india postalservices — non delivery of money order

i had sent a money order on[protected] from RSM Nagar [indira nagar] pin 226016 post officevide receipt no A2374 of the ammount of rs. 225=00 to be paid to m/s sugal and damani, sant dass street, clock tower, ludhiana pin 141008 punjab.the payee has informed me today ie on[protected] that the mo has not been received by them.this may be looked into. i am an old person of 78 plus years and not in a position to run about, hence this through e mail

Money Order — non delivery of m.o

I have made a M.O the M.O No is 1228, Dated 17.04.2009, to the same address of a speed post.The speed post document is delivered but the M.O is not delivered till date i, e 02.05.2009.
So, I request you to look into the matter & do the needfull.

Post man not deliver call letterr properly. His attitude are very negative. Many admit card not deliver on time and kept his house caused to failure for examination and interview. Birdha pension amount give the party and take Rs.50 to Rs.100 to called per candidate.Post man should carry over the post office in his own house at another place.
we have already tried with our post office for this but didn’t received any proper reply, every time we have received only misbehave from post office,

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that a money order for an amount of 1000/- (One thousand) has been sent from Tamil nadu Vandavasi Thiruvannamalai Dt on 12.2.2018 vide consignment #[protected].

The money order has still not been delivered by the post man. When approached Begur post office on 20.02.2018, postmaster said they do not have money and it has been utilized for some other purpose but will make sure that the money will be delivered today 21.2.2018.

Today also the post man did not turn up and again we had to visit the post office but the post master's response was very rude, he said to catch hold of the post man and to complaint to anyone.

After much argument, a post man, Sukumar, called the concerned post man whose name is Ramesh and asked him why was the money not delivered and he informed him that he doesn't have money and to take it from the post master who had already left the Post office

A complaint has been lodged in the website complaint# [protected] but still no response.

This kind of behaviour and spending someone else's money is not acceptable by the Post Master & Post man,

Request you to kindly look into this and treat this as a complaint and take necessary action to prevent this kind of service which will create a negative mark for the postal services

Pls Note: We have already seen many people waiting outside the post office for the same reason that the money order/ pension has not been delivered considering postman has taken their advantage as they are not educated and poor.

indian postal department — Delay in delivery of Speed Post

I have sent two speed post containg Rakhi to my relatives at Jodhpur on[protected], 09:09 IST. (SP_EN[protected]IN and SP_EN[protected]IN). Till today i.e.[protected] IST (after 05 days), both the post are not delivered. I have mentioned "Rakhi" on bothh the envelopes and tomorrow i.e.[protected] is the festival of Rakhi. If the speed post is delivered after that, then it is of no mean.
Can postal department justify the delay in deliveriy of SPEED POST. If this much time is required for delivery of SPEED POST then what is the meaning of SPEED POST?
You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action to punish the guilty person.

I am sorry to say this dear india post but i have no trust in your service. it is a shame when in other countries they are trying to give high quality service to customers your postal system is totally unreliable. It is only a waste of money and time.

First of all I dont even know whether someone from the Indian Postal Department bothers to read these comments. Yet, am writing cause I feel helpless and broken by the system.

I will soon embark on one of the most crucial jouneys of my life. I am aspiring to do an MBA from one of the schools in USA. I decided to put my bets on the Indian Postal Department and I mailed two articles via India Post to a US destination on 18th Feb 2010.
Till date all I can track about those articles is that they have been dispatched for Mumbai on 19th. What happened next? Despite numerous calls and mails no response from the department.

I dont know if you are as helpless as me, but in case if you arent I would request you to apprise me about the status of my documents.

Your staff told me that it will be reach their in one week..today n week has completed but its not reach till yet...so please my request is that sir please look this case on your level and please try to send my post as soon as possible..

i know india postal department is not that good..but believe me they are not as bad as we think...i tried an alternative to tracking our speed post items...and it was successful..the indiapost site does not update the status..so i tried the post site of the country to which i sent my post...
i also tried it for many of you as mentioned above
the one sent to US on 19th feb was delivered on 1st march
the one to pakistan on 27th april reached there on 4th may
so be cool guys it works and try this:)))

I had Register AD (RM[protected]IN) to an international address (Technogerma GmbH, 64354 Reinheim, Germany) on 30th of July. The post office people informed..that article shall be delivered in 5-7 days. No such thing happened.
Kindly let me now the status for the same.

I did not about rest but Indian Post for international delivery my documents perfectly on time normal registered post will take 10 days for DE ( Germany ) and Speed post 3-4 days max ( from metro cities) and its cheap also and yes traceable also. I tracked my item till Germany ... I dnt know why people saying not traceable and all that

I sent article #EZ[protected]US from USA (Dallas) to Pune India on 15 Aug 2017 and tracking is showing Send item out for physical delivery (Inb) from last five days and letter did not delivered until September 1 2017, Could you please help me out.

My Envelope bearing Original Educational Certificates were dispatched to Alberta Canada, on 29th of Oct-2018 by speed post bearing acknowledgement No-EK[protected]IN.
Even after 20 days the courier has not reached Canada.

They were supposed to reach by at the most after 15 days, the deadline for admission to the college is closed on 20 Nov 2018.

Dear Sir,
I had sent an important letter from bangalore to rangpo sikkim through speed post on the[protected], the ref no being EK[protected]IN. The letter has not reached the destination as of today. I have lodged a complain with the post office at bangalore, but they are not doing much to track this post. Insted they threaten me saying what will you do to us if we are not able to track the post.

I was sent a speed post parcel from IIT Guwahati Assam to Asureswar, Orissa, Pincode-754209 (consignment no: E[protected]IN) on 21st Aug 2014 . The parcel contained my certificates which are extremely important to me. I've tried tracking from the internet several times but is not traceable. Now the record is removed from database after 3 months. It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department.Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately.
