[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Poor response from Yadu Gas agency, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad(U.P)

Dear Sir,
Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.
Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
Please improve upon services of your agents.

What is going on in Yadu Gas.

I am trying since last 3 days but nobody is responding. Once a girl picked up and said you have dailled a wrong number while I checked it was the same. Now after that nobody is responding.

What are they waiting for ?

Please take strict action or we will have no option but to give them their due ?

Futher the qty of gas is very less around 2 to 3 kg less in every cylinders.

I am also trying the contact numbers of Yadu Gas Service for booking gas connection from past 1 week, but till date there is no response in any of the numbers. No one is picking up the phone.

I want to draw the kind attention towards the very very poor condition of SARASWATI GAS AGENCY in Nandgram, Ghaziabad.They are cheating with the customers and doing black marketing of cylinders as well.If someone takes a cylinder of 4.2 kg he gets 10 kg. water in it.I compaint this matter in gas agency but nobody is taking seriously it.Customers are suffering from harrasement of the gas agency.

Kindly take an immediate action in this matter as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,

Seems lot of people have complaints against Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad. Dont know if any one has taken any action againt them. In today's world wherein customer service is the prime focus. Yadu Gas reflects that they are no where near it.
We all lead a busy life. To book a gas means a good entire day to keep calling them when no one picks if the bell rings at all & most of the time the three numbers are all busy.

Even then one is not sure if you can get through them. Alright, you somehow manage to get through the customer care ( never mind how much efforts you made you get through the busy customer care people), one has to wait the entire weekend for the representative to come to deliver the gas. ( That's kindfull of Yadu gas for not expecting us to take a day off for taking the delivery).

The gas that one gets is 5-6 kg less always. In our society, most of the people have the same complaint. I have called to log the complaint as well. What happens is nothing.

I am a customer of indane and have been registed with maheshwari gas agency Madangir delhi (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . i am trying to book the gas since[protected]. but no one pick ups the phone, it is always busy, I am trying since last 3 days but nobody is responding. Once a guy picked up and said you have dailled a wrong number when I checked it was the same number.

I am a customer of Indane gas, (M/s - Yadu gas, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad). Now a days facing a lot of problem with the delivery of the cylinders. I am trying since last 3 days to contact the numbers provided by Yadu gas. All numbers are always busy and for me couple of times in last 3 days phone rang but no one picked up.

I noticed a lot of comment posted above, can someone help us apprise/correct the situation.

Yadu Gas Agency means --your phone will not be picked, Gas will alaways less up tp 10 kg, Poor Srevice...

I am fully agree with all of you. Totally 3rd class Service of Yadu Gas Agency.NO one pics the phone it will keep on ringing. Last Time When I booked the gas the cylinder was not completely filled. We are the 2 members in a family and usually it takes 3 months with 1 cylinder .but last time it finished in one month. So tatal kalabazari is goin on...
I have only single connection and one book my gas then they says that it will take 7 to 8 days.its totally pathetic serviuce.

I will request to look after this agency...some Commitee which can take care of this.

There seems to be no control, they are not serving customers, I guess. You try any number and is not picked, it cannot be more pathetic than this, I wanted to book a cylinder, say in case ther is a lekage you are Gone!!!

Very poor service, Nos are always busy, they are using these numbers for their own purpose, they are just calling to their be loved one.

I was searching yadu number on net as no.'s given by him r always come busy. But I found the same
problem whcih i face is faced by every one. If some on picks phone then he says wrong no.
Why such agency exists if so many complains against hime
