Sir,

We have the indane gas cylinder with M.C. Gas Agency Chandakunnu bearing consumer no 14406 in the name of Raveendranadan, Thekethil House,V.K.Road, Nilambur, we have booked the cylinder in june and we never got the gas till yet. They only give the cylinder once in two or three months for the domestic use for the houses and we have to relay on other sources by spending more money. Also when we call the phone number 223337 it says as wrong number and other number is not picking up it comes as busy all the time. This is repeating since a year. this is happening to all the customers around this area. Hope you will do the need for the customers and not let the customer disturbed again.

    I have booked through on line TOM Gas on dated 19th August, 2010. But still Cylinder is not delivered. (Consumer no. k-16081).

    Agency Phone[protected] /27541433 and[protected] all numbers are not responding

    Indane — no gas delivery

    we are not able to book for ous cylinder since 2 months as their is no response from the distributor. we have not booked any cylinder on 3rd of august or 5th july and still the status is showing that we have ordered and gas is delivered but we have not recieved any cylinder yet.

    Kindly look into the matter as we are out of supply and unable on book.

    Sir my customer id no. is 18954 (Mohd. Sayeed Hashmi) on imperial gas service Kanpur & i have booked my cylinder under booking no. 9571 on 22.07.2011 still on today not delivered , this routine is always since 2-3 years the cylinder delivery is always more than 2 months , this is very corrupt. they never picked up phone too .

    kindly do something do make this schedule neat and clean .as they black the our customer from their go-down .

    awaiting for your help to rectify this problems so many more suffering from same .

    or pls suggest me any govt. or ngo body to fight this people dishonesty .

      Indane cooking gas distributor "SAAHEB DISTRIBUTORS" 360A Upen Banerjee Road, Kolkata- 700060 Ph No-[protected] asking Rs 70/- for checking my Gas oven and its connection shortly as mandatory. But not willing to hand over Indane's circular to me neither the circular is pasted at his site.

      I want to know wether there is a circular issed from Indane recently in this regard and why the said distributor not handing over the circular?

      I will be happy if Indane send a circular to me in this regard and the position of the distributors is correct or not?

      2 year maintenance charge of 50 rupees being asked by arvind gas agency, trivandrum without showing any orders or circulars. if there is any such mandatory rules then it should be brought to the public through dailies and visual medias. otherwise how can we believe them?

          sir,i have a gas(M/S Deep gas service)
          (phone no-[protected]) connection & i booked a cylinder many days ago. I went gas office to bring gas receipt/memo for bringinging a gas cylinder. Gas sylinder godown is far about 3 k.m.s from gas office. When i said them to give me my receipt,then they said today is not more...time is over....at that time,the time was only 12.00 p.m.sir,i want to know does office time or working hours only for 12.00 p.m? They misbehave with so many people and use slang language to customer if anybody protest about this. Sir ,i request you to see the full matter and solve the problem.

          i am vijikumar, working in icici bank. i got the new connection from thydiyalur branch. they are told to buy the gas stove on his shop.then only the are giving the gas conncetion. i want to the full detail on this regarding on this.

            Dear Sir,
            Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
            Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.
            Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
            Please improve upon services of your agents.

            I want to draw the kind attention towards the very very poor condition of SARASWATI GAS AGENCY in Nandgram, Ghaziabad.They are cheating with the customers and doing black marketing of cylinders as well.If someone takes a cylinder of 4.2 kg he gets 10 kg. water in it.I compaint this matter in gas agency but nobody is taking seriously it.Customers are suffering from harrasement of the gas agency.

            Hello Sir,

            Seems lot of people have complaints against Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad. Dont know if any one has taken any action againt them. In today's world wherein customer service is the prime focus. Yadu Gas reflects that they are no where near it.
            We all lead a busy life. To book a gas means a good entire day to keep calling them when no one picks if the bell rings at all & most of the time the three numbers are all busy.

            Even then one is not sure if you can get through them. Alright, you somehow manage to get through the customer care ( never mind how much efforts you made you get through the busy customer care people), one has to wait the entire weekend for the representative to come to deliver the gas. ( That's kindfull of Yadu gas for not expecting us to take a day off for taking the delivery).

            The gas that one gets is 5-6 kg less always. In our society, most of the people have the same complaint. I have called to log the complaint as well. What happens is nothing.
            I am a customer of indane and have been registed with maheshwari gas agency Madangir delhi (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . i am trying to book the gas since[protected]. but no one pick ups the phone, it is always busy, I am trying since last 3 days but nobody is responding. So tatal kalabazari is goin on...

            I am facing similar problems with M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Even the quantity of gas supplied is less; Earlier cylinder lasted upto35-40 days and now it finishes within 20days even though the consumption is less. When you complain to the agency they say take the cylinder afetr weighing but the delivery boy NEVER brings the weighing scale along.I am SHOCKED that despite somany ppl filing complaints, there is NO ACTION yet.

            I have gas connection from Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, D-33, Site -4, Sahibabad Induestry area, Ghaziabad and booked gas on dated 10/02/2009 and delivery given on 22/02/2009 on no of times telephonic calls.

            The above distributor has been deivered IBP-Cylinder on my home on dated 22/02/2009 being a Indane Customer and the same matter disussed with concerned agency employee Sh Chauchan.

            They has been assured that Indion Oil & IBP has been become joint venture so it is not a problem.

            So you are requested to concerned officer to kindly confirmed tell us about, is this true.

            Indane gas, Yadu gas agency, Ghaziabad — difficulty in booking through agency,

            It is next to impossible to book for gas on Yadu Gas agency. The two numbers are [protected], [protected].
            The agency encourages delivery of gas unauthorisedly through middlemen as that is often the only option available for consumers .
            And these cylinders given by the workers get over in less than 15 days and often in 10 days.
            In Delhi Indian Oil has provided sms service and helpline that is 24 hours there.
            That alone can end this.
            We are harassed and exploited by this gas agency knowingly or unknowingly .
            Kindly get Indian Oil to end this situation and take action against Yadu Gas for not responding to phone calls.
            This month in the first week we managed to contact Yadu on its number, the first time in five months, and the lady there suggested the number of the person who drops cylinders in our society. We got a cylinder from him and it is over in 18 days. This is despite the fact that there are only one adult and a child in the family.
            We have no way to contact the agency as the numbers remain busy all the time.
            Complaints are correct. Yadu's service is horribile. Their phones ae always busy. Many times I have made complaint to Indian Oil. But they don't take any action. There is noother Indane Distributor in Indirapuram Area . Per force we have to go to Yadu. God know's when Indian Oil will take some action against Yadu

            I wonder even if so many o[censored]s post complaints against Yadu Gas Agencies whether we could take any action against them or the web site could do anything against them. These people are surely having a free ride by taking us for a ride.

            I went to apply for my 2-cylinder transfer from Bangalore to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. After checking all documents, they asked me to get the photocopy of id proof. After getting it by hurrying to a "nearby" photocopying center and submitting the application, they ask me to come again on 11th with the documents citing there is no stock of regulators.

            They need not have asked me to run around to get the photo copy and to later ask me to come on 11th. I wonder why they cannot do the processing instead of making me run around to them on 11th?

            Don't we have any other Indane agencies serving this area? or everyone will provide the same harassment as these guys are doing?
            Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
            Please improve upon services of your agents.
            Also, I am calling continuously MrRajesh and Mr Yogesh since last 15 days, everyday they say today you will get the gas, but the result is 0.
            if it is possible for you to run the agency, leave it, but don't do nonsense

            Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2896030, 2896031, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036, 2895768 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill i have to try continuously last 20-25 days for booking a refill. But every time all above no's. busy... Here my request to please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

            the yadu gas agency sahibabad never picks phones of customers even we try to book gas cylinder 50 times but their employee never picks phones.
            I have a connection with the same agency (Yadu Gas Agency). From last one and half month I am waiting for the GAS refill to arrive. I have booked 24Hrs gas booking and also with the telephone operator twice and asked the delivery person. The delivery person said that the office has misplaced many slips so asked me to book one more time and I have been trying to call them for last 2 weeks either it is busy or the call gets connected to wrong number.

            Please take corrective action against the agency.

            I absolutely agree with this.. 200%. The same problem I am facing for last 4 years. I have decided to write to Indian Oil Corp. and CC it to Yadu Gas.

            Don't know what they do the whole day. You will find the phone rings and within a second when you redial the same no. again you will find the no. as busy again after couple of minutes you will find the phone ringing and no one taking the call and again after sometime the above situation is repeated. Are they been paid for only to make personal calls? which seems to be the case.

            I am the same sufferror. I had booked my cylinder on 12.11.2010 vide Confirmed booking no. 12552, connection no. 64908, but till date on 20.11.2010 its not delivered even after making call at Complaint cell 4 times. Whenever try to contact Yadu Gas agency firstly phone will be busy otherwise no one pick the phone. This process has to repeat for 7-10 days on every month when have to book the cylinder since last 1 and half year.

            Complaint cell everytime give the reason for late supply that supply from back is low. When we conatct to IOL authority they always said NO LOW SUPPLY from our end. I am surprise that if everybody is fine and supply is fine then what is the reason of late supply and poor service from Yadu Gas Agency.

            yadu indane gas agency sahibabad — less gas in cylinder

            I received less gas in the cylinder. In the past few months i have doubt about this as the cylinder got emptied earlier than expected.

            This time when they sent the supply, i asked him to do the weight of the cylinder in front of me. When he did the weight using his instrument, it came about 25 kg as opposed to 30kg. He took the cylinder back and brought a new one which weighted about 30 kg. But it looked like he tempered with the weight instrument, becuase when i purchased the new instrument myself and did the weight, the weight was 28kg and not 30 kg.

            Please suggest me how to tackle this in future. I am a lawyer by profession and i am thinking of sueing this agency in the court.

            One of the worst service experience you will ever had in life is the one Yadu Indane Gas gives you. It has become a normal routine for me to get a cylinder reffiled in black from outside beacuse the Customer care numbers either never connect and if by any chance I get lucky & my phone connects (after trying 100 or more times) the executives will not answer my call.
            The IVR number[protected] given to book online also does not connect
            The last option is booking through SMS on [protected] - even after sending several messages and waiting for 10-20 days I will not get my cylinder (I am aware of 21 days refill cycle).

            Does anyone in Yadu cares to deliver something to their customers in the name of services. Their helpline or escalation points even dont answer of does not connect.

            You need to try booking for almost 10-15 days. Sometimes computers are off & the manual booking is done and forgotten. Most of the times lines are busy. And nobody receives calls on the complaint nos. provided by the agency.

My surprise is no body is taking action against them, totally horrible.
            I have a gas connection with Yedu Indane Gas Service (D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad). It has been now one week i am calling Yedu Indane Gas Service, their numbers don't work, most of the times they are busy and when free no one picks up. I have tried 100 times in last one week and around 20 times nobody responded and 80 times it was busy. Its not one time, it happens everytime when we call to book for the refill cylendar.

            Now, the gas booking is automated but still the gas delivered is less then the weight specified. I got the cylinder. It was 5 Kg less in weight when I weighed it at my home. I went to replace the cylinder. The person delivering cylinder, gave cylinders twice, which were less in weight . The third cylinder, was fine with the weight but when I was going to put the cylinder in my car. In between, he switched the cylinder. I found the given cylinder less in weight and got replaced the cylinder at last . At last, I got the cylinder which was 30 Kg instead of 25 kg. My gas agency is Yadu gas agency supplying gas in Gaur Green, Indirapuram. Whey don't we get the right quantity, even though we pay the full price. Please check the issue of less weight cylinders.

                  Today morning i filled petrol at Kasthuri Agency (IOC Petrol Agent) at perambur (near rly station), to my surprise the salesman without punching the elect. board put the petrol pipe into my bike fuel tank and told me that he filled Rs.50 worth without my knowledge. The board didnt show the quantity or amount of petrol he put. So he cleverly at the blink of an eye cheated me. Myself and my father who was sitting behind me where shocked by this incident.

                  Beware while filling at this agency or any bunk.

                  Ensure the you open your fuel tank only when you are alert and after seeing the board for confirmation of the amount of petrol you put.

                    it is very unfortunate that gas companies like indane are completely sick as far as there service and customer service is concerned.i have beeen calling the number[protected] since more then a month and i have been experiencing a ridiculous response from the agents and the customer service.the lady agent who responds to this number needs to be told what proffessionalism is and how to behave with the customers because of whom the reputation of indane is being brought down.she hangs up on the consumers which is insulting when you are not even getting the lpg on time.please respond to it or probably i'll have to see the company executives in the consumer court. waiting for your response.

                        I am a consumer of M/S Anirudh Gas Sewa, Road No. 1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna Bihar, bearing consumer no.LT 4389, I have single cylinder. when I want to book for lpg refile after 15 days of previous booking date, they refuse and told after 21 days I booked. After 21 days today I want to book but they refuse to booked and told after 25 days booking start. I want to know that what is the rule of booking for LPG? I knew that there is no any rule for booking, it is only depend on my necessity but agency always harrass me in different ways. Please help me for booking of LPG or take legal action against such agency.

                            Please advise what is the time of booking of cylinder after taking the delivery. i.e. if ia get delivery on 8th Aug after how many days i can book cylinder for next turn.

                            Our dealer usally book cylinder after one month from the date of, As you aware one cylinder consume in 22 days, dealer is booking next cylinder after one month and it will take 2-3 more days in delivery from the booking date.

                            Now the actual gap of 8-10 days is more. these 8-10 days we are out of the LPG and we suffer alot is overcome this problen

                              NON DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER OF INDANE GAS THROUGH DAGAR GAS AGENCY IS ALWAYS LATE IN DISTRIBUTION OF GAS SUPPLY, AND DUE TO WHY WE ARE FACING SO MANY PROBLEMS. THIS GAS AGENCY HAS A VERY POOR SERVICE, THEY ARE DOING BLACK MARKETING OF CYLINDER. ALMOST ALL THE REFILLS ARE UNDER WEIGHT, SEALS ARE BROKEN AND NOT DELIVERED GAS ON TIME. PLEASE NOTE IT AND TAKE ACTION, I HAD BOOKED MY GAS NO. 2O DAYS AGO AND STILL I AM WAITING FOR THE REFILL CYLINDER,ONLY NOT ME BUT EVERY CUNSUMER OF DAGAR GAS AGENCY IS PUZZLED DUE TO THESE PROBLMS.IF ANYBODY THERE READING MY PROBLEM AND CAN SOLVE THIS THEN I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PLEASE INVESTIGATE SERIOUSLY, AND ON FINDING TRUTH IF THE SERIVCE OF DAGAR GAS AGENCY NOT FOUNDED RELIABLE, TERMINATE THEIR SERVICE FROM INDIAN OIL, AND GIVE CHARGE TO SOME HONEST GAS AGENCY SO THEY THE PEOPLE WOULD NOT SUFFER FROM THESE PROBLEMS IN FUTURE.

                                I am a consumer having C.No-827621 of bamleshwari gas agency,baloda bazar,
                                distt- Raipur (Chhattisgarh) pin 493331. It is their rule/practise that
                                a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery
                                of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we will try to book my cylinder
                                for new refill from last 21 days but they said always today is gas cylinder is not
                                availavle. when gas will come the i'll give you , i call after few days answer is
                                that again you are late gas cylinder is finished. what can i do please suggest?
                                That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 9+12 = 42 days. It is very unfortunate
                                to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. I do not know how a family
                                can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days.
                                I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for
                                looking into the matter.

                                I am also agree with above complains against Bambleshwari Gas agenesis Balodabazar, he and his management is not quit good there is following my observations
                                1. There is no phone booking facility.
                                2. There is no Home delivery.
                                3. At balodabazar you can easily get refill on Rs. 550.00 only from out source (these refill calendar also of Indene how is possible?
                                I am happy to get refill just in one day from Bambleshwari Gas Agency.

                                  AS WE HAD TO FILL FUEL AND AIR FOR OUR CAR TYRES. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE BOTH THE FACILITY. BUT AFTER FILLING THE FUEL. WE COULD NOT FIND THE AIR FILLER. INSTEAD THEY HAVE A PUNCHER SHOP. RUN BY LOCAL PERSON. WHERE AS THEIR AIR FILLING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING . THE BUNK OWNER COLLECTS SOME AMOUNT FROM THE LOCAL PUNCHER PERSON . HENCE HE HAS NOT REPAIRED THE AIR FILLING MACHINE. THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE BEHAVED VERY RUDE TO US. AS WE COULD NOT CHECK OUR CAR TYRE AIR. THIS BUNK( INDIAN OIL PETROL BUNK) IS AFTER HOSUR NH ROAD . ON THE WAY TO KRISHNAGIRI.

                                  Indian Oil — not providing air to vehicles

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am a routine visitor at Satya petrol pump at delapeer, Bareilly since last fifteen years. I humbly complain that they never provide Air for vehicle as a rule. kindly direct them to change their attitude for the same.
                                  Same with me. The IOC bunk at Venkatanarayana road, T.Nagar chennai is always understaffed and they never provide air / check the tyre pressure despite requesting for it multipe times on different occasions.

                                  Petrol Bunk — regarding petrol and air

                                  respected sir,

                                  i am ameer going to petrol bunk for filling of fuel in two wheeler in Simhachalam Devasthanam Service station and i have asked to fill four liter of petrol in in byke, then he started filling and other person (cash collector) demanded amount while filling in process when i put in my pocket to give amount he is stooped his meter at 3.15 liter . i have observer and asked his why you are stooped then he say sorry and filled remaining fuel.
                                  I have so many times observer this type of cheating to the petrol customers in that bunk.
                                  This bunk not maintaining air ? if any can asked strongly the bunk workers putting empty tube and say filling of your byke air is completed.
                                  please kindly take any action becoz many people are suffering but they are unable to complaint.

                                  Note : I am not fluent in English so please excuse my grammatical mistakes.

                                  I KINDLY INFORMING YOU THAT IN ALL PETROL BUNKS FUEL ARE FILLING LOW.FOR EXAMPLE IF WE ASK TO FILL FOR 100RS MEANS THEY ARE FILLING ONLY 99.80RS ONLY SIR. FOR ONE PERSON THEY ARE STOLING 20 PS. .SO MUCH OFF PROBLEMS OCCURING SIR.PLZ TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR THIS SIR.
                                  Similar problem is faced vvith consumers using the IOC petrol bunk (Sri Kalabyarava Service Center) near Hosakerehalli Ring Road. Request the concerned to do the needful.

                                      Sir, I am a Indane gas customer o[censored]merkote under Nawarangapur Dist. of Orissa. I have only one cylinder.Last time I was issued cylinder 2 1/2 months ago. Now the agent is telling that you will not be issued gas now. when I want to know, he says that, "you will be issued next cylinder after 2 months from the date on which you have asked for cylinder". It means for example, if I was last issued cylinder on 01.01.10 and I came to the dealer on 15.02.10 for cylinder then he will issue me next cyliner on 15.04.10 (after 2 months). when I asked to issue me second cylinder in my name he says you will be issued the same after 2-3 years. Further he says if you will pay Rs.3000/- then you will get spot delivery of a new cylinder. The dealer is doing monopoly & harassing people by selling cylinders to hotels and restaurants by charging higher rates because there is no other gas agencies in the area. Honest people are suffering because the dealer is a monetarily powerful in the area. You are requested to kindly enquire the reality by asking personally local indane customers and provide justice to innocent gas customers.

                                      Venkata Sai agencies - Indane gas dealer at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad never lifts the phone (BSNL line no. 23110572 and 23117678 as given in his receipts and also the IOCL website). We, consumers are having a hell of time wasted in tyring to book the refill over phone. Please request for updated phone numbers.

                                      I have a Gas connection Consumer No - IR 10513, Distributor's Name - K. P. Indane, Gamharia - 832108,

                                      further i want to add that,

                                      last night we came to know that gas cylinder supplied by the distributor is leaking while replacing the cylinder,
                                      when I tried the emergency number - [protected] & [protected], they were switched off, So i went to the Gas godown of the distributor and people over there misbehaved with me and asked me to come with the cylinder next morning.

                                        Hi I am Mahesh from Chennai. My Indian oil Customer id is 16178. I booked for a gas cylinder a month ago with a Indian oil dealer (RAJAMMAL GAS AGENCY ID No - 1072). It is supposed to get delivered in two weeks, but even after a month it is not got delivered. When ever we call the office to query, they give irresponsible answers and hung up the call rudely. I went to the office in person. The receptionist said gas is already handover to gas guy murugan to deliver it to us, but murugan didn’t delivered the gas even after a month. Both of our cylinders got empty and we buy food from outside. These people sell the gas illegally to the non Indian oil customer for extra money. They do this regularly. Every month we struggle and fight lot to get the gas delivered to us. Please some one take action to help people like us. It doesn’t happen only to me, most of the people in my area suffer due to these bloody culprits.

                                        I am the consumer of Indane gas and I would like to say that
                                        The owner of K.B Gas Service near gurdwara handiaya bazzar BARNALA(PUNJAB) phone[protected] is very rude and discourteous. first of all he ruled that cylander refilling after 45 days after this he forcedly give gas pipe rs.170/-, then he say which cylander no. give u next refiling time same cylander no. will return nessasry. there is also a major problam that he deliverd just 3 times in a week not at properly time. D.C barnala declaired him wrong but not take any action. From nagar panchayt handiaya[protected] also take action against kb gas agency on 27 march 08. this time he ruled that one snap of customer necessary to paste on his customer card. many duplicate customer cards issued by him.
