My name is K.Suresh Kumar My wife is an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Vatsala Gas Agency,Natesh Nagar, Virugambakkam, chennai 600 092. . My consumer number is 19618. I booked for a refill on 04/11/2009 that is after 28 days of a cylnder supplied.when I book for refil the agency people said will take 10 daysand they did not get their supply. but till date ie. on[protected] they have'nt delived the cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they are repeating the same answer (after 10 days) and they dint get their supply.

Now our both cylnders are exhausted.We are facing hell a lot problems.

But in the Media the Representative from Consumper protection council ,Indianoil,Bharat Petroleum ,Hindustan Petroleum says there is no such delay.

So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.

Indian Oil — Non- supply of refill cylinder of Indane Gas

I have booked a refill cylinder on 2nd June 2008 with agency responsible to supply gas (Presently located in Chhend area of Rourkela). Though more than 7 days have passed the supply of gas could not be done. My consumer ref no. is 01227. Please help.
* How can i book my refill on line
* when can i book my refilling after first filling and when i am likely to get my gas
hello Sir,

I am mohamed Ibrahim from Choolai medu.. we get gas from the agencies Called Sri Guruvayurappan Services(Gangai Amman Koil Street). Our customer number is 32536.I have no words to scold them.. Because of their worst attitude and carelessness of customer. Last month i had very bad experice with Guruvayurappan Serive.Syaing even after the due date I was not getting my cylinder even i am eligible to have two cylinders. They simply said It is not available. we fed up of having that answer. They normally take 15 days for the delivery. But this time they took more than 26 days. we all sufferred in our house with out Gas.. They dont even pickup the calls If we try to book thorough telephone.. And no response at all if they go directly and complient about it..

The point is when there is other agencies are supplying gas before 15 days why this Agencies is not able to deliver in time?


Please consider this complient and take necessary action against Sri Guruvaurappan Services.

    The gas cylinder is booked in the name Mr.T N Subramaniam, customer no. 40930 (Hosur gate, Bangalore) The cylinder was booked on 02/11/09 and delivered on 12/11/09 that too after so many follow ups. The person who delivered the cylinder demanded Rs 380/-. Upon asking he gave a bill of Rs.325/-, which is the regular cylinder charge. He took Rs.55/- as transportation charge. Pls let me know is it that we need to give the transportation charge too and in that case why are we getting any bill for it. When asked the agency they said there is no transportation charge. Pls take neccessary action. If I shout or deny in giving him extra money then next time onwards he wont deliver the cylinder on time. I request you to look into the matter seriously as almost all o[censored]s are facing this kind of problem.

      I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s.M.V.Enterprises, No.16A, N.M.Road, Avadi, Chennai – 600054.

      I have booked for gas cylinder on[protected], but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till 05.11.2009. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to The Indian Oil Corporation Customer Care. After which I received my cylinder on[protected].

      But, the bill which I received was dated on[protected]. The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

      The same inconvenience has occurred to many other consumers in the same area. Their Name and consumer number has been sent along with their signature through registered post to the Indian Oil Corporation Office, Chennai.

      I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

      I have been the customer for Indian Oil Corporation for LPG Domestic Gas Cylinder from the distributor M/S Sahni Gas Agencies at Budh Bazar, Geeta Colony, Delhi - 110031 having connection no 19729 and they denied the Booking for the Gas Cylinder on 11 January 2010 and the management stated that same can be done after 25 days and on asking of such Company guidelines an abrupt and immoral statement made was that "the booking for normal customer starts after 21 days and to those who further black is 25 days".

      On taking the complaint to the Owner he didn't responded and i failed to understand the service rules and treatment to the customer. The harassment is very common on this agency and they have no criteria for taking the grievances from the customer.
      The Agency name is Sabharwal Gas Agency, Budh Bazar, Geeta Colony Delhi 110031 in instead of Sahni Gas Agency

      I'm a consumer of IOL Ltd. through Fancy Cook Gas Agency...3/1 Sadhanhari

      From last 3/4 mnths.the agency takes 20-25 days to deliver a cylinder.
      Every time they said"the cylinder will be delivered within 15days.But every time
      it becomes over 20 days, and another problem is that ---, they start booking for a
      new one after 20 days of each delivery.
      That means it will take (20+20)=40 days for one cylinder.But another agency
      of the same (IOL Ltd) has no problem at all. They deliver the cylinder within 7 days.
      How dose it possible??????????
      Plz. Kindly look after the matter and do the needful...

When ever I have been trying to contact, the phone of thr distributor remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. . But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 2901693) . Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. And some time they delay vwry much for booking and delivering the gas. For example on the date of[protected] i have book the cylinder but till now they have not delivered the gas(i.e is[protected]. So, sir this is not happening for the first time (for last 1 yrs) and sir, the process of deliverying the gas is after the 21 days from the date of issue according to the rule but they are always delaying and giving the gas after 10 - 15 days .

      I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

      I am registered with Dagar Gas Service, Sector -3, Rohini. ihave have not received the refill even after 10days of my booking, I register my booking for refill thru online booking system after 10 days but when i enquire on 09/02/2010, I was informed that the gas is not booked & they booked again on 09/02/2010, Buit even after that i have not received the refill even today dated 13/02/2010. the delay is very common, it takes more than one week to get refill. Please do the needful

I have have not received the refill even after 17 days of my booking, I register my booking for refill thru online booking system on 12.3.2010 and 20/3/2010 respectively, but when I enquire on 26/03/2010, I was informed that the gas is not booked & they booked again on 26/03/2010 with Complaint No. 4990, Buit even after that i have not received the refill even today dated 29/03/2010. the delay is very common, it takes more than three week to get refill.         I got home delivery of refill booked on 23.10.2009 with M/S Abhil Indane, Rohtak (Haryana) Agency code 104468. Not supplied till date. Phone no. remains un attended. Personally visited on 30.10.09, 4,6,8 and 11.11.09 every time a new date is fixed with excuse 'Pichhe Se Gas Nahi Aai' kindly help in ractificationof system.         Indane LPG — Non supply of refill

        The LPG cylinder refill was booked on 24.7.08 but still not supplied.

        I am a customer with Maa Mangala Indane, Bhubaneswar. My consumer no. 81. I have bookd my lpg refilling on dated 07/12/2010. The distributer assigned me sr no.806 and promised me to suppaly the refill withine seven days. From 16/12/2010 on wards every day the employ of the distributer gives me falls assurance to suppaly the cycinder. Since 22/12/2010, they promising me to supplay the lpg on the same day. Till date I have not get my lpg. Please look in to the matter and slove my proble.

        Sir,

        I am consumer of Indane LPG with consumer number 38164. Distributor is M/S Super Gas, Vadamadurai, Coimbatore - 34.

        Every time they supply after 20 days from the date of booking only. Of late I booked refill on 17.02.2011 vide order number 5449. They have made the bill on 01.03.2011 and supplied only on 05.03.2011.

        When I approached for re booking on 24.03.2011, they told I can do booking only on 26.03.2011 and they told they have taken advance booking and given order number 1706 assuring supply by 10 days. But till date they have not supplied the refill.

        On 07.04.2011 I approached for refill and they abruptly replied it will take another 4 to 5 days to supply the refill.

        Then I approached the Gas Complaint cell through phone number[protected] and the the person attended the phone call assured that, he will ensure supply immediately. But to my surprise I have not yet received the refill. This is for your information and necessary action to regularise the suply.

          Phone of the agency Abhil Indane, situated in Rohtak (Haryana) agency code 104468 remains un attended. Every time I have to send some one in person to get the refill booked. I got refill home delivery booked on 23.10.09 under registration number 6150. No delivery of refill is given despite repeated visits. Before this time also he delivered the home delivery after 2 months. I doubt the LPG refill are being sold through black marketing. A thorough investigation is requested.

          LPG — Inordinate delay in home deliveryof LPG refill

          Got booked home delivery refill of LPG on 5.11.2009 with M/S Pargati Gas Service, New Railway Road Gurgaon. The Agency told that gas would be supplied within five days. After five days, inquired for refill, again gave another date and so on but no supply till today with excuse 'AAge se nahi aa rahi'. Kindly arrange supply and oblige.

            dear sir
            my consumer no. is OGD-16009 at ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR at RANCHI (JHKD) for LPG GAS.
            he is regularly delaying in making delivery of gas for e.g-
            gas booked on 18/08/09 received on 05/9/09
            19/09/09 received on 09/10/09
            28/10/09 - NOT RECEIVED YET
            inspite of our regular complaint ( verbal and written) no action had yet been taken by the dealer.
            hoping for an immediate and positive action in the matter with aa intimation to me.

              I am K Srinivasa Rao from Howrah my Indian Gas Dealer "ALLADIN" Andul Road, Howrah regarding issue of 2nd Cylindar till now I am not receiving any Indian GAs 2nd Cylinder due his delay & Blocked, why because they are not receiving my request letter since 2006. He is told you are in quee so no need to any request letter for 2nd cylindar, but he never take my letter I am request to him my son age is 3 Years and also I am non locla please consider my request.

                    i the consumer of M/s MUNDA GAS SERVICE the indane gas distributor of sambalpur (ODISHA)
                    my consumer no - 1041 is harrased with the service of the gas agency. and finally they had transfered my consumer card to another office without giving any reason ., when i asked the reason they refuse to tell and just said that due to lot of customer they had transfered the card.
                    When i asked the number of there senior officers they refuse to tell the number.
                    And after that went to the other office were my consumer card had been transfered they refuse to book the gas , they asked me to give the original documents ,id proof certificate etc etc.
                    so my request is to let me know the reason of transfer and if the company had transfer my card than why they r asking for documents .

                    STRICT ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS DISTRIBUTOS AND THERE LICENSED SHOULD BE CANCELLED.

                      hello, i have a connection of indane gas with connection no 12918 from last approx 15 years. but now when we booked the cylender then agency person told us that this connection already running with any other person. i don't know how it is happen. I want to know that wthout my id proof and address proof the agency person how issued new gas copy to other person.

                      hello, i have a connection of indane gas with connection no __________ from last approx _____ years. but now when we booked the cylender then agency person told us that this connection already running with any other person. i don't know how it is happen. I want to know that wthout my id proof and address proof the agency person how issued new gas copy to other person.
                      How to get process of ownership change indian gas connection ?// can you help me???...

                        Iam from Chennai. We have put new cylinder 3 days ago..its smelling very badly. We have been continuously trying to call all the available telephones.. either the phone keeps on ringing or its engaged. By luck if anyone picks up they say we will send the person. There no use of any emergency phone no. as it is never picked. The service is worst to the core.

                        The statutory details are:

                        Name of the agency : Bharati Gas Service

                        I had given a complaint at the IOC service cell nos. 24339236 and 24339246 to one Mr Sanjivani
                        Also the compalint was given at the Gas Agency nos. 25352935,25354798 and 25356142.
                        But all in vain as till no one has turned up.

                        Who is to be held responsible if any mishap occurs.

                        I request to authorities to kindly take it seriously.. and ensure that the service person reaches our home before evening... sharp 5 every body will walk away from the office.

                        This is very disguisting.

                        Pls take some action immediately.. before we are forced to take some stringent action.

                        LPG Cylinder — Leakage

                        I wish to state that I have registered my complaint for leakage on 02.09.2007 with your authorised distributor M/s Mohanil Gas Service IIT Gate, New Delhi. i have been making regular complainnts since then but no action has been taken.

                        Indane LPG — Leakge of cylinders

                        The concern is that the most of the cylinders supplied are found to be suffering from minor to major leakage. The person carrying these cylinders opens the cap put his thumb on the nozzle for a while, removes it and tries to assure that there is no leakage. I wonder such a BIG company do not design/provide a small (ballooning) instrument to check the leakage in cylinders.

                        Another height is that your dealer in Kurukshetra (Haryana) does not provide
                        any emergency phone number which could be informed/contacted in case of any eventuality.

                        Indane LPG — Leakage of Gas

                        My Customer ID for Indane LPG is 'RM-1092'. I have made online booking for the supply of LPG on 14.08.2009, the same has been delivered on 18.08.2009. It is to inform that there is leakage of gas from the delivered LPG even if the cylinder is sealed. It is therefore, requested that the same may please be replaced with new one.

                        BHARTI GAS SERVICE/LPG GAS — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

                        I HAVE BOOKED ON 21.09.2009 THERE REFERENCE NUMBER7610 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT DELIVERY FROM THEM WHENEVER I ENQUIRY THEY SAY IT WILL COME TOMORROW

                        The LPG cylinder has huge gas exit when the regulator is removed. Complaint to the dealer has not yielded any result for abt 24 hours.

                          i am 70 years old widow women living alone in Itarsi. Garima Gas Agency in itarsi has stop my booking he said that gas connection is your husband name and you have to change the name, in this connection there are so many difficulty and i can not go anyware because of my health. but garima gas agency is selling the so many cylender in open market on black and i have to also purchase the cylender on black. Garima Gas Agency Itarsi behaves is so rude and careless.

                            I have an gas connection with Trimurti Gas Service DDA Market Vikas Puri New Delhi 18.The gas was booked some 15 days back . after 10 days of booking the cylinder was sent when we went out
                            from house onlly for 30 minutes and after that 6 days have passed and neither the phones are atteded as whenever we phone both their No,s give busy tone while I have tried continously for 2 hours a day It seems they have kept the phone off the hook so that it always gives busy tone.There phone Nos are 28547346 and 28544262 and you can try your self.My connectio No is SGC-8470

                              sir, i am trying to book my gas cylinder on phone no[protected]/04 of klher gas service agency ludhiana from last 15 days the phone was put on hold by them...........then i called the manager of the agency on his mobile no [protected] and requested him to book my gas but he refused to do so. when io sent my servant to their agency to book the gas the people at the agency says that the home delivery gas will be booked only on phone and refused to booked. i have got last refill cylinder on 30/09/2009.my connection no is KS5584.

                                Booked On 3.10.2009 and The Booking No.was alloted as 573. But the Gas cylinder was not received Till Date i.e 7.11.2009.Through repeated reminders the Gas agency assured the Cylinder will be reached on 7.11.09.But It was not received yet. I think the priority is violated by the gas agency and they are not willing to reveal the priority No. which they have supplied today.This kind of irresponsible action is not fair and it will affect the good name and service of" Indane". So please take immediate necessary action to get my Gas Cylinder as soon as possible.

                                Indane Gas — Non receipt of Gas in proper timings

                                We are residing in Prakash Nagar, Tirunindravur. We booked for gas on 24th of november 2009 in Sri Srinivasa Gas Agencies, Tirunindravur and our booking no. is 15121. But we have not recevied any cylinder up to date and i made a call today ie on 05.12.09 they are telling, since no stock of cylinders they are not in a position to supply the cylinders to the customers. 3 to 4 days delays are accepted and for the past 6months there is no proper receipt of cylinders, without a delay of even 20 days and also there reponse level is also so high. Each and every time we are facing the same problem. Aslo if we are booking after 21days they ae asking us to book the cylinder after 30 days. Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful to the public.

                                  Have a connection with consumer No 5705 with M/s Illa Gas Agencies , Cylender booked on 12-10-09 but not deliver but I visited the place I found that the Illa Gas Agency, Sector 93, Noida , U.p has sealed now I have to re booked the cylender with M/s Kasna Gas Agencies, Kasna , Greater Noida , U.P and I followed the same and the booking was made on[protected] and It was told by booking agencies that the cylender will be deliver by a day or two but after repeated follow up cylender is not delivered .

                                  Have a connection with consumer No 17998 with M/s Vedi Gas Agencies, Cylender booked on 24-01-11 but not deliver but I visited the place I found that the Vedi Gas Agency, Kartal Nagar, Delhi-110053, It was told by booking agencies that the cylender will be deliver by a day or two but after repeated follow up cylender is not delivered and not received my phone.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I requrest you to say that, it is very pathetic situation now to GAS booing and receining of GAS cylinder on time in Correct weing. I ravi verma subscribed with M/s SAHAJ ENTERPRISES, GALI NO -3, GOVINDPURI, KALKAJI-19 from last 10 years. It is very difficult to write but its very horrble situation while bookin of GAS due to NOT pickingup the phone by customer care executive, if picked up not responding in good manner, If gas has been booked finaly, the GAS cylinder has not to be delivered on time and if delivered never found GAS in correct weight. At last, I am mentioning complain againt GAS Theft and no proper response from GAS agency incharge / Manager. I have already complained to agency manager regarding theft of GAS but no any action found against the vendor and they advised to receive GAS after correcting the weight but there no weighing scale having with vendor.

                                    Really it is very pathetic and difficult to handle the situation. The most irritating act is that not pickingup phone by customer care attendents and not taking positive response by them for any complain.

                                    Again you are requested to care on the situation and do the clean acation agints the THEFT OF LPG GAS which was booked and paid full of money by we customer.

                                    Myself Ravinder kumar having indane gas connetion with consumer id 1993
                                    i had booked complaint for refilling of cylinder on date 16 jan 2011and after 27 days passed on date 13 feb 2011, attendant has came to my residence and found no body was there. After thet 4 or 5 times telephonically talk or even personaly met at office but no remedial action has been taken till date.
                                    So requested for n/a please.

My existing IOC indane consumer number of M/s Chittoorappan gas agencies, Edayakunnam, Ernakulam district, Kerala is 9533. In 27 June 2007 I have booked for an addtional gas cylinder at M/s Super Gas agencies, Elamakkara, Ernakulam -as on those days they were my agency. They have given me a waiting list priority number W.L. No 2382. Few months ago all ioc gas connection in my area shifted to M/s Chittoorappan Gas agencies. I have not yet received the applied additional cylinder sanctioned. From some reliable sources I came to know that all those who have applied before june 2009 have got their additional cylinder.
