non supply of refill cylinder after booking two weeks

My consumer number is 5911. It is understood that the nearby indane gas agency ie ELA GAS , NOIDAwho was my refill supplier was looked out recently. I was asked by the Area Manager Indane Gas to book cylinder with Kasana gas agency at phone number 25611260,2322228/9. Accordingly I booked the refil cylinder on 26.10.2009. However, no response from the agency so far. I contacted the area manager office over phone. Please do the needful urgently....

Leakage in cylender

I am an Indane LPG consumer with regn no. 649 at 313/13-D, Inderlok, Delhi-110035. The cylender supplied by my distributor Kirti Gas Agency, Kanhaiya Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi-110035, Ph. 27393570 is leaking and the attendant who checked it, replaced the washer and assured to change the cylender by evening of[protected]. But till date, even after repeated requests my leaking cylender has not been replaced....

delay in supply of LPG cylinder

sir,
My consumer not. 23486.
I am attached to M/s. Virgas, Ganapathy st. West Mambalam. Chennai.33.
I booked for my refill cylinder on 08-10-09.
Till date ie 27-10-09 the cylinder has not been supplied.
I personally called on them today. They assured supply by this evening which has not happened
till now 6.50 pm.
They have been supplying the refills within a week regularly.

Poor or no service

My consumer No. is 8895 . Iam a consumer of ARJUN ENTERPRISES , MUNIRKA NEW DELHI .
My problem is that the agency provides VERY POOR OR SOMETIMES NO SERVICE .

1.When I call them to book gas they do not pick up the the phone .
2.They even do not deliever that cylinder which i book through CENTRALISED BOOKING.
3.Delivery boy do not comes with weighing machine.
4.Cylinder not comes full.
