very good after noon
i have booked a refill on[protected], consumer no. 64678 in the name of mr. dharam das agrawal, fort road, macchardani, rewa (m.p.) at Popular Indane Gas Service Bus Stand, Rewa. but till date it has not been supplied to me. for this i have gone many time there at agency, but they do not proper reply or not proper responce, it is matter of sorrow that after 20 days a refill can not supply to customer...

i have booked two cylinder refill on[protected] consumer no. 5474 & 5851 in the name of chandra bai & Rajkumar motwani, rewa (m.p.) at Popular Indane Gas Service Bus Stand, Rewa. but till date it has not been supplied to me. for this i have gone many time there at agency, but they do not proper reply or not proper responce, it is matter of sorrow that after 22 days a refill can not supply to customer...
pls talk papular indane gas service & solve the rewa city problem

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I would like to bring to your notice that I have a gas connection from gas agency called K-2 in Sarita vihar, the compliant is that firstly their landline nymbers are not easily accessible, when ever we go and make teh booking the staff is generally unfriendly and arrogant. secondly they tell the customers that the gas would be booked only after 30 days whereas i belive that the norm is 21 days. thridly their cylinders dont last upto the expected duration. Recently I got a cylinder we just lasted for 15 days but still weighed heavier than the empty cylinder, so i found out that the cylinder is filled with water. The cylinder is with me and i am going to mark the cylinder with "water inside "remark. Moreover when ever we ask for deliver of cylinder by hand if we go to there office they will tell that they dont have cylinders but just a few yards away you can get the cylinder from their deliver boy in black.

    Please pass on my compalint to relevant people so that corrective action can be taken.

      Sir,
      I smt. Beli dey Consumer No. 33228 booked on 30.8.10 for a LPG cylinder with their booking no. 27611 with M/S Gas And Novelties, 176 G.T Road, Serampore and they assured delivery after 1 week and thereafter on enquiry with them, it was stated that the cylinder was delivered but returned by the delivery boy which is their common practise to cheat consumers like us. Further, as was approached to deliver, it was advised to book again which they always take recourse for black marketting. Kindly assure delivery against this booking no. 27611 to spoil their unethical practise.

      i have booked an lpg gas cylinder on 05/04/2011 with RECIEPT No. 1430 at ARUNIT INDIAN DISTRIBUTOR, D.B. road SAHARSA, Bihar, Phone Number of the agency is[protected], 226528 which is not making the home dliveries of gas cylinder even after 46 days of booking the gas cylinder which is very irresponsible.
      even the phone numbers which were mentioned above are not working properly and i am just not getting any response from the agency in this regard. i kindly request you to take some serious action in this regard so that not only me but all the people of our locality get relief from this problem.

          I booked my gas on 24 / 07/ 2010 and i got the booking number 11955 and i still waiting for the gas. whenever i call to the gas agency they says to me that i will get the gas on next day. I hope the you can take some strong action againt this gas distributors who sell this gas cylinder in the black market. please

My second cylinder is also finished on 16/09/2010 . The T R Gas Agency Mattannur Kannur is not at all responding for the phone calls also.               Dear Sir, I have Indane gas connection 128964 in Mysore. The connection is with Lotus Indane gas agency which is in metagalli,Mysore City. Eventhough we booked the cylinder on 13th of September, initially they told it will be delivered by 15th september. But till today we haven't received even we followed many times with them.Staff is very bad. Please look into this matter,.

                I have lost LPG indane gas papers while shifting house, No. 23563, T, ghanshyam singh, swapna enterprises, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad. my father expired and i want to transfer into my name, the gas agencies asking papers to transfer and there is no adhar link and not availing gas subsidy.

                In this regard, i request you to issue duplicate gas papers.

                I have lost my passbook/copy while giving my aadhar/bank record. The dealer is asking for DDR. please guide me whether DDR is compulsory as I am having ally original documents with me.

                I had applied for transfer of gas connection. I was out of city for 1 year so I could not get the connection transferred. when i returned I could not find the papers but I have a scanned/xerox copy of transfer document.
                Now, the new gas agency ( to which the transfer is to be done) is denying giving the connection. They have asked me to get a duplicate copy of exchange papers.
                And, the old gas agency (from where the connection needs to be transferred) is denying duplicate copy saying they can issue only one letter.

                Request your help in this regard.

                  Indian Oil Corporation / INDANE GAS, — Non Supply of Gas Cylinder

                  Dear Sir'
                  I Swapan Kumar Dutta has booked one cylinder on 17th July, 2009 but till date the distributor has not supplied the Gas Cylinder. Details I am giving below regarding the distributor's name address :-
                  Distributor's Name - Oraon Gas Distributor
                  Address - Pustak Bhawan Complex, Court Road, Ranchi-834001, Jharkhand
                  Several times telephonicaly I have requested them for supply of gas cylinder, every time they used to say that gas will be supplied within 2 to 3 days, but all in vain and the result is till today (i.e. 29.08.2009 ) I have not received any gas cylinder. Now my second cylinder is also exhausted on 28.08.2009 & I have taken loan from my neighbor on the condition that I will return the full cylinder after receipt. Today when I went to Distributor for booking of second cylinder Mr.Abhijeet Banerjee of Oraon Gas Distributor has refused to book and told that cylinder will be supplied to my residence on 30.08.2009 and after 10 days he will book.
                  Now I request the IOL to look into this matter seriously and must take action against the Distributor.

                    I am a customer of Indian gas services .i want to complaint about the timing of the official workers,when we enter in the office it is written that the working hours are 8am to 8pm.
                    But by doing some inquiry i found that the officials report to office at 10 am,so i want to know why is it so?
                    If you have written the time at 8 am you must report at 8 am otherwise write the timings from 10 am to 8pm .

                          mother dairy vegetable booth 903 — overcharging

                          The motherdairy booth operator in 903, Arjun Marg DLF Gurgaon is cheating the public. The unit prices of items are deliberately not fed in the machines. These are typed in each time. This gives plenty of scope to the operator to overcharge. When it is detected, he immediately tears up the bill mumbling sorry sorry. Most of the time we do not have the correct unit price to compare. He particularly targets old ladies, servants, illiterate people. Also people buying many items are his targets because he can easily overcharge in 3 or four items. The concerned authorities have been told but no action is taken.

                          Indane Gas Cylinder Refilling — Gas Booking

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I have booked a cylinder for my domestic gas connection against consumer no.VK14412 registered with M/S Vasant Kunj Gas Agency, Chhatarpur New Delhi, Ph No.[protected],[protected], on last Saturday morning i.e.[protected], but till today[protected] it has not been delivered provided several request on 05-08-09 and 07-08-09 in the morning at around 11.00 am and 4.30 pm.

                          After several conversation with Ms Usha, all the times she promised to deliver the refilled cylinder the same day but with no positive result. All most a week gone but all the time she is saying, "The cylinder must be delivered today." But it is a false promise.

                          Hence, I would like to request you to take necessary action against the Agency or the person assured with false promise/s.

                            We hereby are highly upset due to non time delivery of Home Gas Cylinders, Our Gas agency i.e. Victory Gas Service, Pilani Dist-Jhunjhunu Rajasthan India is very rude to all customers, we have booked many times our cylinders but every time from there side they make excuses that your address is not matching,, In fact our address is 100% correct,
                            It happens because the authorised Dealer sells the Gas Cylinders in black Market,, on a double price of the Cylinders

                              I am having Indane Gas Connection (Customer No. TC-04070 ) with M/s Jayant Gas Service, B-24, Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. My gas cylinder got empty in the morning at 6.30 AM and there was a smell in the new cyclinder at the time of installation. I immediately tried to contact the emergency numbers (Mob.[protected], 25080458,[protected] provided in the Cash Memo by the abovesaid agency. It was an utter surprise for me that both the landline numbers were not picked up by anyone and the person available on mobile, Gopi gave us another number (Mob.[protected]) for complaint. I have been trying to contact the new number since then but all in vain. Then I tried to contact Gopi's number but it was switched off. Finally, I contacted Gopi at 8.30 AM and he confirmed me that their person will visit within two hours i.e. arount 10.30 AM.

                              I am shocked and surprised if this is the attitute of the Gas Agency Emergency Cell to the customer who are in dire need of their services.

                              Hope u must do the needful in the matter and also try to improve the services o[censored]r Emergency Cell.

                                leakage in the cylender and trying tel no.[protected],2291228 from the morning and no one is picking up the phone to take the complaint. Due to this negligence there may some drastic happening can happen. You are requested to take the complaint to stop this leakage.

                                  delay in delivering the cylindars to the poor customers. unauthentically Selling the cylindars for higher prizes.

                                  I've registered for my cylindar on 3rd September, 2010. and my consumer number with Saravana Gas Agency, Perungulathur is, 25442. today is 16th september, 2010. 3:45 pm. I just rang up to them and a lady attended and rudely said, go lodge complaint wherever you can. we will send you only after another three days time.

                                  The anoying thing with that agency is, they accept refil registration only after 21 days from the delivery day. Even though many high officials were telling in publick as such a duration is not required.

                                  I wonder who is the liar here?

                                  will it be any use in typing all my stressy complaints here?

                                  Is there anyone going to take any action against that fraud agency?

                                  The guy in the petrol pumb(2nd petrolpumb from ggn bus stand to Iffco) was really rude and started shouting for change... He did not accept the card payment nor informed in advance.

                                  Moreover he filled the petrol to those bikers who were without halmet.
                                  Not only this he gave petrol in bottles to consumers inspite of telling this to the manager he laughed and ignored me.

                                    We are the consumer of M/s Karuna Gas Agency (Indian Oil Corp. Distributing Agency), Surendra Nagar, Nagpur. The refill for gas cylinder was booked on 1.09.2010. It is not yet delivered. The agency does not respond to phone calls for request for the cylinder. It has been a kind of mental harassment of the consumers, specially the old age people.
