My Consumer No.4761, Address:B48,Pocket 4,Kendriyavihar-II,Sector 82,NOIDA
Distributor: Indane (Ela Gas Agency),Sector 93,NOIDA

I have booked a refill on 16th Oct 2009. For the last 4 days I was trying to contact the distributor over phone to know the delivery schedule. Telephone service povider is informing that all the telephone lines of this distributor are switched off. Made personal visit to the location today (26.10.2009) to find out the position To my dismay, I found the office was locked and the neighbouring shop owners informed that the distributor office was raided for some reasons and nobody knows when it will start functioning. Many consumers who booked refills are visiting the location and getting panick as nobody knows how to get the refill.

If the closure of this dealership is a long drawn affair, we may please be informed from where we can
draw the refill. Does any neighbouring dealer has been authorised to cater to the customers of Ela gas.If so the same may please be informed to the above email address. Otherwise many chulas in the society falts in NEPZ area gets put off and we have to run for alternate source of energy.

ELA Gas Agency in Sector 93 has been closed from last week, no body is able to answer. All the phone lines are switched off. Consumers are worry for refill to their cylinders.

Let me know if anybody knows the INDANE complaint number, so we can register the complaint for that one or know about any alternate arrangements.

    There was an adverisement on 17.11.2008 for the dealership under defence quota at Baramunda Bhubaneswar,I have appeared the exam.on 21/07/2009 the result was down loaded from iocl.com and compared with theit btochure and found irregularities in getting marks of 15 against the AMIETE Exam,the great institute of highly recognised .
    There has been replies from RTI act but the matter is under investigation,since three months . Please help

    after giving 14 marks I will be selected under No 1 Rank.

      Sir,

      My Consumer No.4761. Address: B48,Pocket 4,Kendriya Vihar-II,Sector 82 NOIDA
      My Distributor: Ela Gas Agency (Indane), Shop No.50, VDS Market ,Pocket A, Sector 93,NOIDA

      To our surprise, the above shop remins closed for the last one week. I booked a refill on 16/10/209
      All telephone lines were switched off. On enquiry from the neighbours of the shop, it was revealed
      that the Dealer's Agency was raided for some reasons and nobody knows when it will be opened
      and supply of gas restored. I found lot many worried consumers who have booked refillsvisiting the
      shop to know the position.

      In case the closure is a long drawn affair, what are the arrangements being
      made by the Indane Gas management for supply of the refills for customers of Ela Gas.Is any other dealer in the near by vicinty is being directed to entertain our demands.

      Indane domestic cooking gas — non availability of new connection

      Dear Sir,
      Myself Sushanta karmakar is a resident of Vivekananda Nagar, P.O.- East Udayrajpur, Madhyamgram, Kolkata - 700 129, W.B. on 16.06.08 I visited to our local (2no. Sree Nagar, Madhyamgram, office )Indane gas distributor for a new domestic gas connection but they told me that the new connection is not availability right now. How it is come to possible? Please take an action or advice me what should I do?

      Indane Domestic Gas — non-supply of gas cylinder

      I had booked a cylinder 15 days back and had given a call last week as well but i have not yet received the cylinder. Moreover, when i had called them last week to tell them about it they tried to escape by saying that they didn't know Hindi/English and that they knew only Kannada. I would like to bring another thing to your notice. The person who delivers the cylinder to home asks for Rs.20 when the delivery is actually free.
      My customer no. is D0020952. I am supplied gas by Shree Ranga Gas Agency, Maratha Building, B.H. Road, Tumkur, Karnataka.
      I would like to request you to kindly take an immediate action against it.

      Domestic Cooking Gas — Non supply of refilled gas cylender

      My consumer no is 6176 of M/S Bhawani Gas Agency, P.C. Colony, Kankarbagh, Patna-20.
      I have booked refilled cylender on phone on 27.08.2008.
      After several reminder no refillrd cylender supplied me till datei.e.27.10.2008. I have requested the agency again and again but no positive responce is being taken by the agency. The mobile no of agency is also mostly found switched off ( [protected]).
      Threfore it is requested that please make necessary arrangement to supply refilled gas sylender as early as possible.

      Indane Gas — Indane Gas Complaints - Non availability of New Connection

      dear Sir,
      I am a Employee in Omnia BPO Services Ltd. in New Delhi. So I needed a New LPG connection in the city. I have been living in Adarsh Nagar from last 8 Years. I have sufficient documents to prove my local address and identity.

      There is the Indane Gas Agency Named "Angad Gas Services" in my locality. I am regularly in contact with that gas agency for getting the new connection but there is one Answer always that No new connections are available now and come after Five month. Is it possible that So big Named PSU has non availability of LPG connections since one year and no connections are distributed meanwhile.

      It is very inconvenient to live without Gas as I am living with my small family so please look into the matter and try to solve out the problem

      Indane Cooking Gas — faulty cylinder

      this is to inform that my Connection no. NK16836, Haroa, Basirhat, North 24 parganas, West Bengal.
      my vendor supplied a Cylinder last week (thursday/friday). when the vendor went I found smell of gas which was thick near the cylinder(it was not opened yet). i found it had a leakage. Instantly I phoned the
      supplier (ph No- [protected]) and also the man who supplied ( name Raju, Ph-[protected]). they told they willl change it by sunday(15.03.09) and also told to keep the cylinder outside the house.. but they didn't. over further enquiry they promised to change it by monday which again was not complied. today all of a sudden the safety cap of the said cylinder popped out and gas started to spread. i immediately called RAJU and he promised to change it by noon(today). but they have not changed yet. raju's phone is switched off anf the office is not receiving any call.
      therefore please do the needful. thank you.

      Indane Cooking Gas — No Supply of Cooking Gas

      I am Shaju, a Indiane Cooking Gas coustomer and my consumer No. TS 15591, residing D-50/27 Dilshad Colony, Delhi - 95.

      I am realy fed up with my gas distributior M/s Sindhu Enterprises, 23 A DDA Flat, Pocket A, Dilshad Garden - 95.

      I have booked for refiling cooking gas on 05.03.2009 vide booking no 24 on Phone no. 1260 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. It is more than 14 days. The distributer do not pick up phone for any complaint. I went personlly, they did not listen to our problem/complaint. What is the realy problem? Any shortage of Gas supply from company?. I want an explanation from your side. Please Solve the problem. Other wise will go for other hard measures.

      Indane Cooking Gas — Gas Cylinder no supply

      We have connection from Indane for cooking Gas. Supplier in our area is Sundaram Gas Agency.We booked gas on 07-Feb-2010. Since then 15 days have been passed. When calling they put the phone down without answering. I have visited 4 times since then and every time they commited that tomorrow gas will be delivered but till now tomorrow has never come.

      It is quit annoying that in the same area they sell gas cylender in black by charging Rs. 500-700.

      It there any agency who can look into this type of behavior of gas supplier

      Cooking gas refill cylinders are sold for 700/- by the house owners for the tenants and the near by houses .By buying from the gas distrudutors.Kindly put an end to it .

        I have not been getting my cylinder delivered at home for the last 5-6 months even after booking the no on time and if ask them they say there in no fixed days to deliver .....left with no option we have to go to their office and collect it .

        Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas delivered at home. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many months.

        In Hyderabad at Miyapur there is this gas agency Sri Saila Gas Agencies, authorised dealer for Indane Gas.

        Most of the time they keep their phone aside and so customers will get either phone busy or dead message. I've pesonally seen that, I called from mobile while standing there and it gave message saying number is busy but there was no one on phone.

        Sometimes they do delay in providing gas cylinders and most of the time, I do suspect that they provide underweight cylinders.

        Do somebody really care about these complaints? or it's just another dustbeen for complaints agains any Govt organization?

          initial booking-Booking slip.

          Sir/Madam,
          I booked a new gas connection with Ajitha Gas agency at ICF,chennai.
          They got copies of my ration card, and voter id but did not give any booking slip.
          They asked to me come with intimation letter.Now they insist that unless I give them the booking slip, they cant give the gas connection.I have also paid, 2130 towards gas stove,

          I had booked gas to our local gas agency "JYOTY JWALA" Bhaga, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. on 21.09.09. but till date they not supplied the same.

          I am a consumer of Indane Cooking Gas from M/S. Jyoti Jwala Gas Agency, Baniaheer, Bhaga-828301, mob- [protected] facing problem in every month. I have more family members and I have availed double cylinder. But the agency didn't supply the cylinder in proper time while they are supplying the cylinders to illegal consumers in high price. Several times I have purchased the cylinder by dalals of Jyoti Jwala by paying high price. I have got the last cylinder in the month of January 2010 and till now I didn't receive the cylinder where I have booked it on 19th Feb 2010.           I am a consumer of Indane Cooking Gas from M/S. Supreme Indane Gas service, 100/01 Kamla Nehru Nagar, Kalyanpur, Lucknow .I have booked My Gas on 11th Oct'2010. He told me to supply on 28th Oct 2010 Means after 17 days of Booking . Please Let me Know that how we can survive without Gas as we are facing lot of Problems .As acording to the rule is that consumer can get the next cylinder after 22 days, Even Gas is booked after 22 days he is taking 17 days more to provide us the cylinder. If asked for an alternative, we get the reply that purchsed in Black and you will get the Gas immediately.
          So please kindly solve my problem at the earliest.

            Hi sir/madam,
            This is sreechand from bangalore.i would like to inform you that in bangalore most of the indian oil pumps they are cheating their customers nicely,in that No:1 frauds are located in bommanahalli,hosur road.(on the entrance of begur road).... so i humbly request our indian oil corporation to take necessary actions against them.. Dont consider this as my request so many people were cheated there. On behalf of them am writting this complaint.. If you people can go there you will came to know how they are filling petrol to our vehicles.if we ask them to fill for 100 rupee if we didnt look on the meeter then they will start from 50 rupee.In this business the cashier plays a pivotal role.Once i have complained about this to the pump manager after that i came to know that he is also a good actor.This type cheating happened for me more than 6 times..that is why am complaining against them..please take this matter seriously and do the necessary action...

            what this fellow has written i do agree with that... That is 100% true.. me also cheated over there many times... so i am also requesting you to take sevear actions against those frauds...plz plz consider this..
            Same happened to me from that same HP Petrol bunk in Bommanahalli. I asked them tol fill 50 rupees. They showed me ZERO before starting, and I was keep on watching the meter running, then the ACTOR CASHIER asked me "sir you have change for 1 rupees" for diverting my attention from the meter, i just looked at himand the other fellow immediately RESET meter at 30 rupees. I looked back and asked him WHY? Also I asked the cashier why asking me 1 rupee for nothing, but only to divert my attention. They all forced to fill me 20 more to complete my transactions. I have so many experience like this in Bangalore. That's why I watched the meter. There are lots of poor people who never notice this meter and siting inside the vehicle and got cheated.
            I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have observed at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in Bangalore. This is specifically related to a Petrol Pump situated at Bhommanahalli (Indian Oil, On the left side from Electronic city to Madiwala) also known as Ganesh Fuel.

            The salesman at the Petrol Pump follow this practice : Let say the man before you has filled up petrol worth 20 Rs . Then when you come to fill the petrol, he will ask you how much petrol you want . You would say 100 Rs. Then the guy who is collecting money will take the money from you and will try to divert your attention by asking you whether you want oil with petrol or whether you want speed or whether you have 100 Rs change etc.By that time the other guy will start filling the petrol without resetting the machine to zero.

            I have caught them several times but most of the time Manager is not available in the bunk. I went many times to meet and speak to the manager but I couldn’t.


            I hope you will take up the matter and duly punish the people involved at the petrol station.
            that's true not in that place even also in Bangalore petrol pump all sales man for the company like HP, IBP, Indian oil the use to give 99.59 rs petrol for 100 rs.
            Yesterday when i was filling petrol, the cashier was distracting me but still i was watching the meter. And suddenly meter jumped from 150 to 180. Shell is the best petrol bunk. I have decided i will only use shell petrol from now.

            Today same thing happened to me. Ganesh petrol pump(Ganesh Auto) . I was not looking at the meter..they filled 200 instead of 300.
            i got good mileage its good petrol pump...
            Even I faced this type of experience in this petrol bunk. When I filled petrol for 1000 Rs, they filled for only 500 / 600 Rs. I suggest to not to visit this petrol pump again.

              HI! As usual our Gas BOOKING WAS DONE AFTER 21 days of receiving the cylinder. But to utter suprise till date we didn't received our gas. Everyday they are harassing by saying you will receive the cykinder today, tomorrow...n so on...... Our booking was done on 22nd Sept'09 itself...... but no response till date.Please look up at your end.

                I have following complaints against the Indane Gas/ Jagan Enterprises:-

                1. The Phone Nos of Jagan Enterprises Gas AgencyI are always busy. It is impossible to contact the agency thru phone as well as booking thru helpline nos. is worthwhile. I have made sevral verbal request to above mentioned agency but they are not responding.
                2. Cylender supllied are under weight & delivery man do not have weighing machine with him.

                Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last several months.

                I am one of the sufferer in connection of supplying/refilling of LPG due to mismanagement of Jagan Enterprises. I never got the LPG cylinder on time (at least 15 days delay). His number is always busy, not responding/ no reply and sometimes disconnecting the call. I can't understand even after large complaints from consumers action could not taken against agency (Jagan Enterprises). My consumer no. is 33649. In last request booking made on 19.03.2012 booking no.12097 & cash memo no.14251 but after 10 days not reached.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  It is to inform you that, Indane Gas cylinder supply agent "M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP" has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896030, 2896032, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. We are trying to book our refill cylinder since 8-10 days through above said number which always keeps busy at same time

                  It is also observed that the refill gas cylinder most of the time is under weight by couple of "kgs" and interesting to learn that it shows standard weights (around 29-30 kg) if weigh by the weighing equipment brought by delivery boy but shows underweight if cross checked by consumer's weighing balance. This means the refill cylinders are underweight and delivery boy carries manipulated weighing machine to fool consumers.

                  It is really tough to book gas refill every time and very common problem amongst most of the consumers.

                  In view of above, it is requested you to look in to the matter and do your best to have proper services from above Agent.

                    Sir.
                    Indian oil gas distributer SEEMA ENTERPRISE at Raja S.C mallik road is telling me they will not issue me new gas connection if I am mot purchasing gas oven from them. It is to inform you, I am an Ex service man, I have facility to purchase gas oven from our canteen at much cheaper cost. I request you to instruct the agency to give gas connection with out purchasing gas oven from them. I am ready to pay the connection charge and deposit for two cylinders.

                      I am LPG Consumer with ROHINI ENTERPRISES (Distributors for Indane LPG Gas) Address: First Floor, Durga Market, Naharpur, Sector-7, Rohini, and Delhi-110085 on dated 28.05.2009 Vide Customer No. 19424.

                      I am applied new connection with LPG Gas along with Two Cylinder on dated 28.05.2009 from ROHINI ENTERPRISES & I am submitted all related paper of ROHINI ENTERPRISES for New Cylinder but till date i am not received one balance Cylinder.

                      I am talking many times on ROHINI ENTERPRISES regarding one Balance Cylinder but your response is Zero, so you are requested take hard action in this matter & send me one balance Cylinder at earliest.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I am a customer of Indane Gas. My Consumer No. is 6288. My Distributor is Paruveril Gas Service, Chengannur, Alapuzha. Since last 6 months they are not supplying the gas cylinders in time. I have booked for LPG gas 07.09.2009 till date they have not delivered the gas inspite of the repetitive follow-up with them. Also they are not attending the telephone. If rarely get them on line they are responding with negative attitude. Maximum customers are not satisfied with their service. Also they are black marketing the LPG cylinders to some of the hotels at chengannur and some automobile garrages (for unauthorised filling of the gas in car, auto etc.)

                        Sir, please look into the matter seriously and take strict action against M/s. Paruveril Gas Agency, ITI Junction, Chengannur.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          We, residents of Rudrapur, Pant Nagar, Distt Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand are badly suffering for a long time for the worst supply/service of Indane Gas Cuylenders. The sudden high increase in user of the Gas Cylenders is due to SIDCUL, Pant Nagar Industrial Area full fledge Operation. The Concerned Authority must have acted accordingly by opening another Gas Agency for fulfilling the extra increased demand. In absence of which the existing Indane Gas Agency addressed as "Name, Rudrapur Gas Agency. Address, Opposite Fire Station, Kashipur bypass Road, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand). Out of the eight hours a day, more than half of the time they keep it (The Consumer Attending Telephone Nos.) engazged, and if it is ringing nobody answers. You will have to cotinuously dial their nos (you should be lucky enough also) to get somebody answer you.

                          The Gentle man/ ladies answering the phone is rude and never listen to you. When they answer they'll start again with what's your name, Gas Consumer no., the location of the delivery , your token no.. and the period of token of delivery got booked etc. and then they'll say something like there was no Gas Cylenders available and in a week or so when it is received it'll be delivered to you. However, sometimes, they talk in such a manner that we could hardly understand, what they have said. After 7 days you will call them again to let them know that you have not recived the gas yet. However, we came to know the fact that the Gas Cylenders are being Black Marketed at very very higher rates Rs.400/- to 600/- per gas Cylenders to non registered consumers as well as registered consumers also. The Registered Consumers have no other option then to purchase from Black Market to cook their food. As a registered Consumer, why should we be suffering from all these menaces or black marketing of the Gas Culenders by the Gas Agency person.

                          Kindly look into the matter to help us get rid of the menace or black marketing done by the Indane Gas Agnecy, Rudrapur making the actual consumer suffer.

                          The delivery of indent gas is not adequate and it takes months time after regular and rigorious follow up to Rudrapur gas agency.
                          Ihave booked my gas cylinder in last june. What is the current booking status of Rudrapur agency?My booking number is 6880.Pl confirm me the current status ?

                            The gas cyl. booking date in other companies for 20 days but your company is 25 days

                            deliver the cyl. after 10 to 15 days of booking

                            Ths petrol bunk in ekatuthangal - sai enterprises (opposite to virtusa) always cheating us with the quantity of petrol.If we pay Rs.200, then they will put only 2 litres of petrol.This doesnt happened for the first time, before 15 days my husband fought them for the same thing and now again thay have done the same forgery today.

                            I need someone to take this as a serious way and to take some necessary steps towards that petrol bunk.

                              I have LPG connection with Aman Gas Agency, Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana. I have Booked for refilling of my LPG on 30.09.09, vide booking No.136. My Consumer No. is AG01096.

                              Deeply regret to say that till date I have not received my re-filling even after my daily follow up with the Aman gas agency.

                              Please look in to the matter urgently and I am waiting for fruitful outcome.

                              I have a complaint regarding the customer service of the gas agency at Alandur, Chennai (St. Thomas Mount. P.O).And also I have some doubt about the delivery of the gas cylinders also.

                              They are not responding when we are directly appearing.
                              They are not respond our phone calls.
                              We are not received LPG on time they will take more than 40 - 45 days,

                              The agency people never treat us in good manner.So we have to quarrel with them always. All the people residing in Alandur, area has lots of complaints against Sridas Gas Agency. Marrison Street. Alandur, Chennai - 600 016.

                              Sir, Please do something so that we get the gas properly.

                                I Dr M.R.Chandra residense near Gramin Bank,Hatia,Ranchi posted at Nadia district, West Bengal and subscriber of M/s Vaishnavi Indane Service,Sharma Market,Dhurwa,Ranchi-834004.Consumer no. VI13048 .This agensy is not doing home delivery as well as delay in the supply. I situate at a long distance from Dhurwa as well as posted at West Bengal I cannot make much effort to go dhurwa in fortnight and carry the gas.my registered date in the book was 13.9.09 but till date(19.10.09) i didnot get it. I visit the agency two-three times but no action was took.
                                I reqest the subscriber for solving the problem and taking a serious action against this.

                                  I belongs to Ghazipur city(U.P.) and there is indane gas agency which is situated in vishweswer ganj. I have filled many complain there for not reaching gas delivery in given time by them due to lack of supply chain by them, so please forward my complain to Ghazipur indane gas agency to take corrective action regarding my complain.
                                  A only one gas cylinder supplies within 2 month including after complaining of 3-4 time in a 2 months. It is not a certain that is gas supply to u or not. They started home delivery system but now a days they are not following this.

                                    i am having a household lpg gas connection in udaipur,rajasthan on my name.i bear a consumer no.as 7482 and the distributor is aravali gas service,195,hiran magri sector-11, udaipur(rajasthan)
                                    i bear this gas connection since 12 years with the same distributor.yesterday when i went for booking of gas cylinder, the person at the gas service refused for booking the same saying that a survey was held in the month of february and when asked for showing the documents by survey person,my daughter refused for the same and for that reason they are saying that indane has cut-off my connection.also here i would like to mention that i have lost my original documents regarding the gas connection. so i would request for providing me a duplicate of my documents and also book the gas cylinder else i had to move in the consumer court.

                                      Dear Sir/ madam,
                                      I am a regular custmor of of Indane LPG (domestic) from nagpur since last many years. This is to bring to the notiice of the offcials of the company that the agency/Distributor (VIMAL gas agency, Gokulpeth, Nagpur) do not allow the consumer to book the refill telephonically. Whereas, even after personal booking at the center agency personnals delays the delivery of refill many times by 15to 20 days. One always need to recall the agency for refill supply.
                                      I had booked for a refill online whose no. is 9164 dated 4th sept and could not get delivery for the same even after 10 days of booking. i had to go there personally and request the agency personal for the refill.
                                      I had handed over a formal application for this delayed supply to the agency officials at nagpur but it was simply received by the personnals of the agency with heavy heart and did nothing ovre that.
                                      This request is to take these points to the officials of the Indane LPG comapny and to look in to the matter at the earliest. This behaviour of agency personnals is not comensurate with the reputed prestige of Indanne LPG Domestic Gas comapy.

                                      Delayed supply of refill and problem in telephonic booking:

                                      Dear Sir/ madam,
                                      I am a regular custmor of of Indane LPG (domestic) from Yadu Indane Gas Service, Sahibabad, UP. My connection no. is 34554. This is to bring to the notice that there is enormous delay in supply of LPG refill cylinders.
                                      I had booked for a refill through phone whose no. is 7223 dated 6th Oct 2009 and could not get delivery for the same even today (20th Oct 2009 ), after 14 days of booking. I had requested the agency personal for the refill several times. Another problem is that it takes hours, even some times days to get phone contact to the agency, as the line remains busy most of the time. I'm facing huge inconvenience due to poor services of the agency.
                                      I request to the officials of the Indane LPG comapny to look in to the matter at the earliest. Such type of services of agency is not comensurate with the reputed prestige of Indane LPG Domestic Gas comapy.
