Salem It was around 9PM. on[protected]. After a hectic work of loading house hold articles and sending the vehicle, I started checking my car to proceed to Coimbatore in the the nest morning so as to be available to take care while unloading things.

I went to your retailer Sivambiga petrol bunk , Salem ( situated at Omalur Road) and filled the tank. I had to check the air as I with my family should start in the early morning to avoid heavy traffic. I was shocked to hear that the air was not available. Manager and owner had already left. The person in charge told a big lie that the current was not there when the current was very much there.

I immediately went to M/S Ranganathan IOC Petrol Bunk which is adjacent to m/s Christals India on the Bangalore bye pass road. The employees were chitchatting at one corner and after a few minutes one of them shouted from the chitchatting spot that air is not available.

I had to go another petrol bunk to get the air checked.

These petrol bunks are left to the discretion of the employees and the owners are not bothered about their behavior towards the customers OR the employees are misusing the freedom given to them leaving the customers in lurch.

Please investigate and instruct the respective bunks to provide air all the 24 hours.

Your polite words can get your jobs done at any place and at any time. There is no point in getting angry at all the time when it comes to petrol pump issues. Rice/wheat/kerosene/life saving drugs/banking/postal services and even liquors(very essential) are not available round the clock in our country. Why do you expect petrol/diesel/air should be available round the clock? How many hours in a day you are working? Have you seen any lunch.tea break boards at any of the city based petrol pumps? Can you get any of the services at lunch hours or tea breaks at any place except petrol pumps? That itself is a biggest service. Do you skip or delay your lunch/dinner for serving people? When a service is available for 24 hrs that too free of cost (air) definitely we people tend use it any number of times in a day. What else one one can say?
If you are unhappy with the service, you have plenty of options i.e so many pumps are available for your service.
Free air service at petrol pumps has really become a menace now a days. Every one in the city want to check the tyre pressure almost everyday. Some people even check for 3 times a day.Why? What is the need? because it is "free air". Some even complain that their tyre pressure is reduced after blowing free air and fight with the operators. What is that operator will do with the air "removed" from the tyres. People just forget about the valve-tube/ tube/tyre conditions taking the life out of operators. Many do not fill petrol every day but they fill air almost everyday. There is really no logic behind the free-air service that too for round the clock. If it is a paid service, there won't be stampedes at petrol pumps for free-air. What is freely available in India that too 24hrs? What paid-service is available for 24hrs a day?

    IOC Petrol Dealer near Kotireddy Circle KADAPA Dist, whwn ever i go there to fill petrol & ask them to fill for Rs. 100/- they always fill for Rs. 99.90 ps but not for exact 100 Rs.
    Short of 10 to 12 Paise on every filling & with every cust.

    You go & ask for any denomination they will round it off to it with 10 to 15 paise short saying system will not take exact amt.

    Imagine 10 paise per customer every time multiplied by N number of customers a day. it makes BIG Amount.

    And when i ask to fill for exact amt or more if not exact thet deny & came to fight with me.

    I KNOW 10 PAISE IS A SMALL AMT AND PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS MIGHT HAVE GOT BIG THINGS TO DO, BUT I AM NOT COMPLAINING IF IT IS ONE TIME. IT IS EVERY TIME & makes BIG AMT.

    Can i expect any action on this ?

    3.2% 2T mix pump deliverd only 1.5% 2T deliverd to every customer atleast 2000 letters sell in every day in 1 pump in this way 10 letter 2T oil save by Dealer which is Recorded in dealer computer since last 2 year before 2 years 10 letter 2T oil amount distributed among sales boy but after that dealer directly involed in this case last 2 year record in dealer computer which is kapt in dealer office
    4.10 letter petrol 25 letter diesel tasting only show in sales ragister which is not done
    5.All normal petrol & normal diesel tasting decan in premium petrol tank & premium diesel
    6.Rs.1500 recieved by dealer from sales boy for 2T sale

    The all staff of the petrol pump while giving petrol to the bikes give less petrol to all the bike/ car persons. After giving petrol to a person he does the pipeline (between nozzle to meter) empty in a vessel, by doing so the next person who is taking petrol gets 300 ml almost less petrol . By doing so they are looting the people. All the people cannot check on him. All the managers and pump owner is involved in this activity.
    The licence of such pump owner shuld be ceased,

      I am customer of Indaine gas (Chand agency, Calicut) with consumer No.27974, residing at NIT campus. I have book for my gas cylinder on 3.2.2010 and on 2.3.2010, but i have not received any cylinder yet. Even having two cylinder i am not able full the both. Me with my two small kids on 4 and 2 years is facing alot of diffuculty due to the delay in delivery of cylinders. Many of my friends and co-worker have booked for refill of gas cylinders months back. The cylinders are not delivered in time here, being a campus of a reputed institition, we are facing a big problem due to this delay.
      A speedy action in this regard is anticipited

        always delay in supply of gas and not to attnand telephone so we are faing a lot of problems in gas refilling and delay in supply.as such i have only single cyclender.my mobile no is [protected]

        lindane — Delay in supplying in Gas Cylinders

        I (consumer no : 30066) have booked the gas cylinder on January 6, 2009 in Swathi Gas Agency, Triplicane, Chennai. Still now we have not received the gas cylinder. Its already 23 days..Till now there is no information regarding the delivery of Gas cylinder. No proper response is expected in this Gas Agency. Whenever call is made, a loud voice will only come stating it will be delivered. But we dont know, when it is going to be delivered.

        lindane — Delaying the supply

        I was suppose to book my cylinder on 24.01.2009 and when I called for booking it was refused citing reason that 25 days have not completed.Since 25 th Jan was sunday and 26 th was republic day they have closed the office and they made me book on 27th Jan 2009.
        Till today(04.02.2009) I have'nt got the cylinder.If they delay for delivery for 9days and once again I have to book cylinder after completion of 25 days from the date of delivery how one should manage almost 35 days without a gas cylinder?

        lindane — Delay in Supply of cylinder

        I had booked for a gas cylinder 25 days ago vide consumer no. 67118 to our agent K.K.Indane Enterprise, Bangalore.
        For last 20 days i am calling the distributor, most of the time they don't bother to pick up the phone and when picked also they would say they are sending it. Daily they are asking us to stay at home to recieve the cylinder as if we dont have any other work and only wait for them. Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a definite date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspence.
        Pls look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not attending the phone calls of customers. I am really fed up wid the distributor.

        I had register(consumer Number-9337) my request on 16 th for refilling of cylender......after repetead followup,finally i have agianst registerd my complaint on helpline number on 22nd....Finally against on 25th i had made a request to suplly cylender but till date delivery had not been done....I am suffering in my day to day operation since last 10 days.

        Our Agency has been cancelled almost 2.5 months back but till date deliveries had not been requlirised.

        I am a customer of domestic gas-Indane and the agency being Shive gas Agency Thirumullavaram , Kollam (Dist). My customer number is 18403 I have taken the last cylinder on 16/11/09 .
        For the next cylinder i have booked by phone on 17/11/09 and the booking number is 5909.. But till date i have not received the cylinder .

        My 2nd cylinder also got over and when I called them to enquire they say another 3 days will go.

        I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take nessasory steps to bring out a fool proof method in the booking system.

        i am using Indane gas for last 12 years my consumer no is 25000.
        i used to book my cylinders thru m/s Sri Balaji Agencies, 29, Stedford Hospital Road, Ambattur. ph 26583977.

        Every time for my Cylinder bokking i used call minimum 15times to get the line, and the response also very poor.And the billing date and delivery period lot of difference is there.
        kindly take it into proper action for this matter

        i am a customer of indane....my gas agency is m/s Shankar indane gas services,Picknick spot road,mahanagar,Lucknow....I have been trying gas agency's number since last 4 days but unfortunately nobody picks up the phone..i have also try to register through online system but this agency doesnot figured in the online supply mechanism....i am finding difficult to book my gas and even after booking supply is quite delayed.

          The Indane Gas Cylinder Distibutors in bangalore is J N Enterprises and it is a huge task to book a cylinder there because they have 6 number out of which 2 are always switched off and rest are either busy or not responding .

          i have booked a cylinder before 10 days and till yet I have not got the Cylinder and to know the status i am trying since yesterday but not able to be in touch with them.

          this GAS Agency is not providing the services as they should.

          lindane — Non booking of the Cylinder

          Dear Sir,
          I am having gas connection in Ahmedabad with Distributor "Nirmala Agency" situated in Ranip,Ahmedabad. Our Gas connection no is 24976 on the name of Subhadraben P Bhavsar, 306,ANsuya Pats. Navavadaj, As we are trying to book the cyllinder on phone nos. 27526443/24526442/27531939 it is contineously getting engage atlast while getting through operator refuses to book the cyllinder saying You have Piped gas connection hence it will not be booked. To my surprise i dont know where and how these people installed Piped gas in my house, as I requesed sir, I dont have any piped gas connection he refuses saying we have information and you are lying. I requested the send a person to cross verify the same.Today one person arises and says apaka gas valve leak hai 70 Rs dena padega to hi gas milega nahi to gas milega hi nahi aur book bhi nahi hoga. This is happening since last three months.Please save us from these decoits !!!

            Sir/madam..........I brought a new refilled cylinder from the
            PRAKASH GAS AGENCY AT AMETHI ( INDANE GAS AGENCY) on 18-
            05-2010........after putting on the regulator as i lit the stove it
            caught fire at the regulator then i quickly switch off the stove and
            tried to put out the fire of the cylinder bur it kept spreading so we
            ran out of the house and tried to put out the fire meanwhile called the
            fire brigade stationed at Amethi.....they reach at the fire site after
            20-25 minutes and put out the fire. By then the whole of the kichen and
            things/ appliances therein were destroyed beyond
            recognition.................Washing machine, Kent water purifier,
            crompton greaves geyser, crompton g mixer grinder-juicer, heat
            convector, other kitchen appliances and cookware..................we
            could save our lives by timely running out of the house otherwise i
            shudder to imagine what could happen due to this negligence. hoping for
            suitable action at the earliest......................thanking you

              Worst service for Indane Gas agency in thiruvanmiyur. The phone number is always busy.We went to agency office and surprised to see they kept the phone in busy mode. The owner, employees were harsh to us. They didn't take the booking order and asked us to call on phone. Finally we tried for two full days and got booked. We booked it one month before but we didn't get the cylinder.
              The hard part is we can't reach them on phone or in office. There is some stupid Gas agency rules that we can't go for Bharat or super gas unless we surrnder this. This is very rediculous.
              I would appreciate if someone can help us and take some sever actions on owner of Indane gas agancy in thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

              Indane Gas — worst service of agency

              I am having gas connection of Indane No. is 13258.The agency M/s. D P Tharore & Company Ansari Road Darya Ganj Delhi 110002 does not pick the phone for gas booking.Most of the time we have to contact personally. We have to try again and again on phone. Also the delivery person does not bring weighin machine inspite of reminding every time.
              Its very easy to resolve all your issues within 30 days, don't buy any stove with it, please file RTI application (first call them saying that i am going to file RTI, if he challenge then definetly file RTI, once you file it he will die, Pls update me and also help to others, its your responsibility to aware other and get this country corruption free.), for more detail visit this site.               I agree and it is unbelievable that in this day and age they manage to get away with such severely deficient service. I booked my cylinder over a month ago. They said it would take 2 weeks for delivery but over a month later, it has not come. The lines are almost impossible to get through, and the attitude when you do manage to get through is rude and brusque and they put the phone down before you have even finished talking. I am confident that they keep their phone lines off the hook as you get the "subscriber is busy' message any time of the day or night you call. (have tried even late night and early morning to check. )
              What is the solution ? Who can be asked to intervene in this matter ?

              I booked a cylinder on approx. 19th Oct' 2010 and was told to wait 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks, not having received the replacement, I tried calling and had to dial for days (!) before I managed to get through. (The line is CONSTANTLY busy/ off the hook)
              On telling the lady I hadnt received it, I was put on hold for ages and then the lady came back on the line to say I would have to wait a few more days. It has been over 10 days since then, and still not replacement cylinder.
              I find it unbelievable that in this day and age they manage to get away with such severely deficient service. Over a month (and counting) to deliver a cylinder, the lines are almost impossible to get through, and the attitude when you do manage to get through is rude and brusque and they put the phone down before you have even finished talking. I remind you that this agency always black marketing and worst in old Delhi area but I think there is no responsible person who solved this problem. The does not booking the gas on phone and gas delivery in 15 to 20 days. The agency worker sold the gas in black in this area mostly.
              I request you please if you are a responsible in your job plz watch this agency and solved the problem of this area customers.

                I Mrs. Malti Mishra have two gas connection from indane gas Agency panwar Enterprises in rewa.As per new process told by agency that one person could have only one connection so that they have blocked my both connection with immediate effect without Notice.When i have visited the Agency ,Mr Mishra (Agecny manager) told that plz get submit one connection then after we can allow to run one connection.Again i went agency with my complete connection (Sylender,Pipe,Regulater) for submission but here regulater was different brand since it got theft and we have purchased same from marcket even it was also ISI branded.Now they are not ready to accept and they are not giving single sylender from last two month.
                They just told to purchase new connection with 5500 hundred cost.
                Plz look into the matter.

                  iam a consumer of ioc gas at chennai.my dealer venket gas agencies at triplicane is not responsds properly. i have booked gas 20 days back but not delivered so far . on a previous occasion also had experienced similar kind of problem. this problem happened to me so many customer also have the same problem. please look into my complaint and do the needful . my consumer no is 16166.

                  I am consumer of ioc gas since 1972. Now a days my distributer is Babarpur Gas service. KABIR nagar Delhi. I have booked my cyllander for refilling the gas on 8th Jun.2011 vide my booking no.[protected]. Through my mob. to gas booking mobile no. [protected].

                  It is a matter of sorrow that till today ie. 24th Jun. 2011 I have not recieved the refillng gas cyllander. It is not only this time but it is the matter of every time after booking the cyllander.

                  I am consumer of IOC since 1991.Now a days my distributer is Mini Gas Agency, Kundara, Kollam, Kerala. I have booked my cyllender for redilling the gas on 10 Aug 2011 and also my sister booked same day.
                  It is a matter of sorrow that till today ie 02th oct 2011 I have not recieved the refilling gas cyllander . It is not only this time but it is the matter of every time after booking the gas cyllender .

                  iam a consumer of ioc gas at chennai.my dealer SABHA INDANE GAS AGENCIES - PH NO[protected], 22248424 at Nanganallur is not responsds properly. i have booked gas 37 days back but not delivered so far . on a previous occasion also had experienced similar kind of problem. this problem happened to me so many customer also have the same problem. Yesterday he brougth cylinder with leakage condition. We not accepted takeback bring new cylinder. today we asked when you bring the cylinder. He told us you never get the cylinder .please look into my complaint and do the needful . my consumer no is 50748.

                    Hi All

                    Cheating by petrol pump attendents.

                    This incident occurs on 16.05.10 in late evening , me and my wife were coming back to our home from shopping in kamla nagar to ashok vihar.
                    In the mid way, i thought of getting petrol from SINGH SERVICE STATION .This is 1 out of three petrol pump in 10 kms stretch.Im a regular customer of this petrol pump from last 10 years.

                    That day i demand petrol for Rs.500/- ,in exchange i have given 1000/- rupees note.
                    same time my mobile rang and i got busy on the call.i forget to take back balance of Rs.500.00.

                    i came out of petrol pump without taking my balance.

                    While driving the car back to my home (towards ashok Vihar) i realised that i have forgotten the balance amount.
                    without 10-15 mins I reached back to petrol pump and asked them about balance money.The attendent and the cashier showed innosence on the matter.
                    i asked them if you allowed people to go without making payment,if somebody forget to give you money.

                    They said 'NO'.
                    I asked them them why are you people realised that if somebody forget to take his/her balance back,this is your duty to give their money back.

                    After long discussion the cashier Kapil said " we complete our cash with sales around 11 pm ,and only after that i decide whether your balance is with us or not. He makes me assured of making call next day morning.

                    Next day he didn't make any call.I went to my office.
                    in the evening in went the petrol pump again and asked them about my matter with the same attendent,since cashier Kapil was not there.
                    The other cashier said that it is the matter of Kapil and you ,its better if you ask Kapil in the next morning.


                    Today in the morning i call Mr kapil ,he said that our cash got matched on 16.05.10.So we dont have have your balance.


                    My Question Now:

                    1 Whether the returning balance amount is not duty of attendent .
                    2 What is the matter of chance that after 10-15 mins the cashier and the attendent are not able to speak about the balance amount.
                    3 my the cashier had not made any call in 2 days, after matching the cash with the sales book.
                    4 Why is the matter is not concerned to the other chashier in the next day evening.


                    Can Somebody help.This is not the matter of just 500/-.

                      indane LPG cylinders — non delivery of cylinders + sale in black

                      Sir

                      My consumer no. is R6474 which is in the name of Mr. Shankar Lal Agarwal. The name of your affiliated agency where i m registered is "Rajendra Gas Agency" in Ambabari, Jaipur

                      As per your norms, the cylinder should have been delivered in 2 days. But its a normal practice of the agency to deliver the cylinder in 7-8 days. However, this time the cylinders are being dispatched after 15 days from the date of booking to all consumers. The reason given by the agency incharge is that their is a shortage of supply in cylinders from your part.

                      However, i have noticed through the newspapers that you have clarified that there is no short supply from your part.

                      On 20 November, 2007 i booked for a LPG cylinder. The booking no. is 87297. As per the agency, the due date for supply of cylinder is 6 december, 2007. But i havnt received my cylinder till today (7 December,2007 i.e. after 17 days from the date of booking). When asked from the agency incharge no satisfactory reply was given.

                      I have also observed many irregularities committd by the agency.

                      Many times while booking i have noticed that the person booking the cylinders use to keep the phones hold. It creates problems for the people who cant get the booking done by coming to the place of agency because of any reason. Also, it creates problems if any person have any query n want to contact through phone.
                      Also, no one answers on the customer care no. provided in the refil slip. So there is no place to file complaints against the agency.

                      I have even noticed that the agency do not give the booking no. to the customers on their own will. The booking no. is given only when asked by the customer. In case, the customer forgets to ask the no., the cylinder booked is sold out in black & when asked by customer later, he is told that the cylinder was not booked.

                      Yesterday i saw that a person got his cylinder booked & when he asked for the refil slip, the person booking the cylinder said that their is a power cut so they cant print the refil slip n give it to him. That person went thereafter n forgot to take the booking no. I noticed that there was no power cut at that place & the slip was generated few seconds after that person left the place.

                      The name of the agency have also been quoted in newspaper many times for irregularities commited.

                      I request you to take some serious action against the agency & please provide feedback to me otherwise i have to take legal action against you & the agency.
                      My gas distributors codeno.1067 chennai.i have booked for lpg gas cylinder refill and confirmed from the agencies that i will receive my cylinder on 4th april.But i could not received, but the distuributer said he dispatched the cylinder on 4th april .I suspect they delevered to somebody else insted of me.I request u kindly look in to the matter

                      indane LPG cylinders — not refunding of money in TV

                      I was customer in M/s. Devi gas agencies Cuddalore. I got shifted to vellore. When I approached Devi gas agencies regarding transfering they said you have to surrender both cylinder and regulator. So I surrendered the same. They issued a Termination Voucher. At that time I've asked about the money they said that money will not be given. You have to just handed over this voucher to the agency which is near to your place.

                      When I went there for registering this connection in vellore thay are asking money for the same. I told all the details but in vellore they are telling that you have to pay the money.

                      Then I enquired in Cuddalore devi gas agency they are telling that I've received the money. But thay issued only TV and not taking any voucher signature regarding refunding of money.

                      May I request you to please interveine in this and help me to get back my amount.

                            We are an NGO helping common men to solve their problems. Our services are free and voluntary to every common person
                            We came to know that in sagar city there are Four dealer of Your LPG Indaine domestic Gas. And all the four have nearly total of 50 thousand consumers in the city .
                            Now a days IOC is not supplying the refill cylinders to the dealers. so they are unable to full fill the demand of the consumer, which causes panic and very short supply of LPG cooking gas.
                            We came to Know that the reason of short supply is the mismanagement of the IOCL LPG Division and the fact is that since 10 th of the feb 2010 transportation tenders are pending with your company. With reason of non decision of rate of transportation.
                            The situation due to short supply in sagar is very serious. And this is only because of the delay in deciding the transportation tenders. Your LPG division is sending only 4 truck in 15 days to every dealer at sagar and they required one truck daily i.e. every dealer needs average 26 truck per month , which is not sent by you. And the only reason for this grave situation is the non decision of the transportation tender.
                            Please do the needful in urgent and restore the LPG refill supply normal at sagar m.p. .

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. Atlast I got connection on April 20th, 2010 and given my consumer number. They said the cylinder will reach me during 1st of May, 2010. Again I contacted on 3rd May, 2010 and they said the cylinder will reach on that day itself. But they havent sent. Again I contacted them today morning around 10 am (12.5.2010) and they said that they have not received any call so far for booking our gas and they treated this call as our fresh booking call. Hence kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                                  Because of late delivery we are forced to buy from Black Market at higher rate around Rs. 600 to 700.
                                  We complaint to Indane office at Surat but no one is listening. I have also seen many times this Agency is selling in black to consumers at higher price instead of delivering on time to home of consumers.

I have booked my refill cylinder 23 Oct 2008 till today I have not got my cylinder despite repeated reminders. They are giving false promise to supply the gas immediately. When I try to contact over telephone mostly the phone gets engaged not because of busy telephone but they put the receiver aside. and when we get chance to speak the reply is not proper and they say " sending today''.

                                  So Please look in to the matter and request you to please take necessary action immediately and ensure that they supply the gas to me immediately . It is requested that suitable action as deemed fit may please be taken against the gas agency and also the gas agency may also be checked frequently by the Indian Oil corporation to avoid further inconvenience to the consumers of Indane GAS users.

                                  My father booked Indane Gas from a distributor in Sonarpurby the name of Sonarpur Gas Service on 13th March 2012. Today is 03rd April and still no sign of Gas. When we go to the disyributor theu say it will take one more week... And it is the same story with all the consumers here. And we all know that we are not going to get in one week as well. From my reliable sources we came to know that the distributor are doong black marketing of Gas. Plase lpok into the matter and perform a thorough audit on them. Please help us.

                                    This jabez pratheep .c.gilbert giving a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of domestic gas to my house .my consumer no is 34041, i booked a gas on 26/4/2010 they told that it will take 7 days but it was not delivered ,then they told it will take another 2 days but again we did not recieved it ,so again i called my gas agency deepa gas agency ( puirasawalkam) but they tell that due to the delay in load they wew not able to deliver and it will take 1 more day .this is what happend to me , i dont know whether they are telling the truth or not .but when we enquired about them . the others say that they sel it for black upto 550/ cylinder for commercial purpose .please do look into this too. so that they will supply gas to the consumers on time without any delay.

                                      Sir,
                                      i would like to know if the booking of a refill of domestic gas cylinders for dbc holders is after 21 days of delivery. The gas agency here i.e. M/S Robertsganj Gas Agency takes about a week to 10 days to deliver a refill and that too a customer has to go to there godown which is 3-4 kms away it is very difficult to get the delivery as one has to take leave from work. They also do not offer 'cash & carry' rates to consumers. Please look into the matter and please let us know the rule position for booking.

                                        Dear All ,

                                        I am a Indane Customer ,Bearing Regd No : 8369 ; I have booked my gas online and I have received a confirmation for the same as well , I have booked online because they have started this online booking facility not not picking phone at all when i call them ; I am with swapna gas agency in hyderabad.

                                        Let me tell you how baised the staff is ,They do not take booking request of illerate people even if it is genuine request for booking they say "there is no gas till one month come after few days" ;looks like front line staff is facing mental problem...

                                        I have informed them that my gas is booked and It was not delivered on time they checked there records and said online booking is not working so your booking is not done and they booked it now and then it will come after 12 days.....I went at 11:00 Am to their office ...I did a night shift As i work for an MNC ...I was feeling completely dizzy & i almost would have fallen down...This is completely mental harassment....Please Please someone look into this issue with HIGH priority ....
