[Resolved]  Indane Gas (Indian Oil Corp) Hyderabad — NO DELIVERY -ALWAYS DELAYED -DELIVERING TO BLACK MARKETING STORES AND HOTELS.

GNS GAS SERVICES in ShantiNagar, Hyderabad with telephone numbers 23393133 and 23328890

is not delivering the refils in time after booking. On enqiring with the delivering boys, it came to know
that they are selling the cylinerds in black market for commercial use.

I request IOCL to take appropriate step to honour the customers, who booked the refils.

in my case many time my booking are delayed in in jan 2009 we booked on 2.01.2009 till today we have not received refill on contacting the dealer at begumpet as per their records gas has been delivered on 10.01.2009 but till today we have not got the refill this has happened more than two times in my case

this proves that they are indulging in black marketing
