I introduce myself as a Customer to Indane Cooking Gas. I am residing at # 52, Kaikondarahalli, Near Bus stop, Carmelram post,
Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 560035.

My Gas connection is thro you dealer KK Indane Enterprises, near Iblur bus stop in Sarjapur road vide Consumer # D0064322.

This time we have booked for cylinder on 11th August but regret to note that as on today...

This is too bad... we are waiting for gas cylinder up to 40 to 50 days... Because dealers r sold in block market from four months... actual cost of cylinder is RS 315 but they are selling RS 500 to RS 600 in block market for DSC coaching institutions and messes... address

What the government doing i hope collecting...

i have a applied for a spare cylinder on 12.7.2007 (SRAP No 590891 and WL No 619/27216) with Sharada Gas Agency, Moghalpura. Since iam having only 1 cylindeer and that to they are taking minimum 5 days to get refil cylinder iam facing severe problem (by skipping coocking food). Even after repeated enquiries/requests/follow ups i have not yet got my spare cylinder. Please help me sir.

I am a consumer of LPG Indane having consumer no. DI-4129 at Dev indras Durg (CG). I had booked for the gas telephonically on 8.8.2008. but till today they have yet to deliver after 19 days despite several reminders. they used to say that it would be delivered next day but it never came. This is regarding my indane connection ( Consumer no. 6176 with M/s Shanti Indane, Sadh Nagar, palam, New Delhi. Tel no.[protected] attached to agency. Everytime when gas is booked, gas availability is not there at godown. It needs 2/3 visits to get one cylender. Also they do not deliver cylender at home. I m user of the Indan GAS Cylinder from last 5 yearS. but from last three months i did not get any gas cylinder. i m complaining about "mritunjay gas services" 255/385, kundari rakabganj, lucknow. U.p. (INDIA) in past whenever i got the cylinder that was of 26.5 kg instead of 29 kg.

This is absolute ridiculous, the way these agencies are treating their customer. I was continuously monitoring from last few days poor people are facing so much problem. Even i faced same problem one agency in Mundwa (Pune) is fooling and telling us to come tomorrow from last one week.
