I am consumer of Indane LPG. Name of the distributor is M/s Omkar Indane, Kundalwadi, Tah. Biloli, Dist. Nanded Maharashtra.My consumer No. is 3547.

I am to state that service of the said agency is very poor. The gas agency don't have their own delivery van. The concerned clerk/delivery boy of the said agency does not make entry as regards refill order and date of delivery and extorts excess charges up to Rs.50/- from consumers under pretext of home delivery charges. No cash memo/ receipt in respect of cylinder refill is issued to the consumer. Said gas agency does not provide prompt mechanic service.

You are, therefore requested to look into the matter.

We are not recieving the Cylinder even after booking for one and half month before may be the fault with the service centre or with the delivering boy's.
Our service comes under Ghatkesar area and our address is 2-4-391,B.N.Reddy Nagar,Cherlapally-51.
Please take necessary action.

we are not receiving the cylinder after 21 days,they take 21 days to book and supply is more than 9 days.if iam asking to them they are saying to me the load was late to them.i do know whether the mistake was done by the gas agency or ioc
i will need the proper solution for this

My Gas agency details are as below, my Consumer # is 7828.

Name: Banjara Gas Agency.
Contact Numbers: 23744786,23734442
Address: My Home Mount View Appartments, Yousuf Guda - 500073.

These people do not pick the phone, after many many attempts from our side, If they pick it up they will just disconnect in seconds without any response. Can anybody let me know proper channel to SUE these people.
