We purchased a chest in mother of pearl from Touseef International in Agra and we are so angry and disappointed! we bought it for 24 000 rs and paid the chest was damaged during transportation. Touseef always lied to us saying he will come for free to repair it because he wants to keep good customers. He never came, lied, never respected deadlines (1 month and a half delay on delivery) and ignored our phone calls.
We are foreigners, diplomats and so disappointed that the image of mother of pearl was tarnished by his company.
The photos are attached. I had to pay another guy to fix the broken parts (11000 rs!!!).

I am member of indiamart portal since past 12 years.
My membership is blocked without any intimation.
When i called on their customer care, then once arrogant executive who has lack of knowledge about it gave me unaceptable reason to me.
When i brought to her notice about the lack knowledge, she harassed me for termination of membership.
I made many calls and sent many messages thereafter but i couldn't get response or activation of my membership.
This is nothing but just a personal revenge.
There is no higher authority to contact in this company.
I am helpless and writing this complaint.

I ordered for Namax International for Acrylic podium Through IndiaMart and paid amount. I requested the supplier to send the podium picture before sending to us . I added pictures of Shample of our order and their made podium. we are totally dissatisfied to see the podium new podium. we are not interested to take the podium. please cancel our order and return the amount.

Hi sir, i am yashodhra patil, director of global outsourcing and placement solutions. We are a delhi based paid member with your portal indiamart.
I have been facing a lot of negative issues from your end and your team is not even bothering to revert or satisfy me with their reason that are invalid. It has been more than three months you have blocked my portal and nobody from your team is ready to give me a valid reason or solution.
Being a paid member with you, i atleast expect some sort of respect and accountability that i am finding is missing.
Moreover, due to my blocked account, my business is getting impacted. Request to kindly take an immediate action.

Above concern i have shared to dinesh aggarwal, dinesh gulati, parag aggarwal and so many other managers and all. But neither i have received any valid reason for deactivating my profile nor any reply on my emails where i am asking valid reason for the deactivation of my profile on indiamart portal.

I am registered on indiamart as a paid seller. One buyer did complaint against my company. I have shared all details, agreements, mails to the legal team of indiamart and indimart team said we can not activate your profile until you resolve with buyer. As now buyer is narrating the story so how i can agree on those things. Finally we sent legal notice to that buyer, also shared the copy with indiamart legal team. But we have not received any positive response from indiamart. Very pathetic resource person, they do not have any clarity of our business and they just take money from sellers and register them. Very poor service. I wasted my lots of time in just giving the explanation to indiamart and their directors, managers and legal team. Do not register on indiamart as a seller. Never ever do this mistake. You wont only loss your money but also waste your precious time. So request to everyone don't go with indiamart.

Beware call for every customer:-
This company comentag promotional products runs by partners mr. Aditya jain _[protected] and mr. Gaurav gupta_[protected] doesn’t have any setup only had few printing machines. I approached him though indiamart and got cheated on trusting his words and reputation and give advance for any material these person are thieves yours money won’t return back and infact won’t deliver yours product. I sued him a court notice for fraud of my huge amount but no reply now court case also ready to sue such criminals. We had all documented proofs to prove my every words.

Hello, above holiday company is not reliable as they did package for us from 8th november 2018 for norteast india. Impal was first destination stayed two days everything was closed, now they should have checked it before they organized it. Next kohima they didn't give the hotel address so struggle to find the address after two hours the hotel responded. Then kaziranga they didn't book elephant safari as you need to book 24 hour before so we couldn't have it. Guwahti booked ginger hotel in between two swamp full with maskitoes and smell he didn't give choice where we managed to book in reddison blue. Then in shillong he booked us in city center with hotel ladybird whole night in traffic noise and spoiled our clothes which was given for lanundry. Every thing which we went to visit was outside city and in same direction so two days half the time wasted in transit. From shillong to gangtok left 5am to catch the flight at 11.40am when reached guwahti airport flight wasn't till 5.40pm airline did send email to [protected]@victoriaholidays.co.in they showed copy of email which i provided to ceo jatin of victoria holidays we stayed at vip lounge after discussing with him. At gangtok he didn't send any of copies of our passports and documents so wasted hours at the immigration we reached hotel at 1.30am room wasn't ready it was 3am when we went to sleep room was very dusty and suffering with dust allergies whole night just sneezing away next day they cleaned it. Then to darjeeling hotel summit golden hotel and spa. Most rubbish hotel had worst condensation walls were dripping with water at night you have to walk in puddles very slippery and no slippers were provided.
On return to vadodra had meeting with jatin ceo of the victoria holidays he was sorry to hear about our holidays but wouldn't pay single rupee forget compensation but for hotel and vip lounge at guwahti airport.
Most rubbish holidays organizer please remove it from your site as i will never recommend them to even my enemy 😡😡😡

As soon as i open a page in india mart while searching google i get a call from your sales person asking so many questions. Why should i get a call when i have not asked for. This is unsolicited and many times i have asked them to stop disturbing me. This is forcing me to stop visiting your site and looking for products from your site. Can you tell me how i can delink my phone number from your site.

I am devon bill collins from the united states i did order apetamin syrup several time and i was been scammed so i think the best people who ever did supply me with my order is allcare pharmacy which i did place in an order of 4 cartons and they did deliver it to my home address and they did send it via dhl
And since i started placing order on indiamart they are the only people who have ever supply with what i paid for. So i think they are the best to deal with get them on whatsapp they did ship from turkey

I post my requirements on india mart. After that i receive cal and he said i get your request for led bulbs from india mart. And i selling this product and all varieties etc. Etc. Rate. With company name mb services from gaziyabad. On what'sup ge said ne products sample details etc. I select my product and make bulk order as i m wholesaler. He said me account details and i make rtgs for payment. Now he is not attending my call msg. Etc and block me on what'sup. Please help me what can i do? For my money back. Please please help me

He provided us dtdc tracking number as dh[protected] and sent a link dtdc. Online/track-trace-shipment/ which he designed everything perfectly. On the delivery date also he chatted saying within 30min we weill receive atlast he removed by blocking and making invisible of his number.

We are being harassed by indiamart employees. We are being called 3-5 times a day on each phone number for promotional campaigns by indiamart. On several occasions, we have already cleared our disinterest in taking up indiamart services to its employees. Yet, we are called again and again at inconvenient hours for taking indiamart packages. At times, the just dial employees also become abusive over calls and use foul language.

I have booked oneplus6 phone to indeals company through indiamart platform. First they asked me to pay only shipment charges of ₹ 5000. I have paid them but after sometime they again told me that to pay ₹5000 for insurance and safety fee i paid them again. Now they said please pay ₹ 10000 for custom fee which are refundable amount, so i paid again but when product reached india (As per them) they again asking for more money. Now i realised that there js something wrong going on, so i contacted customer care of indiamart and told the whole story. More surprising thing was even indiamart was unable to call them...😮😮 how it can be possible?? Without knowing any information about seller how indiamart allow them to sell their products through indiamart platform (They all are together and making fools of customers). Now indiamart is not taking any responsibility of it.. That was the worst experience!!

I was interested for ilp because i was been communicatd to get top fixed location and only industry leader in one catorgory will be given and 1 il will get 10 products, but when i subscribed it was not as per the commitment there were more then one il in one catagory and position started shuffling, it was misleading communication just to get money so i requested for closure of the services on ilp.
Without any confirmation or prior communication 2 lacs are deducted against taking services for less than 60 days.
I am chasing regional manager and concern person so was managing my account from almost 4 months, they are just prolonging the matter.
So please help and either get my money back or fulfill the commitment.

He told me that product will be delivered with in 2 days, so i transfered the amount, 2months passed, he is not responding

Indiamart team also not helping me, to revert the amount

I saloni i have registered my company in online portal indiamart to extend my business, i was thinking that indiamart is a good company and maybe i can explore my business by this, but i was wrong without any specific reasons they marking anyone to be fraud, indiamart has weak customer care department or the team is very irresponsible, daily am dropping emails and making calls but they are taking for granted, they guys are not responsive and without any proof they are doing what they think, they are doing b2b business but they don't realise how the businessman feel when repo is spoiling without any reasons.
Have very bad experience and they dont have good team they are not satisfied me, request to indiamart kindly refund 29500 which i paid for paid membership... Poor services
