Sir,
There is a gas agency operated by name Sub-Area gas agency 92 Andaman road garhi cantt which does not provide home delivery of gas cylinder they provide cylinders on booking which is done manually and booking by phone is not provided. Customers are directed to take their cylinders still they do not give rebate of Rs 8 as stipulated under IOC guidelines the agency collects about 40 to 50 thousand rupees per month by this and where they are spending this amount is never shared with customers. Is IOC has given special permission to this gas agency to disallow rebate.

We pick up the slander from the distributor go down and he charge Rs. 312/- from us . There is no home delivery.

    sir,
    this is to bring into notice that one of your distributor of indane oil gas, M/S Netaji gas agency, nedumangadu is violating the general code of conduct in the distribution of LPG. the firm is in all forms acting against the common rule of business. a sum of rupees 2 is levied on the customer as "phone charges" per booking. despite of this they are not at all supplying the gas as per schedule. the delivery is always pending ,and as and when they wish. in addition to this the behaviour from their part when enquires are made over the telephone is adverse. especially when the womens are calling to know about the delay of the gas. so i request you to take this matter seriuosly into your notice and take evasive action against such rude behaviour from the part of the firm.

    sir, i have booked my gos on 26/10/10. on that day they told that he will book on 3/11/10 and the gas will be supplied on 18/11/10. yet today i have not recevied gas when i contact netaji gas agency, he has given me a mobile no. [protected] and that person told to contact [protected]. when i asked about delivery, he told that giving only additional Rs. 2 on delivery gas. if you will give Rs.10 then only i will delivery told by gas delivery man. i want to know in which rules it is coming to give Rs 10 additional? has you given power to rush with consumer. every time we are facing the problem on delivery time.

      Dear Sir,

      I am an Indian Oil Corporation GAS consumer. My subscriber No is: 6029 and my Gas Agency's Name and Telephone No are : M/S DWARKA GAS, Raja Puri, Near General Motor Car Show Room, Dwarka Sector -5, Main Najaf Garh Road, New Delhi - 110045. Tel No;[protected]. I use to receive regular supplies till last month (Oct/09) Thereafter I am not supplied any Gas and on enquiry I am being told on telephone that families which are having pipe gas connection IOC will not supply gas. And as such suppliy has been stopped.

      However the pipe gas connection from IGL is given for ONE (SEALED) POINT ONLY in the kitchen. and there is no scope for additional conncetion. Therefore for gadgets like Gas Water Heater, Indian Oil Corporation GAS is the only option. So kindly look in to it and resume supplies.

        Respected sir,
        I am a regular consumar of Indian oil LPG(domestic) . From last 3 years we have fall in a great probleam of eragular gas service of LP gas which is conducting by local gas distributrs and suppliers which name is "Baba lokhnath gas service" which is locate at "Madhan mohan para, ward no 11. Po. Dinhata, Dt.cooch-behar,Pin. 736135. Since 3 years they are illegaly dristribute LP domestic gas so that reson we have sufferd a great cricis of domestic gas and there is involved so many brockers. we book our LP gas after the 15th days of delivery and get them refilled after all most 2 mounths. this creats a horrible situation that that we have to buy Cilinders in black from brockers which costs Rs. 500 to 700. And the outher problems is if we want to get another a new connection of LP Gas they are showing the brockers also. If we want to get any information about LPgas they are not speak to us and if they are open ther mouth they use slang language.

          Sir,
          I have single cylinder issued to my connection, I want it to be DBC. The agency is just postponing by saying that they can't make it.

          Also they deliver the cylinder after 15 days of booking. Now at the end of my only cylinder where should i go.

          I think this is cheating. Either you issue the cylinder as soon the only one goes out or issue the second cylinder against my connection.

          My indane Gas Regn no. is 11206/ Maa Karni Indane, Makrana (dist: nagour)

          Indane Gas — Can't Get Full Cylinder

          I am a consumer of Indian Gas. And I can't get full cylinder to till dated. I have made many complaints on this matter but no action has been taken to till date. And I am getting 3-4 kg. gas less. But our agency says we can't stop it. Our gas Agency is Verma Gas Agency, in Mandawali, Delhi - 92 and my consumer No. is 869, with the name of my father Mr. Sannam Bharti.

          I am having one Indane domestic gas connection and we have to book the refill of the as cylinder with our registered mobile no. It is really shocking that I have not booked any refill but the company sent me the SMS mentioning that the gas cylinder refill has been booked and delivered to my address. I am in a fix that how it is possible. I suppose that the dealers are still manipulating some of the cylinders like this one. Can anybody tell me how to cope up with this type of cheating.

          Hi, With reference to consumer number CX14054109 we booked to refill our gas cylinder on 2/02/2015 with reference number 369060. But, we are still waiting for the delivery. We have already visited our distributor( Sree Shiridi Sai Indane Service) Plot no 3A/20 Sri Sai Complex, Bagh Hayathnagar, Hayathnagar (M), Vanasthalipuram R R Dist and came to know that the Invoice has been generated for our booking but the delivery boy by Name SAI has SOLD it in BLACK delivery Ref No [protected] Dated 7th Feb 2015 when we tried to contact him he was very rude to me. It is very inconvenient and frustrating experience with the distributor.

            REFILLING
            I am a consumer of LPG WITH Raghu Gas Agency ( CONTACT PERSON :- Mr. T.C.SHARMA), Kamala Nehru Market,Khandsa Road, Gurgaon with consumer No3326 which is IOC AGENCY. I have been having DBC double bottle connection for the last 8 years. I am a manager with 6 adults and 2 children in my family. The purpose of DBC has been to avoid refilling problem. For the last 2 months, Raghu Gas Agency has booked over phone on 24th Oct.2009. even till approx.2 months have passed away from the last receiving of the filled bottle. 58 days over now how can we survive in this situation. As Raghu Gas service person are doing misbehave like anything. Secondly, I fail to understand the sanctity of Double Bottle Connection provided to cease and desist from the malaise of timely supply of LPG. I have been getting bureaucratic reply from Raghu Gas Service and consumer has to spend time in the kitchen to physically count 21 days for booking even.

            I request you to let me have the DBC SANrefilled cylinder on urgency and Pl. take appropirte action towards this agency. He is spoiling ur brand name by selling the filled bottle in black. most of people are complainting on daily basis. I[censored] see at their agency office more than 100 people are standing every time and doing complaint regarding booking issue and delivery of the bottles. But he has not chaned from last several years. Need ur intervention pl. to resolve the matter. Pl. put the immediate inquiry. Before registering complaint complaint thru mail I was thinking to register the complaint in consumer court and thru my uncle , GM , Indian Oil corporation, Chandigarh. Some has suggested me to go first thru ur official complaint procedure.

            Waiting for the fastest response as foreever, As I heard from my uncle.

            Yes ofcourse I am also suffrening this problem, and I am also visited more than 10 times to the office and the staff of the Raghu gas agecy every time give assurance that he will send the cylinder in the evening but as usual no gas delivery. My consumer no, is 41211 and my residence no. is H. No. 736 near DAV Public school sec 10A, Gurgaon. Also I face a problem whenever we phone they told me his name Ranjeet and so so... when we investigate that no person is exist with this name. So, this is great cheating with the consumer. I request you please take hard action towards this agency and the cheated persons. my contact no. is [protected]

              Indian Oil Gas (Indane) supplied by a Distributer( Gopal Gas Agency,Budge Budge Road,Maheshtala,South 24 pgs.) is date expired which should not be supplied by any distributor.Recently they have supplied me a cylinder ,the expiry date of which is C-06(Sept.,2006).It may happen any time a major accident in domestic use.
              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have a double cooking gas connection of Indane, presently staying at Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar Gas Agency supplying the refill cylinder to me. Today, when I asked to the booking clerk, regarding the supply of expired cylinder, he simply replied that, the Company provide us the cylinder, hence we cannot do anything. I beleive that, using a expired cylinder may cause the accident. If I am wrong, correct me, else try to take action against the Distributor and advise them to not to supply expired cylinders.

                My gas consumer no.16703....................With sinik gas agency, trichur

                I am not getting tghe supply in time as the promised the delivery after 10 days...When ever we, call them, they say that they have not received the load from plant...we are having family with school going children.....it is very difficult to face the situation without cooking gas.....Please let me know, they days required for the deliver after booking for the new cylinder.....Now I booked for cylinder on 27-9-09, my booking ref. no.7506......................Still i am not sure that I will get tghe cylinder in time....You are requested to help us in this circumstances.....also advise the gas agency to stick the delivery in proper time limit......Thanking you...................

                whatever is written above is incorrect because we live in a place where every other day there is a hartal or a strike so we cannot blame the agency alone and i think a family should use lpg cylinder for atleast 21 days otherwise it will be very difficult

                  My gas connection have been transfered from palasa srikakulam district andhraprades to prabhanand gas links indane distributors, tekkali, srikakulam district andhra pradesh. but they have charged 200 rs extra, they are not issueing any pay slip against that 200 Rs. without reciept they are collecting every gas connection transfor.

                    I wish to bring forward a peculiar case in which the gas agency viz Benaka Gas Agency. i had gone to apply to Benaka Gas Agency, Rajaji nagar, 1st block, even they quoted me Rs. 4200 for a single Indane LPG gas connection.                     I am residing in Baddi Himachal Pradesh, here it is not any system to distribute cylinders to consumers. Every Monday & Thursday a truck of cylinder will come from Nalagarh 18 KM far from Baddi, all the consumers will wait for cylinders, but they are selling cylinders in black, consumers are still waiting, they did not get cylinder in next trip also.                       I have booked a gas cylinder at (Mahitha indane gas services,H.No.1-6-150,moncipal office road,suryapet-508213,Distributor code-508213) having booking no.3124,but till now not recieved gas cylinder.This happens everytime during gas booking for this delay distributor gives many false reasons.Sometimes it takes 15-20 days for delivry of a gas cylinder.This is an example of very poor customer service by IOCL.
                      Other point that we are not getting home delivry of gas cylinders at Suryapet where as in oyher parts of india home delivry is common.
                      kINDLY LOOK IN TO THESE MATTER URGENTLY AND PL.DO THE NEEDFUL.

                        Hi ,
                        It has been around 13-14 days still I am waiting for the Gas Cylinder. I have been going regularly to get my cylinder and everyday i am hearing that this would be delivered today, today.
                        But that has not come till now and we are suffering the Scarcity of gas and unable to do other activities due to this.

                        On the other half I have to go to some blackers to put few kg's of gas at Rs.55 per kg.So here how do they get filled Gas cylinders to run the business?

                        I just want to know that can i bring my cylinder from godown directely or not if yes than what will i do if dealer refuses to do so.Because i am a student here and i cann't take delivery at my home. please tell me the solution.

                        I am a custmers of M/s Raghu Gas Agency, (Indian Oil Corporation) Gurgaon. Our gas connection no. is RT-2258. We booked gas cylinder on 28st September, 2008 personally. But till today i.e. 16th October 08, they have not delivered the cylinder even after several follow ups. It is happening since last 4-5 months. They are not caring for the consumers. I am dissatisfied with this kind of services. The staff are non-cooperative in nature. They rarely picked-up the phone.

                        Please taken the neccessary action in this regard.

                        I have booked for Indane gas cylinder on 14.10.08 but till now i didnot get my gas cylinder till now 31.10.08. My distributer is M/s Sheela gas agency, Bangalore. My gas reg no is 94512.it is requested to take appropiriate action in this regard.
                        I have not received my gas that was booked 1 week back, and the answer from the customer service center; address not found, is it reasonable?
                        And also inform you that no reply to the phone call.
                        I am a customer of Indane Gas bearing no.48334 at Shapur nagar, Hyderabad. I booked my gas on 1st week of March 2010 but till today they did not deliver the gas after several reminder and today I request them and they gave a reply by saying that your gas will deliver on tomorrow don't worry. I am facing the same problem every month. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take a proper action.

                          I have been your customer for the last 4 years. My consumer number is :14545. I had booked for a 2nd cylinder on 15/02/2007 with yourVellangallur Agent "Trinity Indane Services, Vellangallur .P.O, Thrissur (Dist)- 680662, vide Indane Customer DBC Registration Register No.WL No.827. I have been frequently following up with your agent to get the 2nd cylinder for the last 1 years. But I was not supplied with the 2nd cylinder till now. . I would request you to register my complaint and take it up with your logal agent and see to it that I get my 2nd cylinder immediately. Your immediate action on the above will be highly appreciated.

                          Indane LPG Cylinder — 2ND CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

                          I have been your customer for the last 10 years. My consumer number is : PY13804. I had booked for a 2nd cylinder on 02/08/2000 with your Pondicherry Agent "Indra Indane Service, 2nd Cross, Jawahar Nagar, Pondicherry - 605 005, vide Indane Customer DBC Registration Register No.WL No.2560. I have been frequently following up with your agent to get the 2nd cylinder for the last 7 years. But I was not supplied with the 2nd cylinder till now. When I enquired with them today, I was told that I have to book again for the 2nd cylinder. I would request you to register my complaint and take it up with your logal agent and see to it that I get my 2nd cylinder immediately. Your immediate action on the above will be highly appreciated.

                            Today 18-11-09, I got a refilled cylender from Indane Gas Agerwal agency Kadma Jamshedpur. There was a leakage from Cylender. I called emergency of indane gas. The person came from the company he put some soap at the leakage which could not work. I asked him to take the cylender with him but he said that he is not allowed to take the cylender and left cylender with us. He told that in the mornning you call for replacement from agency.
                            I am worried how irresponsible is this? What should I do? Where to contact?

                              sir,my consumer no. is14762 and my indane gas agency at B-1,vasant kunj is deleivering me underweight cylinder ,almost 16kg lss than normal.

                                Sub:- Regarding restoration of my gas connection willfully & illegally cancelled by your office and regular supply of gas cylinder.
                                Sir,
                                It is respectfully submitted that I got a gas connection of Indane Cooking Gas from your office on 16/9/1997 vide connection/customer No.6442. I have two gas cylinders and one regulator. Besides charging the cost of Gas Stove and Pipe etc., a sum of Rs.1900/- was also charged from me as Security against this connection by you. Regular gas supply was made available to me at my residence since the issue of this connection till 1st October, 2009.
                                About a fortnight back (in the 3rd week of October-2009) I made a telephonic call to your office to book gas cylinder. Mr.Rajan Verma of your office attended to my call. But even after the lapse of 15 to 20 days, I have not been provided the gas so far. On enquiry from your office, I was really shocked to know that my gas connection has been cancelled/closed by your office for the reasons best known to you and they could not satisfactorily explain as to why the same has been cancelled.
                                It is pertinent to mention here that the photocopies of my Ration Card, Voter Identity Card, Driving Licence and Photographs etc. as demanded by your office were deposited by me in time. Even then I am failed to understand as to why my connection has been cancelled/closed by your office without giving me any notice/reason and also stopped to provide me the cooking gas. Your such a drastic and illegal action has not only shocked me very much rather I am being harassed & tortured mentally without my own fault.

                                In the light of facts mentioned above, you are earnestly requested to please rectify the grave mistake committed by your office, though unwittingly, by restoring my aforesaid connection No.6442 with immediate effect and ensure regular supply of cooking gas. In case my gas connection is not restored and gas supply is not effected to me within fifteen days from the receipt of this letter, I will be constrained to move to the Consumer Court and file legal proceedings against you besides sending the complaints to the higher authorities for willfully and illegally cancelling my connection which amounts to harassment and mental torture. In that event, you shall be entirely responsible for all the expenses, consequences as well as compensation which may arise from the resultant legal action.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  As per the above subject, for the past some months [more than a year] your dealer’s [Nadiamman Gas Agency, Pattukkottai, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu] behaviour, attitude and approach is going on worst, irresponsible and careless.

                                  The Dealer’s main mode of business is, maintaining the good customer relationship and smooth flow of cylinder supply. But the people working in the Nadiamman Agency is very rough and never consider customer as humans. Not properly response in the telephone, not properly supply the cylinder, not properly register the cylinder booking, etc………………..

                                  Many times they never pick the telephone or make the telephone always engaged by throwing out the receiver. If they attend the call very rarely, their words and speech is that much worst and rough and rude. None can tolerate.

                                  This complaint is not submitted by a single man, but the entire and surrounding locality’s complaint. Even the matter is reflected in Dinamalar [Tamil Nadu’s regional Tamil newspaper]. Lion’s Club members, social service people and reputed people in the locality spoke to them to behave customer friendly. But as I mentioned earlier they never consider customer as humans.

                                  To know the fact more, you can send your people and enquire to the Nadiamman Gas Agency’s customers. Each will say a never ending story. That kind of agony and humiliation we were met and still facing, something are beyond the words.

                                  Some people told that they always make the cylinder supply as artificial demand, in order to move the cylinder in black market - particularly for LPG supported vehicles.

                                  We humbly and politely request you please and kindly either change the dealership or command them to behave customer friendly and ask them to attend the call with polite speech. They are creating their own rules for cylinder booking and cylinder supply. Please force them to throw all the brutal, beastly and inhuman rules.

                                  Please make the cylinder supply very smooth without any hindrance in our locality.

                                  We tried all our best solutions but failed. Ultimately you are our last hope. Looking forward your favorable, fruitful, constructive and concrete response.

                                  A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                    Dear Team,
                                    I have been recently transferred from Hyderabad to Chennai.
                                    My previous gas connectionis in the name of my mother.When we asked for transfer in Muthu agencies in Velachery,chennai.They asked us to take a new connection in my name.Hence i took temporarirly Commercial Cylinder and applied for a new connection mean while.

                                    However now i got the new connection confirmation, i went to take the same.
                                    They are asking to show me my stove reciept or warranty which i dont have as it is more than 5 years older,They refused to give me connection and asking me to buy a new stove instead.

                                    Are the rules also the state the same or the agencies are framing some rules to sell me stove also.

                                    I want answer on this.Please help me out.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I booked my cylinder dated 09/11/09, my consumer no. is 30204 on Mohanil Gas Agency, Mehrauli Rd, IIT Chowk, New Delhi. I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency and gave me slip mentioning 9/792, but still I have not received cylinder.

                                      i was booked my cylinder more than 22 days back, in Sri Sreenivasa gas service, thiruninravur

                                      and till date i am not receive any. since, I am enquired many time, repeatedly says tommorrow, or next week.

                                      Kindly take up this issue and arrange to send a cyinnder for me, which i am badly required at present.

I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency, but still I have not received cylinder after 15 days.                                       Indian Oil Distributors knowingly are creating shortage of Gas refill and openly selling the same for RS. 600 to Rs. 800 per cylinders through hawkers.

                                      I have booked my cylinder refill with M/S Padamshree Gas Service, an Indian OIl Distributor on[protected]. Still I have not received the cylinder even after 14 days.

                                      I have also filed a petetion under RTI ACT with INdian OIl Corporation asking whther there is any ration or shortage of Gas refill. God knows whether they will reply or not.

                                      Congress Governmests are known to create shotage of GAS, Petrol, Vegetables, Sugar, Edible Oil etc for their benifits.
