Sir The regulator provided with the LPG connection (long back provided now become defective - needs replacement) . i hv sent my brother for surrender of the defective regulator seeking replacement. Sree Chella Gas company in Selaiyur our dealer - they told that the consumer in whose name the gas connection is there has to come in person and collect the replacement regulator. What is this atrocity? I have sent along with my borther our ration card, Consumer deposit certificate alloting the gas, in proof of my seeking replacement. in spite of this, i was asked to come in person which i cannot - if some one is not feeling well, or out of station who cannot go in person what is the remedy?? Does the consumer has to suffer with the defective regulator and end up with an accident?? what is the remedy can any one clarify the right procedure on the subject

regulator(indane) — about replacing regulator

Sir,
I purchase my gas chulha from HARYANA GAS AGENCY,MANDI DABWALI(SIRSA),HARYANA on dated[protected]. with connection.
Now my gas regulator has not in working.I am going to agency from one month but they are asking that regulator has not available you would come next time when I have gone agency employees said me that regulators are not sent by sirsa indane gas agency and will give regulator with pipe rs 170.Is this right.Please accept my request and help me to replace regulator.

    I am anup kumar.I am living at F-162 sec-9 vijay nagar Ghaziabad (U.P.).I have tried 4-5 time for new connection of indane gas,But they are saying that come after one week and now saying that come after holi,And they are not accepting rent agreement for address. So please help me in this case to whom, i have to contact.

        dear sir,
        i booked a cylender on 25.02.2011 but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer on dated 06.03.2011. i booked my cylender at rashmirathi enterprises,malahi pakdi kankarbagh, distributor of indian oil corporation ltd., . my consumer no. is ut 10583. dealer never given me cylender on time to time. at booking also take 21days and not given cylender on time. so please take action on it either i will go to consumerfourm.

        I was customer in Magadh gas agency, Kurgy, Patna. One week back suddenly I came to know that
        the agency has been sealed and the customers will now have to shift somewhere else.As told by the
        gas agency we have to submit the original paper of the gas connection.The blue book is with me but it
        seems that the original paper have been misplaced somewhere else or have been submitted by the
        Magadh gas at the time of getting connection by transfer.I tried my best to find out the original paper
        but invane.Now since I have problem of gas scarcity what shall I do.Kindly do help me.

Agency Management is not supplying gas even after two month and not taking any action against the complaint mande and also harrash to people who are making complaint. The are involved in black marketing of gas. I request for your kind attantion and necessary action at your end.

            I am a LPG consumer (Customer no is 13399).with M/S Rosan Gas Service,Morena( M.P.). Whenever he is not delivery proper time.presently he is provide service delivery 15 days from to booking date so delivery time is(actual delivery time= 21days+15days=36days )and he is not delivery at home service. consumer take a cylinder at company(distributor) godown. but he is take the delivery charge.
            so please make easy cooking gas service for consumer friendly............

              i undersign wish to inform you the irregularities and mismanagement of the indane gas domestic gas cylinder supplier in our city.

              myself having consumer number 1329 ,have booked for cylinder refill on 22/02/11,they told me that we will get the refill cylinder within seven days.on 24/02/11 we were out of the house for marketing and gas refilling delivery person came to my house,as we were not present they went away.since then daily they promise me that they will sent it today.but till date i am yet to get the cylinder.on 05/03/11 i had a talk with the gas booking boy & told him that i will complain this matter to the seniors,in turn he told me do what ever you want.this sort of matters has been repeatedly done by management in the past also,we are been harassed for no reasons.if such type of replies & services we get from responsible persons, then being an outsider in this state we are helpless & we will have to look for other means and alterntives.

I booked my gas cylinder before two month. no home delivery has been made by the agency. I visited their office on 20 oct.2008 they denied that I have booked any cylinder .due to cylinder problem i cooked my food with wood. and there is many problem in the agency and also i see in gas cylinder the weight of gas is lower then 14 kg nd it is 8 to 10 kg only. so please request you to solve my problem and pls give home delivery properly.

                I have apply for double cylinder 21/02/2007 but still now no response from there side, now main problem is if booking the gas
                after 16 days not coming to us.
                Sir I am bearing the Indane Gas consumer no-210606. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on
                31st December' 08. Till today i.e., 19th January' 09, it is not delivered. May I know the reason of such kind of negligence. The agency name : Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon, Haryana. I am making call many times a day and most of the time given nos. are busy Due to this I spent approx. Rs. 322 on phone only for follow up. I request to Indane gas authority to take necessary action against the said dealer.

                My only option remains to go consumer court and i will request to compensate for this harrasment.

                I booked refill of my gas on 2nd feb 2009 at Parul Gas Service Burari and my connection No. is 10443. But she said to me your gas will be deliver after ten or twelve days after. After long trial on phone booking which did'nt happend as there phone was either engaged or not reachable.

                We were assured of getting cylender refill by three days.

                It is a clear case of harrassment of customer and black marketing by agency of cylenders to outsiders, and not giving service to needy consumers

                I am bearing the Indane Gas Consumer No-SGK-37203. I had booked a refilling of cylinder on 18th June 09. Till today it is not delivered. But your delivery point person Mr.Prakash told that cylinder has came and take delivery from delviery point. I asked him if you are giving delivery to thalghattapura why are you not deliveing us. After that I shocked he said sorry that is our personal, we will not delivery to your house. I asked to Mr.Raju also and he also refusing to deliver to my house. I have not made any quarral with them and last time delivered to my house and taken Rs. 350/- (Including delivery charges ), but this time i don't know what happen to them. If they are delivering 100 yard far to my house, why they are not delivering to my house. They are not giving satisfying ansfer, i have got doubt that whether your cylenders they have selling in black market. Hence they are delaying to make delivery to me.

                Since I have 9 months child i can not take delivery from delivery point and distance also not more than two kilometres. So your peoples are not giving a good service to customers one way and other way they are making bad name to Indane Gas Ageny.

                dear sir i have booked my cylinder on 11/10/2009.but still not recived the cylinder.i have reminded the gas dealer 4-5 times.but they did not listen.
                I have booked a Gas cylinder on 17 Nov 09 from Anand Gas Service, Jalna but till today I have not received the delivery of cylinder. What is the actual waiting time for a cylinder? I dont know how much I have to suffer. My consumer No. is 8064. It is Indiane Gas.
                My customer no. is 217645 . I have booked my cylinder a no. of times on 25 nov,4 dec, 9 dec and 10 dec 2009. I have also visited Mathura gas agency ,Dampier Nagar ,MTR 4 times. But since today Ihave not got my gas cylinder because of which I am facing a lot of problems in my daily routine. This problem has become use to to me every month.

                actually i am applied for transfer my gas connection from chittapur gas agency i.e Guru Gas Agency Dist Gulbarga TO Mysore Manjunath Gas T.K.layout 09/12/2009 but till today no reply from them . when ask to Manjunath gas Agency they are telling that we not yet receive any letter from guru gas agency .my prevoius gas No 9657.

                Late Delivery of Cylinder
                Sir,

                I am Consumer of Sri Datta Gas Agency, MVP Colony (My Consumer No.10848).
                Before I have only one cylinder but due to problem with delivery of cylinder i took second cylinder on last month only. We all are working persons. In October i face the problem of cooking food due to no supply of Gas. i ask the official person that we are facing the problem . They advise me to take Second Cylinder. After getting my Second Cylinder also i am facing the same problem of non deliverying the cylinder. I booked Cylinder on 29th Dec 2009 today is 27th Jan 2010, I am yet to receive the Cylinder. The delivery boys are not deliverying the gas and they selling to others and informing in the office that the door was locked and nobody was there. I make phone call to Gas office at least 20 to 25 times from last week but the people are not responding me and teling me that they will send the tomorrow and tomorrow. And today again i call to gas office they told me the boy has taken the cylinder and u can contact him and they give me the mobile no. When i contact the delivery boy he giving reckless answer and telling i could not find out your house address and i return back it. But i explain him my address clearly. Second time when i try to call him he is giving careless answer " i dont know so many people are calling me to whom i will respond". Then i told him that i will give complaint in office, the boy replied carelesly and telling "go and give complaint to whomever u like". Whenever we phoned them
                they are telling some reason that no stock, from there they have deliver,
                their lorry repair, delivery man is not available... And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem. Kindly i request you to look after this type of nonsens in the gas office and please solve our problem....

When contacted the agency the authorities they promise for supply of the Gas in a day or two but no body delivers the cylinder. Also they are not permitting to deliver the cylinder through cash - and - carry scheme.My connection number with the agency is 23295. please do the needful.

                I have booked a cylinder 2 weeks ago and was told that my cylinder will be delivered in 4-5 days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not yet received my cylinder. I have 2 cylinders and both are empty and I am unable to book 2 as the rule is that we can only book a cylinder 20days after booking of 1 cylinder. This has been a great inconvience to us and the agency is very complacent in our complaints. This is a regular feature with Indane Gas supply in this area. I would appreciate if this matter be looked into with high importance and a quick resolution be found.

                  I am old lady (Meera Bai) trying to terminate my LPG gas connection in Mangalore. My Dealer here is adamant in not issuing me Termination Voucher upon surrendering my gas cylinder, regulator and Subscription Voucher( S V ), even after obtaining signature on Termination voucher.I waited for a week to get Termination Voucher ( T V ) from my dealer in lieu of the surrendered articles. They simply say, the process is over. I clearly know that my liability doesn't cease with I O C until I get Termination Voucher(T V) from them, for simply surrendering my Gas cylinder, regulator and Subscription Voucher ( S V ). So I took back Subscription Voucher ( S V ), Gas cylinder and regulator from them again. What should I do now to complete the process.? I have taken this matter with I O C Branch here. They are silent . My million thanks in advance to those noble-hearted soul who could help me bail out of this situation.

                    Plastic seal can be opened without tempering, whereas aluminium seal must be tempered while opening the cylinder. Aluminium Seal is also eco-friendly, whereas plastic material can not be destroyed and creats pollution. Therefore IOCL should be used Aluminium Seal or develop any other material which is temperproof & Eco-friendly.

                        Today(04.03.2011) a vendor come at my house with a cylinder for delivery which has already been expired A09 (e.i.March 2009) as per your guidelines.I refuse to accept the cylinder then vendor asked that you can talk to agency office for the purpose. He aslo said that I have no other valid cylinder for delivery.
                        02. After that I called to agency office on telephone, he replied that media has made a confusion among the consumer about the cylinder validity that date is not expiry date that is the date of testing and also said that you can talk to INDIAN OIL.

                        We have received one expired cylinder, marked as D14, it suppose to be used till Dec 2014 only, though we have told at the time of delivery, they were very not in a position to listen, and they delivered forcebally. When we tried to connect we found gas was leaking, then we have closed immediately, then we have tried to reach Shivshankar agencies, but several attempts went on vain. Request you pls change the cylinder immediately.

                          I am a LPG consumer of Indane Gas Agency Nangloi Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. My Consumer no. 17917. I would like to state my LPG supplier from Nangloi Gas service does not supply LPG cylinder on time. He always supply the cylinder after several calls. it is his practice to supply the cylinder after 15 or 20 days after booking of the Gas. The Gas distributor person is of very redundant nature. He is alway ready to quarrel with the consumers when some one asks about his cylinder. This irregular and inordinate delay in supplying the LPG cylinders is causing very difficulties to me and my family. This time I have booked my Gas on 17th of February, 2011 but till date ie up to 4th of March, I have not received my Gas Cylinder.                             With due respect this is to inform you that I Mr. P Singh from BIET (ENGG. COLLEGE), Customer No-T00914 has ordered the gas cylinder from Jamuna Gas Service, Jhansi on 12th Februrary. I havn't received my gas cylinder till date. Moreover people who have ordered thier cylinder late have received their cylinders. I have faced the same problem in past also. In addititon the hooker don't pickup his phone when called.I have already registered many comlains at the service station but received no response at yet.

                                I had booked for a refill cylinder through tomogas on[protected] and the Booking No. was 1. Every alternative days, I was checking the status, but I was not getting. Finally, I called the Gas Agency, M/S. Al Ameen Gas Agency, Shoranur on 24th ultimo, then I was told that they do not have the online booking facility and they have booked again on the 24th ultimo. Now, gas cylinder is empty and our cooking is being done without gas.

                                In the online, I have seen the agency name and sap code etc. that was why I booked. If there is no such facility, why do you show all these details. We are waiting since the last 45 days. In our home, there is one accident person also and every now and then hot water is required.

                                Considering the above facts, would you request the gas agency to supply one refilled cylinder at your earliest, for which I shall be grateful to you.

                                      I am Sukhdev Singh, R/o VPO Bhojemajra Distt Ropar. I am a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10798).with M/S Joti Gas agency, Ropar.The booking system for rural area customers of the gas agency is so poor that there are so many irregularities . Seems Agency people adopting the different procedure for different customers. So I want to draw yr attention towards the Harassment to the customers. There is no procedure for booking the refill for rural area customers. My Village is BHOJEMAJRA. But my booking is done with village Bhallian and there is no booking reference number is given. the ladies answering the phone are rude and never listen to me. They will just let you know that it will take 7-10 days to get the gas. After 7 days you will call them again to let them know that you have not received the gas yet. They will ask you the booking no. and will let you know that no booking has been done on this consumer no. It’s because they put the phone down before you ask for the booking no., and you believe that you have done the booking and you will get the cylinder after a week. By the time you realized that you have been taken for a ride, it the high time to get the cylinder. In Aug 2008 when i made a complaint regarding the distribution procedure of the gas agency and then the matter was solved by the Higher Official of Indian Oil and the message was conveyed to the agency that they will provide the cylinder to me from their godown. After that everything was running smoothly but after January 2011 the agency people again start the harassment to me. They do not want to attend my call. On[protected] when I attempt to talk the agency people the agency staff Miss Reeta and Mr. Harjeet Singh misbehaved me and using the abusive language. When I said that I will go to the higher official.....they said they not bother anyone.....Jo karna hai kar lo....supply tan aidan he milu.......
                                      After a day i.e on[protected] when I go to the agency for discussing the matter with Agency owner..The agency staff refused to allow me to go inside. I wait that when the agency owner will come out then I will talk...But when agency owner come out ...I tried to make attention towards me...But Miss Reeta said that there is no need to attend to me. I was shocked and I tried to make a call on yr toll free number to enter my complaint, but that was not available.So i am sending this complaint to you thru email and want to draw yr attention towards the behavior of the agency staff and how they Harass to the customers. You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard and provide relief to me.



                                      This is not the first time that they are troubling me, earlier to the complaint was made directly to the Indane office at Chandigarh and thru their Public grievance officer i got help. In Aug 2008 when i made a complaint regarding the distribution procedure of the gas agency and then the matter was solved by the Higher Official of Indian Oil and the message was conveyed to the agency that they will provide the cylinder to me from their godown.(the transaction regarding that complaint is in my mail box.I can provide u )after That everything was running smoothly but after January 2011 they again start the harassment .But Today they crossed every limit.I pay for gas then why I listen the abusive language from agency people. so I Requested u to solve this issue and need the some fruitful on urgent basis . as per LPG Marketing discipline guidelines MDG- 2001 and provide relief to me.
                                      I ajready send this complaint to area incharge Mr. Pankaj Mathur (Indane Area Office, Chandigarh Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.) Tel Bhawan Plot No. 6A, sector 19B, Madhya Marg, (Chandigarh)and mr.Mr. S.S Naggi (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.) Indane Area Office , Bypass, Suchipind , Jalandhar 144009) thru email on 27-2-11. But Till today I got no response.

                                      So I Requested u to solve this issue and need the some fruitful on urgent basis . as per LPG Marketing discipline guidelines MDG- 2001 and provide relief to me.

                                      17march 2012 saturday i went to that agency for the new connection cylinder. the person who attended me was rude towards customers. The first experiece at the agency was horrible. Please do the needful . thanks ND REGARDS

                                        New gas cylinder leaking. Gas agency name SHAHID PRADIP INDANE. consumer number 7259.
                                        Emergency reporting service is non functional for the whole day. No way to report GAS LEAK as cell numbers-[protected] and [protected] given on the delivery voucher have been OFF the whole day today (02 MAR 2011)
                                        Replacement of leaking cylinder to be ordered.
