Mr. Harjeet Singh misbehaved me and using the abusive language. When I said that I will go to the higher official.....they said they not bother anyone.....Jo karna hai kar lo....supply tan aidan he milu.......
    After a day i.e on[protected] when I go to the agency for discussing the matter with Agency owner..The agency staff refused to allow me to go inside. I wait that when the agency owner will come out then I will talk...But when agency owner come out ...I tried to make attention towards me...But Miss Reeta said that there is no need to attend to me. I was shocked and I tried to make a call on yr toll free number to enter my complaint, but that was not available.So i am sending this complaint to you thru email and want to draw yr attention towards the behavior of the agency staff and how they Harass to the customers. You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard and provide relief to me.



    This is not the first time that they are troubling me, earlier to the complaint was made directly to the Indane office at Chandigarh and thru their Public grievance officer i got help. In Aug 2008 when i made a complaint regarding the distribution procedure of the gas agency and then the matter was solved by the Higher Official of Indian Oil and the message was conveyed to the agency that they will provide the cylinder to me from their godown.(the transaction regarding that complaint is in my mail box.I can provide u )after That everything was running smoothly but after January 2011 they again start the harassment .But Today they crossed every limit.I pay for gas then why I listen the abusive language from agency people. so I Requested u to solve this issue and need the some fruitful on urgent basis . as per LPG Marketing discipline guidelines MDG- 2001 and provide relief to me.
    I ajready send this complaint to area incharge Mr. Pankaj Mathur (Indane Area Office, Chandigarh Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.) Tel Bhawan Plot No. 6A, sector 19B, Madhya Marg, (Chandigarh)and mr.Mr. S.S Naggi (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.) Indane Area Office , Bypass, Suchipind , Jalandhar 144009) thru email on 27-2-11. But Till today I got no response.

    So I Requested u to solve this issue and need the some fruitful on urgent basis . as per LPG Marketing discipline guidelines MDG- 2001 and provide relief to me.

      Emergency reporting service is non functional for the whole day. No way to report GAS LEAK as cell numbers-[protected] and [protected] given on the delivery voucher have been OFF the whole day today (02 MAR 2011)
      Replacement of leaking cylinder to be ordered.

        Demanding Fees Rs 60/- for re-openig a Gas supply
        yet not booked my LPG Cooking cylinder.
        Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was out of my station for about six month. So my LPG domestic cooking gas was locked. Please kindly re-open and please booked my new cylinder as soon as possible.

THEY ALWAYS DELAY TO HOME SERVIES. firstly they booked after 20 days then after 20 days the will delivered at home. yani ki mere six family member hai. unke bich 1 cleinder mujhe 40 din par milta hai. yas hamesh kahte hai. gas uper se aa nahi rahi. enka kya udpay hai.

              This is to bring it to your notice that petrol filler staff at Pathy & Co located on poonthamalli high road maduravoil are full of tricksters.

              Diverting attention, filling less than the ordered quantity, Collecting against ordered quantity, commenting by money collector in between saying due to sleep don' loose your concentration to the filler boy

              I have ordered to fill petrol for Rs.500 on 1st Feb.They asked me to see Zero for enhancing credibility, The filler boy starting filling. I have given my ATM card to money collector. Money collector drawing my attention he asked if I am interested to buy some petro card.... i was talking to him.. suddenly the filler pulled out the filler nozzle from my car..... I was surprised to note that he filled petrol for only Rs.100/-..... I anxiously reminded him that I have ordered for Rs.500/- He said Sir, please wait I am changing my hand.....again he resumed filling..... then the money collector again resumed his conversation diverting me offering the petro card.... In the meanwhile the filler boy again attempted to pull out the nozzle, I said what? he said Nothing Sir, he again resumed and filled petrol for 499.98.

              All are fraudulent in this petrol pump and requires removal of such staff who are cheating the common public. If that is the case then there is every possibility that the petrol we are buying from this pump can not be pure at all.

              I request the concerned officials to please look in to the matter on priority

I have so many time try to get ration card, but come to vain. i have got election id card. if i get indane gas what is the procedure without ration card. Please suggest........................

                    Indane Gas — phone busy

                    I have calling on the nos. 23033444, 23034222 of B.R. Gas Service for Indane located at 5-50, Chandanagar, Hyderabad - 500 050.But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy... I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously. We have been facing a lot of problem with this gas agency as this is a regular problem with them whenever gas booking is needed. I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and avoid inconvience to gas users in this area.
                    I have calling on the nos. 22360415 & 22360416 of Jyothi Gas for Indane located at seshadripuram, Bangalore. But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy...
                    I think they employees have hung up the phone so that the nos are always busy continuously.                       My Cust.No:15496, Indane Distributor :Karuppiah Gas Enterprises,Sundar Nagar,Trichy-21(Ph.No:[protected].
                      Cylinder last supplied was on 12/01/2011.Registration for next supply was done on 07/02/2011 by the distributor though i personally went to the agency on 22/01/2011.Till date(27/02/2011) they have not supplied the cylinder.When approached on 26/02/2011,the distributor says that the supply to the distributor is very less and it will take another 3 days if supply is regularly made to them.
                      1)What is the procedure adopted for registration of next cylinder after a cylinder is supplied?
                      2)How many days a distributor can take to supply a cylinder after registration?
                      3)Why phone calls are not connected to the distributor even after making calls continuously for more than 50 times in a day?
                      4)Consumers are not allowed to contact the second phone number[protected] of the distributor.Why?
                      Kindly intervene and regularise my supply.

                      Domestic Gas — Cylinder Not Supplied

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      My Consumer No : AI9625
                      Dealer name : ANUSHKA INDANE (Nerul West, Navi Mumbai - 400 706)

                      I have given request dated on 30th Sept 2008 to supply full cylinder, but till date(16.10.2008) i have not received the same.

                      Regarding this 5-6 times i have given the complaints to that dealer, but we have not received the proper responce / respect from the personels.

                      Kindly do the needful to get the cylinder in time & take necessory action with the dealer.

                      INDANE/Domestic Gas — Not Received the Connection yet

                      I have applied for the connection on 10th March 2010 but yet not received the same,please find below the details :

                      sir, moonlight gas service, 19, G.T.Road, Bhadreswar, hooghly, west bengal. a very poor management distributor of this area, I think they have no right to deal with customer's in this busy world, they have no capacity to deal with thousands of consumer in this area, last 3 or 4 days their delivery men are on strike and management & office staff doing very good job they call all consumer's at their office, imagine thousands of consumer standing in line for a coupon on busy G.T.Road, old ladies, retired gentelmen, all are in que for a coupon for 3 to 4 hours, now if one got a coupon then he/she run to their gas godown for cylinders that is more than 3km from booking office, all right, now if a man/woman an employee of govt/private sector, think what's their conditions if they could not get the cylinder's on same day, when they are not doing any wrong with this ditributor, always pay 5/10 rs to the delivery man for smooth service for future but always get delay delivery 5/6 days.I, thank my self, that i have close relatives at neighbouring towns and they are under another distributor. All fault goes to the Indane Gas Company, that their staff knows every thing about this distributor instead of taking any action on behalf of his/her company, they taking something from distributor.
                      The reason for the poor service by Karuppiah gas agency is that it is owned by a political person who belongs to congress party.

                      Moreover there is a Manager who is said to be a lawyer. He will talk in high pitch even for a normal matter or won't hear anything what the customer says. The owner has purposefully put the lawyer in the gas agency to threaten or harass the consumers.

                      You won't get the telephone connection to the agency and even if you got the connection the person at the phone ask you to wait for some time and wilfully forgot that you are on the line. After some time you will naturally disconnect your phone fearing with raising phone cost.

                      Cylinder will be supplied after 7 or more days from the date of taking of printed bill and when you rebook cylinder they will take the date when they supplied after the bill date. So you will get the next cylinder approximately only after 60 days. It is also learnt that they are misusing the seniority for supplying the cylinder.

                      After frustration when you go and ask at the show room after failed attempt to get on phone, the clerk will say that you will get the gas today or tomorrow. But you won't get the gas even today or tomorrow. It will prolong for some more days and you will get the cylinder as and when they think to supply.

                      This is the plight of most of the consumers at Karuppiah Gas Agency, Sunder Nagar, Tiruchy. Why the IOC officials are reluctant to take action against Karuppiah Agency, Sunder Nagar, Tiruchirapalli 620021?

                      The IOC can take a survey about the Karuppiah Gas Agency from the consumers and cancel the licence if it is proved that they are offering a poor service..

                      To put an end to the consumers sufferings, the IOC should have a centralized booking system like telephone department centralized automated complaining system so that consumers can escape from this unscruplous agencies like Karuppiah Agency and its Manager.
                      I also agree with your complaint. Consumers are not getting any responsible reply from the staff there. Telephone connection won't get. When you go in person they will say that it is power cut. So they won't take complaint now. When the power is available they will say that it is out of office hours and won't reply to the query. Cylinders are supplied more than 7 days after taking out the printed bill. When rebooking they will take the date when the cylinder was actually supplied. So the consumers will be the sufferer for the delay by the Karuppiah Agency.

                      Sir,
                      Last month (6.2.2012), I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Karthikaya Agencies, bungalow Natham Road, Madurai-14, Tamil Nadu. My consumer number is 34002. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used nasty language against me. I request you to take further action.

                        In this Korutla at Sri Rama Gas Distributors are issued new connections at Rs.4,600/- and DBC was Rs.2,200/-. It's very burden to poor people's and us. actually dbc cost at iocl rules on 1250 deposit, 346.45 gas rate, 35 administrative charges. pls take action immediately..
                        Here PR Replacement take 150/- additional, at iocl rules say's free replacement.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have booked my cyliender 02 Feb 2008 at Trupati Gas Agency Rohini Delhi 110085. I received my cylender on 18 Feb 2008. After 21 days date of last booking I dail phone no.[protected] for book my cyclender but refuse to booking of my cylender by Trupati Gas Agency staff. Trupati Gas Agency is not given the Booking no. at the time of booking. My customer No. is ZT 14340. I request to you please give the instruction to Agency regarding giveing the booking no. in future.

                          I have booked my cyliender 09 March 09 at Rasmi Rathi Gas Distributors ageny, Kankar Bage, Malahipakari chok, Patna but till date that lpg cyliender was not deliverd.He is always say to Gas is not avilailebal, when deliverd then say to booking after 20 Day then supply after 20 Day. please veryfiy either they doing a black marketing and all.

My consumer no is 12750. it no is registered on my mother;s name Mrs. Shaym Wati. i booked my no dated 21/5/2009. my receipt deley form ageny of date 23/05/09. but their supplier do not delevery on dated 26/05/09. when we asked them he saw receipt to me and told me that i will delever your cylinder after three days and use dirty words.i request plz take necceary action and please veryfiy either they doing a black marketing and all.

                          I have booked my cylinder 17/07/ 2009(co no:4151) at Guhan Gas Service(Ad -hoc) Andoorkonam, Ap/X-66 Near Thonnal devi temple, Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum, Kerala. But till date that lpg cylinder was not deliverd. please verify whether they are doing a black marketing and all.They are always saying abt some strike and shortage of cylinder.Our minister is saying that all the customers should be provided cylinder with in 20 days .

                          sunder shyam enterprises( LPG gas agency) — non delivery of gas to the right consumer

                          complaint against.SUNDER SHYAM ENTERPRICSES,B-20, JANAKPURI A BLOCK

                          since 3 years gas is delivered 20 - 23 days late. someone else is misusing our gas connection. whenever gas is booked they say gas was delivered already. (we are told delivery date which is 2 or 3 days prior to our booking) customer complaint cell doesn't pick up phone even after 30 minutes long wait on line....twice gas was delivered without our booking........means somone known to the agency is booking gas and the new delivery boy doesn't know anything about the game and brings it to the right person... our last booking was on 26 March 2011.. no delivery. again booked on 09 april then says gas was delivered on 2 April.. what shall the consumers do against such activities?

                          I have booked my cyliender on 03/09/2013 at Chaudhary Gas Distributors ageny Bastacola, Dhansar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand but till date that lpg cyliender was not deliverd inspite of several reminder. please veryfiy either they doing a black marketing and all.                             i booked cooking gas refill from sunder shyam enterprises,janakpuri-new delhi and the refill was delivered today.the cylinder weighed only29 kg
                            The delivery boy did not carry any weighing scale AND ADVISED ME TO KEEP ONE AND CHECK THE WEIGHT MYSELF! pl,direct the agency to replace the under weight cylinder.

And the delivery of cylender is not made properly. Even the phone no.[protected] is not propely working they people not attend the phone and rude talking on phone at the time of booking . I thing they sale the cylender illegally. In. Hole year they only supply me 4 or 5 cylwnder. My mob no. Is [protected].plz reply me.

                                  I am writing this on behalf of all motor vehicle users (especially chennai).

                                  Yesterday i went to an indian oil petrol pump in adyar(opposite to adyar bus depot). I have asked to pour 10 litres.There were 2 person standing in front of me and asked for help. Intially the guy who wss holding the pertol gun has poured 2 litres knowingly and said that i have asked for 2 litres only.By that time the other person asked me some unwanted question to deviate me from there. Then they said that he has done mistake and dropped the balance 8 litres. When i checked, the complete 10 litres was not poured. There is some unique techinque followed by the staffs at this petrol pump.When checked it came to my notice that there was around 1 to 1 1/2 litres petrol has been stolen (my petrol indicator showed very less amt of petrol).

                                  Few Minute ago I visited your petrol refil station at sakoli M/s Kapgate service station Sakoli 441802 dist Bhandara M.s i am surprises to know that the station has Extra premium petrol only with them.after enqury i come to know that nagpur depot is not suppling rather than extra premium petrol & diesel to them there.is it true.please take care of the matter.

                                  Indian Oil Petrol — Outlet employees charge exorbitant rates for loose oil

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I notice at Venkaiya Filling Station located at Kukatpally, Hyderabad charge exorbitantly for the loose oil at all times something ranging from Rs. 185/- per Litre to Rs. 190/- per Litre when ever I draw fuel from them. When specifically been asked for the rate of oil seperately, the staff try to divert the situation and irresponsibily say that the amount charged is correct. When it is enquired from the office, it is noticed that the rate of oil per litre is Rs. 162.40 Ps. So much variation is intolerable and it is a great burden on the customers and it is cheated in this form. The other day when i asked to pour 200ml of oil, he has literally poured only 150ml and keeping the attention diverted and after noticing the error the employee ran away from there by saying some reason. It has become very difficult to control the situation. It is humbly requested to depute some one for making a surprise visits to the bunks and nab the culprits / corrupt employee / corrupt management and corrupt practices and to take stringent action against them.

                                  ioc PETROL — Misbehaviour

                                  Today, on 8th of August, at about 7 PM, when asked to fill my car with Xtra Premium Petrol at the Pump, Opposite Collectors Bunglow, College Road, Palakkad, Kerala, the pump boy filled with ordinary petrol. Since I was of the habit of filling only premium, which gives me smooth driving, I want to complaiant with the manager of the pump. There was no complaint register. Morover, the manager along with staff started to argue with me, like they were not bothered about the likings of customer. These ugly behaviour of IOC pumps will drag the customers to other brands and also give the company bad name. Dont lose some valuable customers. We are not at the mercy of pumps.

                                  On this petrol today I ask for extra premium petrol of amount 300/-
                                  Person who is distributing petrol have Table arrangement between customer and petrol display meter so that they dispaly is not visible.
                                  he didn't feed the petrol quantity through keyboard. At the meantime money collector boy asking for money. I give him 1000/- Rs note. He is just shouting and saying that on this note total is writen with Red ink by bank we can't take this note and diverting my attention from Petrol Dispaly meter.
                                  petrol distributernd boy finished his work and reset the meter first with out displaying me.Money collector boy is also normal and give me 700/-Rs back to Me.I report the boy he said mc is rst please ask to Mr Chaudhari for any explaination.Mr Chaudhari fill 60/- Petrol extra and said please makeup another time.I am asking for cash Bill for my Payment they are not interested at last i take it which is attached.
                                  These type of problem's create loss of money,Time,faith on IOC brand. Please do the needful.

                                  Indian Oil Petrol — misbehaviour by employee and non availability of oil(normal) regular basis

                                  In a indian oil pump near paltan bazar dibrugarh ,assam,(near brahmaputra hospital) there is chronically nonavalaibility of normal oil only extra premium is available and if some boby complain then the petrol pump owner and the employee uses slang and tell they will beat if anyboby complain against them.
                                  kindly look into the matter urgentlyotherwise it will bring a very bad name for indian oil corporation.There should be vigilance from your side.

                                    For the last 9 months I am waiting for a double cylinder connection at our residence but we were told that its uncertain when we will receive that and there is no supply for double cylinder in that particular area. I am a working professional and have to leave early for job so its very difficult to manage with one cylinder. Our repeated pleas to the Distributor authorities has fallen in deaf ears.

                                      Since 1&1/2 months I am suffering from non-availability of LPG GAS Cynlinder after booking 09//02/2011. The authorised agent of Hanseswari Gas Services is not responding and is not supplying the gas. Also they did not book when my gas was exhausted and they told me to inform after 15 days I shall be booked/ call for. They are actually entertaining after 20 days since the gas cylinder was vacant. Such type of situation I have been sufferring from since six months more. Please You may kindly take a necessary steps such irregular service.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am customer of your company having consumer no-20581 under your dealer Nobel Indane Gas Sahid nagar,Bhubaneswar.This is to informed you that i booked a gas on 28-1-011 through SMS in mobile no-[protected] and i got the confirmation booking no i.e11933 on my cell. After 26days i am not getting my cylinder.When i enquiry at your dealer they are telling that your cylinder supplied on 16-2-11.
                                        This type of harrasment they are doing with the customer. I have two cylinder for booking at dealer ship they are taking minimum 21 days after supply of 1st cylinder.
                                        Kindly give me your booking & delivery time between of 2nd cylinder after supplying of ist cylinder.
                                        I want a permanet solution for getting LPG gas.
                                        Plz give your solution in written otherwise i wii go to consumer forum in future.

                                        my customer no. is 005898 distributor's name meena Indane gas service Jaton ka chauraha pilibhit (UP)
                                        my gas booking on dated 27.04.2014 but i not recieved my gas reffile when i contact in office of distributor's his employee is say they not give me gas cause they are sell my gas cylinder in black market & laught.

                                        Please take necessary action against the distributor's & his employees.
