There was a leakage in my indane gas cylinder.when I dialled my dealerTRILOKS GAS SERVICE-PH[protected]THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE-I PERSONALLY WENT AND REQUESTED.AFTER THREE HOURS ONE MECHANIC TURNED UP.HE REMOVED A SMALL RUBBER VALVE FROM MY GOOD REFILL CYLINDR AND PROVIDED IN THE LEAKING ONE.THE LEAKING ONE HAS BECOME ALRIGHT AND HE SAID EVERY THING IS OK AND GOT MY SIGNATURE AGAINST COMPLAINT NO 73.
AS SOON AS HE LEFT,THE CYLINDER FROM WHICH HE REMOVED THE VALVE STARTED LEAKING&KITCHEN IS FULL OF INDANE SMELL.WE ARE GOING ON DIALLING THE DEALER BUT WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.WE TRIED TO CONTACT 24339236/24339246 OF IOC GAS SECTION UPTO NOW 10-30P.M.THERE IS NO BODY TO HELP US.
WILL ANY ONE HELP US?

i am consumer of Pashupati Gas Service agency of indian gas & my consumer no. is 10051 (AC Agarwal) .i am facing lot of problem because of delivery man. we have asked him to bring the full gas cylinder but till now he does not bring.he delivers always short quantity of gas but nobody taking any action against him your booking staff are also support him.
so please take a necessary action against him i have already request to him please replace the cylinder but he did not.i hope you will take necessary action against him
The company does`t pick phone for gas booking and all the other time their phone is always busy. they are deliver short weight of gas always.

Respected sir, I'm Dr Bharat Gupta working in Neurosurgery dept ,CMC, Ludhiana. I'm living with my family here.i have taken single LPG indian oil gas cylinder from Gilson Enterprisis,449,Ranjit Singh Park,Ludhiana from Nov ,2008. Since then ,there is problem to book gas cylinder on phone .We have to spend one week to book the cylinder as they"ll not pick the phone any time in day even after providing two number for this service. After getting booking on hard worship ,they "ll deliver cylinder with repeated requests on phone.I have gone there one time personally but were not even ready to listen any thing.
This time they had cross the limits. They have not delivered gas cylinder after two week booking even after giving one reminder on phone after one week. My gas cylinder has emptied today morning and it is very difficult for me to manage my family with one year old male baby. And as usual , they r again not picking the phone . kindly take a strict action against him

It is common phenomena that you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.Since last fifteen days I am trying to know status of my cylinder booking but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

Dear Sir,

On 16 Aug 2010, I approached M/S Alka Flames in Sec 7, Site No 1, Indira Market, RK Puram to purchase a Gas pipe for my LPG stove. I was told that the same is for Rs 190/-. When I told them that it costs Rs 170/- elsewhere at authorised depots, I was told I have to buy TWO safety clips compulsorily with it which cost Rs 20/-. Since I already had the clips I requested for only the pipe.

I was informed that since I dont wish to buy the clips, the pipe cannot be sold to me. The behaviour of the salesman was most discourteous and almost abusive.

Request enquiry and suitable action to cancel their dealership unless they mend their behaviour and for blackmailing customers.

While I have applied for a new connection , the subject dealer is also asking me to take Gas Stove from them, which I already possess.

Like to draw your attention that even after one month follow up with the Gas Distributor -Chella Agency,Seliyur,Tambram(East),Chennai, for the TV[protected] from Kolkatta to Chennai dt.29/07/2010 from 5th of Aug'2010 onwards.I have yet to suceed to get the connection.And also they are not providing to me the correct information regarding when they will be going to issue regulator and cylinder.

I have been trying the IOCL area inspector no, it was never answered nor reachable.This is standard of Indian Government PSU which is having status of Navaranta.

Request you kindly guide me how to proceed to get connection at the earliest.

The India Oil Petrol Pump which is in Marathahalli by the name of Divya Oil Pump located near the Brand Factory showroom are the biggest cheaters. They have cheated me of almost Rs.70 of petrol. Their technique is simple, the cashier distracts your attention by asking unnecessary questions and by the time you would answer the filler would have cheated you by jumping the meter for almost Rs.60 - Rs.70 for every Rs.100 of petrol asked for. So please never ever fill the petrol from these guys. I do not understand why isnt the company taking them to task for cheating the public.

I have submited my all document to my nearest Distibutor Kichen Quien. But from Last 1.5 years they are not provide my my Re - Connection and when I ask to them they are said that Malda Branch not confirm to them that why they are not provide any re connection

Out o[censored]tter anguish and mental pressure that I am submitting this complaint kindly take attention to this. I have an Indane gas connection with M/S Poornima Indane Service ( 555C, 555D/XII ) Parakode, Adoor CODE No. 4984658 My consumer number is 7239 For the past many years their service has been so poor that the all residents are put at their mercy to get their refill.I urgently require your immediate attention. My mother in law who is 79 years is residing in paracode and to getting a refill for younger people is so difficult so you can imagine how hard it is for her. While i was there for my holidays i Really faced the whole scenario It was like this their delivery auto passes through the main road honking their horn so whoever hears it have to rush to the main road and wait for 15-20 minutes and when the auto returns we have to tell them that we need the gas then those residing in the inside lanes have to run along with the auto to their respective houses and then have to bring out their cylinders irrespective of age whether old or young the delivery man takes it and pops into the auto and takes out the new one and leave it at the gate and gets a tip of 30 rupees . They appear more like goondas .Also another issue is they will give the refill only after 35 days and that too after 5 visits to their office and 10 phone calls which they normally wont attend .The affluent one gets the delivery right in side their kitchen!!!
This was the history and the present condition and would be the same in future too . Right now i am in Ernakulam and here the story is different the moment we book the gas it arrives on the correct day and delivery boys are very cordial and having good consumer relationships .
Thinking about my mother in law all by herself with agony is really tormenting my mind.Last day she couldn't make it to the main road and right now she is cooking on wood that too after 42 days! IF you requires I can get a mass petition for further action. Kindly look into this. Thanking you

I have been a cusomer of Indane gas since 2008. Recently, the gas cylinder delivered at my place gets finished within 12 days for last 3-4 months whereas it usually runs for atleast 30 days. Also, cylinder when delivered seems to be lesser wieght than before. But, when asked , the delivery man is unable to provide weight measurement of the cylinder, though he keeps on insisting for unauthorised "Bakhsish" for delivering Cylinder at my flat. May I know where exactly I can complaint for the same to get the issue resolved? My consumer no. is 010128 and Agency of Indane is "Aladeen", Address being 160, Andul Road. Howrah-711103.

mera naam basant kumar hai or mera add- 56, sarvodaya naagrt vijay nagar ghaziabad hai, mare gas coonection ka num- k- 04551 hai or distributor ka naam - khawaja garib nawaz indane gas service add- behind abbs enginering college, dundahera hai maine 30/07/2010 ko gas book kari thi lakin aaj tak gas nahin mile, last time gas dene jo ladka aaya tha usne 40 rupeeye extra mange the lekin humne use nahin deyi, gas na milne ke karan hum hotel se khanna kha rahe hai jisme mere 400/ rupeeye per day lag rahe hai, jiske vajah se mai bahut pareshan huan, mere pareshane ka niwaran jaldi se jaldi karne ki kripya kare.

I am Pastor Rajan Varghese, residing in a flat in calicut. I have a 2 cylinder gas connection of IOC, bearing customer number 015841. The Distributors Name is Visruthi Gas Services, code no 4589229.
There is an extreme delay in the delivery of the booked gases, as it takes more than 45 days to get a gas cylinder. Even though we have 2 cylinders, literaally we need to beg for a cylinder after one get finished. We dont have any other option to cook food as we are staying in flat. When this matter is discussed with the distributor, there was not any proper answer from them. Instead of arranging a cylinder for the needy, they were just irresponsible and arrogant and demanding that contact IOC people.. But the fact is the cylinders are being given to others in in black with high price..
Please look in to this matter and do the needful.
Our plea is to get a standby cylinder and to avoid a week long struggling and starvation..

By profession I am a teacher. I have applied for a Gas Connection on December 2009 and submitted Rs. 2000/- on the same day but no receiving of cash was provided to me. But after three months I came to know that the application Form was missing. The owner said apply another form and so I did. Till today 01.09.2010 I have visited the Anuradha Gas Agency Banda more than 30 times but in vain, every visit they say that come after wards.
