M/s Anusha Indane gas co., Bangalore have been running their LPG cylinder distribution vehicles using cylinders meant for domestic consumers. I informed Indianoil cutomer care (Indanecareblr)on July 31, 2009 together with a photograph (please see attachment) that shows the vehicle in question. But they did not bother to respond. I again saw the same vehicle being run on domestic LPG cylinder on October 28, 2009 and questioned Indanecareblr on their silence. Because of my pressure they acted - after 3 months of original complaint - and now both the dealer (Anusha Indane gas co.) and Indanecare agree that there has been misuse of LPG cylinders. They are now blaming the distribution boy for the misuse and say that he hired a 3-wheeler and was running it on domestic LPG cyliders without the knowledge of the dealer. This is simply rubbish and both the dealer and Indanecareblr are colluding to save their skins.

We have been experiencing following problems with this dealer:

1. Delayed cylinder deliveries.
2. Discourteous behaviour.
3. Supplying cylinders without vouchers.

We, the residents of ISRO layout, Bangalore strongly believe that all the listed problems have been due to the malpractices by the dealer. Therefore, would like Indian Oil Corp. to immediately suspend M/s Anusha Indane Gas Co., from their dealership and order an inquiry into their functioning as well as the role, if any, of Indanecareblr and punish the guilty.

Indane domestic cooking gas — gas leakage

On 12/10/2009 when stove is lit for cooking at 7pm we smelt gas leakage.As usual precaution told by our distributor we removed the regulator and put soap oil on the nostle and found bubbles coming. It was the indication of leakage of gas.Immediately contacted em ergency number 22263898 ., the number given by our distributor.We were informed that some person will attend between 6 am -7am in the next morning i.e., on 13/10/2009 But nobody turned up till 6.30 in the morning.Again I contacted and I was informed that the person will attend within 30 minutes Again I contacted at 8 am and till 8.30 am nobody has turned up.I have informed I am using onlyr one cylinder and the other is empty.
I have no alternate cooking media and I am forced to sit starving .Moreover leakage of gas is a life and death problem.Knowing.verywell the fact the distributor is lethargic and not caring the crux of the problem

Indane Gas — Misuse of Gas cylinder

Sir/Madam,
I have Indane Gas Consumer No.69151 under the jurisdiction of KK Enterprises, Ulsoor. Astonishingly, as per the message dated 26/11/2011in my mobile which I noticed today (i.e. 29/11/2011) that refilling has been booked vide reference No.273199, cash memo No.15946 generated on 26/11/2011. As per the message dated 28/11/2011, cylinder has been delivered. The above has taken place without my consent, but against my mobile number. The matter may please be verified accordingly.

Today I have made refill booking to my consumer No.69151 vide reference No.274735.

    Respected Sir/Madam:
    I am a regular customer of indian oil Petrol Pump in thirumullaivoyal - ambattur - Chennai - TN - INDIA. 05.11.09 evening around 4.00pm I went petrol bunk for fill the petrol .three filling staff were standing near pumb.they didn't ask anything so was waiting there 2,3 min.after that i asked them to fill the petrol .one of them told that we are taking hans(drugs) did you not see that.after taking the hans then only we can fill petrol.that time other two staffs were laughing for what he say.it was a very bad experience to me.I told that, i will give the complaint to you.He told like you cant do anything.

    I am not sure how many more consumers are being treated like this at this bunk. Request you to kindly take immediate action against this petrol bunk.

      Sir,
      I stay in Pune and my customer number is 13190. I had booked for re-filling my cylinder. I had to call the agency atleast 10 times before they finally sent me the cylinder. Further the way they speak is very unprofessional. Most of the time they provide us the delivery persons mobile no and we need to chase them.
      My distributer name details are:
      Guruprasad Indane (Shri A G Agarwal)
      Shop No. 31, Shalimar Garden Co-op. Housing Society, Dr. Ambedkar Chowk, Aundh Road, Pune, Dist. Pune.

      My second complain is when i tried to call at the following customer service phone number, no one actually picks up the phone. The phone number is [protected].

      Honestly sometimes I feel being common person is so helpless. Hope someone will help the common person.

      INDANE Gas Agency - VERY poor Service — INDANE Gas Agency - VERY poor Service

      Hi,

      this is anantha raj. my customer id is 26700, at padma gas agency, broadway, chennai, Tamilnadu.

      i cancelled my card, trf to non indane service area. i sent a courier (the professional courier, Vide POD No. MAA[protected] on 18.10.2007 and the same was delivered to this agency on 19.10.2007.

      but they say as till now (22.10.2007 at 17:15hrs) no such courier is received. the courier service shows me the proof of delivery as delivered.

      why such nonsense accures in gas services
      i surrendered the cylinders and requlators and all required documents on 09.10.2007. i have no other gas connection or no chance of getting kerocene / fuel for cooking. should we all dine at hotels all times? can you pls tell me what kind of service is this?

      they don't even pick up the phone ringing when not busy. they are chatting only. i checked this several times being in their office / infront of theme called their numbers from my mobile. they just looked the ringing phone and ignored to take.

      I AM A CUSOTMER OF INDANE LPG ENROLLED TO M/S RAVI ENTERPRISES, KAKADEO KANPUR. MY CONSUMER NO. IS 44121. I TRIED TO BOOK FOR LPG REFILL OVER PHONE NO. [protected] ON 21/11/2007. MR. KATIYAR ASKED ME THAT BOOKING IS POSSIBLE ONLY AFTER PERSONAL VISIT WITH COUPAN BOOK ISSUED BY THEM.I WAS HELPLESS AND SOUGHT FOR HALF DAY LEAVE FROM MY OFFICE AND VISITED THERE WITH COUPAN BOOKLET THEN MR.       Indane Gas — Not attending customers call

      Hi,

      Whenever i need to book a cylinder, i am calling atleast 3 to 4 days continuously to get a line. This month i am trying for last one week still the number is saying it is busy. Last time when i went there to book, i have seen the receiver is kept outside the phone to avoid any phone calls.

      This particular Indane GAS agency i am mentioning is in K.R.Puram (in old madras road).

      Please take some action on this.

      indian oil gas (indane) — cooking gas..poor service

      i am the customer of indian oil gas from the past 19years...in the name of mr.Rk gupta gas no.16108a. i have my gas connection from tapeshwari gas service,mall road kanpur. the service is very poor..they sell the cylinders in black and they cut the call without listening the full talk, they even tok badly when we go to them. mr.jagat pal who books the cylinders uses abusive language. they bring the cylinders after a month from the date of booking. and sometimes they dont even pick up the phone when we call..
      i kindly request you to take some strict action against this...

      I had booked a gas cylinder from the gas agency of PARUL GAS AGENCY located at Burari in the name of Puran Singh, consumer no. 0156873 on January 19, 2008.

      your deliveryman Mr. Jaggu delivered a gas cylinder on January 25, 2008. which had a shortage of 5 K.G. gas than the scheduled weight

      Refilling of Indane gas — Delay in supply and non attending phone calls for booking

      The Indane gas cylinder supplier located at BTM Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, is in the habbit of not attending calls for booking refilled gas cyclinders. Now a days the mails send for refilling cylinders are used to be bounced back.

      Indane LPG Gas — DELAYING FOR BOOKING REGULAR SUPPLIES

      Dear sir,
      I am one of the consumer for Indane Lpg Gas by using domestic purpose cylinders alloted by Indane as per the terms and conditions.My consumer/customer number is 25478. My indane Domestic Gas Customer Card No. is TNSO 2028333. My supplier is Sri Maha Ganapathy Gas Service (INDANE DISTRIBUTORS), Holy Complex, Ground floor, 43-A-2, FCI Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore-641006. They had appointed some girls to receive the booking calls and they have been instructed to take a booking only after 25 days from date of last delivery made by them.
      In this matter, I want to indicate you that my family is a Joint Family having 7 members including 4 females and overall 2senior citizens more than 78 years old . We are using the supplied LPG gas only for cooking and not any other purposes. For this purpose itself we are consuming 2 cylinders per month. In this position my supplier indicates that booking for cylinder will be made only after 25 days from the date last delivery made. But after booking they are taking 15 to 20 days to deliver the booked cylinder. So I am in trouble for nearly 40 to 45 days, and on the otherside there is no supply of kerosene oil for my Ration Card.
      Also, last month they indicated to bring the Ration Card for Verification and I produced in Person and they marked in their computer and booked for cylinder and I had received the same. But on 6th of March 2008 I made a phone call and requested to book for cylinder, they instructed me to bring the Ration Card for Verification. I said that verification is completed and booking and issues made on the last month itself. Even though they indicated to come in person with the Ration Card. It looks they are trying to make delay in booking and issue of cylinders.
      I am suffering a lot due to these problems and I am in need to mark a complaint to you to take necessary actions.

      Indane LPG Gas — dbc clylender

      my indane gas consumer no is 11079.i have the connection at gupta gas agencies nadrai gate kasganj. I am trying to book the gas since friday[protected], but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / they agree to book the gas but after taking all the details the delivey is not being made.

      Indane LPG Gas — Unproffessional laungage by the Booking Person

      My complaint against Brundavan Gas Agency, BHEL is that i have booked gas on[protected] against my customer no. 32437. At that time they informed me that the delivery will be with in 10days. Today i called for status, the person is telling that it will take another 5 days and the way is talking to the customer is very mannersless and rudly.       I am Surender sharma, residents of X-354, Mangolpuri New delhi - 83, and gas Agency :- Kitchan Flame, Cycle Mkt, Block – B, Mangolpuri. Delhi. having gas connection under Bharat.       Personal — Non-Delivery of Gas since 25 days

      I had booked the gas cylinder on Monday 20th July 08 at 9.30am.
      109031 is my Con.no.
      Excitive person said i will get it in 2 days time, then i was regularly in touch with Bharat Gas who claims DELIVERY OF CYLINDER IN HRS. But sir till now i havent recived the gas cylinder.
      Please help me out in this matter & see to it that due to some people in the office, The name of Bharat Gas is geting down the drain.
      I am also facing same problem from last 7 to 8 months; for booking I have to try 2 to 3 days on phone to get response from there side. The Booking center is Gauri Enterprises, Palam (Dwarka), New Delhi.

      We have booked for a cylinder on 30.08.2008. Its more than 17 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 3-4 calls to the shree Basaveshwara gas agency, Yelahanka, Bangalore (nearest service provider) and reminded them. I called on 10th September, i was told that the cylinder will be delivered in 3 days, till now we have not got the cylidner. Now we are desparetly trying their phone nos all 3 lines are continuous engaged.

      LPG Gas — highly poor service of gas agency

      No response from Radha Govind Gas Service, 9/171 Kailash Nagar Delhi.
      It is just impossible to contact No. 22075114 & 2273323 as these number remains always busy mobile no. [protected] provide by the Manager Mr. Ravinder is always out of reach of contact.
      I have to go personally to the gas service about 15 KM from my residence each time to book the gas. This time, response is till awaited even after the gas was booked thrice on the first week of october, 07.10.2008 and again on 13.10.2008 on telephone number 1260.

      Complaint was also done earlier through E-Mail but no improvement in service waiting for your response .
      Waiting for your response and action against the Gas Service for not providing the proper service to the consumer.

      Indane LPG Gas — Not getting the Delivery of Gas

      I had request to deliver of Gas on 05th Dec’08, after so many reminders the dealer ( Dwarka Indane Service Code No –[protected] is neither delivering the Cylinder nor giving any reason.

      Poor/bad customer service in supplying Indane LPG gas — Very poor customer service

      I having ndane gas connection (no.15849) at Kapil Gas Agency Ambala Cantt(Haryana). I have seen that there cutomer service is very very poor.The staff as well as owner do not care at all for the customer and beahve like a dictator and in un-professional manner. They have only two landline numbers for public contact which most of the time ar either not working or with an enaged/busy tone. To talk to them or book your cylinder, it hell of a job and very much time consuming. You are very lucky if you suceed in contacting them in 4-5 times dialing. Even today, their main phone no.[protected] for the customers is not working causing unnecessary hardship to the customers.

      Leakage in cylinders due to poor maintenace and old & cut warsals is very common feature and playing with safety of the customers. I am surprised about sleeping attitude of Indane company to whom earlier also I apprised the position and nothing happened so far and I have not got any reply from Indane officials so far.
      They book the cylinders after 21-25 days, which may be acceptable but then take further 15-20 days in deliverying the cylinder(i.e total period in delivery of gas is about40- 50 days.
      Please look in to the matter personnaly and arrest this deteriorating service of the Kapil Agency, Ambala Cantt.

      The intimation of the action taken in this regard will be highly appreciated

      I am trying to book cylinder lst one week but either phone is not attended or the lines are always busy. Mobile bookng is also switch off. They don't supply even after cylinder booking on Indane 24 hr booking no. 1260.

      LPG - Indane Gas — Poor customer service

      I Mr. Prasanta Kumar Mondal bearing double cylinder from Indane gas; My Consumer No. is 03950 & my supplier name is M/S Cnatonment Gas Supplier (code is[protected]. I am really soryy to see very work ethics of the people there. We are often harrashed with ther services. I understand some time there will be short in supplies. But I have booked my requirement on 24th January 2009. When I went for booking they took note on white paper and didnot even gave me the required number of booking saying they would give it to us next day. every day after that I tried to get it but till today, i.e. 4th February 2009 we were unable to get the booking number. Neither pick up phones nor if my family goes can get it. Every day there is an excuse.

      It seems to just get the number I need take my annual leave from my office to go every day just to get a number. Again I repeat it is not supply but the service. Attitude and behaviour of the people is very disapointing. I would like to request the following concesrn to think about continuing there relatrionship with the agency.

      i am in baroda i have connection of shree ram gas service alkapuri baroda, whem i am calling at 31-01-09 for book my gas cilinder he can book then after after 12 days no body can dilverrd cilinder at home when call again then dilcerd cilinder and send me recipt as on date 05-02-09 so guide when i am again call say to her but no one can give answer me again when i am book my new cilinder agency say after 21 day

      Indane LPG Gas — Very Late Delivery and Less weight

      This is not the first time I am facing the problem, its the story for every time from S.N.P. Enterprises 8, Aravali Shoping Center, Alaknanda, New Delhi -110 019. They always told to deliver within 4-5 days but do the same even in 10-15 days, Gas Cylinder always less in weight, their delivery men never carry the weighing machine which they have to carry. This time i booked the Cylinder on 02.02.09 by visit personaly their shop, even after visiting three times after 02.02.09 for request to deliver the same till today its not been done. Today morning I again visited their shop and they promised me to deliver it today for sure.       Indian Gas Complaint — Defective Cylinder & Bad Response

      I am using Indian gas LPG connection from a long time. As usual when I want to connect a new refilled cylinder, Regulator supplied is not fitting at all. I thought may be regulator fault- when I checked the same on old one it set perfectly. I complained to emergency number 1260(as it was after office Hours).
      There is no response even after 12 hours we had to stop cooking and eat outside.Even in morning at 9am I
      have complained personally at our gas refilling agency Saieesh Entp. at Malkajgiri Hyderabad. I have rechecked again at 10.30 they said they have already given instructions but none came to attend till 1.30pm. after checking he confirmed defective cylinder and needs to replace.But as there is no stock they
      cant say when he will replace.
      I am worried if this is the way they attend to a problem, then what is the use of all this emergency numbers,
      what will be the fate if there is a leakage or some dangerous situations.
      All the staff working in this agency are not attentive neither they work nor their telephones work, this is a worst worst agency.
      The height of their service is the numbers printed on the receipts are either switched off or not working.

      LPG Gas of Indane — defective online refill booking

      I am registered with Golf Green Gas Service, Kolkata (Consumer No. 4801) who insist on online refill booking which does not operate satisfactorily. Every time they cannot see my booking done through net and subsequently I have to physically visit the agent's office to book a refill cylinder manually. Moreover the agent's office landline[protected] never answers any queries due to which I have to visit their office personally to get my complaints redressed! Being a working lady, it is not possible to manually book refill each month. You are requested to take up this matter with your distributor for an early solution.

      I like to draw your attention to the fact that LOKNATH GAS, the distributor in our locality renders no customer service at all.I am the consumer the registration no 608837 is the victim of its poor service for so long.It makes rules of gas booking as per its sweetwill.       I was delivered a cylinder today(30.6.2009). This cylinder is leaking and could cause serious problems. I have applied for a refilled cylinder in the first week of September'09 but I am still waiting for the same to be fulfilled. The supplier when called upon for this always assures for delivery after one week. This problem is has been persisting since a long time. After each application we have to wait for at least a week, for the delivery of the LPG cylinders.

      LPG cylinder of Indane — Not attending phone & short gas supply

      Dear Sir,

      I have a LPG connection of Indane, Distributor: Jamana Gas Service, 106, Out side Sainyer Gate, Jhansi (UP). My Connection No.21037. I am a labour contractor and for my job I have live out of City. Whenever I tried to book my gas through telephone, no one attends the phone.

      I have complained them personally but they are so shameless that all my efforts are in vain. I asked for complaint book, they replied that it is not available.

      Secondly the cylinder supplied by them contains low / short gas. My wife complained that the plastic cover id tempered, but they replied that you can receive the cylinder from the godown.

      Sir, this is not a problem of single person but every consume is suffering the same troubles. Kindly take it as urgent and oblige us.

      I have a Gas Connection in Guruvayoor Gas Agency in Kodambakkam. They take very long time to deliver the gas and we doubt whether the gas is sold in grey market by the delivery boys for a higher price. The persons who book on a normal basis do not get them on time. This month it has been 25 days since I have booked the gas and the same has not been delivered.

      Despite several instructions to deliver the gas on-time and to collect the money from my sister staying in the back house, they try to find some faulty reasons for non-delivery. Moreover, to get them on the phone is like a Himalayan victory.

      With couple working, in the present scenario, you need to upgrade the level of service by on-line booking, checking of the status of booking, delivery after 7.00 p.m. or on week-ends. These things would be highly appreciable. Moreover, you need to appoint persons with ethic who are not easily drawn by little corruptions.

      We cannot spend time only for this every month. Hope you will look into and would appreciate a proper reply from your end.

      LPG — No one pick's up phone

      Hello Sir,

      This is regarding the poor customer service at Shri Ram gas service.
      Since last two days, I have been making calls to Shri Ram gas service(a Manikbaug pune), but their phones are going busy else never pick the call , This is not the first time, its is happening. It is their regular feature. The customer service agents can be seen busy attending their personal call everytime you visit the branch. They are least bothered to listen to you. That is why most the time you call there, their phones are engaged. Either they put the receiver down or just keep the phone busy with their personal calls. Even they are not polite in their tones.Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

      Waiting for the confirmation of the mail and action taken on your dealer...else need to go beyond your customer care.

      Indane Gas — Undesirable service

      Dear Sir,

      I want to complain about undesirable service from LPG distributor ‘Ashadeep Gas Services’ at 28, D.P.Sasmal Road CIT Market Kolkata 700033.
      The distributor has only one telephone and it is always busy. It is impossible to get the number for service. I tried for 3 days (at least 50-60 times) but was unsuccessful to book a gas refill. I had to go personally on 23.12.2009 for booking and had to listen unfriendly comments.
      I got the refill on 1.1.2010 but the gas was leaking. I tried your helpline for complain (155233 & [protected]) but none attended though the phone was ringing. I tried on the telephone of my distributor to request for change of the cylinder but failed. Again I went personally to file complain. A mechanic came in the evening and advised it will be OK with use and told it will not be replaced. I wrote to the distributor and kept the cylinder outside all the night. The cylinder was replaced next day (5.1.2010) again with some unwanted comments.
      Please take necessary measures so that a senior citizen aged over 70 years like me may get a safe and easy service from the distributor.

This is not the first time that this harrassment has taken place.Once in every two -three months this situation arises. I would be grateful if this complaint is looked into urgently.The gas cylinder is a very essential commodity of everyday use and such lapses in its delivery causes havoc in the house. I am a very senior retired army officer/ a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to personally go to the indane office everytime such a situation arises.

      Indane LPG — Unreliable Cylinder Booking Service

      I am consure of Indance gas, consumer number 81435. LPG provider is Ananth Gas Agency, HAL, Airport Road, 560017 Bangalore.
      Eveytime I try to book the gas by phone it comes busy and after 5min a full ring would go but nobody picks up the phone and this happens during their working hours in office. It sometimes takes me days to get somebody on phone. I have to keep on trying for some time 1-2 weeks together to get the LPG cyclinder booked for me.
      How can the phone be engaged continuosuly for so much time ? Even if so busy why don't the staff pick the phone when it is ringing.
      Could you please look at this porblem, as it creates a lot of distraction and instead of helping , this phone booking creates a lot of problem.
      also I have been trying the IVR 1260, even that does not seem to work.
      Is there any other IVR available.

      As They Take The Cylinder Delivery Time About 10-20 Days. Means They Deliver cylinder after 10-20 days from the date of booking.
      As for an example we last booked on 24-02-10 but we have not got cylinder till now on 09-02-10.
      Even we have gone 2 times more for asking the reason of not delivery but yet they have not delivered.
      We request you to take strict actions against them so that consumer can get satisfy.

      I am one of the customer of Indane gas(Agent name: Vengateswara gas agency) at salem..tamilnadu.
      I am residing at elampillai which is located 20 km apart from the gas agent office.so that they delivered the gas through the sub dealer in elampillai.the sub dealer delivered the gas to the every one by load men as door delivery.But our area load man(chinnathambi)asked the empty cylinder,gas book and
      Rs 360 per cylinder before delivering the gas.after getting these,he didn't delivered the gas within one or two days.he delivered the gas after the 30-40 days from the date of booking and he didnot give the cash receipt.But he collected the book,empty cylinder,Rs 360 after 10 days from the data of booking.so that I asked the sub dealer about his poor service and fraud.They said "if you want gas,you just follow him and dont ask anything.we are delivered through load man only".so please take the action about my complaint.

      A am residing in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad and having a connection of Inden Gas Service. As usual we book the cylinder every month and receive the gas cylinder after 18days from the date of booking, sometime we go to the agency and collect the cylinder ourselves.

Even though it is nearing fifteen days, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer.

GHAZIABAD, UP . 201206 I Called them everyday but no response on behalf of agency and saying that delivery will be made within one or two days, but we have not received the same till now. I have been fed-up by placing many complaints. No action has been taken agst my complaint.

      Kindly take action agst the responsible staff . Otherwise i have to legal action agst agency.

      Really above comments are true i have also facing the same problem My Customer no is 45443 since more than three years i am associated with indian gas Jeedemetla i have applied for second cylinder but as on date i have not received the same and when ever i am calling to office the phone is busy or not reply properly and their employee attitude also not good. Atleast Indian oil company should take interval audit and visit then only it may change or take necessary action above the employee.

      Indane LPG Gas — Supply not done by supplier

      I book my cylinder with my consumer no 4877 with Shahi Automobile Gas 18 sadar bazar delhi cantt on 22nd feb 2011 but they reply us for transfer to any other gas agency we are not supplied the gas in your region but why ? they not clear that to us.

      so many time they tell us about the transfer but we are not interested in this because in previous we have not face any problem from this supplier.

      I am staying in Kengeri customer no. 37935 I took my last cylinder on 15/12/2010 and when i book 2 days before they are telling that my cylinder was already distributed and they are telling that they will distribute on 1st of april.       I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Gopal Gas agency, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi and my consumer number is 1360. I have booked for a refile . They replied that they will Distribute only after the completion of 21 days.I wanted to know that in witch order they harassed the valued customer .

      We are contiuosly trying to call on[protected] and[protected] as Tej Gas Agency at Vasundra Colony Gopalpura, but they are not picking up our phone, we are trying from last 3-4 days continously and also the delivery of Gas time is also delay by 10-12 day late....after the time limitation (21 Days after booking)....
      Dear Sir,

      My consumer no. is J-5526. The firm is not providing the facility of Gas Booking (Refill) through telephone. The land line nos are also not attended by the agnecy, most of the times. Whenever I call they said booking time is over, it was on a week day i have called at 12 noon they havn't take my booking said booking time is from 2pm to 4pm. And at theat time their no become unavailable.

      The telephone No.s of the firm are[protected]/2690609 and the Kolkata customer care no also stay unavailable always..

      Just dial the above numbers and you can know the truth. And after the booking trouble another is delivery trouble the gas is being delivered in 35 days.

      Please do something we are in huge problem.

          My current LPG supplier has been Ela Gas Agency in NOIDA. When I needed a refill I called their number but for over a fortnight of trying no one lifted the phone. Now I have come to know that the agency has been closed by Indian Oil Corporation and my account (no. 07579) has been shifted to a Kasna Gas Agency in Greater Noida - which is about 30 Km away. I have tried to call their number - but have found them always to be engaged. I never got any intimation from Indian Oil Corporation regarding the move of my LPG distributor. I finally went to their office in NOIDA in Sector 1 - where I have been told that I must visit Kasna Gas in G. Noida and try to get paper work done to move my connection to another supplier closer to my residence.

          I was also given a number where to call and book online. I called the number and have booked it online - but as there is no information given out regarding the consumer name or address or when the gas is likely to be delivered - I am not sure whether i would get the gas in time.

          Even on the web site of Indian Oil Corporation - one would have a hard time to find a telephone number where a consumer may call.

          Indian Oil Corp / Indane Gas — Less gas in cylinders

          The gas supplied by IOCL (Indane Gas) is less by 1.5 kg - 2 kg everytime.
          The concerned gas agency is Mata Sheetla gas agency, Sector 14, gurgaon.

          We are also facing same problem. ILA Gas Agency has been closed overnight. We have been told to visit KASNA Gas Agency which is 30km from Sector 49.

          I am unable how they agree to mingle NOIDA and GREATER NOIDA.

          In fact we have booked in Aghnotri Gas Agency in Sector 37 but they transfered our paper to ELA and now to KASNA. I am confused what's cooking up there?

          Indian Oil Corp / Indane Gas — contact telephone always busy

          I am customer of Agnihotri Gas service in noida - am trying to contact them on all numbers supplied to us - but all are busy for last couple of days. It always happens and it is very frustrating. Have SMSed also regarding booking of gas almost 10 days ago - but have not got the refill.

          Request Indian Oil to take action against such dealers - why they can not provide bookings on the internet?

            sir,

            1. i have a petrol pump of 20 kl capacity installed in my location, there waas some complain regarding the despensing unit, i lodged the complain for the same at Dehradun office, through tele call on 01 Oct 09, the mechanic from IOC dehradun came on 05 Oct09 and inspected the despensig unit on 05 oct 09.

            2. After inspection yhe mechanic told me that he will go back and come with required tool and parts after two days. but the mechanic has not come back till now.

            3. i have made at least 10 calls to ioc demand sec but every time i was given the reply that the mechanic is not avail at present.

            4. you are requested pl help me out beacuse i am facing a great financial losses

              My consumer No. is 4751. I have 2 cylinders in my name. For refill purposes, I booked the first cylinder about 50 days back. I haven't gotten the delivery for that yet and in the meantime I had to book for my 2nd cylinder about 20 days back. Still no signs of delivery!! I have been calling the "Sree Muthappan Gas Agencies, Mambaram, Kannur, Kerala" but have been getting no help from them. Would appreciate if you could help me in obtaining the cylinder as soon as possible. We have been having tough time dealing with this situation.

Outgoing call on Roaming at Rs.1.50.” this is something cheating. Before recharging asked everything and now sending these kinds of messages. Then whenever I make Std. calls for 2 minutes the money was cut Rs.6. So I request you to cancel this from my mobile. I don’t want this scheme. Really saying you people are looting the customers with wrong ideas. I think only these idea people are doing these kinds of things. Kindly do the needful. Please cancel the Rs.131/ scheme. Please do it as soon as possible.

                  Hi Sir,

                  I have applied for gas connection 1 month back, even after getting the confirmation doc from Indane Gas at my residance I am after Ranjan Gas SErvice to have connection
                  I went them friday, they said no one is here to do varification; On Saturaday (Oct 31 2009) thay they don't start anything new since it's last day of the month. I am surprised to hear that thay are having such an luxery.
                  Today Monday(2nd Nov2009) Now they say there is no request from your end , So they will write again for verification of Gas Stove (Chulaha).
                  The way they are handling the customer is really depressing, even after paying the write amount and with right documentation I am moving daily after this Ranjan Gas Service, B-168, Sector-26, Noida.
                  They need some bribe ???????? for working ..

                    I most respect fully beg to state you that i am a consumer of Red Horn Gas Agency,Nalbari Assam.I faced a big problem in getting the refilled L.P.G cylinder.Every time the Agency Authority is creating problem.They are making artificial crisis.They sell 80percent of the L.P.G cylinder in the black market through some brockers.They get a huge commisions every month.Every day they are harrusing the Public of Nalbari.So,I request you that you enquire this matter.and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      I am residing in Kadugodi area of Bangalore from past two years and wish to apply for a new gas connection on my name.I am a salaried employe working in a Pvt Ltd Co.

                      When I go to apply for a new gas connection I am being forced to provide a Ration Card, which I do not have. Insted I have all other necessary documents including a passport.

                      I came to know from the dealer that taking a gas connection in Bangalore requires a mandatory submission of Ration Card, which according to me is unreasonable, since Bangalore has a high number of IT professionals, who need a gas connection, and they are busy on weekdays, working close to 12 hours everyday and don't get time to visit the ration card office. On weekends, the govt. offices themselves are either half day or closed, and moreover if open, they are jam-packed with people. In such a case, it becomes almost impossible for a person to apply for a ration card first, then wait for it and then finally apply for a gas connection.

                      In all other states/ regions, such a rule is not present. So can this absurd rule not be modified to allow working professionals to just provide a proof of their employment alongwith an address proof, instead of a Ration Card, in order to get new gas connection?

                        I have booked a refill on 17.10.09 and again called up the distributor after a week and was told that I would get the supply in a week's time. I got the supply today at 4.00 pm after repeatedly calling the distributor. I asked for the Manager's contact number, but was not given. When I managed to get the Manager's phone number I was told that he/she is busy in a meeting. That means there is no one at the distributor's shop to attend to a complaint. Today when I received the delivery, I was not given a bill in my name. May I know what happened to the Bill? Why is there so much delay? Who is answerable? No doubt the Manager is managing her business well, but what about the customer's complaint. Maybe she is not even aware about what is going on behind her back, how the staff is manipulating and selling cylinders in the black. My service number is 20391 and my distributor's name is Arjun Gas Agency - Ahmedabad.
                        Sir, My name is Sardul Singh from New Delhi. I have gas connection on the name of my mother Nasib Kaur PT 857. We always book gas from Parjyoti gas agency in Kashav Puram New Delhi. This agency always delay to provide the cylinder their delievery men goes to local area's shop and and they purchase reals customer's cylinder to local shopkeeper like tea-stall, restorant and other shopkeeper. Please sir take a hard action against Parjyoti Gas Agency because this agancy doing black marketing of Gas Cylinder.

                          I am having a gas connection of Indane (consumer no-7421).I was dealing with Agnihotri gas service,Noida.Recently my gas connection has been transferred to ILLA gas Agency without informing us.Any way i have been facing trouble in getting delivery of gas cyclinder.Ten days back i had given a request to ILLA Gas agaency to deliver the cyclinder,but till date it has not been delivered.It is my request to cancel the license of ILLA gas agancy and take strict action against this agaency.

                            My consumer number is 5911. It is understood that the nearby indane gas agency ie ELA GAS , NOIDAwho was my refill supplier was looked out recently. I was asked by the Area Manager Indane Gas to book cylinder with Kasana gas agency at phone number 25611260,2322228/9. Accordingly I booked the refil cylinder on 26.10.2009. However, no response from the agency so far. I contacted the area manager office over phone. Please do the needful urgently. Is there any responsible officer in Indane who can alleviate the suffering of Indane consumers ??????
                            We also have the same problem. Large number of Indane customers booked with Ela Gas are distressed by the non response from any corner. Kasna gas agency Ph. No.s 25611260, 2322228/9 had assured supply in 4-5 days. There is no supply as yet after a week. Now they do not pick up/ entertain telephone calls.                             My consumer No. is 05622 with Ela Gas Agency NOIDA. It is said to be dead. I came to know that Kasna Gas Agency in NOIDA will comply the needs. I booked with them on telephone 25611260, 2322228/9. They assured supply in 4-5 days a week back. There is no response. Now they do not pick up the telephones.                             LPG — non supply of cylinder after 49 days

                            Booked on 13.07.2011 and today is 01.09.11,till date we are not in receipt of the refilled cyllinder.When people are raising their voices for corruption then how a family can continue their cooking if they are not getting a refilled cyllinder after 49 days,when the same company is supplying cyllinder unofficially with higher price.Government should take necessary action against the gas dealer. Our consumer no is-602403 and distributer is Quick gas service, Utterpara,Hooghly and code no is 958670.

                              I Am Ullas.D,Residing at CHARUTHA House,Mudavoor.P.O.Muvattupuzha.Ernakulam(Dt)Kerala.686669.My Consumer No is 31186 of POTTAS GAS AGENCY,Muvattupuzha.The agency delivered cylendar on 14.09.09. I booked for cylendar 6.10.09.The Agency delivered gas in my locality twice after 14.10.09.But they did not deliver gas at my residence.when contacted I was informed that stock of cylendar not received.The Agency do not supply cylenders regularly and some times it takes more than two months to receive cylenders.Hence I request to kindly look in to the matter and ensure that the agency deliver the cylenders promptly so that the consumers receive the new cylenders at least once in a month.

                              Indian Oil Corporation-Indane Gas — Non Receipt of LPG After re fill

                              Sir,
                              I am residing at NGO Quarters Muvattupuzha(house no 29).Consumer No 1353.MITHRA INDANE SERVICE,Muvattupuzha.I received cylendar on 9.09.09 and booked on 03.10.09.But the gas is not received till day.The agency was informed me that they are not in receipt of gas from Indian oil corporation.
                              Hence I request to take urgent steps for proper distribution of gas by the agency.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I Mr.B.P Singh/ Gas Consumer No -BP7535 of GangaSagar Meerut, UP.My Gas dealer is Budhpoorna Indane Gas -Distributorship No[protected], Jail Chungi Meerut, I have booked the gas on 7/Oct/2009 and infect the gas was due from 16/Sep/2009, and today is 29/Oct/2009 there is no hope of getting this gas cylinder, and whenever we call them they give only false promises that it will come in 4-5 days and when we call them back after the date they have promised, they usually said, actually the delaying is from the IOCL, so we don't have any stock once we received we will deliver it immediately, or surely it will be delivered in 2-3 days, but nothing will be workout, these multiple calls are always occurred from our side and now we used to hear all this false cum fancy stories telling by Budhpoorna Indane Gas, not me only facing this problem in this area there are almost everyone who is having gas connection with them.
                                And if you want a gas cylinder immediately you can get it from their Hawkers(Suppliers) by giving them Rs.510 for each gas cylinder, such scenes are occurred there on frequently basis.But there is no one in the Budhpoorna Indan Gas Agency who can listen our problems or issues, and even some times they cut the call before we finished our talks.So, this is really a phethetic service we are getting from Budhpoorna Indan Gas, and believe me its not a joke to deal with such people on alternative months, if this much of problem we face to get our cooking gas cylinder than how can we live happily in other aspects of our life.
                                I heard a lot of good responses from this consumer complaints, I am hoping the same help in my case also, I would be very thankful forever if you can provide some sort of help or correction in their service.

                                  Indane Gas — Cylinder not giving

                                  I am a customer of Indane Gas, (Ujjwal Gas, L.B.Aprtment, Surat). I have only 1 cylinder from last 3 years. I need a new one and they are not giving. I have already complained lot of time but no change. I am suffering if the cylinder is become empty and they send cylinder after 7 days of registration of refilling and I suffer for 7 days with out gas.

                                  I hava visited the indane gas dealerin kohima Whose address is Belho Gas, Boc Kohima, Nagaland.The manager has refused to give new connection.Since i have recently posted in kohima it is very deficult for me to live without gas connection .KIndly help me in getting new connection.thanking you in anticipation.

                                  i have got a leaked cylinder on date 18 march 2010 from gayatri gas service main wazirabad road, bhajanpura,delhi 53. i have given a complaint to emergency service cell operated by G .S ENTERPRISES,shalimar park extn. shahadra delhi 92. CODE NO. 9107189.
                                  CYLINDER is still leaking. this is the height of irresponsibility. there r so many lifes at danger.
                                  please do need full. these agencies are totaly irresponsible.
                                  My consumer number is 11250 of Indane Gas. I have booked for additional cylinder in our gas agency ie, Bhagavathy Gas, Aroor on 12.6.2008. But they have not issued our cylinder till date. When I enquired about this they tole me that they have sent one letter in October, 2009. But I didn't get any such letter. Kindly inform me what should I do to get my additional cylinder.

                                  Indane Gas — not received cylinder of new connection

                                  This is to inform you that I have got a new LPG gas connection vide consumer no. 12423. On 26/09/10 (Sunday) but regret to inform you that I have not received any cylinder, new regulator as well as gas pipe. After repeatedly visiting the office Jhakan, dehradun no positive work has been done. Every time I visited the office they assured us to send the cylinder the next day or after.

                                  In between they handed me an old regulator saying that they do not have any supply of new regulators. Therefore, I earnestly request you to look after the matter and suggest me the next step as I am in urgent need of the cylinder. Moreover the office people do not talk on phones but pick the phone and keep it aside (ref: [protected]/[protected] time: 14:55 PM dated:12/10/2010, [protected] at 15:18 PM).

Whenever we call they say they have send today past one week the same answer and when we call mostly they are not picking the call too. what can we do for this type of respond from agenccies like this. some action must be against these types of problem.

                                    Reg: Problems facing while booking for new cylinder.

                                    " Worst response from the incharge persons ( In particular at TAMBARAM Pattammal)"
                                    " Not answering for the queries, simply disconnecting or just keeping the receiver open"
                                    " Booking at Guduvanchery - Missing from the records"


                                    We are residing at Urappakkam and our agency is Pattammal Gas agency.
                                    Usually we used to book at Guduvanchery branch office. "Our No is : 31291"

                                    Till now it happened two times that Booking at GUDUVANCHERY is not reflected at TAMBARAM.
                                    If we call to Tambaram office their way of treating customer is really worst.

                                    Inspite of waiting for very very long time to get the connection( almost 20 - 30 mins) they simply say yours is not booked. then what's the point of having GUDUVANCHERY office and booking over there.
                                    Then they it will be taken as new booking on that day.

                                    Sep 12 09 we booked at Guduvanchery. Till now we did not get cylinder. If we enquire at tambaran (since they only have te phone) they say your name is not there.

                                    This is not the first time it has been happening regularly. I don't know wher to complaint about this that's why i am complaining here.

                                    Please please please .. try to solve this scenario

                                    please take necessary action or at least tell them to treat the customers as human being not like a DOG.

                                    pattammal gas agency(indane) — gas connection issue

                                    Hi folks

                                    i am using your gas connection for the past 15 years but now i feel so bad that i am using your connection and i am ashamed that i am getting such a dam and worthless help and support from you people. the problem that i am facing now is gas leakage issue for the past 1 week and regarding this issue i had spoken with your local and as well as to main agency for my locality but still now no solution and not even a response from you people. you people cant even isolate the issue and provide a solution for my issue and not even a temporary or alternate solution for my issue. fyi i casurely say that you have people for fit for nothing and worthless people and i am sorry for saying this but the situation is more bad then this which makes me to use some profinities but being a proffesionalist i dont want to use it

                                    Yes. What Surendar is telling 100% correct. They are not at all responding properly. We thought of transferering to another agency. Guduvanchery office is waste. Here in Guduvanchery almost all people are suffereing who is having gas connections with pattammal agency. Other agencies are supplying better than this agency. IOC should take necessary action for this.

                                    Oh. i have shifted my home from ambattur to urapakkam. Even i have some problem over there in pattammal gas agency regarding transfer of cylinder and leakage of gas(while in ambattur itself).But I have spent a lot for transfering. But now after seeing these comments, I'm planning to surrender indane gas and take new services like bharath or HP which I heard is better than Indane.

                                    Indian oil never take action against TAMBARAM Pattammal or perugaluthur saravanan, because sales manager and area manager getting the Rs50000/- as bride every month. These agencies sold the gas in the hotel, tea shop and vehicles.

                                      sir i am a consumer of Govila Enterprises Aligarh. from last five year i am struglling for dbc but every time dealer make excuses like short of celenders, company policy etc.

                                        i have faced this problem twice at m/s navin petrol pump, udaipur-dungarpur link road, banswara, rajasthan. that they have refused to provide free air and said -
                                        - there is no person avilable for this job
                                        - we only have to provide free air and are not bound to provide a person for the same, you can fill it on your own if you want.
                                        as a consumer i need to know, what does this free air mean, if providing free air is the job of the petrol pump or it is something that we need to do ourselves.
                                        in my opinion if they are open for petrol they should also keep a man to provide free air.
                                        please confirm and also if naveen petrol is not following rules, proper action must be taken against them.

                                        I am in Chennai. As far as I concerned, no petrol bunk is providing free air service. They take alteast Rs. 2/- per two wheeler and more for 4 wheelers.
