Dear Sir,

I am resident of # 203 MS Enclave Dhakoli NAC Zirakpur. It is regretted to say that the postal services through BPO Dhakoli under Zirakpur SO, Rajpura HO are more than worst. The Postman is never seen in any of the colonies distributing the mails. Whenever the BPM is contacted personally he says that only two men are there who are not able to cope up with the work load because of the dense population over the past few years. The authorities still think it a small Dhakoli Village whereas due to the rapid development of the area in the recent past the population has increased many fold and there is no end to it. The huge dumps of letters could be seen in the room of BPO. which keep on increasing day by day. Only God knows the fate of these mails.

I feel there is a need o[censored]p gradation of this BPO to SO,
so that the dependent habitats do not suffer due to non delivery of important letter containing call letter, admit cards and other important documents in time.

Would the authorities please look into the matter by taking immediate remedial steps required in this direction.

On 1 2 April, 2017, I sent my package through Indian post from Aizawl. Destination is Thiruvala. But till now information was not updated, when I checked my complaint status no further update was found. My complaint no is [protected].

I Sub/clk SC Maharana (Ex Army) had a PLI policy No APS - 443724L. The policy has already been matured on 06 Jul 2016. I had taken a loan Rs 30, 000/- so that my original policy bond with Addl Dte Gen of APS (PLI Cell), New Delhi. Till date the bond has not returned by Athgarh HO. On approaching the post office they advised me to obtain the original bond so that I can get my maturity amount. I have lodge a complaint on pgportal.gov.in (my complaint no is [protected]), but the same is pending now. Please intimate how can I get my money. It has already lapsed one year. Since I am a ex-serviceman I am facing a lot of financial hardship. Please forward the original bond immediately or issue instructions to the Athgarh HO to give me maturity amount on photo copy of original bond with a copy to my e-mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com), failing which I will take shelter of court of law.
