i am having a connection of indane gas registration no. rt 1133 in the name of gaya prasad pandey add rbi 737 g rani laxmi nagar sipri bazar jhansi - but i am fully hrassh by the home delivery facility from ramraja gas agency -they always bookcylnder on 21st day but never deliver after booking even though they dont give reciept for booking they always give manul booking no. and delivers the gas after one month from booking and always black the cylinders - even on this month booking they dont given me the reciept no, but my manual booking no. is 1060 booked on 06/08/2008 but still o today 24/08/2008 thy are saying we dont have stock to deliver wait for another one week or so- means my last deliver cylinder and today its about 2 montshs now what can ido why they are not giving us our printed recipt booking no. please check on the matter ------

Sir,
I am consumer of S.K.Gas Agency, Bariatu Ranchi in Jharkhand.My consumer No-25662. I have booked Gas for home delivery through Telephone no of agency i.e.[protected] on 04/09/2009 and simultaneously agency has provided a booking no- 1654. Still i am unable to receive the gas.

Please take the matter.

    Sir,
    My Self Yashwant kumar Naidu (Y.K.Naidu), has transfer my gas connection from Korba (C.G) to Bilaspur (C.G) with in state. which was booked in the year 1999, 21, march. My SV.NO. 1160171 / 21.03.99, (CUNSUMER NO. 6491). I discontinued my connection and got refund Rs. 1000/- .

    Now i am trying transfred at SHREE BALAJI GAS AGENCY AT BILASPUR (C.G). The same amount has to be ajusted at bilaspur, along with new filled cylinder. (Transfer cleareance from bilaspur to korba has complited)

    Now Balaji Gas is saying that i have to pay some extra amount for "APRON, GAS PIPE, LIGHTER" it cost aprrox Rs. 800/- including prossing fees.
    Which has to purchase necessary, other wise they said we will not accept your transfer connection. And informed that this are Indane Norms.

    Even thow I asked them that pls give me in writing, or show me Indane Gas Norms. which they refused and said talk to Indane gas persons.

    I request u to please resolve the said problem, and informed as above said e-mail .

    Sir,

    Im a new customer of Indane gas. I had applied for new connection at Sri Sai Balaji gas agencies located at Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
    I recived the confirmation letter from you. At the time of collecting the cylinder the person name is Mr Srinivas said we dont give the connection untill you buy Stove with us. I was shocked. And I said to him already I bought new gas stove from the show room. He said we dont give the new connection. In the intimated letter I did not found you must and should buy gas cylinder with us, or must take gas stove with the distributor. and they charged me total Rs 3700/-.
    And they said gas cylinder will deliverd to u r address at the time of recieving u need to pay Rs 350 to lane boy.

    Is it compulsary to buy gas stove with u r distributor or from you? Pls respond as soon as possible and pls take action. I dissopinted with u r service...very bad service.

      NON DELIVERY OF LPG & CANCELLATION OF IOC LPG SUBSCRIPTION

      I was directed to make a LPG Refill Booking against Consumer No.26928 on 5 September 2008, and the representaive of Veena Gas Agency Sarai Julena Near Okhla, New Delhi assured that the refilled LPG cylinder would be delivered on 7 September 2008. Inspite of repeated telephonic response, no result was forthcoming & when today on 19 September, 2008 at 09:45 hours I personally visited their outlet, I was in for a rude shock as the owner...

      Dear sir,

      My name is Sanjay Yadav living in Village Hisawada, Near Town- Aminagar Sarai in Distt-Baghpat and i had a gas connection of Khekra agency in the name of my wife smt. Mundresh Yadav.we are file application 2 years back with Khekra agency for tranfer our connection to Amar Gas Agency, Aminagar Sarai, Baghpat .

      After givin documents and affedevits he make transfer my connection in the name of my younger brother .

      As per new rule now they are not give us sylinder and ask for modify connection book in the name of my brother. we need new book in the name of my wife, but they want rs. 1500 as kharcha pani because he modify my new book according latest book .

      Kindly look in to the matter and give instruction for solve my problem.

      Dear Sir,

      There is a Indane Gas Agency by name Shri Krishna Baldev Gas Agency in Naujheel, District Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) and seems it is managed by Gundas(Goons). Firs they never provide home deliveries, second we are not getting full Gas quantity in cylinders as it's always 2-3 KG less than the mentioned quantity on the cylinder.

      Another big complaint from all the consumers(I have got a signed copy of more than 10 consumers when I visited the Gas agency) is that there is a person (Manager) Mr. Kshetra Pal Pathak (K.P. Pathak) who is managing the agency, is so rude and abusive. I have seen him throwing customers card outside the agency and abusing and harrasing them. All the consumers in this area are either very poor people or farmers with very low rate of littiracy. I like to request Indane Gas Company (IOCL) to look into this matter and I am also sending the written complaint to Petrolium ministry, IOCL head Quatr and other concerned authorities.

      Our immediate concerns are the person called Mr. Kshetrapal Pathak and not getting the appropriate gas quantity.

        hai I’m from chennai. I recently transferred my Gas connection from Velachery to Medavakkam (revthy gas agency). After the transfer I made booking on 18th of August. So far they didn’t issue the gas for me. For the past two weeks I’m keep on contacting them regarding this, but no use of it. When I came to enquire about this they are behaving very rude and not even treating like humans. They are giving some incorrect reasons for the delay in supply. The delar code is 171959. Whenever we approch the agency there will be tons of same complaints logged regarding this. So far there is no response from the higher officals also. I expecting for some favourable action from the company.

AGENCY TO BE SHUT DOWN IF CAN'T CATER TO THE NEEDS OF THECUSTOMER AND SERVE THEM. PHONES ALWAYS ENGAGED, KEPT OFF THE HOOK, STAFF BEHAVE ARROGANT. PROPERITERIX BHUVANA PANCHAPAKESAN NOT ACCESSABLE. WHEN CONTACTED AFTER STRUGGLE ( STAFF KEPT ME HANGING OVER PHONE FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR WHICH I DID WITH UTMOST PATIENCE ) ASKE TO TAKE WHAT EVER ACTION I CAN. PRESS APPROACHED.           Indane Gas LPG supply — SERVICE DEFICIENCY

          I am a customer of Indane gas since 1989 and having my connection with M/S LV REDDY, Hasmathpet, Bowenapally, Hyderabad. I am facing lot difficulty in booking refill over phone as the staff of the dealer are not lifting the phone and because of this I am forced to apply leave to go personally to book the refill. The same has been placed as complaint in the books of the dealer on 04/03/2008 besides booking the refill (refill No is 1848). So far they have not delivered the cylinder and also not attended my complaint. And as usual I am unable to get them over phone to know the status of booking. Their phone Nos.[protected], 27750715. Incidentally the 1260 no is always busy/out of order. Kindly look into the matter as this is being happened to all the consumers and many of them may not be having time and access to go for complaint.
          I am also having this problem for the past one week...

            ( BAGSU BAI ) GAS IN MY MOTHER NAME SHE IS 65+
            my name is praveen r Jain i am a physically handicap ( i have polio in my left leg i am unable to walk without full caliper ) last 25 years we are booking gas in : TUCS ( triplicane urban cooperative society), from last six months they are giving irresponsible in supplying cylinder and also when we are calling to booking the cylinder they are treet us like we are beggars we are not giving money for cylinder, some time they are ricieving the phone and disconnect without proper answer, some time they are telling we have no staff so send any buddy with empty cylinder and collect refill that time i told madam i am a handicap person than they reply this is not our problem. please help me in this problem how can i manage without cylinder.

              Sir,
              On godown delivery also they charge Rs.360/- per cylinder. On office/godown notice board, there is no right telephone/mobile numbers of area inspector/managers to complaint about any problem. Customers can get cylinders only when ever lorry/truck comes and unloading going on at godown. After that they don't give cylinder. If someone asks, reply is only one, no gas is available.If some one giving right amount of cylinder, they refuse for this and don't give cylinder to him. I hope strict action may be taken by Indane authorities.

                I am a customer of your Indane Gas Distributor having office at near Hinoo Sewa Sadan Hinoo, Ranchi with customer no.13904.I am an employee of State Bank Of India presently posted as Deputy Manager at Zonal Office, Kutchery Road Ranchi.Sir, Since inception, when I had taken connection with the said distributor I am suffering from mental agony due to harassing attitude of Indane Gas Distributor at Hinno.Sir I was provided gas connection with 2 cylinders facility On 12.01.08 but since inception they are creating lot of troubles for supplying LPG gas cylinder. Despite booking cylinders for nearly one and half month before on 11/08/08, I was not supplied LPG cylinder till date now my 2nd cylinder is also get empty . what can I do sir even they are not entertaining telephone request for booking the gas, so I myself have to go for booking the gas.
                Sir, my family is very small one with my wife, 2 years old kid and old aged mother. Sir being a single male member of the family I have to take care of all the needs of my family and being a Bank employee with tight time schedule it is not possible now and then for me to move around the Indane Gas Distributor office for booking and getting a LPG cylinder.
                Despite that I visited the concerned office on 25/08/08 and 09/09/08 but I was told that there is shortage of gas, they harassed me and told cylinder will be supplied to your home till evening but till date neither cylinder was supplied nor they are entertaining my telephone now my 2nd cylinder is also empty Sir if there is shortage of LPG supply, Sir kindly make a enquiry with the said distributor about no LPG is supplied to the customers who has booked the gas for home delivery since 11/08/08.
                Sir, I am suffering lot of mental pressure due to behavior of the staff of Indane Gas Distributor at Hinoo, Sir this is not the first case that I am helpless in getting a LPG cylinder, since inception I have to eat humble pie for the same. This is evident with the enclosed copy of booking and delivery receipts.

Sir I booked my cylinder on dated 13/12/2008. But sir I still could not received the cylinder I called many time to agency and I went many time their, gas go down but even they are not given me any response so please take any strictly action against the agency. Make some strong rules for the delivery.
                It is just like a huge struggle to get a cylinder but it is so easy by the black market. Please take action as soon as possible.

                  Though the State Govt. of Tamilnadu has declared that No ration card is required for LPG still the Indane Gas Agency located in Perambur (Near Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School) demands the same.

                  When one of my uncle called them up over phone and stating that Govt. declaration in the media he was a given a rough reply "phona vaiya" hang-up it up.

                  So what is the real meaning of this, still consumer are at the mercy of these petro companies when this will come to an end.

                  I am Manoj Sharma and living in chandigarh with my family. I have an gas connection (N16887) in my brother name. My brother has transfered to shimla. Now I would like to tranfer this connection from my brother name to my name and also change my residence address which is mentioned in pass book. This is for your reference that i have recently changed my residence and already shifted to new home. Now I am facing problem to received gas cylinder on new address because agent told to me that the gas cylinder will be delevered only there, that already addressed in our record. What I have to do? I have a D.L, passport copy, bank account statment for supporting documents. Kindly do the needful and reply me soon.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am currently having a LPG connection through Indian Oil's Indane Dealer, M/s. Sabi Gas Agencies, Ayanavaram, Chennai. Previously in Tamilnadu one should have ration card to book for refill even if they have a LPG connection. This is as per the government requirement.

                    I had shifted my residence from Gujarat to Chennai and I was not having ration card at Gujarat. Because of the non availability of NOC from Gujarat, Tamilnadu Civil Supply department is not accepting my ration card application and I do not have a ration card. Because of the non availability of ration card M/s. Sabi Gas Agency is refusing to supply me a refill.

                    But recently Tamilnadu government had removed the requirement of ration card for the LPG booking and had allowed many other documents like telephone bill to be used as address proof. I am ready to provide any other documents like telephone bill but still M/s. Sabi Gas is insisting on ration card and refusing to supply me a refill. Is there any way to resolve the issue.

I have given my voter id and notary public affidavit.Is it compulsory to produce ration card.                         I am a consumer of LPG WITH Sahel Gas Agency, Satellite area, Ahmedabd, with consumer No 779 which is IOC AGENCY. I have been having DBC double bottle connection for the last 15 years. I am a senior executive with 6 adults and 2 children in my family. The purpose of DBC has been to avoid refilling problem. For the last 3 months, Sahel Gas Agency is refusing to book even till 21 days are over after cylinder is supplied making me to physically count 21 days in the kitchen for BOOKING. Secondly, I fail to understand the sanctity of Double Bottle Connection provided to cease and desist from the malaise of timely supply of LPG. I have been getting bureaucratic reply from Sahel and Customer Grievance Cell Mr Pagrekar that sanctity of DBC could not be explained and consumer has to spend time in the kitchen to physically count 21 days for booking even.

                        I request you to let me have the DBC SANCTITY and ideology of refusing even booking upto 21days - no point in quoting bureaucratic clauses - consumer focus may please be explained as you have professioanlly kept this type of access to a consumer.

                        Iam an airforce employee working in Bapatla which comes under your vijaywada area i went to your agency for new connection as all know we defence people do nat have ration card of the state which we are working because oures is transferable job but as per the letter of the area manager he refused to give new connestion to me stating non availabilty of ration card.please take this matter so that i may be given with a new gas connection as earliest

                        Please kind to be ur notice that I have applied for NEW GAS CONNECTION on 2/4/09 and thereafter REGISTRATION NO. GOT[protected] FROM SRINGERI ENTERPRISES SCO-21 HUDA SHOPPING COMPLEX SECTOR-7 GURGAON And after that concern authority had done Survey for the same and i have paid RS.150/- for hot plate checking and Survey Report no. is 2047 on 12/5/09
                        MAIN REASON IS CONCERN THAT I HAVE JOINT FAMILY AND already we have TWo cylinder of Bharat gas Connection and this connection in the name of my Bhabi So, now i have required separate connection so I have applied for the same.
                        Therefore during survying survey reporter had mentioned that i have two cylinder when these two cylinder of my Bhabi.So i have managing temporary by her help.
                        Now resulting my new connection process running pending and i have facing the problem

                          I've applied for a new connection in Jodhpur park, Kolkata 2 monthns back. In the meantime I had to shift from Kolkata, West-Bengal to Silchar, Assam for professional reasons.Just one week back my new connection was offered to me in Kolkata, but at the same time the agency is ignorant to transfer the connection over to Silchar which I badly require over here to settle family over here.I need to transfer the connection within 5 days just after the puja holidays since I;ve to rejoin my job at Silchar.
                          Please Help to know me how I can transfer the connection over here.

                          I would like to know whether it is possible to gift my LPG cylinder to my relatives.
                          If yes, then How?

                            my indane gas consumer number is 38711, when i book for the cylinder they will ask us to book for the cylinder only after completion of 21 days from the date of delivery of the 1st one. always i will be booking my cylinder with Bhagyanagar gas agency in vidyanagar. when i register for my cylinder they will give me answer that the cylinder will be delivered after 12 days or 15 days as they wish but it will be delivered only after 25 days after continuous daily request and follow up. this is not for one month but every month the same problem. but the other agencies in that area they get it within 7 days. i facing a lot of problem with this bhagyanagar gas agency. the staff also will not response correctly. i except some action on the agency will be taken by you early. thank you

                            we have recently shifted our refill to this bhagyanagar gas agency Vidyanagar . I have booked my refil on 27/7/2017. they sent a message as door lock. I have again booked my refill on 8th of august yet I didn't receive cylinder. inspite of many calls, inspite of many visits to the office there is no response from the office management.
                            WHAT SHOULD WE DO this is the response we get from the office
                            NO PROPER SERVICE NO PROPER RESPONSE..

                              Dear Sir,
                              our customer id no is 25094 registered in chandra gas agencies at ambattur. sir we had only one cylinders connections at ambattur o.t in chandra gas agency. sir we lost our cylinders five years back in a critical situvation. sir my father is a tailor, since there is no cylinders we suffering a lot. we are unable to purchase kersoene in which the rate are too high. we are ready to pay the fine for the lost of cylinders. but your agent are not ready to accept any fine or issue a another cylinder. we request for the second cylinder but they are not providing us. sir please help us in this situvation. Please issue us the second cylinder orelse please collect the required fine for the lost cylinder and provide us a cylinder. orelse please cancel our cylinder so that we would pay the reputed fine.

                              sir please help us, we have no other way, if your company didn't help in this situvation.

                              Dear Sir,
                              our customer id no is 12950 registered in Javed Gas Aligarh. The cylinder supplied last time was containing at least 5-6 Kg of water and hence lasted in 2 weeks only. Please instruct the agency to replace the cylinder at the earliest as the supply of another is given at the rate of 45-50 days per cynlinder.

                                I have a connection from Secular Gas service . At the time of allotment I was alloted 1 cylinder citing that the second cylinder would be alloted very soon. Its been 15 months that the second cylinder has not been allotted and I am forced to hustle and bustle everytime the running cylinder is over. I am being told that DBC (god knows what does it mean) is closed and new allocations are on hold. please get it resolved ..

                                  Today at the time of replacement of new cylinder when we going to switch on huge leakages from the joint of regulator & cylinder.From the morning No. of times complaint lodged to our dealer DURGACHAK GAS SERVICE, HALDIA-721602. PH[protected].Still nobody turn here. There is no other alternative. Shop is also closed now.It is a perineal problem with this dealer. There is a lot of booking problem. Phone is always kept engaged there. No body can access the phone.Pl. arrange to sort this matter immediately.We have forced to take food from out side.

                                  I am Sukhvir verma living in sultan puri. Two weeks ago i feel leakage throu regulater and i have call leakage complaint # (that is on the back side of delivery slip). I called and went to PRATAP JYOTI's Office but I got no responce from their side. So please look into the matter and change the regulater as Early as Possible.

                                    I have taken a single cylinder of LPG gas connection on 03.06.06 from kawas (Surat) conn. no[protected], consumer no-264004 (HP GAS)
                                    my transfer was being to NTPC Vindhyanagar (distt. singrauli). I have given a application for extra double cylinder but not getting there. now I am posted to Bhilai and transfer my gas connection from Vindhyanagar to Bhilai on 20.08.08, Bhilai Indane consumer no 337333 DISTRIBUTOR is "ABHIYASH INDANE " Neharunagar near Krishna public school.Bhilai (Ph. No[protected], 2290999) I gave a application to his for extra double cylinder. but he refused for given double connection. he is telling that now a day, extra double cylinder is not giving.

                                    I have a gas connection No.6514 with Ms.Geekay gas agencies, Trichur. At time of connection of new I have applied for second cylinder
                                    Reg no.SL.No.SR8304 dated 7.02.1985. When I go for enquiry for
                                    2nd cylinder, they told they have sent letter under certificate of posting.
                                    So they told that is already lapsed. so you book fresh one. I have booked
                                    fresh one with registeration no.Sr.No.4039 dated 31.07.1996 with the
                                    same Ms.Geekay gas agencies.Trichur ( Kerala). When I enquired
                                    with Gas agencies, they are telling we have sent letter to address given.
                                    Till today I have not recd any information from gas agencies.So please
                                    look into this and do the needful.

                                      I am resident of 303, Saryug Complex, Nehru Nagar, Patna 800 013. I approched to your agent M/s Akhand Jyoti, Patliputra, Patna - 800013 for new LPG connection. There I saw a notice board mentioning that charges for new connection is Rs. 3500.00, which includes the cost of hot plate. On inquiry the officials told me that purchase of hot plate is compulsory without which no new connection was provided by your agent.
                                      I would like to state that they are charging very higher rate for hot plate and I wish to purchase the ISI marked hot plate as per my own choice.
                                      You are requested to inform me whether the purchase of hot plate is compusory for a new connection or not as per IOC's rule.
                                      If your dealer is doing something wrong, please intimate me what can I do?
