I Om Prakash Joshi a customer of indian gas .my customer no. is 4070.I want to state that when i want to book my gas at the booking counter at Mochi Sahi Puri Orissa most of the time they dont pick the phone and when they pick it their behaviour so indecent as if Indian Gas is providing gas free of cost. As a loyal customer to the Indian Gas I request you to take action and also want you to inform me about the action taken.Please consider my problem.Ph No [protected], [protected]

have booked a cylinder on 30.10.2009 against my indane gas connection No.11400 by personally visiting the goodwill gas agency, Tree Murti Gas Agency Shop no. 31 J. Block DDA Market Vikaspuri New Delhi - 110018. Since, then I have visited the agency four times, time and again they have told me that the cylinder will be delivered at my residence the very next day. Two weeks have passed away but till date the filled cylinder has not been delivered to me. Even, the behaviour of the staff of the agency is not good towards the customers. Therefore, I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you,

Indane — refile delivery

Dear, my consumer number is CX2316351. I have booked a refill on 18 April 2015 with ref. No 427498. I have got a delivery SMS with cash memo no. [protected] on 20th April. But I can not get that cylinder on my address

extra charge for delivery

My consumer no is cx14919583 and your delivery boy charges rs 24 extra every time in the name of delivery while that is included in the cost of cylinder and agency owner says we have to pay if we need home delivery.
