[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — Supply of LPG Gas

Sir, I have double cylinder facility. My connection is having with M/s. Ajoy Gas Agencies, Gandhinagar, Ernakulam. I have booked my cylinder almost 50 days before and have not yet received the refilled cylinder. Every day i contact the party (staff) to send the cylinder they reply us tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow. Now, even after having double connection i am using kerose stove due to the poor services of M/s. Ajoy Gas AGencies. The last supply also it was facing the same situation. One day (Tuesday - 21.12.10) i met the owner of the agency and he promised that by next day before 12 noon gas will be reached at my residence. But till now 23.12.2010 by 1 pm i have not yet received the connection. Every day i talk to their staff to know the status of the delivery but never they trasnfer the line to the manger/owenr of the agency for further enquiry to avoid any complaint.

I request IOCL to enquire about the poor services of the Gas Agency and suggest me for further course of action. I am writing the coplaint becasue this is the 3rd time it is happening.

Dear Sir,
I am condumer of LPG and my consumer No. is MP-7403. I am experiencing socalled rfefilled culinders of gas containing watwer and Kachra. I complained to the vendor with no satisfactory answer to it.Cylinders are supplied with the sealing thread broken and the the caps are easily removed, resembling the same to be intact. It is noyeworthy that there is a sabji market near the viratkhand where there are several venders refilling small cylinders with the help of domesitc cyliners made available to them by IOC,
The Office of GM Vibhtikhand is barely 2-3 km away from Haniman Crossing.
IOC is requested to ensure supply of sealed refills to avoid loss to me.
Corruption has to rooted out at least in the supply of IOC LPG Cylinders.

Gas th.Mobile but due the some problem gas not booked. As per enquiry from agency,
The agency informed that my data is not feed in system.

They suggest to me to go to INDANE Office for to get approval for feeding of data.
I am enclosing herewith my connection book as well as DVC receipt.

Please give your approval for feeding.

NOTE : I approch to agency as well as ioc but till date my data is not feeded in system.the agency person saying to me take approaval from ioc then we feeded the date.i could not understand why i am suffering.

Dear Sir,
My consumer no is VTI 646 and attach with VIKRAM GAS AGENCY DOKATI BHAWAN, BALLIA.I booked gas on 01/02/2012 but dealer do not supplied the gas till today, whenever i have made complaint with Sri Alok Ji on 16/02/2012. Please confirm how many days will be taken for supply of refilling from the date of booking.
I hope your management will inform us within 48 hours & make an arrangement for supply of gas.
