I was cheated at Laxmi Nagar Petrol Pump. The two attendants diverted my attention from the meter reading and the third suddenly stopped the pump and broght it to zero saying that the filling was complete.

I could observe that the petrol reading in the car did not move at all. Why Is Indian Oil Company allowing such malpractices ?

It is a regular habit of M/s. Subhlaxmi Indane, Bopal, Ahmedabad, who is the local Indane Gas Distributor that as and when a customer do book their Cylinder, they will give us a normal delivery time of 5 - 7 days time. CONSUMERS FORUM TAKES DISTRIBUTORS TO TASK

GUWAHATI,July29- The Consumers Legal Protection Forum (CLPF) has demanded immediate steps to repay the amount taken by the LPG dealers from the consumers against home delivery, in all those cases where consumers are made to collect their cylinders from the dealers godowns etc.
The CLPF said in a statement here that it been receiving complaints...

I am holding Consumer No.PLP-9455. Previously I was getting LPG supply from the Civil Supply H.P. Govt. Gas Agency,Palampur but they have refused to supply the gas and advised to me to book the same at Palam Gas Agency for the reasons not known.So that

on 14/04/10 i hhav had given application for second cylinder.at that time they replied to come after couple of month...
when visited the agency they told me there is no stock....
