[Resolved]  Indane — late delivery

sir
i have a indane cooking gas connection for past 3 yrs, my use of cooking gas is limited as require only 4 refils in one year ,
every time i have booked gas for refil it has taken me 15 to 20 days to get the cylinder .
gas agency is SRI SRI BALAJI GAS AGENCY , PRAKASH NAGAR , BEGUMPET ,HYDERABAD .
i have made repeated complaints to the agency owner but he doesnt respond , latest example
i booked cylinder on 13/12/2007
and recieved cylinder on 1 /1/2008
when asked about delay i was asked to pay extra (rs 500) to get cylinder out of turn and can be given with out booking
i will like authourities take any action should be taken on this agency or i will have to go and ask court to do it

For a family of six members one cylinder will burn for 25 DAYS but the the company registers booking only after 21Days and the dealer takes another 10 Days to deliver the booked cylinder so
kindly request the corporation to change the booking date to 15Days thanking you

srinivasa agency, oldwashermenpet,chennai-21 — late delivery of cylinder

my consumer no. 57254 cyliner delivered after booking of 13 days this is very late.please take necessary action in concern agency

my consumer no.27112, related with Srinivasa Agency, Oldwashermenpet, Chennai-21. This Agency take delivey time from the booking of the cylinder to the above 10 days. please rectify the problem

it is always happening that we are getting very late delivery of gas fron Agnihotri gas services & their response is very poor. to book as gas with them is a very big task because their isd phone always busy.

We booked for refil at raghu gas gurgaon on 07.10.2009 till date we have not recived and we are reminding on phone again again but no responce.

The gas cyl. booking date in other companies for 20 days but your company is 25 days

deliver the cyl. after 10 to 15 days of booking

re booking date is after deliver date of cyl.(35 to 40 days)

lindane — VERY LATE DELIVERY OF CYLINDER.

I reside in Raigarh Chhattisgarh. I am having cooking gas connection of INDANE. My customer No. is 21858. My complain is that in Raigarh it takes about 50 days to get the cyllinder after booking. There is no proper response from the indane agents and very often they use to misbehave.
Kindly do necessary to redress the malpractice.

I am a customer of M/s Deep Ganga, dealer of Indane at Patna. I booked on 22.12.09 for refill of my LPG gas. But, till date it's not delivered. Booking no-9304 my Cust no-12614 Address- Flat no-204, Durga Heritage, Jagdeopath more, Patna-800014.

Dear All,

i had booked the gas on 13.01.11 vide booking no-197 consumer no-24823, sap code-107248 distibutor name-parul gas service. But i have received the same on 27.01.11 and it allways happens. i am requesting you please look it .

I am a customer of Sheel gas, dealer of Indane at delhi. I booked on 25.05.11 for refill of my LPG gas. But, till date it's not delivered. refill booking no-8508 with cash memo -8536

I had booked Gas cylinder on 4th July,2012 at Sri Ram Gas service, Baroda and yet not received the Gas cylinder.
