SIR,
On 13 Aug, I had booked a cyllinder with Sai Venkta indane gas agency madhapur hyderabad. My consumer number is 144787. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went(2-3 times) to the agency to enquire about it, they said tomarrow we will delivered . But still i didnt get cylinder.I request you to please look into the issue.

I am also facing the similar problem. I booked the gas on 27th Sep 08 and till date I have not recieved the cylinder. Everyday the same thing is repeated, it will come in one or two days.
I would like to understand is there a shortage of gas or this crisis is artificially created by this particular gas agency.
This gas agency is a fraud agency.. They wont take up any calls and they are doing lot of fradulents. GAS authorities please ride this agency once.

    THE PHONE NUMBER 27242584 OF M/S BLOSSOMS ENTERPRISES, MODEL TOWN, DELHI, IS NOT ACCESSIBLE ALL THE TIME. EITHER IT IS BUSY OR NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE. IT BECOMES VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THE AGENCY FOR REFILL.

    Indane Gas Dealer — No telephone pick up

    I have been observing over the last one or two years that whenever I wish to request the agency for supply of domestic cooking gas refill cylinder, either there is no response from the telephones (Nos.[protected] &[protected] or the telephones number remain constantly busy with the result one has to walk down about 1 km in the scortching sun to make request; senior citizens and ladies face a lot of problem. Th other consumers staying nearby my house also have the same complaint. Whenever this is pointed out to the concerned agency they do not bother and even sometimes it has been noticed that deliberately the telephone ring is set to low tone to avoid disturbance to them. Can someone look into it and take appropriate action urgently.

    THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING TO "M/S. SINDHU ENTERPRISES'' LOCATED IN DILSHAD GARDEN, NORTH EAST DELHI. THEY HAVE TWO PHONE NUMBERS i.e. 22581881 and 22575960 AND NEITHER OF IT ACCESSABLE .

    My Gas No. is 35118A, Add: 1214, Gali No. 47-C, Molar Band Extention, New Delhi-44, Mob.[protected], I booked my Gas through Online Booking No.[protected] on 30/11/2010 Booking No. 188 but till date no delivery has been made.The gas agency does not supply gas against online booking of Indane and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency.It seems that Gas Agency is black the Gas. It is well known fact that supplier are indulge in illegal supply to the Shops in black. Also, getting in less quantity to the actual weight of gas.
    Kindly do let us know what should I do, otherwise you will have to face the consequences. Otherwise we action against K-2 International Gas Agencies sarita vihar, New Delhi.

    My consumer No. is 04848, Add: 109/2, Jadunath ukil Road Kolkata - 41, I booked my Gas through Online Booking No.[protected] on 1st August'11 & 2nd August'11 respectively and my last Booking No.224250 but every time I got a message from INDANE that my booking is cancelled. Moreover, our gas agency does not pickup the phone or contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency.       I am a subscriber of Indane gas through Roorkee Gas Agency. I have several grievances against this dealer as follows:

      1. Although it is said in the website of IOCL that purchasing oven is not compulsory when taking a new connection, I was forced to buy one from the dealer. Else they refused to give me the new connection. I had two ovens earlier and now being forced to buy a third one. Moreover, the oven that was sold to me is defective having gas leakage problem. I complained to the dealer about it but they have not sent anyone for servicing yet although the problem is a serious one which may even amount to a large scale accident.

      2. The main problem is with the time they are taking in delivering refill cylinder. I booked for a refill two weeks back but have not received it yet. During the booking they said that it will be given in one week time but it is now 1 + 1 = 2 weeks. The problem is that they don’t give any tentative date of delivery in writing. What I have heard is that they sell these domestic gas cylinders to local restaurants and dhabas at a higher price thereby delaying supply to our homes. With only single cylinder connection and without any cooking for last two weeks, my life with family and children is certainly becoming very difficult.

      3. In the face of such problem, I wanted to apply for double cylinder connection but the dealer bluntly refused saying there are too many people in the waiting list. I don’t understand why and how can they refuse to take my application. I can also be in the waiting list as well.

      4. Finally, I would like to say a few words about the attitude of the people working in the dealer’s office. These people are very rude and don’t have the minimum manner to talk to the customers properly. They also don’t have the minimum courtesy to pick up the phone. So all the time I have to walk down to their office for any sort of enquiry although I don’t like to talk to these rude people face to face.

      Iam consumer of indiangas ltd. but your delar sharda gas which is location in bilaspur (c.g)495001 is not delivery timely he has taken more than two week but the rule is whithen 7 day's cylender is deliveed this problem is not for only one month but all the month this problem is same delar can sale gas cylender in black @500 each cylender . in this week he can 10 load of cylender but he can't deliver timely any consumber

        Dear Sir,

        I arun kumar residing at Shimla, H.P. facing great problem related to the getting gas connection. earlier, I surrendered my gas connection at jaipur. Whenever I went to Indane gas agency with my transfer vouchers for connection in Shimla, they told me that currently vouchers are not available with them as company is not supplying them with required vouchers. this is going on for the last one month.

        I become very frustrated. Would you please tell me when IOC shall supply these vouchers to distributors in Shimla?

        I hope that you will definitely entertain my request.

        I have recently transferred to Shimla from Jaipur. I surrender my LPG connection at Jaipur and got transfer voucher. However, for the last one month Iam not getting LPG connection at Shimla. it is learnt that distrubetors in Shimla are not getting required vouchers. shall IOC officials look in to the problem?

        but with regret to inform you that your dealer at dilaram bazar,dehradun put our document invalid,it is almost going to be one month where we are crying for lpg cylinder dispite that i have submitted all relevanent documents,nothing has been done at this end

          I am consumer of indane Gas (Sec.17 Panchkula Gas Service) for last 10 years. Now a days Indane Gas Co. is saying shotage of gas for 20-25 Days.Whereas other Gas Companies like Bharat Gas (Sec.11 PKL), HP Gas Co. (Sec.20 PKL) etc.. they are providing the Gas cylinder after 2 days of booking. I want to know the disparity within Panchkula. Can anybody help ?

          Secular gas service phones are always busy or not replied.It seems they are closed on Sunday and Monday both.We will prefer if booking can be online and status of each booking number is available on a web site or on SMS.In winter the only way to get Cylinder is to get their slip and go their godown beyond ghaggar river.The approach to godown is so bad that loss to car is more than the cost of cylinder.

            I don't get new gas connection from last two & half months even after announcement of distribution of new gas connection from Petrolium Ministry. I am stayed in Kalyan(w), Mumbai. The distributor does not give the exact time for receiving new gas connection. So please look into this issue and let me know when i will get new gas connection of Indian Gas for Home Purpose.

            Dear sir,
            i m abu mujahid siddiqui central govt employee in deptt of atomic energy vadodara. i m indane customer of 5 kg cylinder of M/s Nrusinghkrupa Gas Agency, Akota, vadodara. sir i want a new gas connection of 14.2 kg in leu of 5 kg cylinder but gas agency asking me for Ration Card. but i dont have Ration Card. is it mandatory for me to produce Ration Card for 14.2 kg gas connection? i m ready to give any other document regarding my residential proof. pls help me.
            have calling on the nos. 24530661, 24530661 of Brightening Gas Service for Indane located at I.S Sadan, Santhosh Nagar, Hyderabad. But no one picks up the call and all the time the no is busy...

            Also i have walked over there office number of times for booking new connection.. there is no response ..

            Every time they use to say we are not booking new connections .. This is really very painfull..how many times i have to travel to their office ? for booking new connection ..after travelling so long number of times same response..no booking come next month...

            I will request the Indane gas management higher authorities to please look into the matter and kindly change this agency as this is totally incompetent to provide services to gas users in this area.
            I stay at M.G.R Nagar, recently on April 2nd 2009 i went to near by Indane Gas Distributor(Sai chaitra Gas Agency, M.G.R Nagar). She refused to take my booking for new connection, saying that we are not giving new connection, you can contact any other dealear like HP, Bharath. Please help me.

            Hello Sir,
            MY father stays in Kanpur (Nirala Nagar), and he wants to apply for new gas connection. From last 6-8 he is approaching gas agencies, but they say that connections are not yet open.
            Another major concern is that for new connection no gas company has disclosed rates, so gas agency also ask for bigger amounts, where as when I got new connection i got it for half or roughly quite mch less amount ( I paid Rs 1700) where from him they are asking for Rs 4500. Another issue they also force customers to take new cooking stove also, and they say its mandatory.

            I need urgent action and response on it.

              Instead of 20 days, now distributor take 30 days for the delivery of fresh cylinder. This particular distributor will not deliver even after a gap of 35 days, even after repeated calls. They also try to keep their phone engaged for the full day so that no consumers should get access to that. LAst delivery of cylinder was July 19, 2008. I booked for fresh cylinder on the following week. They were supposed to deliver me new cylinder on August 19, 2008. But they postponed it to August 22, on the grounds that they have delivery t this side only on Fridays. But till today they have not delivered it[protected]. Now if i have to get another cylinder I have to wait 30 days from here.

                I am a LPG gas consumer no.15963, I deal with M/s Panchkula Gas service, Sector-17, PANCHKULA, who are the distributor of my area. Continuos dialing is required, if someone is fortunate then booking will be done. But there is no surity of Cylinder deleivery even after 10 days. Again dialed, then it was told to be deleivered within next two days. But unfortunately not delievered evev after 15 days...

                i am looking for new connection . pl confirm the procedure to avail this
                My experience with the same Agency is quite different as whenevr, i book gas thru this agency, i always insist on delivering it on Sundays as I am always off on Sundays & not available on weekdays. but these people take it on deaf ears. the way of talking is that rude that i feel to slap that particular executive taking calls. these people think themselves as GOD without whom our stoves will not burn. let me tell them one thing that if the situation remains same, they would survive only for few days in this competitive world.people are very much aware of the things now. the only thing we stop our aggression is that we do not want to fall down to that extent these people are. if this mail is being forwarded to / read by the Agency owner, i request him to change the staff.

                    A man named parmar(surname) of Shree Nrusinh Krupa Gas Agency, Akota Vadodara did not issue gas to us. He misbehaved with my mother and told to bring ration card which takes a lot of time. He did not give any notice and was taking undue advantage of his position. Ration card was not available to common man here till now and it was for low income group. That gas agency man should accept other I.D. Proof. What should I do now. To whom should I approach. Please provide me the Consumer Care's Number of IOC of Vadodara Range

                        We have one indane connection, which is in my father's name. I wanted to transfer it from Orissa to Bangalore.
                        When i contacted Bnagalore Indane Gas agency, Executive said your father present require for this transfer.
                        where as my father health condition bad and unable to walk properlly, how it is possible for him to come ?

                        Request to pls address this issue on priority basis.

                        1. I am serving in Indian Army Since 1995.I have a single cylinder connection of indane Gas in Bangalore, now i am transferred the connection to kerala (Deepam gas agency, Sreekandapuram), then submitted the vouchers copy and send it to bangalore on 21 Apr 2009 for verification. After one month call back to Deepam gas agency, says that the vouchers are not reaching here. After one week confirmed the vouchers are in agency. So the agency was continue delayed to issuing the transferred connection for me, when i try to contact with the office, the agency continues to given the time period to till date (date wise).

                          I have been a customer of indane gas since the year 2001. Being a PSU employee i have been tranferred all over india and now i am in chennai. M/s Prasanna Gas agencies, Korattur, Chennai have denied giving connection on transfer voucher stating that ration card is mandatory for gas connection.

                          I am in projects dept. in Oil Industry and am transferred frequently and is impossible to obtain ration card fulfilling formalities of every state governments.

                          I understand from the authorities that in these cases as mine there is grace period of 3 months for obtaining a Ration card/ NOC from civil supplies dept.

                          These gas agencies hidding the facts are harassing consumers while offering cylinders at a higher rates.

                          After several pressures and after giving undertaking to submit NOC they have given me connection with two cylinders(C.No:29303) but now they are denying for refilling. People receiving the booking show their least concern about customers and most of the time calls are disconnected with out any information.

                          I wish somebody initiate to educate and advice the M/s Prassanna gas agencies not to harass consumers for no reason.

Sylendur vicreta (Sheopur Gaish agency) ke dwara sylender ke vajan ko tol ke nahi suply kia jata hai. or na hi time pr home dilevry dee jati hai. 15-20 dino ke bad hi sylendur logo ko praday kia jata hai . or sylender ko black bhee kia jata hai. new conection ke lene ke lia grahako stove agency se hi adhik prise me lene ke lia bahdhya kia jata hai, jishka prise market se jayada hota hai aap in shabhee baton ki apne niji star se janch - parakh kr sakte hai.

                              Theft of Cylinder by Indian Delivery boy

                              I am the user of Indane LPF gas cylinder(Consumer no.12372) through Subh Laxmi Agencies-Shakarpur. I have booked Gas on 20.08.2008 and Delivery boy bring the cylinder on 21.08.2008 around 4.30 pm. He has hanover the cylinder and taken the empty cyclinder while checking the cyclinder we have observed that cyclinder was in lekage condition and we have asked them to replace the same. He has taken the cylinder for replacement but he has taken...

                              I registered a gas cylinder on 25th July 2008 at V.S Gas Agency, Mohindergarh, which is not delivered till now. (21st August, 2008)
                              On telephone they say gas has been sent from there store and this is delivery man's mistake. Delivery man says that they (V.S Gas Agency ) did not give any gas registered to me.

                              neither you can complain nor yau can get gas cylinders easily and by ready to get misbebaved by the employees on questioning this is all what we want to say about the servicing of Vs gas Agency Mahinder Garh
                              they can be sell the gas in black at higher rates but there i no gas for normal suplly. i[censored] ask abut this unfair then there is no answar. and if there is further reasoning by consumers then there is misbehaving by the workers at the gas service. they don't want to listen any thing.all is to be faced by consumer we face...we question...and we get insulted by the workers we also get less gas in cylinders. no body at the center provide. complaint latter & complaint no.. for misbehaving.

                              there is no difference between a carless govt. employees and the employees atVs gas agency

                                The Venkat Sai Agency - Indane Gas distributors are teh worst in terms of teh service offered by them.
                                They neither pick up teh phone, nor do deliver the cylinder on time.
                                Never befor e15 days.

                                Please refer to the subject cited above and I would like to inform as below:

                                As I am holding single cylinder connection I have applied for additional
                                cylinder as i am having gas cosumption more domestically.But it happend
                                that 2 years over after the application for additional cylinder :

                                But please understand the difficulty in terms of maintainig with single cylinder
                                and in this matter I approched many a time with my above referred distributor
                                no solution they are giving.

                                Please tell me the way out .
                                The yashoda gas Agency padmaraonagar - Indane Gas distributors are very worst in terms of service offered by them.
                                They neither pick up telephone phone nor do deliver the cylinder on time.
                                Never before 20 days..

                                Area: North lallaguda.
                                Auto driver is worst and very rude person he dont know how to deal with the customers and more over he is using all vulgar language.
                                Their is no proper response from his when ever we ask about the status he is not willing to reply and he is use to reply us what ever you do i don't care this is the reply from this person which is not acceptable towards the customer end we are not getting it freely and we have lost our patience by regular follow ups.
                                So, please kindly take immediate action on him and please replace him with another proper person who ever suits for it.
                                We dont bother about gas but this type of person testing our patience with his rude behaviour.

                                  we have booked refil on 13-08-08 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone[protected] and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 9526.

                                  But they say its not booked because on that day compter is not working. it already 12 days . there is no LPG in our home. Please help us.

I booked refill on 3-10-09 @ Rajesh Gas Ajency, Madhavaram, chennai. phone[protected] and our LPG Reg. no is RG - 28084. and today the date is[protected].there is a huge delay in delivery which is ridiculous . every day i call them they say tomorrow we will deliver it.this is just not acceptable that to book the refill wait for 21 days and it will take another 20 days for them to deliver it.now we cannot wait 40 days for just 1 refill.

                                  The explanation which they give is they have the LPG but they dont have any person in this area to deliver it .1 day this explanation is acceptable. everyday highly impossible. please do something.please take necessary action against it.

                                  I am S. Narayanan residing at 2/62, Rajaji Nagar, 6th Main Road, Madhavaram, Chennai-60 and my LPG registration No. is 22644. I booked refill at Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavaram through phone No.[protected] on 15.10.2011 and my wait list No. is 274407. From 08.11.2011 to 11.11.2011 every day my wife or my son approached the staff of Rajesh Gas Agency, their reply the refill will be delivered today itself. Today (12.11.2011), I approached the staff of Rajesh Gas Agency, the same reply has been received by me. Then, I contacted the Manager of Rajesh Gas Agency, he informed that due to Truck Strike the supply of refill is delayed, however the supply will be effected today itself. But till 18.30 hrs of 12.11.2011 the LPG refill is not delivered. The non-supply of LPG refill nearly 28 days from the date of booking is torchering a consumer to lead his day today life smoothly. Kindly look into this matter and necessary steps may please be taken if priority is overlooked. My email ID is [protected]@ymail.com.

                                    I am the customer of ( ELA GAS AGENCY V.DS.MARKET
                                    SEC- 93 NOIDA ) . Sir my consumer no is 9761 . thre four days ago i recived the lpg filled cylinder 14/08/08 as weight (16.3 /14.2 ) when i did weight of that cylinder the weight of cylinder only 26 Kg. then i complained in agency they assured me replaced other cylinder against that cylinder but no action taken by agency against or no replaced cylinder by agency stiil 20/08/08. so you are reqested to look the matter and do needfull.

                                      I have booked for LPG cylinder on 30/06/2008 with booking No. 4538. Till date (ie. 20/08/2008), cylinder has not been supplied even after several times remindings. Vehicles/persons coming with cylinders in front of my house several times simply skipping/hiding. It is strongly suspected that they are selling my cylinders in 'black'. An early enquiry and action against the said agency is requested for.
