Indane Gas — Cylinder not supplied

Hi,

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 01649 and have been registered with "S and P Enterprises, Shop No-8 Aravali Shopping Centre Alaknanda Kalkaji".

I booked my gas cylinder on 31 Dec. 2011 then on 9 Jan 2012 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(15 Jan 2012), I have tried to book it online and I have seen that it had been already delivered on 31 Dec 2011. I have attached the screen shot of the same for reference.

I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action ASAP. So, It will not happen again with any customer.

this is the compliant ; don't know when Indane would be able to shor out.
We usually not getting the refill at time; we unable to understand, from where it has delayed.

I request to you kindly confirm as required below...!

When it would be forwarded to Distributor ?
When it would be forwarded to R.V.M ?
When it would be deliver at consumer ?

Last Month 26/03/2012, I had booked a cyllinder with SUKHDEV VIHAR Gas Service New Delhi, .. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the Manager Mr. Gautam had Say used so many language against me. I request you to please look into the mater. So many times consumers are facing this problem.

My name is joshi, i have a gas connection with your agent Bindu Gas agency located near Safil Guda lake park, yesterday afternoon at around 2.30pm i have lodged a complaint stating that the cylinder newly fixed is leaking gas and there is a menace to life as well as property, till today afternoon no one has attended the complaint, they have attended the complaint after a reminder. This clearly shows the casual attitude of your staff towards public. OK, however, your representative has come repaired the cylinder in question instead of replacing it b, coz it is learnt that the
cylinder has a major problem, now the cylinder has again started leaking, evenafter repeated reminders no one is caring about it i might have called atleast seven to eight times to know about the status of the complaint, onus of any mishappenings rests with dealer and your self for employing such staff. My entire family is in tense since the cylinder is leaking and may explode if we switch on light, we are however, sheltering in neighbour, s house, I request your good offices to act promptly setting aside sunday/holiday as the matter is o[censored]tmost priority since endangering human life.

i have lost my gas connection paper by falt and now i want my papers duplicate copy but the gas agency employees are saying that they will not helped me about the prospects. MY Connection no P-21476 in M/S Parul gas service Hardev nagar jharodha Delhi.

My consumer No.14337, last cylinder supplied by the agency has exhausted in 22 days whereas it has never been that the cylinder could be used for 35-40 days. It is to note that during this period family size was not increased. Therefore, the balance being used by the supplier is not reliable. It should be looked into seriously. Mahfooz, [protected]
Hi,

I booked the Indane gas cylinder and today the cylinder was delivered (05-JAN-2013).
On the cylinder the expiry date is A-13. As far as I know A-13 means January, 2013.
If this is correct to whom should I complaint against this delivered cylinder which has an expiry month of delivered month. I questioned the delivered boy, but there is no positive response from them.

We live in Hyderabad.

Please let me know the correct person who can resolve this problem.

Dear Sir,
I was trying to have new Indiane gas connection for home use. As i am residing in Laxman vihar phase-2 gurgaon, i tried to apply for new connection at Anand Enterprises, Bhim nagar, new railway road, gurgaon. I keep visiting Anand enterprise since jun 2012. But they didnt accept my document and keep saying that connection is close. come in next month on 10th day. So i keep visiting them every month sometimes on 10th or sometimes even on 1st, 2nd, 5th and so on.They always say connections are still not opened.
I wrote a letter, asked them to stamp and sign on it that connection is closed, and then i will go to the court for justice. But then they accepted my documnets, put them on waiting list. In return they gave me a letter stating
following details:-

SL69(NEW CONNECTION)-Registration

03/Nov/2012.
After that i again keep visiting them for new connection, but neither they respond properly, nor they commit any particular date for new connection. They are just saying that connection are still closed.
My concern is that, is realy connection is closed since so long, Am i not getting connection because Anand gas agency is highly involved in black marketting of gas cylendars.
Can anyone guide me or help me to get this issue resolve.

Hi,

I am a customer of Indane with customer no 27057 and I Have only One Cylinder which have been registered with "Kanzariya Paresh T., Shiv Nagar Street No.3, Behind Chawala Bunglow, At. Ratanpar, Ta. Wadhwan, Dist. Surendranagar. My Cylinder is empty on 20 Feb. 2013.

I booked my gas cylinder on 20 Feb. 2013 Distributor Ref. No. 3035. then on 25 Feb 2013 but still I didn't get cylinder. Today(26 Feb 2013), I Meet today the Agency Name Sahid Vijay Indane, - Surendranagar . they told me your cylinder provide after 1 week (Nearly 5-6 March) So how can we live without cook. And I have 2 Twince (Boy-Baby) Age 1 Year so how can my wife adjust home. Please do tack necessary action on Agency.

I am using Indane from many years. It is so disappointing for a customer to get this type of service from a reputed Brand like Indane. I request to take an appropriate action. So, It will not happen again with any customer.

consumer of Indane Gas having consumer No. 914 of Sri Baba Viswanath Indane Gas Service, 2/130/1, Sahityanaka, Golaghat, Ramnagar, Varanasi having distributor Code No. 246551.
I regret to inform you that at the time of delivery of Cylinder
the concerned Trollymen are asking Rs. 20/- to Rs.30/- extra towards delivery charge, if any consumer is not willing to pay the extra amount they are refusing to delivery the refil cylinder to concerned consumer and also abusing and threatening i.e. if you will not pay the extra amount of Rs.20/- to Rs.30/- we could not deliver the same.
In this connection also please note that when I contacted aforesaid Gas Agency they also supported the said Trollymen and advice me to pay atleast Rs.20/- extra towards delivery charges.
When I try to contact your Area Manager severally on his Cell No. [protected] without answering any call. Due to non reply of my phone I think that the said Officer is also involving in such malpractice of delivery charges.
Therefore I request your kind honour please arrange to advice me what can I do to take delivery of LPG cylinder. Also advice the said Agency not to harass their valid consumers in future.

i am mahesh kumar. when i approach to L.V.reddy Indian gas distributer for new connection, then they asked to pay RS. 4800/ for new connection, though the cylendar charge is Rs. 1450/ and lighter charge is Rs. 150/. so they are giving bill of only Rs. 1700/ only however they are giving one stove which printed Price is Rs.2000/. how ever they are asking Rs. 4800/ and not giving biil. When I told that I dont need Stove then they refuse to give connection.
Therefore it is requested to do the needfull to maintain the transpareny and to avoid harasment to the general public inconvient.

i am a customer of m/s golden gas agency, palam vihar, gurgaon. this agency take about 20-25 days to deliver the gas after its booking. it is his regular feature.
i would like to change the dealer . pl. let me know the procedure etc..
