I had registered a new connection on dated 05/02/2011 in the name of kumari Sunita d/o Sh. Chhote Lal add- A-155 st no-5 mandoli ext. near bank colony road nand nagri delhi-93. When I went to take connection on dated-08/02/2011 the owner of the gas agency (prithvi gas agency ) Mr. Sanjeev singh talked me in a very rude manner and told me to take gas stove forcefully. The price of gas stove is Rs.1000.00 (approx.) and he told me to buy gas stove from there in Rs.1800/- when i told him not to buy gas stove from there then he abused me and said that there was no cylinder without gas stove and said that i have a full power not to give u cylinder and torn my gas related documents and pushed me out of the gate forcefully and said " kar le jo tere bas ki ho " and " main apni marji se jise chahun use cylinder dunga tujhe yahan se cylinder nahi milega bhag yahan se"

I want to know that is there no way out to give me cylinder and nobody can do anything to Mr Sanjeev singh and teach him manner such as he treated me

    Today, since from morning to evening i am keep calling to Indane Distributor to book my LPG(domestic) cylinder refill,both the telphone lines are either busy or ringing but nobody picks up. I fed up everytime i book my refill. It is really embarrassing. My Distibutor address is "Karnataka Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd", Indane Distributors, K.F & C.S.C Godown Complex, 1st Cross, Lingarajapuram, Bangalore - 560084. And phone numbers are[protected],[protected].

      My consumer no.34683 and I am a resident of 17,3rd street,Bank Colony,Madhavaram Milk Colony,Chennai 600 051 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s RAJESH GAS AGENCY (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection.. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answering.
      We are booking the cylinder after 21 days only,because RAJESH GAS AGENCY,will not take order booking before 21 days.our last delivery was happened on 29.12.10,for that we booked on 19.11.10,it took one month and 10 days,that’s why I’m writing this mail about the services of RAJESH GAS AGENCY.
      I booked on 20.01.11,but so far delivery has not yet happened,whenever we contacted them thru the telephone,they are not all giving correct answer and they are telling that they will be delivering in another two days,but this is not happening.After that two days when we contact them in office by direct visit,then they are telling that ,they don’t have stock and again they are telling that it will take another two days.this is happening from 26.01.11.whenever we are calling thru the telephone,first of all they wont attend the phone call,if they pick then ,they were talking very rudely and they are telling that they have sent for delivery.when we contacted our delivery boys they said that they have not received the order and our management will tell the same thing.ie. they will lie to the customer.
      We booked our cyclinder on 20.01.11 but they are telling that,as per their records on 22.01.11,I don’t know that how it is happening from their end.
      Sir, last two days,our both the cylinder has empty and we borrowed the cyclinder from our neighbor.not only I’m facing this problem ,in and around of bank colony people facing this problem from RAJESH GAS AGENCY.
      Why I’m mailing this mail,because our both the cylinders are empty,please deliver asap
      I look forward to take the appropriate action against your distributor and make your customer feel happy.

      My consumer no.50667 and I am a resident of 182, Dwarika Sadan Maninath Near Dr Goha Ki Kothi Bareilly (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Manisha GAS AGENCY (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection.. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them.
      We are booking the DVC on dated 15/01/2011. But not Issued DVC till date.

        I am a senior citizen and I find it next to impossible to get in contact with
        this agency for my gas requirement when it is exhausted. Every time I have to go personally
        and book the cylinder. None of the phones are working or no one answers the call if it rings.
        You can cross check the same. The no's are only ornamental. Even after trying for 3 days
        continueously I am not able to contact them. You may advise all the agencies to book thro'
        e-mail and make it mandatory to give the e-mail addresses.
        All our friends are also having the same problems with this agencies. May be you have given
        them much more quantity what they cannot handle. Kindly make arrangement to give sub-agency
        nearer to our place, .,J.P.Nagar 7th Place.
        Also, your toll free no. is not working effectively.
        With earnest hope I am complaining to you with out prejudice what so ever. Kindly do the
        needful at the earliest. It is great if I get a word in reply.

          My Gas Connection No. is 004844 with Hanumangarh Gas Agency at Hanumangarh District (Rajasthan). The Dealer do not supply refill cylinder at home within time. He (deliveryman) always delivered the refill cylinder 10 to 15 days late from due date and also does not deliver the refill cylinder at our official address. So, please you are requested to solve our problem and oblige us.

          respected sir,
          i have a gas conection of indane gas, and consumar no. is- 30269,
          and the distributer is RAGHU GAS SERVICE, gurgaon.
          i had booked my cylinder on 4th december 2009, and till date its not delivered, on the other hand my another cylinder also near to end.
          i had complained so many times at raghu gas service, but they didnt reply properly, they says that the slip for cylinder is alredy dispached on 5th of feb.2010,
          but i didnt got my cylinder yet.
          please take some serious action against raghu gas service, gurgaon

            Hello Sir,

            Despite my best efforts I could not get my booked cylinder from M/s sachan Gas agency, 119/401, Darshan Purwa, Gumti No. -5, Kanpur, till date.the gas connection no. is 563. The booking date is 20.1.11. Phone numbers always remains busy or does not picked up. when it was picked up he assured the delivery . But till today i.e. 08.02.11 (1.45 pm.) I could not get delivery. If anybody can help me in the matter I will be very much obliged.
            I would sincerely appreciate if there exist some proper & systematic way of dealing with such situation else it would only lead to consumers dissatisfaction.No communications on this update has been provided to any house member moreover the booking details are also not provided also ineffective handling of this situation was observed as the alternatives were never considered. This situation tested my patience and each time I had to call "Sachan gas" to get my booking details but they didn't considered and regret to provide the same(Booking No. etc) it is taking long time without proactive communication from the other members of the department. Moreover inept communication was also observed as the updates about the situation to others are not provided. Disheartening to say that but last call from one of my house member ended up with department guys BANGING THE CALL on her.This has been observed many times and does not give us any confidence of how things are being run currently.
            Please facilitate.

              I am facing the same problem from Veer Shiv Gas Agency. From last 15 days they are giving me the terrible reasons. The staff is not competent, the reply to the queries are fishy. Something wrong is going on with this agency. Possibly they must be selling the gas in the black market.It is a horrible experience with Indane gas.

                Dear Mr. Sinha ( Area sales Manager, LPG),

                I regret to intimate and complain that I booked my LPG cylinder against Connection No. 32266, on the 3rd of Jan 2011 with M/s Sunder Shyam Gas Agency, A-1, Janak Puri.

                when I did not get the cylinder for more than 25 days, I lodged a complaint through IOCL website vide Reference No. 71832.

                I am really sorry to say that my numerous telephonic reminders to the gas Agency and its representatives has failed to yield any results.

                I do not have a drop of LPG for the last 7 days and not able to understand what to do and who9m to report. On my enquiry for the email ids and phone numbers of top authorities of LPG section, I have not been given the information. Is it possible that the Gas agencies do no9t have the email or phone numbers of the senior authorities.

                May I request you to forward my complaint to the Senior Most Officer of LPG section of the IOC who may hold an open enquiry into this lapse on the part of concerned Gas distributor.

                Please note that simply delivering the LPG cylinder will not absolve the Agency of this serious lapse. I am inclined to take this complaint to the top most level.

                  This is regarding Babarpur Gas service, these people having a bunch of corrupted cylinder suppliers, they use to take gas to sell to shopkeepers from the booking cylinder of domestic use.

                  I several times complaint the same to concern agency but there is no action they have taken, even after when you turned on to the suplliers they make situation very crity and deliver the cylinder late to tease consumer.

                  Babarpur Gas Service charging Rs. 5400/- for a new connection and not given the bill for whole amount. They people said :Lena ho to lo warn jao yaha se".

                  I request you to the concern authority to initiate a legal action again this agency.

                    This agent doesn't deliver gas for long periods due to which we are very much suffering.

                    My mother is a diabetic patient.please take an immediate action against this agency.

                      I am consumer no S-16780 by the name Smt Uma Chandra R/O Dwarika puri ,Aligarh -U.P. took connection in 1999,trying hard to get second cylinder (DBC ) for the last one year .Every time i am getting reply from Sainani gas agency ,achal tal ,Aligarh that cylinder is not available.My written complaint regarding not supplying cylinder by distributor is not received in office at centre point Aligarh.I was advised to contact Mr RA Khan and Mr Vikas sachdev but in spite of my best efforts i could not meet them as they never pick up Tel.No[protected] which is displayed in the office.

                        Name and Place: Smt Shirinbai Taherali Jariwala, Age 88 Yrs[protected], H No 208, Opp. Guli No 4, Kutbimoholla, Kalupur, Ahmedabad 380001.

                        The above named lady lives all alone. She has five children settled in this city, all of them are eager to accommodate her. But she wants to stay alone in a small two storied house. Through out the day she keeps herself busy doing mainly washing and cleaning the complete house. She even forgets to get timely food, timely prayers and she is always late in attending functions.

                        Problems: She generally fails to prepare food, She can't go to market for purchase of essential items like vegetables, milk, sugar, tea leaves etc. Her children helps her but she doesn't such services in their interest. Therefore they are always worried about her. She knows pretty well that her husband who also stayed with her died seven months before due to hemorrhage because of fall at night in the house.

                        Gas Problem: Gas connection is registered at Puskar Indane, Jai Shankar Sundari Hall, Raikhad her use of Gas has reduced so much that it lasts for over 8(eight) months. As per rule her gas connection have been declared dead as it is over six months. Honestly she does not want to sell gas illegally to maintain booking within six months.

                        She does not hire maid servant nor does she generally allow any of family members to help her

                        What can be done under such circumstances.

                          My consumer no. 1895 and I am a resident of 28/37, Behind Munshi Market, 100 Feet Road, Chajju Pur, Babarpur, Shahdara Delhi-110032 (My Mobile No. -[protected]), M/s. Babarpur Gas Service (Indane Gas), C 3/4, Kabir Nagar, Babarpur Road New Delhi is the distributor for my connection. The following complaints against M/s. Babarpur Gas Service (Indane Gas), Kabir Nagar, Delhi-110094 are as under:-
                          1. Whenever I have been trying to contact though telephone the said agency phone remains busy and many time they have endless hold. I have been trying time to time over phone for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The telephone nos. provided by them[protected] /[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked through telephone. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder.
                          2. If you go personally to book in his office & at the time of booking they told cylinder deliver after seven days but cylinder not delivered at exact time. Again you go to in his office they told cylinder deliver after two to three days or told slip hand over to delivered man Sh. Tiwari & if you tried to contact on mobile of Sh. Tiwari found Switch Off.
                          3. Some time I measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.
                          4. On slip booking date mentioned three to four days before not actual date of booking.
                          5. If we want to book a gas cylinder before 21 days, yet this agency denies taking any booking before the said time. If you go personally to book in his office, you will be humiliated as if you are not a customer, but a beggar at his mercy.

                          Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system properly & supply the cylinder of correct weight please.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This has refer to the subject mentioned in the captioned mail. In this regard I Anoop Sharma Resident of 1674, Brahmin Gali, Sohan Ganj, Near Kamla Nagar Delhi 110007. Wish to bring to your kind attention that we as consumer of your Gas Products since last 20 years , has following grievances from your appointed Dealer M/s LEELA GAS SERVICE 1799, Sohan Ganj, Subzi Mandi Delhi 110007.

                            1. We will have to wait for the delivery of Cylinders for at least Seven Days, since last two years.
                            2. The staff and management is not consumer friendly and always try their level best to misguide the customers.
                            3. They always tell customers about shortage of cylinders , where as there is always more than sufficient stock into their Warehouse.
                            4. They does not pick a single telecall, every time all customers has to go personally to visit their agency for small or big issues all the time, please note the bumber which enable you to try,[protected]/[protected].
                            5. Now a days they started harassing all existing customers to present Photo ID cards for booking cylinders.

                            We request you to please look into the matters and do the needful ASAP. We suggest a close monitoring of the movements of the cylinders , you will find some black marketing of the same by the mentioned agency. There is a need to audit their distribution data.

                              Sir,
                              I regret to inform you that my LPG connection got disconnected as verbally informed by your authorized agency M/s Puneet Nayan Enterprises on getting enquired after not booking of cylinder. I would like to know the proper reason for disconnection without any information. If any paper or document is required then requested to kindly inform us on under mention address so that we fulfill your requirement and avoid any disconnection.

                                Sir this is to inform you that my father is old and staying at kanura(ara) having an indane connection with consumer no 34264 dt 1/8/2001 at gas agency sl enterprises,garden house ,pakadi, ara 802301.Recently when contacted to the distributer we came to know that my connection has been transferred to sahpur(bihya) without our infromation.with regret i inform you that we are facing hardship and we are forced to purchase cylender by paying more money.how this possible that without giving request from out end our connection can be transferred to other agency.please do needful in bringing back our connection to the same agency.

                                  I am a customer of Indane, having registered my gas connection with "Garima gas service, hoshangabad(M.P.)", lives in Hoshangabad city.

                                  ( Customer i.d- 15643, Name- Ashwani Mittal)

                                  1)This distributor never suplies Gas cylinder on time, firstly books cylinder after 21 days of last supply, fine.
                                  But then the receptionist books ur booking, based on her own will, sometimes disconnects call in between.
                                  2) Then if booked, gas cylinder comes late, even many times comes after lot reminders.
                                  3) Now, they are not booking Gas Cylinder on Phone, demands personal appearance there, and to bring Ration Card, Voter i.d. card.
                                  4) this problem is not only with me but most of his customers.

                                  Pl. tell, I being an engineer,working in Budni, how will i manage to be there and standing in queue, I can't do this at all, as world is shifting on even mobile booking, net booking type of things. are we goning in ancient times??

                                  In the same city, Avirat Gas agency is not demanding same things and books cylinder on phone only, his supply is also very fast.
                                  Can't we take strict most action on this distributor, in some hard way??

                                    The Indane Cooking Gas dealer - Mallick Brothers, Dr. Prasad Das Mullick Road, Hooghly-712 103 (Phone Nos.[protected] &[protected] has been taking undue time to deliver cooking gas to its bonafide consumers. For example, I booked my gas on around mid-January, 2011 and was told that it would take about 15/20 days which means I should have received the gas by end of January. However, even today (4th Feb, 2011) the gas is not supplied to me. Nobody knows when it will be delivered. It is taking around 25 days which is quite crazy. Then again, once the gas is delivered, one cannot register his next requirement immediately - one has to wait another 15 days or so. This process makes a consumer worried how to manage the cooking gas problem even with double cylinders. The real reason of such delay is not known to common people like us, simply because this kind of waiting is not existing anywhere and obviously, much against our conscience, this leads us to think something fishy. Moreover, they cater to a huge radius of area and immediately another dealer should be appointed to mitigate the unnecessary suffering of Indane's bonafide consumers. Added to this, a large number of hotels, restaurants and caterers run in Hooghly-Chinsurah area for whom gas supply, by hook or crook, cannot be stalled. Indane should look into this problem and ensure timely delivery of cooking gas to its large number of DOMESTIC consumers in Hooghly area.

                                      Thayyil gas,Perambra road,Payyoli,the LPG distributor has been notorious for last several years, not only overcharging customers, and making undue delay in supplying booked refill cylinders but also not attending telephone booking for several hours continuously.

                                      One has to spend more than 5 to 10 hrs (continuously or intermittently) to ger his telephone call attended by the said Gas agency. I have been dialling Phone nos[protected] as well[protected] intermittently with a gap of less than a minute , from 15.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on 03-02-11 and 10.00 to 11.00 & 12.00 to 13.00 hrs on 04-02-11 to enable me to book a refill. Even though the said phones are working condition during the said periods the said gas agency deliberately avoided attending the phones .to facilitate syphoning of the refills meant for the genuine customers to others especially to Commercial purpose etc.

                                      Non attending telephones by the said distributor is a regular and long pending grievance of the consumers of this gas agency. As the Area manager responsible for kozhikode Dist and other IOC officials of Kerala are hand in glove with this distributor,they seldom attend the Telephone booking .

                                      Had the officials mentioned above been not involved in the malpractices of this Gas Distributor,they would have insisted this agency to facilitate direct booking through the website or IVRS system of Indane Gas booking. Why Refill cylinders booking through Indane Gas website is not possible with this agencylike others?. Why IVRS system booking (Toll free No.1260) is not possible in respect of this agency like other distributors?.

                                      I APPROACHED NFL BATHINDA COOPERATIVE SOCIETY FOR A GAS CONNECTION.FIVE MONTHS HAVE PASSED, STILL WAITING FOR CONNECTION.THE PERSON WHO PAYS AN EXTRA AMOUNT GETS CONNECTION FASTLY.FORCE FULLY THEY HAVE RETAINED MY PAPERS ALSO.IS THIS A DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY, WHERE WE NEED TO PAY MONEY TO AVAIL SERVICES?

                                      Indane Gas — Eregular supply of gass cylinder and non attending of telephone for booking of gas.

My Indane LPG supplier is M/s Kalyan Gas Agency, Chhatrio ke Samne, Delhi Amer Road, Amer, Jaipur. I am staying in surajpole bazar, Jaipur, it is very far from this agency’s office(like 12 km.). For quite some time, I am facing problem in getting the gas booked through telephone. Every time I ring up, they do not pick the telephone or always the phone is `engaged'. We have two clinder, I have applied for a refilled cylinder in the month of April 09 personally but I am still waiting for the same to be fulfilled. These problems is has been persisting since a long time.

                                      For Past 4 days I had been regularly trying to book my domestic LPG Cylinder, but the MADHAVI GAS AGENCY, SHAIKPET NALA (NEAR TOWLICHOWKI) IS ALWAY BUSY WITH THE NUMBERS.[protected] AND[protected]

                                      My LPG Consumer Number is 1 7 9 5 8 and the name is L.V. Seshamma.

                                      Kindly do give me reply mail with alternate contact numbers if any of Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet Nala, (Near Towlichowki) Hyderabad.

                                      Last but the least, my humble suggestion is that if the booking of the indane gas is made online by giving specific passwords to the registered consumers, the whole problem will be cleared.

                                      I have Indane Gas connection, from Yadu Indane gas service at Sahibabad/Ghaziabad.My consumer no.is 51554.
                                      For the last one week ihave been trying to book the connection over their phone no.[protected]/32/34/35/36.
                                      But the no. is always busy or whenever the ring bells no one is there to respond .
                                      I am unable to go to their office personally since i leave home early in the morning and reach late in night.
                                      The running cylinder is likely to be exhausted within couple of days.

                                        This is regarding Indane Gas booking through Sri Rama Agencies, Rammurthynagar, Bangalore. First of all none of their numbers work. Some numbers are always busy; either you call in morning or afternoon everytime it says that number is busy. Their BSNL lines are always busy. Please find below the details:

                                        Number 5:[protected] [This number does not exists]

                                        This is based on our experience on 27th Jan 2011 and again on 4th Feb 2011.
                                        Since we were not able to connect the agency, we went to the agency physically and booked on 29th Jan 2011. But they are yet to deliver the cylinder till today though they say that wihin 3 working days cylinder will be delivered. Hence i was trying to call them and wanted to check the booking status but in vein.
                                        Everytime we cannot physically go to the agency. This is nothing but public harrasment. These individuals for their own benefits sell the refilled cylinders in black.

                                        Please take necessary action against these kind of agency owners and their employees.

                                        I am experienced the same thing. I tried nearly one hour on 14/06/11 and 15/06/11 and finally I got the line and then they told we are not taking booking on these numbers and they given another number exclusively for gas booking. The number is [protected]. When I tried to contact the phone is in switched off condition.

                                        The number [protected] is not a problem, you can manage to call them if you have the will to call them. The actual problem has shifted to a new stage now, the problem now is worst than before, I booked on the 02/08/11, and we are on 12/08/11, I keep calling the delivery person that my gas agency (SRI RAMA) gave me for my area (his name Nagaraj). On 06/08/11 I called him when he was below my building, I was watching him from my balcony while speaking to him and told him please come because I have the booking number also with me, he said I am turning and coming, he never came. The same thing followed for 3-4 days, exactly the same, I think now I have to watch for his delivery vehicle under my building and then only I might get the cylinder, this is what SRI RAMA agency delivery people are. I believe in the last 10 days I have spent around 2500 to 3000 rupees in food from hotels just because of this who probably expects me to bribe him. This is the sad story in Bangalore.

                                        I have booked a cylinder through online booking system on 7th march, and according to them i was suppose to get a cylinder yesterday, but today i found that my booking is cancelled without my knowledge, and i was trying to call gas agency from morning but their phone is not even ringing. Amazing part of the play is that even indane costomer care number [protected] is not working. what should i do now? where can i lodge a complaint?
