Dear sir
we are from faridabad .calling at[protected] from past 5 or 6 days continously to book an indian gas as we are one of the customer of them either the phone is engaged or either no one picking up the phone. i dnt know wht to do nw can u plz solve my problem my number is [protected].

Indane Gas — NOT PICKING THE PHONE

I, Manoj kumar singhal am a costumer of indane gas my connection no. is 16883 and my dealer name is Chanderkala Indane Address Plot no. G138/G3, Ground Floor Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095. and their phone no. is 22357242/22357295.
and their code no. is[protected].
I am trying thier phone from last ten days but they dont pick up phone and then we contact there they said that phone is working.
I am facing this problem from last 6 months, for booking a gas connection.
please help me for this regards.

Indane Gas — PHONE IS NOT PICKED UP

I am a customer of SUPREME INDANE GAS SERVICE, CARD SERIAL NO 2K3 NO. 0560926 &CUSTOMER NO IS SU-152.
It takes half to one day or even two days to book the gas cylinder, as no body picks the phone, there is always massage "phone is busy dial after sme time" *&this massage is contnuasly played . Yester day Itried since mornindg & inafter noon one person picked the phone &soon after Itold my costomer no .he disappeared &not responded to my call asking for date of delivery &receipt no . Today I amtrying since 10 AM to whether gas has been booked or not , date odelivery but phone is not picked or at all if ring goes no one picking &the whole ring finishes.This is the story every time. Kindly look in to the matter& obelise.
Previously the booking centre was at G-3 JANKI PLASA JANKIPURAM LUCKNOW,&NOW IT HAS BEEN SHIFTED TO SOME WHERE IN KHURRAM NAGAR WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER.

Indane Gas — Not responding to phone on picking up

Respected Sir,

It is very hurtning to inform you that gas service provided by Indane ' TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE' is very bad even they didnot respond to our phone and message sent to them on cell no. [protected] which is given under emergency no. on the receipt of TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE. It not a matter for me as I can have other links through which I can book cylinder but what about poor class who works as labour and not educated much to complaint against such culprits who cant do there duties well and having salaries from govt. isnt it there duty to respond to them they have no right to have salary and other such incentive which they are having directly or indirectly from govt.

Indane Gas — Not supplying gas and not attending telephone

Sub: Late delivery of Indane LPG gas cylinders


I am a consumer of Ankur Gas Agency (agency code no.[protected], Indore, who supplies domestic Indane LPG gas cylinders.
My Consumer No. with Ankur gas agency is A-18768 ( R. C. Banzal)

Agency Address is:Ankur Gas Agency, Behind Sapna Sangeeta Cinema, Plot no. 167, Scheme no. 47, Indore-452017, Madhya Pradesh. Tel:[protected], 2464944, 2550728.

My complaint is against Ankur Gas Agency, Indore, mentioned above.

My complaint is very similar to that Posted :[protected] by Deepali Mathur (sub: Pathetic Services of Indane Jaipur Rajastan) on your website http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/indane-lpg-gas-c23457.html.

The Ankur gas agency telephone numbers are busy or ringing, no responce, I could not contact over telephone to the agency for last 6 months. They only give booking number when I visit personally for booking a cylinder. Then No delivery for more than a month. On visiting the agency again, they give another booking number! Sometimes they say, cylinder is already delivered to your home! Or they say, the delivery man had been to your house (which is flasle). The cylinder comes like a surprise after a long time, after 3-4 attempts of booking. Every customer says that this agency sales the cylinders in 'Black' to many who are not customers of the agency, who give more money to them for each cylinder. Moreever a few days back they asked me to furnish detail, i've furnished details being a consumer of lpg and now they misbehaving me on that topic.

All the time there is a crowd in front of booking window, complaining the same I mentioned above, but no one knows what to do further.

I strongly feel such agencies should close, customers should be diverted to other Indane agency if such complaint comes. I too request Indan gas authorities to transfer my connection to other agency.

We are tired and frustrated having such service from Ankur gas agency Indore/ Indane gas.

There should be a online system of gas booking.

i am a consumer of sunderam gas company. i have booked the no. 42927 on 3rd nov. 09. since 4 days daily i call them. they told me that they will send cylinder. But still after 4 days i don't get any delivery of cylinder. i am very much disappointed with the service provided by them.

kindly do take care of the services.
i want to complanint against gem gass agency, kharar (mohali).pb.

the agency has two phones nos.[protected] and 25, the employee of the agency put the phone recever down and never received call. you can try the phone and take the needfull action.

gas — Not picking the phone

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am trying your office contact landline number from last a week but there is no response from your side and i have to book my cylender on my consumer id 26443 so please help for the same.
Prarthana Gas in Air Force Road Faridabad never picks the phone. Phone No. is[protected] & 2473029 Every customer feels fed up. Those persons men and women (Both) are working in job then How they book the gas? It is very difficult. they put the phone engage or never pick. if we book the cylinder by someone. then they did not deliver it time. How we remind them. People are upset. they don't know what to do or How and where can they complaint about the Prathana Gas. Is any body in India who stop all this.
Sir,
Most of the times the telephone number[protected] is resulted engage. It shows that the dealing clerk of the Dashmesh Gas Agency is putting up hand set of the telephone separately. This resulted lot of problem in booking the LPG re-filling. Some time I have physically seen the same in their office.

The staff should be cautioned/warned to deal the customer in a right manner by attending the telephone for booking LPG re-fill. This will facilitate with reference to easy booking, time save, financial loss (like using motor vehicle or cycle), mentally and physically harassment.

Hope you will look into this matter personally.

    Sir,

    I am Malay Roy a consumer of Indian gas Agency (Consumer No=J5623 ) of Bolpur,Birbhum,West Bengal. I have personally booked a cylinder on 1-Jan-2008 for home delivery but till today(11-February-2008) I have not received gas cylinder.
    I am not sure what crisis happened and why it is taking so long time.

    INDANE-LPG — LPG GAS BOOKING NOT POSSIBLE

    It is almost impossible to book a gas cylinder on phone.Whenever we dail for booking we find both the nos are busy .indane's agency name is Madhu Gas Agency,shop no.102-103,1st floor,vardhman Appenzell Plaza CSC-2,Mayur Vihar-III,Delhi-110096. The telephone nos of Madhu Gas are. 22611514 and 22618691.
    Request IOC customer service cell to lookinto it.

    Indane LPG Gas — cylinder has not delivered after booking

    we have connection from kartar gas Agency, Banur with id no. KG5534. Booking is of 25th or 26th March 2008 but dilivery is not yet there. It is the story of every time and is of every one in the area. Agency is black selling the gas to the sweet makers and to the hotles in the area, which is absolutly wrong and no checking is there by the related officers.

    We have booked cylinder on 11/12.09.2008 and they have not supplied the cylinder yet. Every time they are answering as load is not coming and most of the time, they are not lifting the phone.

    My consumer number is 7376.My gas agency (PANAKKAL GAS AGENCY, Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District of Kerala state) delivers the cylinder only after 60 days of booking.Here the booking practice followed is also different from that of other agencies.One can book the cylinder one day after receiving
    the new cylinder and then wait for 2 months to get the filled one.
    Request to intervene and implement the the normal booking procedure and delivery practice.

    Indane LPG — not booking of gas

    i am trying to book the LPG cylinder since 24 march 2010..on telephone no.[protected],,[protected] and [protected]..nobody is attending the phone..when we dial these telephone no's,these are found as busy and after few minutes when we ring up again,nobody attends the telephone.
    as per slip provided by the dealer i.e. kheriwala gases(old housing board colony sonipat) we booked the gas on telephone no. [protected] on 24 march 2010 as booking no.4 was given to us! till date no gas cylinder has been supplied to us.today itself we tried to contact the dealer but nobody is picking up the phone whereas few minutes before, the phone was busy.

    Kartar Gas service/ LPG cylinder — non delivery of LPG cylinder

    i made a booking for refill of an LPG cylinder on 15 JUNE 2010, and today is 23 JULY 2010. Its already been more than a month and i have not received the Cylinder. My booking agency is 'KARTAR GAS SERVICE, THANA ROAD, BANUR-140601' contact number:[protected].
    first of all whenever i try and contact them their number is 99% busy throughout the day. In case they answer, they have a repeated reply to my queries that my place was closed and the person has visited twice, which is not true because my residence is just above my working place, which makes a 24*7 availability.

    I have booked my refill 15 days back at LV Reddy gas agency Address 157/1 Manovikas nagar trimulgherry Secunderbad, the consumer no S1906483 .Last two days I am continuously trying to approach him by phone Nos 27750715,27753549 but both phone nos always engaged even u can try at your end also ,they will never lift the phone ,I think its like a harassment to consumer secondly my house is very far from his gas agency otherwise i will walk ,kindly check at your end and deliver the gas Immediately.

    Indane LPG — LPG Cylinder not received

    Consumer No. 63683 with Navratna Gas Agency, Paradise, Secunderabad, under IOC. Gas Agency had sent d refill cylinder on 03.11.10 around 11.00 hrs, unfortunately no one was at home at that moment. Till 2day (18.11.10, 16.30 hrs), refill cylinder not received. suffering without gas since 12.11.10. Made umpteen trips to gas agency to no avail. As they don't pick up d phone, personal visit has been d norm all along to book refills. Could anyone help?

    Booking of refilling of LPG cylinder is not smooth. After booking delivery takes 10 to 15 days. Delivery man demands extra money( Rs.15 to Rs.25) for delivery irrespective of staying in floors of building.They are not using spring balance for weight of gas.

      Complaints on "Indane Gas"

      Why not Indane executives should be face a court trail?
      I am sending this Mail from Zumila Bajar,BarhalGunj, Dist.Gorakhpur(U.P>).
      I am having one gas connection from the local Indane Gas agency MAA SARYU INDANE GAS SERVICE (Code #[protected], in my name. But, The agency's say they don't any record of my consumership(My consmer # M S 2599),inspite of They Issue me consumer Booklet Also. I had been Bulk transfer from BARHAJ GAS SERVICE( Code #[protected]My consmer # 19011). afther this transfer I am unable to avail this gas connection, since last five year. After repeated complain & followup nothing is fruitfull.
      On approaching the gas agency they said it is not possible to get you a gas.

      Please help me to resolve this problem. A line of confirmation is requested.

      lindane — not provided connnection

      A new connection was not provided even having full documents.They asked for a ration card whereas i provided rent agreement as the residence proof.

        I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Veerjyoti Enterprises, an Indane Distributors. I am trying since 01/02/2008 for booking on this following telephone Nos. 26493784, 26494108, 32570149 and [protected] as published this telephone number in the voucher.
        I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability of cooking gas or black marketting or with distributor side. Please forward this complaint with authority concerned and do the needful please.

        My mother N.RAJAMMAL consumer No55363 consumer of Cooking Gas Agency, Adyar Branch past 09 years. Everytime this particular agencies not delivering gas porperly. This time they are very much cheating, the line man or delivery person forged our signature and sold out in some place. Again we have given complaint on 24th June 2008, again they sent gas, but this time again this delivery boy sold our gas to somebody and forged our signature. Consumer like us where we have to go.         I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Sun City Gas Service, an Indane Distributors. I am trying from 14/01/2009 for booking on this following telephone Nos. 5105533, 5105544 as published this telephone numbers in the voucher. I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability of cooking gas or black marketting or with distributor side.

        Last time I booked my gas on 12th Dec. 2008 and after lot many phone calls to the above mentioned agency for refill my gas cly. (after not getting any suitable answer from his office staff ) made call to the manager/owner on his Mobile No.[protected] two-three time and he assure me that he will gave instruction to the office staff and they will provide. After that I got gas cly on 01st Jan 2009. and the slip was shown the booking date is 16th Dec. 2008. why?

        At Last To day I make a call for booking after many try my phone connect but the online staff of this agency was told me that your next booking request for refill will accept. after 21days period completion that is 21st Jan. 2009.

        As per staff of this agency informed me that the next booking will registered for refilling of cly. is 21days after one delivery made, and 15 days after the date of booking you will get gas cly. It means a person will get next gas cly 21+15=36 days after. Till than what..?

        Cooking Gas Booking Problem
        I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Nicollian Enterprises, an Indane Distributors in Ramesh Nagar. I've booked the cylinder on 250109 but as on date i.e 20209 the same is still unavailable. Today i visited personally there office at ramesh nagar, to utter dismay all telephone were hanged up to avoid phone calls. On strict representation the officials confirmed to deliver the same by today.
        It has been an regular affair with this distributer, phones hanged up, poor delivery, black marketing etc.
        It is hard to digest why we consumers r left to mercy of such malafide disr=tributers.
        I tried to get this number but always remain busy. I don't understand the problem. Is there any problems with delivery or availability of cooking gas or black marketting or with distributor side. Please forward this complaint with authority concerned and do the needful please.

        I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation for cooking gas. I am getting cooking gas from Industrial Distributor, an Indane Distributors in Kolkata. I've booked the cylinder on 18.09.09 but I have received the gas on 10.10.09. I am regular consumer of this distribtor for last 15 years. This type of problem does not arise earlier but for the last 6-7 months this problem occur repeatedly. When I am contacting them personally they told gas supply irregular.

Today since morning I am trying to contact them on phone. With great effort once or twice I could connect the phone. Even though the bell is ringing, nobody care to pickup.         I am a consumer of Indane Gas and with Pradip Gas Agency at Faridabad. They have given 2 phone numbers for booking gas cylinder.

        It seems that the agency keeps the phone holder out of cradle. I am trying to book gas for last 48 hours but coundn't succeded.

        It is not the first time but a regular problem. Last time I had to take leave from office to get the gas booked. Please do something otherwise I will have no other option but think otherwise.
        The delivery time for the cylinder took 30 days last time and this time it was stated that it will take 45 days. We have booked on 5th December and confirmed that it would be delivered only on or after 17th January 2012. The SMS booking / 24 hours services for booking results no improvement for consumer benefit. Though we can book easily, but what is the usage if the delivery days would be 45 days.

          Everytime we need to go by auto to that office and pick our cylender by ourself. so we spend more 100Rs for auto fare. I have been so many places in India. But I never seen like this. Its very Bad.

          I have a problem with KK indane agency in Ulsoor. They say that they'll not give a connection without purchasing a stove from them. The intimation letter for the new connection gives the charge, deposit for the cylinder and the regulator. But the Ulsoor gas agency distributor says that he will not give the new connection without purchasing the stove.

            M/s Chirag the distributor of Indane gas at Siliguri is rarely provide telephonic/mobile booking service to its consumer.You will find most of the time the telephones are either engaged or not atended. Similarly the mobile phone for booking through SMS is always kept on switch off mode. Sometimes even if the SMS is delivered the confirmation is not sent to the customer. Date of delivery of cylinder is not mentioned in the delivery slip. The telephone nos. and mobile nos of the distributor is mentioned below. It can be tested any time for confirmation of my complaint.

            I am a customer with jeevan indane gasagency, Reddy st, Villivakkam, Chennai49 with customer No;5475.Sir hitherto I booked refils thro"myland line(BSNL). On 21st April, 2012 I try to book the refil thro"the said land line number. But could not get the refil request done; instead it says to contact the dealer. On the same day by 4.10 p.m. I went to the agency and found that the shop was closed. An enquiry nearby shops reveals that the shop was closed by 3.30p.m. itself due to powershutdown. On23rdApril2012, by 10.a.m. I approched the said dealer for complaining nonbooking thro land line telephone. For that they have advised me to get a cell phone for gas booking purpose as landline will not serve for booking refils. My surprise is for booking refils one should have compulsorily cell phone-not land line. Instead of sortingout the problem in refil booking thro land line they are advising mem to have a cell phone. When I contacted the Manager (lady member) she is also telling the same story instead of helping me to get the registeration thro land line. When I asked for the address/authority to whom I have to take the matter for redressal they simply refused to talkwith me and sent me out. As the agency is fully manned by female members I can't talk further. Please help me in this issue and continue the refil booking thro mylandline no.[protected] as was done hitherto.               I am your Customer. I have my connection From the Bindu Gas Agency ,Air Force Mode , N.I.T.Faridabad ,Haryana , My Customer No. Is AF 712 . Our agency Is Not giving services properly .And They Are Doing Black of gas directly from agency .if you want to find out the realty plz visit this agency and ask for gas in black then you will easily get it in approx. 700 rupees . but if you are haveing connection then you have to wait for 10-15 days. plz take some action

              Dear sir/madam,

              The Idian Gas and Hp gas agencies people introduced a new concept of selling gas cylinders in black for Rs.600/- in Twin Cities(Hyderabad and Secunderabad), which is to sell for Rs.320/- in the open market.
              The conept introduce is to keep the cylinders in a well knowned and efficient person in their areas to sell them in black. I will give the intimation about a person in my area to take the action. u will definitely find atleast 50 cylinders in his home. He is running a small tiffin center in Back of Lakshmi kala and sashikala theatres, BharathNagar, musapet, Hyderabad. if you are genuine fighter of corruption, do the right thing to save people from these type of illegal activities.

                I am not getting LPG gas cylinder from M/s Yadu Gas Agency, Maharajpur, Ghaziabad, U.P. for the past six months. My consumer No. is 10328 with the said agency. Inspite of having a valid cosumer number the said agency is not providing me LPG cylinder for the past 6 months. I have lodged verbal complaint with Shri R.K. Sinha of the said Agency but no remedial action has been taken by the said agency.

We are living together as a joint-family consisting of six members have a gas connection in indane in India Tamilnadu trichy puthur chinthamani as a consumer no.46408. regularly we are suffering for registration of refilling after completion of 21 days alone be registered but our consumption level is only 16 days per cylinder the subsequent cylinder also emphty. How we can fulfill our needs without you.

                    Delay in delivery/ Not picking phone

                    In Hyderabad at Miyapur there is this gas agency Sri Saila Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

                    Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

                    Sometimes they do delay in providing gas cylinders and...

                    I am having a Consumer No.6257 and catagory is domestic double with the Ela Gas Service, Sector-93, NOIDA,U.P.My distributor does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. I booked for gas cylinder with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 days. But the same has delivered after due date with a lekage cylinder on 4.2.2008. I immediately complain to the distributor for change the same but they have not send any person till date despite several reminders. I have two little baby and any time it can be a fatal accident. They also harass me and do not respond properly.I have personally seen the delivery van distributing gas cylinder to the person who have no connection in black @ 500/- or more. I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you ? If not then this practice should stop forthwith and all the customers intimated. I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor due to not deliver in time.But how many days this type of practice ? It is my humble request to take immediate action and not doing any wrong by them in future.

                    I Mr. Pronab kumar Chakraborty is having my consumer no.SG11526 at Burdwan State Govt. Employees Co-Operative at Court Compound, Burdwan using Indane Gas Service for last seven years. But last 6 months we are being harassed deeply. First of all they are not receiving any calls. For getting a call you have to try constantly for 2-3 hrs. Secondly they are giving delivery after 1-2 months later . For example I have booked on 30.05.2009, booking no.5850. But till date I have not got it. Now what will I think? They are selling the cylinders in Black Market. Other than that what can I say. Is this the way a Govt. concern run? I want that you should take necessary steps.

                      I m Vineet Sharma of 2/11 Ashoknagar Tollygunde Kolkata 700040. This particular Gas Service agency called Chayanika Located in kolkata, Ranikuthi, Tollygunge under Indane Gas Services has provided very poor services in terms of booking and delivery of new cylinders. Its been 8 days I m over with my previous cylinder. I m desperately and restlessly trying to call the above mentioned agency on thier number[protected] and[protected] to book my new cylinder, but in vain. The number constantly and continuosly rings and then gets disconnected without any anwser. Then the number remains busy for next 45-50 minutes. This is going on from past 8 consecutive days without any respone from the agency. I suffering very severely because of this crisis both mentally and physically. At least they should have the courtesy to answer and tell me the reason or some kind of response ...so that I proceed for an alternative. I this continues then I will be compelled to move the comsumer forum and let them intervene. I have paid the full amount while booking the new connection then why this service. Abo[censored]ely disgusting behaviour and I do not wish to tolerate this anymore.
                      Please look in the matter and instruct them to mend thier ways.

                        As we are in Triplicane and we have 2 cylinders domestic cooking pupose at Tucs big street, Triplicane. We face lot of trouble in getting cylinders even booking after 15 days , they take another 10 days for the delivery all the whole we get after 25 days for the gas supply, moreover people in this agencies are not responding properly to the customers .I request to take proper action towards this agenccy to correct themselves for the proper services

                        Indane - TUCS — Supply

                        I am a resident of Triplicane, Chennai, India. We get gas cylinder supply from Chepauk, TUCS. When we are trying to book for Cylinder, eventhough we have deposited for double cylinder, they say per month only one they can supply and it will take 10 days time to deliver. After 21 days from the date of supply only we can book / register for the next cylinder. But if you look into their practice, sometimes it takes more than 14 days also for them to supply us the cylinder. We are allowed to book for the next cylinder after 21 days from the date we got the cylinder. If you consider the waiting period of 10-14 days to get the cylinder and 21 days to book for the next cylinder and again 10-14 days waiting to get the second cylinder, in a year minimum we can get 8 cylinders only. My suggestion, they should allow us to book for the next cylinder considering the date of booking.

                          Sir,

                          I am the Indane gas connection holder no.1319960(One cylender) through M/s Savita Gas Agency, Panipat (Haryana). Complaints against M/s Savita Gas Agency are as follows:-
                          1. The Agency is not providing the home delivery of LPG.
                          2.The Agency is demanding the same cylender at the time of refilling which was refill last time. How it is possible? Suppose the last refil cylender has the gas remain for 2-3 dayz and the next refill due than how we can arrange the same cylender.
                          3. The agency is not refiling the cylenders.

                          you are requested to please help us in this matter.

                          This is right about of cylenders no.s & reffilling problems for each user.
                          Dear Krishan Chand,

                          Here are my thoughts on your grievances:
                          1. Agency is not giving Home delivery > Home delivery is not a mandatory service from the dealer. But if he is not giving the home delivery, you'll not need to pay for the same. So your refill charges will be reduced by approximately Rs. 10.
                          2. Can you rephrase your question? I'm sorry that I couldn't understand your question. BTW, At the time of refill you are expected to give back an empty cylinder. If you have two cylinders and one is empty and the other is still in use, you can return the empty cylinder.
                          3. Gas refilling is subject to availability of the cylinder. But if your agency is taking unusual delay in refilling you can always contact IOCL authorities and place a complaint with them.

                          Below are the details.
                          1. At the distributorship level
                          a. Meet the owner of the distributorship and submit a written complaint about your problem.
                          b. Take acknowledgement for the same.
                          c. Give a day or two for the solution.
                          2. At Area/Divisional office level:
                          a. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the customer service cell officer of the Oil Company
                          b. Or meet the Area Manager or the Divisional Manager on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
                          3. At State level:
                          a. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the Senior officer in charge of LPG at the state office of the Oil Company.
                          b. Or meet the STATE LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
                          4. At Regional level
                          a. If not satisfied with solution above, write to the PRO at the Regional office of the Oil Company.
                          b. Or write to the REGIONAL LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
                          5. At Head office level:
                          a. Write to General manager (LPG) of the Oil Company to which your distributor belongs.
                          6. At Ministry level:
                          b. Write to the Secretary, MOP & NG, Government of India, New Delhi.

                          INDANE CONSUMER REGISTRATION — DELAY IN PROVIDING LPG CONNECTION

                          I had booked for ne LPG connection in Gurgaon in April 2008. The Reciept no is 26197 & date of booking is 24/04/2008. It's really surprising that even after 4 months I did not get the connection.

                          Indane / Lpg — Inordinate delay in LPG delivery

                          I (Jitesh Bhattacharjee) and my father-in-law (Bijoy Krishna Roy Choudhury) have two LPG connection with Sandhan Gas Services (distributor's code:[protected], Guwahati, Assam. Our consumer nos are 7819 and 17426 respectively.

                          Both o[censored]s made booking for an LPG cylinder each on[protected] but till date[protected] the supply have not been executed on one pretext or other. This is a recurring problem with legal consumers whereas LPG cylinders are found in abundance outside at a much higher price. This problem can be solved overnight and I have a very easy solution to end this problem for ever but I am pretty convinced that at the authority level there is hardly any concern about the problem.

                          Is there anyone who can address my problem as this issue causes undue anxiety on a recurring monthly basis. If this is not the correct forum can someone guide me to the correct forum for redressal of my grievances?

                          it is requested to u that i m residing in mayur vihar phase 3, i applied for new connection, but they demand for bribe to give the new connection.they are giving the cylender in black in 550rupees.they are providing the cylender domestic to hotel owners.the agency name is madhu gas agency vardhman plaza mayur vihar phase 3 delhi-110096 indane gas agency.plz take action immediate.peoples are very depresss by the agency peoples.they are very rude. help all o[censored]s.thanks

                          Indane / Lpg — suspect pilferage in the gas cylinder

                          We suspect pilferage in the gas cylinders at annapurna gas agency, A block market, vasant vihar, New Delhi. The cylinder empties much earlier than the cylinder got from another agency.

                          Through this mail i want to tell you that the mentioned gas agency'serviceman is not doing their work properly. They sell the filled gas cylinder to the blackmarcketers & some unlawful elements for their profit without thinking about the regular customer of indian gas .For this sake they tell the wrong booking no. to consumers & sell their no."cylinder to the above mentioned .This does not come to an end at this also .
                          Their behaviour is very bad also.They talk to the customers in a very rude way. It seems that the phone of this agency is only for formality as they do not recieve it for more than 10 min.in a hour .
                          therefore sir plz look into the matter as soon as possible & make us feel that govt. sector is also worth of beliving .
                          Employer of Akash Gas Agency's behaviour is very bed. They give the late delievery & black marketing. I booked the gas sylinder 12 days ago, but the sylinder is not delievered to my home. I went the Akash Gas Agency to take the cylinder after 5 days of booking date but they not give me sylinder. I have only one sylinder. What am I do, tell me.

                          I am Narinder singh a consumer from Majitha Road(consumer no 18090) Amritsar
                          Gurvinder Gas Agency on majitha road is not giving home delivery of refill on the pretext that delivery boy is on leave since Jun 2012 and compel consumers to collect cylinder from their Godon which is about 2km away. They are not at all considering it their responcibility and give the same answer to female consumers.Pls advise them they are rendering a service which is paid in advance not a charity bussiness.

                            I am a domestic gas customer of Indane since last 15 years. Recently I shifted my residence to Mylasandra Rajarajeswari Nagar, Bangalore . This area comes under Rashmi Indane Disributor Nayanda Halli, Mysore Road Area P02 TIN no[protected].

                            Since last five- six months, We are in the said area faceing a lot of problem to get refilled our cylender from our distributor. Minimum duration for refilling gas will be minium of 15 days. Next booking will be taken up by the disributer only after completion of 21 days from the date of delivery. It is required to make daily minimum two calls to make the supplier to deliver the gas. We are in the end of improper/irresponsible response from the call attendend by the operator. Most of the time telephone of th edistributor will be in engage position or continuously ringing.

                            Presently I booked my gas and my waiting list no is 519. Daily morning i get assurance from the operator about delivery on same day. Still gas is not deliverd to my home. the Sir, This behavior of the disributor is to harrase the customer, that there is nothing about scarcity of cylinder from IOCL.

                            Kindly take the matter seriously and save us from this type of problem in future.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This in refrence to the theft been done in the gas distribution, though its is illigal selling gas through unauthorized retail gas selling, they are charging Rs.55/- per kilogram,

                            People those who don't have gas connection are bound to purcahse, and retailer earning double of the gas price, so its my request to you, to look in to the matter and take a proper action against the illigal sellers.

                            Are of illigal selling of retail gas through small seller is- Sector-35, Morna, Noida, Pin-201301.

                              Ref: My Consumer No. LT/35985

                              I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I have booked for Refill of my gas cylinder on 16/01/2008 vide booking No. 6952 of M/s. Happy Home of 909, Lake Town, Block - "A", Kolkata - 700 089. I feel sorry to inform you that neither the said dealer is giving any response to my call nor they are entertaining the representative at their counter.

                              I would like to ask the said dealer through you:
                              1) THAT why they are always late in delivery?
                              2) What benefit they get by not entertaining the
                              representative/coustomers' ?
                              3) Is there any time barred by the company to book the cylinder after getting the reffilled cylinder?

                              Please intervene in the matter and solve the issue.

                              I had booked for a Refill Cylinder against my Consumer No.11703 on 28/4/09 with M/s. R D S O Consumer Co-op. Society Ltd., Manak Nagar, Lucknow-226011 over phone and was given booking No.2458. But the same has not been delivered to me till date. Repeated requests to the Agency has been in vein as they either do not attend the phone or simply hang up saying there is a shortage of gas supply.

                              The service of the above agency has been very unsatisfactory and fradulent eversince the new management had taken over during the second half of 2008.

                              The matter may kindly be looked into on priority please.

                              A Line in response would be highly solicited please.

                              This is to inform you that, I have booked for a refill gas cylinder with my Gas agency M/S MAA MAJHI GOURI INDANE, CODE- 124387, Rayagada(Orissa) Ph. No.-[protected] on Dtd. 01.09.09 Vide Sl.No-51. (My Consumer No.-4161). Till date I have not received the cylinder inspite of several follow up. Kindly note that in the mean time my 2nd cylinder is also consumed.

                              I am using Indane gas since last 15 years in several parts of India, but this type of service I have never get during this 15 years. Sorry to inform you that we are not expecting this type of service from your authorised distributor.

                              You are requested to advise your distributor to deliver the cylinder in time. I expect a positive response from your end.

                                The gas dealer in Indira Nagar 1st Stage is refusing to give new connections for not purchasing stove from him. First i approached them for getting a new connection during October 2007. He refused to issue new connection without a ration card. I got deletion certificate from my home town and got a new ration card in Bangalore. Went again to the dealer with the ration card. He said he will issue me a new connection only if i purchase a stove from him. There are readings in his notice board stating new connections are readily available for ration card holders. For the last five months i've been using private gas and purchased new stove during October 2007. This guy is forcing me to buy another stove which is of no use to me. Now i has to look for other agencies and see whether they are also using the same tactics.
                                Dear sir,
                                Am applied for new gas connection with NAGA GAS AGENCY, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR AREA CODE NO-985 at chengalpet vide the receipt No-415176 On 13/08/08.Now it has been informed by the above supplier that the supply new gas connection is temporarily stopped and the connection will be given as and the supply start you are requsted to look in this matter and the connection be given as soon as possible.

                                    It is extremly difficult to book refill as the dealer M/s Jai jawan gas sercice sectar 7 Dwarka NEW DELHI 110075 phone is not attended .One has to dial 100 times yes almost 100 times to get them.
