This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding the non delivery of second gas cylinders and misbehave by there office staff
I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No. 12746 and my distributor is:

He is not delivering us the second cylinder from last one years & says that he will not delivered the second gas due company not issue second cylinder.

    I am a Police Officer and due to shortage of time I am unable to visit in person to Gas Distributor Office i.e. Priya Gas Service of Indian Oil at Jungpura, New Delhi. I am trying them to contact since last 3 days over phone but either their phone remain busy or when ring goes they dont pic it up. Sometime they have picked up the phone but did not talked and kept the phone engaged. This has made me irritated to book my Gas Cylinder. In such cases the Indian Oil should take necessary action against their dealers. It is also suggested that the Phone or Mob no of their Owner should be written in the Distribution slip so that consumers may complaint to their Owners about it too.

    i am madan lal consumer number RG08145 RO A-1/67, sector-7, rohini, delhi-110085.sir, now i am facing lot of problem from your distibutor ROHINI ENTERPRISES .firstly i got leaked cylinder, when i complained for that they changed that after one day.any mishappening could happen that day after that i received a cylinder full of water .now they are refusing that cylinder is not belongs to themn and even they are not talking properly.enterprises is doing lot of fraud with customer.sir, i am a midlle class person, i can't afford that losses. sir, please take some action towards this problem.

    Hi.

    This is to inform you that I have applied a Gas connection on 20/Dec/08 at your agency name of Raj Flame and its address is Shop no: 11 Shanti Market Rama park Uttam nagar and I applied this connection on the name of Prabhjot Singh Residence address is C-9 Mohan Garden Uttam nagar New Delhi: 110059 and for your information I am giving you some details from application form as mention. Running SI no:541 Form no:[protected] applied Date : 20/Dec/08 and at the time of application they said that you come to use after 1 week to get your gas cylinder and when i visit after 1 week they said that you have to come again on 7 Jan 09 and when I visit on 7 Jan 09 they again refuse me to provide gas connection and I new excuse and on 7 Jan then said that please come on 10 Jan and assure me that on 10 Jan we will definitely provide your gas connection and that will be dead line and after all these excuse given by Raj Flame agency to me I was tired to visit again at the age of 58 year but after last excuse given to me on 7 Jan 09 and according to that I have again visit with full faith on 10 Jan and on 10 Jan they again denied me for the connection and again said that please come again as with new excuse. Kindly revert me on [protected]@yahoo.co.in and catch me on [protected] and [protected] I will really feel happy if I get me connection as soon as possible and I also want to get this case on consumer forum so I can get compensation for the physically harassment from Indian oil gas for the negligence done by there Agency which is Raj Flame and I thing which I also want to share with you that on every visit for Gas connection at Raj Flame Mr. Avinash which is incharge of Raj Flame and Mr. Negi don’t know the designation they was also aware with the delay and negligence done for this connection and I have done so many call on [protected] to Mr. Negi also on your Customer care no:[protected] and Mr. Praveen was there and I have called more then 10 times out of 8 call was disconnected by Mr. Praveen at least if they are unable to help us out then they don’t have to disconnect the call.

    So please look this matter with the appropriate action against them and kindly revert me on [protected]@[protected]@yahoo.co.in or singh.[protected]@aegisbpo.net and on Mob no:+[protected] and [protected]

      In my case problem is more.fast of all they dont recive any phone booking, the delivary boy demands for extra money, if we disagree, they will keep the cylinder out side of house.
      New problem is, due to some unknown reason my oders are getting cancelled.
      Hope higher authorities will take the nessecery action.

        Dear sir/ Madam,

        I am a customer of INDANE GAS from July 2005 at Pune (Consumer No -000188/SV No-37128/12072005/) and currently having two cylenders(from12/04/2008).

        Last week the dealer M/s.Urja Indane at Parvati, Pune ( Ph No[protected] told while booking the cylender that my connection has been disconnected due to some reasons as following,
        1. The company has sent one letter which i have not returned and it return back to company
        2. My uses is very less ( 3 to cylenders per year)

        In our case we both i.e. my wife and myself are only two and are working so the leeter reached or not we dont know. It may misplaced by the postman/society servants as we are having common post box.

        As only two people are in home so the gas consumption is low.

        But instead of consultining to us they themselves taken decision of disconnecting the connection.

        Now I have submitted the dealer my electricity bill copy and other proof of my resident.

        Is the IOC having any right to terminate the connection ?

        I dont have any other companys connection them how can they disconnect my gas supply.

          Dear Sir,
          I am subscriber of Indane gas. My Consumer No.is 26388 registred at Yadu gas AgencySahibabad, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. On[protected] I purchased a cylinder from above agency. When I weighted the cylinder in nearby Chakki the weight was less than 2, 5Kg. I complained this to gas agency and I was told on phone that supervisor will come to me next day but nobody came to me by evening, again I contacted them then the vendor came to me and changed the cylinder. When I told them that This matter is serious I am going to report this to Indian Oil company and Local press that consumer are getting less weight cylinder than stipulated. I contacted some consumers in my area and they have same complain.

          I am a customer of indane with customer no 31378 and have been registed with Parul Gas Service Jharoda, Burari, Delhi-110084 . I booked my gas cylinder on 26th April 2010 with 1260 and my booking no is 151, till 6th May, 2010 no delivery has been made by the agency. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

            I am a consumer of LPG & my distributor is 'Parvati Gas Service' in Siwan. (Address: Near JP chowk, Siwan, Phone[protected], [protected]).

            My consumer ID is 12354 in the name of my father 'Mr. Shiv Nath Sah'.

            Being Siwan a huge delivery area, this distributor has opened few unauthorized centres in nearby areas.

            First of all, My father was died 3 years back & my mother who lives alone there in Pengwara, Pachrukhi (Siwan) has gone so many times to this centre to change the name but they are saying they don't have SV forms so it cannot be transferred from my father's name to my mother's name 'Radhika Devi' whereas all the required documents have been submitted. Meanwhile they refused to give LPGs as well.

            I am thankful to Mr. Manas Ganguly (Area Sales Manager) who ordered right there to issue LPG.

            I want a strict action against 'Parvati Gas Sevice' as they are not delivering LPG cylinders to our residence which comes under 15 KMs (urban area).

            I want to question how they have opened different distribution centres (Pachrukhi, owner - Mr. Manoj) who is not delivering LPGs at home & charging Rs. 390 in stead of 344.

            Please revert what action you have taken for the same.

            Indane - LPG — Excess Charging

            I booked an order to M/s Rai Gas Agency, Shahpura, Bhopal for a LPG cylinder. The order was processed on 2/6/08. The INDANE dealer didnt supply the cylinder till the rates were hiked by Govt on 5/6/08.

            As soon as the rates became effective the dealer sent the cylinder on 6/06/08 afternoon. the problem here is although the bill was printed on 2/06/08 with the price of Rs 328.75, someone simply striked out the old price with pen and wrote Rs 385.05.

            Customers like us are being forced to pay excess amount to the dealers as the delivery person said that he wont be able to deliver if we gave the old amount.

            ANYONE LISTENING ...THERE AT SALES DEPTT IN IOCL ??????????

            i totally agree with you. what you have written is just an example. there is a problem in each and every step and no one is there to solve it. i feel Shahbuddin was the right man to solve such issues. he has solved lot of issues like this.

              I am working with SBI Life as Senior Manager, last month I have been transferred to Delhi from Lucknow. Lucknow is my home town, so there was no LPG connection in my name. Now I need a new LPG conncetion for my family urgently. Today when I contacted an INDANE distributor in my area at Delhi for a new LPG connection, the front office employee, sitting there, straightforwardly refused to comply with my request. She stated that there is no permission from IOC to issue new LPG connection.The name and address of the distributor is "Tanwar Gas Service", Shop No.:8, CSC, DDA market, Vaishali, Pitampura, Delhi-88.

              Kindly take necessary action urgently and update.

              Sir,

              Joined Delhi on transfer from Jhansi and while coming from Jhansi I have transferred my LPG connection. But when I approached the nearest HP agent and IOC agent M/s Vikram Enterprises ( situated behind Delhi Hat) during Mar 2008 they shown a circular indicating that Connection will not be given to those who are having CNG. Since I was occupant of M-261 at Sarojini Nagar and CNG connection was already exist I was denied LPG connection against the Transfer Voucher I brought from Jhansi while transfer. At the time of denial I had been clarified that this connection will be transferred while posting out from Delhi to the concerned place. Now I stands posted to Arakkonam Tamil Nadu and when approached both the above dealers they are surprisingly now telling that you did not approach and if approached LPG connection would have been denied. Since there was no proof of denial I had requested both the dealers to given the thing what they are giving explanation now to give in writing they denied. I hope again they will say they have not denied. Since I stands posted to Arakkonam Tamil Nadu please advise what should I do to get my above LPG connection transferred from Delhi to Tamil Nadu. I also tried to contact the area officer Shri Sudhakar in cell No.[protected] as given by M/s Vikram Enterprises, but he did not respond to my call. Please help me to get the LPG connection transferred from Delhi to Arakkonam Tamil Nadu.
              I am working with school, my home town is lamba bandar-rural area (dist-jamnagar)gujarat, There is no LPG connection in my name. Now I need a new LPG conncetion for my family urgently. When I contacted an INDANE distributor in my area at Salaya ( Dist-jamnagar) Gujarat The name and address of the distributor is ''MATRUKRUPA INDIAN GAS AGENCY'' CUSTOM ROAD - JAM SALAYA ( DIST-JAMNAGAR)GUJARAT, He had forcely told me that i must have to purchase GAS burnors from him & i am suppose to get new connection after 6 months. I was surprised on listening this because lambabandar coming under the rural area & as per ioc rules & regulations rural people does not has to wait for a such a long period. pls do the needful for the matter & oblige me.

                booking period 40 days instead of 21 days

                Sir,
                Here is a kind request to resolve the issues related with above mentioned L.PG Agency. I face below mentioned problems each and every time when attempting to refill the cylinder:-

                1. The booking period is of 30 days instead of 21 days.
                2. The Cylinder is under-weighted approximately 2 kg per cylinder generally.

                It takes approximately 10 days to refill the cylinder after booking date.

                Sir/madam,
                I got the Indane gas domestic consumer connection transferred from Bangalore to Bijapur on[protected] and submitted my Photocopy of T.V.bearing Number [protected]. to Ravi Indane gas agency, Bijapur on[protected], for confirmation meanwhile I lost my orginal T.V. on the same day and i asked for the format for obtaining duplicate copy of T.V. the format was not availble with the agency and they had no idea about the format and I contacted sales manager of Indane gas agency and he mailed me the format and I submitted the filled in format along with Notary and photocopy of lost T.V.and I resubmitted all the documents on[protected]. and after that till date they have not issued me the gas connection and iam goining to their office daily with the reply that they have not confirmation or they donot have cylinders in stock. Iam Assistamnt Engineer in karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board, leaviing all my hectic work load i have to spare time every day to enquire about the connection. Iam spending daily Rs. 300/- since from 60 days due non availability of cooking gas. This is happening with a educated person. think the status of the illiterate. Do something which would teach how to give customer service.

                we have already given document to your surat office for transfer of gas connection, i am the son of noshir homi gai having the connection and my father expired so i made all formalities but after giving all document to the dealer baroda gujarat. yaju inden gas dealer has stopped gas connection & not making transfer for the same . so pl. give instruction to your surat head marketting mr pillai to make it immediate . to stop the essential need is an offence according to indian law . pl. do all needful step to make it continue.ensure for delivery of bottle as possible fast.

                  I would like to inform you that I received my refill cylinder on 31/12/2008 from "Gulabi Bagh Gas Services, Shastri Nagar, Delhi -110052".

                  But I found my cylinder is in leakage position, I inform the above said agency thru telephonic on 01/01/2009 and they assure me the complaint will attend within 1-2 hrs. but no body attend the complaint till date i.e. 07/01/2009 after in spite of daily reminder.

                    i m permanent customer of IOC Thakurdwara, Palampur, HP. On 5th of this month i went there to fill oil and i asked the petrol pump attandent to check the air pressure. He checked the pressure but did't screw the cap of tyres. When i asked he misbehaved with me. He also asked my name and address and given threatening of a local 'Gunda' Vika.
                    Hi, I have been trying the numbers given by Auto Yard (Auto Gas Filling Station) at Mathura Road, Near Apollo hospital, New Delhi. But both the numbers[protected] and[protected] are not answering even after continuous more than 20 trials within half an hour on both the numbers. I dont know why these petrol pumps are given the numbers, if they cannot pick up and simply tell the customer whether they have enough auto gas or not, to avoid unnecessary movement of almost 30 kms to get the auto gas filled in the car. Many a times, it was found that gas is not in stock and thats why we think of calling them first and then move depending upon the availability.

                    I dont know, how this complaint is going to be taken up but thought of bringing it to your kind notice, incase if any action can be taken to avoid such harrassing moments for the customer dailing for 30 minutes to no answers...thanks

                        I got a Service Connection from M/s.Agnidwaj Gas Agency for Indane Gas Service located at Chintalmet, Rajendranagar, Rangareddy District of Andhra Pradesh. Till the end of 3Q of 2008, their services were exemplary on all fronts compared to any other Gas Agency in and around Rajendranagar Municipal Circle.

                        To our amaze for the past three months, we are unable to get the telephone line for booking a cylinder on the following two BSNL Telephone Lines which they indicate as contact numbers.

                        I am travelling 10km every month only for booking and there is a queue every time. I don't mind for visiting the office of Gas Agency personally but at what cost? (1) One has to waste the precious fuel - petrol for the journey (money is not a question here); (2) their office hours are on par with Govt. Offices and also they observe holidays - hence I have to waste my office time; (3) one has to spent at least one hour for journey and in the que.

                        Is it necessary to waste all the above resources for booking a cylinder which was not required till the end of 3Q of 2008?

                        Kindly do the needful to check what is going wrong with the said gas agency.

                        I got a Service Connection from M/s.People's Gas Agency for Indane Gas Service located at Indira Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow City, Lucknow District o[censored]ttar Pradesh. Since very begining of my connection with this agency (approx. 4 years), I observed that the agency is not only attending the phone calls but behaves illogically as and when he has been visited.

                        The staff of agency are keeping phone engaged and that is intensnally. They have been many time warned after visiting them and shown them that their phones are engaged. After this they try to threaten and behave very badly.

                        I am serving in a private organisation and by laws I cannot leave my office in working hours so my family members are trying to book the gas on telephone but they are not able to do so as every time phone is found busy. I don't mind for visiting the office of Gas Agency personally but at what cost? Offices and also they observe holidays - hence I have to waste my office time which is beyond ethics of any of the TATA organistion; (4) one has to spent at least one hour for journey and in the que.

                        Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
                        Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
                        My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

                          My Consumer No. is 40166 and the agency takes the usual procedure of accepting booking after 21 days of delivery. And they accept the booking on condition of delivery only after 15 days of the booking. But the bills are made 15 days after the booking and the delivery is made approxitately 2 or 3 weeks after the bill date. The overall supply of refill takes about 2 months between supplies. Kindly look into the matter and stop the delivery men's illegal manipulation of the refills.

                          If you're really unaware of the same I'll help you to catch the delivery men redhanded.

                          indane,shree chella agencies — denying refilling

                          i have indane gas connection since2004, as iam not having ration card your disrtributor deny to refill my gas what is the remede for this problem if i am not able to show my ration card ho can i refill my gas and how can i cook, when i contact your distributor office (shree chella agencies )they told me to buy from grey market or change ur connection tocommercial .is this remede
                          if i want to apply for ration card it will take more time to get the meantime how can i cook without refilling, pls take may complaint and if possible reply
                          We are also facing the same problem.
                          there is no proper check to verify the booking and the delivery.. supply of domestic cyliliner to the commercial units is very common here will the authorities take effectjve steps i booked on 7-2-2011, tilldate no supply but catering people immediately get domestic cylinder even without booking will any flying squad there in to check this illegality my consumer no. 19466 -vivekanandhan, sudharsan nagar chennai 600126
                          but for this the agency staff are very rude. they do not give proper reply and even before we ask for any clarification they disconnect the phone line in a second without bothering to answer our querry.

                          recently i had a bad experience. my regulator has become faulty. i sent my aged brother for replacement. they simply said Mechanic will come... when he asked at what time No answer but a rude looking. then when i myself rang to asked them she rudely replied that the consumer has to come in person for signing the register. It looks somewhat ugly. I have forwarded thro my brother my original consumer certificate along with the ration card as proof - even then they insist for personal visit of the consumer - how is it possible if the consumer is out of station on duty or for some exigency??? there shall be some justification or other to redress the grievances instantly - as it is Gas / regulator matter - one cannot be asked wait for days together when there is no alternative for cooking in the absence of regulator... who will bell the cats??? its a very big problem we face here...
                          I have had many bad experiences with chella. They dont know how to talk to the customers, no body gives respect to the customers and the lady who is sitting over there will never give respect to the elder people also. Whenever we call them you will never get a response, response from the delivery man also very poor. Need to take very strict action against these people atleast regulate the rules. Even I have seen the home cylinders has been delivered for commerical purposes. There are many issues against chella agency whenever I ask the customers they never gave me a good feedback. Compared to other agancies chella gas agency is not behaving good.
                          I too faced some problems with that lady sitting over there doing nothing.
                          We want to surrender cylinder due to relocation, girls are ready to do their job but this middle aged lady made not to make it eventhough they had time on that day.

We are ready to pay for cylinder . Why should I have to give extra money for him. My parents are aged people . I am working . Now only I know this issue . He gettting sign for 403 rs for cylinder . But he threating for extra 40 rupees . If anyone reject to pay means he challenging like I will see how your getting cylinder . This is not fair for your company. Consider the issue and take action on him . Tips money is we are giving in our own willing . But this is kind of robbery threating and. Getting money.pls take action .

                            I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no R-39856 with RAGHU GAS AGENCY, GURGAON Agency code- 9103836, i have booked my cylinder on 07/12/08 but i have not received my cylinder till date despite of repeated request made to the agency, kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer who is suffering from this almost every consumer of raghu gas agency is facing the same situation.                             My father in law booked new gas connection on 6.12.08 but to date we have not received any reply from Naga Agency who is a dealer of Indane gas in Chengalpattu whenever we enquired about this they keep telling me letter would come.Kindly do needful to get the connection at the earliest.Also we live in rented house they asked family card proof but read some reports in news paper telling that it was not required.

                            I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no 11340 with YADU INDANE GAS AGENCY, SAHIBABAD INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD.I have booked my cylinder on 14/04/09 by going to their office as they didn't pick up phones & got the confirmation no.1081.

                            On[protected] i visited to the agency as they didn't pick up phones toenquire about the status of the
                            delivery. The booking clerk told me that the gas is booked on[protected] & the computer does not tell lies.

                            Last time they did the same thing( two months back). They booked in my name & got the false receipt
                            & when i complained cylinder given but without slip( my name).

                            This time also they did the same thing as they deliberately booked for their convenience on[protected].

                            I am a Indane Gas consumer having no.BI 23063.Though I booked for refilling after 25days of the last delivery of the cyllinder, but sorry to say that after 15days of booking, the distributor has not supplied till 07.02.2010.This is not the first time, regularly it happens. And when I try to remind them they just say "we will send". Interestingly when I ring them between 09:30am to 01:00pm the engage tone comes, but exactly at 01:02 pm when I ring their ring tone comes, that means they don't want to pick up the phone, bcoz the office time is over.So they are so sincere about their timmings, but not in service. Isn't it ? Hope they could get it and give the proper service to their consumers. If they have out of stock, then how the cyllinders sold in black?

                              This is venkat. My father has registered to refill the cylinder when 11th day of received previous cylinder. He had forgotton the rules that the minimum period of refill booking is 15 days. But distributor also accped that booking. Then he was waiting till 50 days then finally he visited today in that distributor office. they told your booking date is below the minimum period and they rebook today date only. they told cylinder will come after 15 days only. If you want transfer your connection to any other distributor.
                              At present empty cylinder only available in my house. My father is worried about the distributor feedback.Today he is going to take a new private connection at the cost of Rs.2500.
                              My question is how they accept that booking below the minmum period. atleast they would've told while booking, or they book with booking date after the minimum period. I've beentrying to call indane gas toll freenumber [protected] since one hour.But its not connecting, So I'm writing a mail through this.I'm waiting one more day for reply otherwise i'm going to consumer court.

                                Sir,
                                Sri.C.Soman, TC 10/1040, Mannamoola, Peroorkada.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-5, is a member of our Association (Mannamoola Residents Association) and a customer of Indian Oil Gas since 7/1/2002 (Customer No.4694). He is getting his domestic gas through M/s Sastri Gas Service, Kudappanakunnu. It's previous address was M/s Sastri Gas Service, TC 5/808(3), Mannamoola Road, Peroorkada .P.O., Thiruvananthapuram (Distribution Code 50554298. For the past 5 years he was getting the replacement cylinder (filled up cylinder), only after a delay of 1 to 2 months. This is causing great hardships to him.
                                Kindly intervene and arrange to get the replacements in time, in future.

                                My consumer number is 76361. I am registered with B.P. Agencies, Housing Board Building, Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum 695 003. My booking reference No. is 6586 dated 21st February 2009 for distribution of cooking gas. Whenever I book the gas cylinder, the agency staff tells me that it would take 3 weeks to deliver the gas cylinder. As you can see, it is more than a month since I made the booking for the gas cylider. When I enquired with the BP Agencies last week, they promised me that they would deliver the gas cylinder to us within two days. But so far the cylinder has not been delivered to us. Could you let me know the normal delivery time required for the agencies to deliver the new gas cylinder after we make the booking over the phone. When I enquired with BP Agencies this morning, they informed me that they would deliver the gas cylinder within two days. Could you please take the appropriate action in this matter so that we could get the gas cylinder soon.

                                Your quick action in this matter would be appreciated.

                                  I booked for a cylinder on 06/12/08 but the cylinder was delivered not before 16/12/08 despite repeated request for emergency. And we had to do with kerosene stove for non availability of the cylinder.
                                  And they are not agreed to book for another cylinder before 21 days after the last delivery.
                                  Now I am using one of my two cylinders while the another is empty and cannot be booked before 06/01/03 and the delivery will come not before 16/01/09.
                                  My consumer No.is 7011 & the dealer's tel. no. is [protected], [protected].
                                  Please check the matter and sent me a feedback for the same at the earliest. as I am going to lodge a complain to the consumer's right protection forum for a suitable compensation caused by the dealer's unfair business practice.

                                    I am resident of ATP colony, ANPARA, distt.- Sonebhadra (UP).We get supply of indane LPG gas through our consumer coprative soceity, ATP, Anpara.We always get 3-4 kg less LPG indane gas cylinder.The dealer has no measuring system in their godawn, also they does not deliver at consumer home.They does not book gas on phone & does not mentain consumer Pass book or show any detail of gas bookings of individual consumer.It is frequent seen that they sell LPG cylinder by blackmarketting, by falsely booking to consumer record in absence of consumer knowledge.At any time their godawn can be cheked for short quantity of gas by surprise checking.Name of distributor-ATP consumer coperative soceity ltd.                                     My complaint is with Haker/Mr. Madan who has taken Slip yesterday and also taken cylinder from the above agency yesterday but not delivered me today itself. He always make excuses like nobody was at his our home.

                                    Also once he delivers the gas cylinder that always less by 2.kgs gas or so. When we object about his practice he assured us I will take it and give u a fresh cylinder & next time he supplied full cylinder every time. Please take an immediate action against this type of Hakers so public will not suffer

Whenever I went to the agency or Make a call to them every time they reply that we are sending today But till now we have not received refilled cylender. therefore I request you to please interfare in this matter and get our cylender todayitself.
