Myself Ajay from Ahmedabad, having INDANE GAS service. Recently ADANI GAS has installed their gas service in my area and now it is in working condition.
Following is the discussion of me and my distributor (working person as distributor office).
Me : Sir please book my new gas bottle.
Sir : Give me your customer number

Sir : (By looking in computer) I think your area is already having another...

IS NOT DELIVERING THE CYLINDER AT RIGHT TIME. MY CONSUMER NO IS 24078 IN THE NAME OF B K SREENIVASAN, C19/6 GOVT.STAFF QUARTERS, NEAR ANDAMAN HOUSE, ANNA NAGAR WEST,CH.101

IT WAS BOOKED ON 19.8.10 WITH BKG NO.12032 ADVISING ME THAT CYLINDER WL B DLVRD IN 5 DAYS, WHEREAS TILL NOW IE. 30.8.10 IT IS NOT SUPPLIED.

MY INDANE LPG CONSUMER NO.OI-3533 AT M/S.OM INDANE GAS AGENCY,RANJHI,JABALPUR,MADHYA PRADESH. DEALER DID NOT BOOKED MY NUMBER SAYING
20 DAYS NOT PASSED SINCE LAST DELIVERY OF LPG REFILL.
LAST DELIVERY PERIOD AFTER LAST BOOKING WAS 21 DAYS.(BOOKED ON 26JUL,GOT ON 14 AUG)
WHAT IS DEFINITE PERIOD(DAYS) TO GET REFILL CYLINDER AFTER BOOKING DATE.
IF I GET THE REFILL CYLINDER AFTER 20DAYS ,OR, MORE THAN 20 DAYS,CAN...

Please inform Balaji Gas Service that I am a slow consumer of Indane Gas and It is three months since I got the last refill and this will last fro some more days.So accordingly please permit me to place orders for my refill when the present cylinder is exhausted and not to apply the rule of belated ordering of refills and thanks.

iam indian gas consumer but i have bye gas connection is 04/04/2007 but iam sels excutive that myaplace in verry difficult so iam not use by the selendar but iam begain by selendar i go for the agency but he replu by my gas connection is close so i request to my connection is begain kindaly i requst.please my best suggestion

I booked gas for home delivery 08 days back but till today 21.08.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even,i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indane

I would like to share some of the main problems faced by me all your consumers for a very long time

We have the indane gas cylinder with M.C. Gas Agency Chandakunnu bearing consumer no 14406 in the name of Raveendranadan, Thekethil House,V.K.Road, Nilambur, we have booked the cylinder in june and we never got the gas till yet. They only give the cylinder once in two or three months for the domestic use for the houses and we have to relay on other sources by spending more money. Also when we call the phone number...

I have booked through on line TOM Gas on dated 19th August, 2010. But still Cylinder is not delivered. (Consumer no. k-16081).

Indane cooking gas distributor "SAAHEB DISTRIBUTORS" 360A Upen Banerjee Road, Kolkata- 700060 Ph No-[protected] asking Rs 70/- for checking my Gas oven and its connection shortly as mandatory. But not willing to hand over Indane's circular to me neither the circular is pasted at his site.

I want to know wether there is a circular issed from Indane recently in this regard and why the said distributor not handing...

sir,i have a gas(M/S Deep gas service)
(phone no-[protected]) connection & i booked a cylinder many days ago. I went gas office to bring gas receipt/memo for bringinging a gas cylinder. Gas sylinder godown is far about 3 k.m.s from gas office. When i said them to give me my receipt,then they said today is not more...time is over....at that time,the time was only 12.00 p.m.sir,i want to know does office time or working hours only...

mene jab shoroom staff se connection book karne ko kaha to unhone paper

Sir, I am Lalson Mathew .I approached Priya gas agency Ettumanoor Kottayam for new indane gas connection.Eventhough I submitted residential certificate from Ettumanoor grama panchayat as my address proof, & my electoral ID card,they insist upon ration card.I am a new resident here &not having ration card here.From the website of indane I came to know that ration card is not compulsary thing for new gas connection.What shold I do...

Today morning i filled petrol at Kasthuri Agency (IOC Petrol Agent) at perambur (near rly station), to my surprise the salesman without punching the elect. board put the petrol pipe into my bike fuel tank and told me that he filled Rs.50 worth without my knowledge. The board didnt show the quantity or amount of petrol he put. So he cleverly at the blink of an eye cheated me. Myself and my father who was sitting behind me where shocked by...

it is very unfortunate that gas companies like indane are completely sick as far as there service and customer service is concerned.i have beeen calling the number[protected] since more then a month and i have been experiencing a ridiculous response from the agents and the customer service.the lady agent who responds to this number needs to be told what proffessionalism is and how to behave with...

I am a customer of indane with customer no D 12334 and have been registed with Sudha Indane Services, Code No. 127446 , Main Road, Attingal,Trivandrum Disrict Kerala Phone .[protected],[protected]I booked my gas cylinder on 16th June 2010 till 25 th Aug, 2010 no delivery has been made by the agency. I have been delivered my booking of LPG of indian gas after 26 days of my booking & next booking resused by kleen gas, bhubaneswar , saying that booking can't be done before 10 days of last delivery for my consumer no. 20763 in the name of suchitra gupta, & as per my knowlege, it is already cleared in RTI, that a genunine consumer can make their booking, as per her/his requirment, if kleen gas don't book my refil order...

Gharonda gas service, who is authorised LPG distributor in our area. his delivery boy is not carrying weighing scale with him during delivery of cylinde. is it not mandatory for them to carry? on complaining he told we are not going to carry .
