I bought No Snore device seeing online advert a month back; end of April ‘13. This is nothing but an ‘online’ marketing fraud! People who made it very well know that this product is just a gimmick; it simply can’t help stop snoring! This product is a simple polymer molded thing like ‘shoe in-sole’ used for heal spur. This may cost Rs.50 Plus your courier charges of Rs.60. The whole thing may not cost more than Rs.150/- whereas they sell online for a whooping Rs.2,500! It is not the price; this device can’t simply function as is claimed by the seller! Hope that the authority investigates and put a stop to this online marketing fraud.

I've purchased my 1.5 ton Carrier AC by may 2011. My Compressor is still under warranty. To replace the Compressor under warranty Carrier dealer is asking me flat Rs.4000 and he is not interested to share the split up of that 4000/-. Am trying make a complaint to carrier customer care but very very very poor response from Carrier customer care. They have a big escalate team which will work only from 12.00pm to 4.00pm but simply waste. Any good official from Carrier customer care interested to attend my complaint am very happy to welcome them.

this company done several promises to me but done nothing just take my money to home when i ask for refund they don't reply for several days and pass the time then i call them on customer care they said now it will be resoled then again nothing happened like this they pass several months.
they close there complaint by self without my satisfaction.i paid them for 12 months in which they will take 4 months in promotion and my complaint is running for 2 months so how can they will deduct any amount in refund.so i want my total refund.this is going to be a big mental harassment.

Refere to our trial mails as below & some other mails too which has not replied from your side. You made lot of promises as a good sales person at the time of starting our deal. The bigest problem to my mind is you have promised beyond your reach after that u start avoiding my calls and if by mistake you pick my call from unknown number u always promise to call back but u never turned up. After changing your mobile no I was unable to talk since last some time as u have not given your new no. When I got your new no & called twice on 29.12.11 you promised to call back withen 30 Min again as usual, but till now I m waiting for your call.

Now come to the point. My own website www.tactualtech.com for which domain expired on 21.12.11 is still not completed. After talking to Mr Dharmedra (Mob- [protected]) Mr Rakesh has started working on it since last month & still not competed all products in some blocks. According to Mr Dharmendra (IT Head), I need to pay the renual charges of DOMAIN approx Rs400- 500/- for which u promised FOC for life time.

Now as we have not given any potential business during the year (As my websited took to long time hence I was not satisfied with comitment ). I m ready to pay the domain charges between Rs.400/- to 500/-, I[censored] want to charge only renual charges of my domain and will run my website for next one year with all banance upgradation FOC. Rest will work on our relations & new updates of your commission structor for further business. Please do the needfull before 05.01.2012

Finally if nothing works out till 05.01.2012 We would like to take our refund.

This complaint is for Indiamart.
I was working with Indiamart (Dehradun office) from Dec2006 to Mar2011. I left the organization as i got married in May2011. I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms before my leaving to the company. After 1 year of my leaving, no PF amount is received to me & when ever i called my company for PF i received new excuses from them.

I have worked for the company for more than 4 years & i am asking my PF amount.
There is no response from the company on the same, Pls help me out

As per my personnel experience with Indiamart Intermesh Ltd, What they commit they cant fulfill on that. Indiamart is totally a fraud company, they only demands money and money however, By cheating there customers or by wrong commitments.
By compeling of indiamart person, i decided to take indiamart catalog and paid the sum of Rs. 16,500/- for the same. Indiamart person commits me that your catalog will host on your personnel domain, but i got shocked when the call came from indiamart office and they told me, we are hosting your catalog on indiamart site only, They told me contact the person from who commits. when i called him, the no. is not available, i got tensed and contact indiamart regional manager, he told me i ll contact him and let you know. After 2-3 Days i called on the same no. of regional manager, the person picks the call and said its a wrong no. when i listen this i said oh my god, such a cheaters. After all this, at last i contact indiamart, they told me we cant do anything your catalog will be host on indiamart only. I dont have any other option except this because i have paid them.
Every time the person changes, is not the same, they changes in a week. At time of catalog registration, some other person came, second time other person. Not the same person came from indiamart ever because they are appointed for cheating the clients. Because they do wrong commitments, so how they face there clients again.
After all this they host my catalog in Nov.2011 end but they start my catalog time from Oct.2011 starting, when i mail them and call them they didnt reply or mail in this respect.
The call cames from indiamart timely, not for better services, only for money. They always call and demands money for better services, we will do this, than only you will get enquiries. i have already wasted my money on indiamart. I didnt get any bussiness from indiamart till now, the enquiries which i got is not related to my product, its tottaly useless. When i told for enquiries to indiamart, they told me buy credits from us than only you will get inquiries, this is the main fraud and cheating which they do, they ever told there clients at time of booking catalog about credit system.
I want my money back because i have paid for the services, which they are not providing me. Its tottaly a fake company

i have made the payment in the month of feb-2011 and my catlogue was ready within a weeks time , but the catlogue made was entirely a mess and most of the items was not related to me.
so i raised a complaint regarding the same but one of the officials from your end called me and gave me assurance to rectify it and insisted me to host the catlogue. but after i accepted til now i have called atleast hundred times there was no response for your side. there was atlaeast three reasons they were giving which was 1] the concerned person is not there. or when i call the concerned person he used to tell i am outside i will call later or 3 times they took the appointment and never turned up. so i have decided not to take your service anymore and infact i havent used your service for even a single day.

So i want a complete refund of my money which is Rs -15000.00 and the main reasons being lack of time sense and not attending my complaint for almost 9 months now. and wrong posting of my catlogue in which i dont deal with and also wrong information entered like wrong about us details, spelling mistake in the address, and many other things.

Please do the needful.

I am Chetan Singh Dangwal worked at IndiaMART as an sales executive between 4/july/2011 to 30/july/2011and I was not given my salary.During these days I was send to three different branches i.e Noida,Gurgaon and Munirka. I was told to leave India mart by my branch manager at Munirka Delhi. the reason being that I was not having a bike (conveyance).the company is saying that I had signed a deceleration form for the conveyance. I would like to mention that in that form it is in clear words written that the conveyance COULD be used in the job and there iS no where written that I HAVE to use a conveyance.
I now want the consumer court to solve this case. Hope this will bring a good news to me, waiting for a reply.

this is a security company, we have complaint against to Indiamart.com. Indiamart is a froud markteing company we taken its services in 18th March2011 for our business promosion with the amount of @17648/-. After one month a excutive came into the office with some new plans then he taken @18200/- by cheque, But we didn't got any enquiry from them, inbetween we tried to discussed over this matter. Many time we told them about our business promotion or enquiry but nobody response positively. When our company owner was complain against their policy then one another person came into the office and describe some new more plans. At last we taken those plan with the reference of that person. Then again they charge @13236/- by the cheque. Now we have pasted 9th month of this deal or contract still we didn’t got any any single Enquiry or single client got by the indiamart.com. we did complaint against themmany many times in their customer care or head office which is in noida. They just issue us a complaint no only. Still response and no action taken by them over this matter. Now we are not interested in indiamart and want our money back to them.
Therefore we requested to you pls look into the matter and try to save others from this fraud marketing companies.

I just want to say only one think that Indiamart is incapable to retain its own employees, They are just making money to using new blood means--newly MBA's or graduates,,,,,,,,,,, then how it is possible they will care about their clients. Employees are just like a slave for Indiamart & clients are just like a escape goat. I & most of my friend who has already worked in Indiamart they had left their Job. company has been completed approx 15 to 16 years in market but they are having approx 30 to 35 slaves,,who are continuously working in Indiamart. Then any one can easily understand what would be the company reputation in the market. So its my suggestion to employees Do,nt waist your valuable Time & Money to join Indiamart.

the indiamart is being run well in the market but the company employer does not understand what the customer requirment from indimart. They know only that just take order any company and then forget it soon. please be careful from indiamart's some employer. they are also cheating with indiamart just only take order and forget in some days. no reply no call no mail........

We had our Advertising Catalogue published through Indiamart last year and then, we discontinued this year due to dis-satisfaction. We have clearly intimated for more than 10 times for our intention to discontinue with Indiamart.

Then too, we are receiving continues Calls from various executives of Indiamart regarding the same. It has became an Harassment by their Marketing Team trying to push for meeting with regards to Promotion.

We request the Consumer Forum to give us the necessary guidance to save our company from such Marketing Companies.

We have been a premium user with indiamart since december 2010. We haven't got any service which they have commited to do. I have sent so many mails to them but there is no one who is checking those mails. In the reply Mr Dilip Kumar Singh told that He is getting 800 mails daily. How can he check the same.There was a customer meeting scheduled but no one is coming since last 12 days.

I registered with indiamart.com in the name of E A Poonawala for online promotion of our products. As soon as i registered for free services I started getting calls from India Mart to become their paid coustomer so that I would get more inquires online. Their person came and explained me that they would create a webpage and promote our business online and we would get lots of inquires from their side. I registered with them with all the promises that made for promotion. I paid around Rs.15000/-
As soon as I paid them the money I started getting mails mostly containing ads of other companies selling similar products. People from India Mart visited me to upgrade my plan forcing me to pay up more money or else the money I paid earlier would get wasted. They forced me to buy other plans like top supplier & India Mart verification etc by shelling our more money. I immediately understood that I was a victim of blackmail by india mart. Even to see the inquires on India Mart Site you need to buy credits from them. It is a shame on India Mart that this way they are looting people.
I made complains to the delhi office for India Mart they just keept on calling saying they are promoting my business and mapping it and so on. Also they kept me showing me inquires in my inbox but almost all were bogus inquires as they were simply advertizing or selling products.
My advice to any planning to register with IndiaMart Please do not do it as it is a total waste of money.

I Mohit Jain properiter of Fragrance Of India complaint many times to indiamart.com that till now the site is not completed as there is no follow up and click to call function is useless not working all the time as all fake inquiries by there employ indiamart has cheated me and not being upto their words and after this not even replying my mails,.as i am not satisfied with the service and finally i want my full refund of my money paid to indiamart. because i have suffered tremendous harassment and loss in my business due to indiamart. please refund my full money as soon as possible

i have received around thrity calls from Numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] regarding sales call. I have received the same from many numbers in nearly four hours of the days start today. India mart has been harrasing me on my number [protected], [protected] from the past three days. I have been enough polite with them. But they seem to never understand. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

India mart is a fraud in commitment by website promotion company

I was opted Indiamart after they convened me to promote my Company listing on fist page on tope of the Indimart all site like(www.thepackersmovers.com; www.Indiamart.com; the commitment me you will also get the listing in Google map on first page of google and banner of all India mart portals and our will also get they daily 8-10 quirey.
But according to that Commitment noting will be done from Jan-11 to still.
I have all the commitment in written. One of his marketing Executive Mr.Naveen aggarwal came at my delhi office and Ms.Sakshi convened me on phone. I want to know how many time they will take since January,2011 I took the membership but not 5 month has been spend they promises me you will permote and you will get the response within 30-45 days but now situation is that when I call them they say to me sir first you paid the remaining amount 35000.00 after that services will be activate. The total package was for 70000.00 I paid 35000 Advance I said to him If I wall get goods response then I wall pay remaining amount they said sir your pay 50% in advance and remaining amount you pay after seen my services the commitment me also you will get the daily 8-10 query but they have all the fake commitment I want to back my 35000.00 because which they prmiss me that’s nothing happen.
Indiamart is fraud company they have all the fake commitment.

Hi This is Sourabh Jain having my own company bu the name Awesome Events and Entertainments. A marketing executive was came to me before a month and ask me about Indiamart. He commit me for a package of Rs. 48000 in a discounted rate Rs. 16545. So I get agreed on the same and Give him a cheque of Rs. 16545 for the services of Online Promotion on[protected]. But till now I hann;t get any response from company. I had made many complain in their Indore Office, Noida Office and Hyderabad Offce etc Now I request them to give me my money back to me but they are behaving wrong and told me What ever you have to do, do it. We will not give you money back.
If you want to approach to court go to court We will have a look.

Please help me out If possible.

Non deliverance of services after receiveing payment
Promotion with m/s indiamart intermesh ltd. For which we have paid rs. 15, 000 +service tax rs. 1545, a total amount of rs. 16, 545/-. We were commited by there executive that within 3-4 weeks our portal would be ready for launching. Despite repeated follow up through mail and telephonic conversations we have not yet receive any output from there side...
