Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder
Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no,Moh-Dubey near Bangali Phatak Bisalpur (Pilibhit), and user of Indian gas . In our Area Parul Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. I can allredy sent meny complaint to local Gas Agency.

but regret to inform that till today[protected] we have not received .

Dubey Indian Oil Gas agencies — Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinder

Dear Sir,
with due regards I want to book a complaint against Dubey Gas Service 64 Ellora Enclave, DayalBagh Agra, UP.
SAP Code-153675.
I am your customer against
SV No. 0069240
Consumer No. 17612.
I booked for refill on 15/10/2008 and expected date was 20/10/2008, but after repeated reminders also we have not received the filled cylendertill date(30/11/2008). Dubey Gas Services supplies cylender after taking out some gas.
I have also posted a complaint against it to Sanjay Place office of Indian Oil Gas, but they have ignored the complaint which I filed.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

    sir i am gopal trilokwani i beg to say that i have a connection of indane gas agency my a/c no.is pg 1675 named shree basant mal hardas mal (my grand father) here a distributer is jyoty indane,which is give a refill gas in 40-45 days after booking but the legal maximum time is 20-25 days,sir i doubt that the this gas agency has selling the gas in black market so i requsted to you please investigate the problem and solved quickly thankyou

      Cylinder booked with Indian Oil online Booking Services. Consumer No is 31221 (Anubha Gas Agency - Pandav Nagar. Booking No.: is 273 Dated: 06.07.10. Cylinder delivered on Saturday, weighing only 24 Kg (Gross). Upon lodging compaint, they promised to change the Cylinder. But "no Action" till the time of writiung this complaint.

        I have booked LPG cylinder on 24 May 2010 vide booking No 8324 at Devi Gas Agency, Thekkenada, Vaikom. However, a period of fifteen days has been passed no LPG has been issued to me. Several times I requested them to issue same but not any type of care from there part. I am hailing from Chemmanathukara area of Vaikom. No LPG have issued in this area for the last three weeks. Today, ie, on 12 July 2010, I personally approached the Devi Gas Agency Office at Vaikom and request them to issue an LPG. They not only issue the LPG but also arrogantly spoken by the staff of Devi Gas Agency Vaikom. They Devi Gas Agency stated that there is a shortage of LPG in their Godown. I kindly request you to please look into the matter and instruct the staff of Devi Gas Agency to issue the LPG expeditiously and change their attitude of customer problem hearing.

        Indian Oil Corporation LPG Section — Customer Services

        I have booked following gas cylinder as detailed below:-
        Ajeet Mehta Consumer No.22422 Booking No.6116 dated 20-03-09
        Varsha Mehta Consumer No.00607 Booking No.6117 dated 20-03-09
        with Raigarh Gas Service RAIGARH (C.G.). So far I have not received
        any supply against these bookings. This situation remains almost all the time.
        Kindly help and advise further.

        dear sir in indore city sundaram gas service does not supply to us our booked cylinder after passing of 25 days they are selling cylender in black in open and real user is in trouble

          Dear Sir, I am having a Domestic Gas Connection of Indane with Koodathai Gas Agency[protected], Tamarassery, Chunkam having consumer no.37247. (Shibu M K, Mekkothu Kandy (H), Andona, Thamarassery is my address). I had booked for cylinder refill on[protected] no. 13530 with this agency, but they has not initiated for despatch of the same till the date. And also seems arrogant on my telephonic enquieries to their office ([protected]). This is happening many times and is hearing that this is their general aptitude to the common man. I am facing this situation third time from this agency. I request your good office to take necessary action to control and regulate the activities of this agency and to streamline proper delivery of gas sylinders on time to us. I had also applied for second cylinder three months before and the same is not got approved so far, I request your good office may arrange to take necessary steps in favour of my above said grievances.

          Hi Sir,

          Even we are facing the same kind of issues...They are not booking the gas on time or not giving the booking number. Last two months they are not delivering the gas cylinders in our area. We have raised many complaints in Applette tribunal, but till date nothing happened.

          Please take necessary steps to fix this issues.
          I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLMS. IF IT WAS OF ANY UNION, IT WILL BE SOON SOLVED. WE THE COMMON PEOPLE DON'T HAVE UNION...THAT IS WHY THIS IS HAPPENING...

            1. I, Mrs Ponnamma Mathew, have worked as a Staff Nurse in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Digboi, Assam from Jun 1962 to 02 May 1982. (Approx 20 Years)

            2. I took voluntary retirement in 1982 and I was getting a Basic Pension of Rs 150 per month. Presently, I am getting a meagre pension of Rs 188 per month, which is insufficient to meet my monthly requirements.

            3. It is learned that the minimum pension Pre-2006 was Rs 1275 per month and Post-2006 is Rs 3500 per month. I have communicated with my employer for the hike in pension, but in vain.

            4. I have attached few scanned documents for your kind perusal.

            5. I am 74 years old and my date of birth is 16 Mar 1936. My medical condition has deteriorated and I am not in a position to run pillar to post, to get my entitled pension. May I request your personal intervention to get my entitled pension. Thanks.

              amar,resident of 40 - a ,yogesh nagar,yamuna nagar that some mal
              practices are being done by AMBAY ENTERPRISES,YAMUNA NAGAR which is
              distributor of INDANE gas is not providing satifactory services to the
              consumers alredy registered with the dealing agency.the fact faced by
              me and also the citizens of yamuna nagar are as under:

              1) i usually visit to gas agency office once in a month for delivery
              of single cylinder.the dealing official of the company always denied
              stating gas is not available even after dew time of delivery.
              2) after[protected] no gas cylinder provided to us in spite of our
              strenous visits.moreover the owner of the agency always misbehaves
              especially with the ladies customers.
              3) on[protected] i again visited to the agency office they issued
              delivery coupon but on reaching the godown the worker of the agency
              refused to deliver gas cylinder even within a span of three months.on
              our repeated request the concerned worker again misbehaved with me.
              4) The dealing gas agency so far the infarmation available with us
              blacking the gas cylinders in open market with a view to earn more
              money inspite of the given standard rate .
              5)The owner of the firm is a politician and never bother for the
              interest of consumers.

              Indane Gas Cylinders — DELAY OF CYLINDER DELIVERY AND IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER

              Sir,

              I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 27126the supply of refill of cylinder through MADHU GAS AGENCY, SHANTINAGAR, BENGALURU. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts it says the number dosenot exist i personally go and book but even after 4-5 visits the cylinder is not delivered its real troublesome for me to keep travelling so far so many times. I requested to accept booking on phone but again when i try to book through telephone its same no change . the clerks have a bad attitude towards customers. The management is corrupt. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder through computerised Toll Free No. 1260 of Indane Gas. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with direct booking with dealer. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking No. 295 Dated: 19-05-08, personally through dealer. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

              GURU GAS COMPANY — LATE DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

              DELIVRY WAS TO BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF REGISTRATION , BUT DERIVERY WAS NOT MADE WITHIN THE STATED TIME , AND THE REASON ASKED FOR THE LATENESS WAS OVER DEMAD. THIS HAD LED TO SEVERL PROBLEMS.

              Indane Gas — delay in delivery & accepting booking by phone

              sir,there is no time for common people,they give delivery to a person whom they know or if they took cylinder twice in a day by giving more mony than the origial price,they took almost 31-35 days to deliver the cylinder.when some one book the riffile by mobile ,the actually booking made after
              5 days.sir i just want to say if they deliver riffile in time by giving equal impotance.....

              so, please take some necessary step so that we get relife as soon as.

              I have indane gas connection with GURU KRIPA Gas Agency who caters to DLF and gurgaon.This gas agency has provided with two phone nos[protected] and[protected]. But contacting these both no is a nightmare as they are always busy and if phone rings no body is picking up the phone.

              we are in urgent need of the cylinders please do needful.

                My name is Prashant Shukla and I am working with MNC in Vadodara (Gujarat). I was transferred from Jaipur to Vadodara 4 months back. I also transferred my Indane Gas papers from Jaipur to Vadodara. But I am not satisfied with the help & service provided to me by local Indane Gas agency (ACME GAS AGENCY, Makarpura Road, Vadodara. PH: 0265: 6555272). First of all, they took time to tarnsfer my Gas connection and when they called me to collect the document, I asked for time of delivery, then they said you have to go to our go-down and collect the Gas Cylinder. Firstly, it is not the right practice and secondly, I don't get much time to go out from my office.

                I didn't like the way they communicatec to me and also don't like the process. When they are charging for installation from me, why they are not supporting for delivering the Gas Cylinder at my home address. This is quite ridiculous. I would request you to help me in this regard.

                  I have applied a new connection of Indane Gas and accordingly submitted appropriate paper to my nearest Indane Gas Agencies M/S Sheetla Gas Agencies on 13-April-2010. But till the date I did not receive any information about the same. Every time Staff of this gas agency use to say that this is under verification, after complete verification I will get the same gas. Now its 3 months passed away. Please help.

                      today i went to mann motors dealers bathinda indian oil corp. ltd. bathinda for petrol worth rs. 500. after getting the petrol via bill no.12189 I asked for free air service for my car tyres. as soon as i asked for free air service came the reply from petrol pump workers that they dont give free air service... reason
                      different replies 1 leakage problem
                      2 no electricity
                      i am getting similar excuses from the past 3 months.. i wonder why they have put up the board free air..
                      this time i went to the manager ... a 50 plus sardarji was sitting there..
                      i politely told him about the problem and asked for the complaint book....
                      but he said that they dont keep the complaint book as the indian oil corporation doesnt ask them to keep one...
                      if he was telling the truth
                      i think the indian oil corporation has given special concession to MANN MOTORS bathinda and it needs some investigation for the circumstances under which such special concession was given?

                      Every pump in India displays the name of the concerned sales officer with mobile No. You can call him over the phone and tell your complaint. Complaint register is available round the clock at any petrol pump. Get it from the manager/supervisor and write your complaint with all your contact details including mobile No. You will be contacted soon by the company sales officer or dealer. Don't forget that you are writing the complaint in a right way, what I mean is do not add cosmetics (write only what has happened ).

                        I am consumer of indane gas having reg. no. 12062 with Buttar's Gas Services Model town Ambala City.
                        last refill was got booked on the last dates of may or on begining dates of june. delivery was send by
                        above said agency on 29-june-2010 vide bill no. 8125 dated 19-june-2010 on wich the rate of gas was printed Rs. 314.36 paisa. The delivery man demanded Rs. 350. There was no stamp of Rs. 350 on bill/recipt. on my asking about the difference of rate the delivery man wrote Rs. 350 with is own pen on bill/recipt. Due to this act of delivey man the delivery was rejected.The above said gas agency again send the delivery on 05-july-2010 vide above noted bill,date,condition and i refuse to take delivery.Is this not black marketing. Kindly look in the matter . An early action will be appreciated.

                          BOOKING AND DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER.

                          I am a resident of 28/22 Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar Western Extn., Chennai-600 101
                          Tamil Nadu and my consumer #:18372. One M/S. GANESH GAS AGENCIES, Mogappair Road, Anna Nagr Western Extn., Chennai-101 and they didn’t issue a Domestic Gas Customer Card since 1998, we do not know their CODE Number and address. Their phone nos.are of 26562006 & 26562007.

                          For the last couple of years, I am facing problems of delay of refill gas cylinder supply. Whenever I book second cylinder, the persons who are attending calls said that they will book only 21days after receipt of last refill and then again 10 days for the receipt of cylinder after booking. So total 31 days and some times more than that. From Daily News paper we read as “you need not wait for another 21 days and more for refill gas. Could you please clarify that any rule prevailing now to book another refill only after 21 days?

                          I booked refill cylinder after 21 days, i.e., on 11.10.2010 but so far no reply from their end and they said it will take another couple of days to supply.

                          In this juncture, I request your benign office to take proper action and ensure that all your valuable customers not to face any hardships from the said agency at all times.

                          I would request you to transfer my connection to M/S.MARUTHI GAS AGENCIES, 1/1, Welcome colony, Anna Nagar Western Extn., Chennai- 600 101 which is adjacent to our place.

                          I am a bonafide customer of Indian oil corporation gas bearing consumer no.51979 through the authorised distributor pattammal gas agency,mudichur road,west tambaram. I had booked for a cylinder on 08/02/2011. However the same has not been delivered till today instead of repeated reminder to distributor .my waiting no is 5210.It seems that for those who booked on 12/2/2011,they have got the delivery.there is also no proper response from the customer sevice and other authorities of Indian oil gas.Am sufferring without cylinder.My daily activities like cooking are disturbed to a great extent. Further, I have also make a complain to state incharge through e-mail on today.

                          I have placed my all Gas transfer related papers along with my ID and Address proof papers to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur on 10 Oct 2011 with hope that I will get my 02 Cylinders + regulator as soon as possible. Several visits have already made by me to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur but till date I have not received cylinders and regulator. Every time they told me that vehicle has not come yet, now December has come. On 03 Dec 2011 I have again visited OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur A/N their staff told me that vehicle has not come yet, but from my some neighbours I come to known that they have distributed gas on 03 Dec 2011. I again went to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur on today (ie 05 Dec 2011) now again they are saying that when next vehicle comes we will provide you the same. Now this is totally unbearable for me because I have joined my work place on Oct 2011 along with my family and now December has come and I have not got the basic things here.
                          I can hardly believe that a department like yours which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing needful. I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

I had on line auto booked for a re-fill cylinder on 22/02/2012. My Booking number is 261827. However the same has not been delivered till today instead of repeated reminder to distributor ., Therfore, you may please help me in this mater.

                              Hi,

                              I want to transfer my INDANE GAS connection to Sewak Park (Raj Flame, Shop No - 11, Shanti Market, Rama Park, Uttam Nager,New Delhi). When i reached Raj Flame office they transferred my Gas Connection and ask for Rs 45 as the documentation charges. When i ask for the receipt they refuse to give it. After argue they told me this is the amount we change for the paper that we use to print the transfer information.

                              Despite that when i requested them to issue me New Domestic Gas Customer Card. They refused me by saying that from last many years we are not issuing such cards, asking for the reason they told me that IOC is not issuing us such cards to disturbing to the customers. I am totally surprised to hear that. Before that i was associated with Dwarka Gas (Opp Sec 5, dwarka) which always offer best service. But i saw these peoples are not here to give their even good service.

                              Not sure whether posing here will help me and many other consumers or not. But i am hoping for the best.

                                Myself and my wife are doctors and we have two DBC Indane cooking gas connections ; one in my name and the other in my wife's name, for the last about 20 years. We are using it purely for domestic use. Now our dealer says that there is an instruction from the Indane company that one couple is eligible for only one connection.Hence he has asked us to surrender one of the two connections.
                                I want to have a confirmation from the Indane company whether such notification has been issued by it to the dealers? Or is it a malpractice by the dealer himself?
                                As there is no shortage of cooking gas at present, this type of restriction is not justified.Cylinder being very expensive , only the minimum number of refill cylinders is purchased by the consumers.

                                Being doctors we have to offer hot water or even tea to our patients and employees ,totally free of cost on humanitarian grounds; hence this should not be considered as commercial use. Secondly ,having lots of social contacts ,we have relatives and friends visiting us frequently. Our requirement is minimum two cylinders per month.
                                I request you to deal with the matter urgently.
                                For the time being I am only lodging a general complaint against the Indane company for issuing such instructions to its dealers. However if the dealers themselves are trying to play any tricks then I shall provide the details of our dealer.

                                    MY FATHER NAMED SHREE SUDAMA SINGH HAS APPROCH ED DEWESH INDANE SERVICES , CHAINPUR FOR NEW LPG GAS CONNECTION IN NOVEMBER 2009 . THE GAS AGENCY HAS ASKED THEM TO FILE A AFFIDAVIT THAT NO GAS CONNECTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND IN NOVEMBER 2009 THE AFFIDAVIT DULY NOTARIZED HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE SAID AGENCY AND MY FATHER WHO IS 68 YEARS OLD HAS BEEN FOLLOWING UP REGULARLY BUT ITS SURPRISE ME BY THE END OF MAY 2010 NO GAS CONNECTION HAS BEEN ISSUED TO HIM .

                                    IN SUMMER VACATION I WAS AT MY VILLAGE AND I HAVE VISITED THE GAS AGENCY AND AFTER APPROACHING THE CONCERNED SALES OFFICER , DEWESH GAS AGENCY HAS BOOKED THE GAS CONNECTION IN THE NAME OF SHREE SUDAMA SINGH, VILLAGE BANGERE KE BARI, BAWANDIH, POST CHAINPUR , SIWAN, BIHAR AND ISSUED US WELCOME LETTER FROM COMPUTER TO SUBMIT CERTAIN PAPERS BUT MYSELF AND FATHER WENT THERE WITH ALL THE REQUIRED PAPERS THEY TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE CYL TO ISSUE .

                                    AFTER SUMMER VACATION I HAD RETURNED TO MY WORK PLACE BUT MY FATHER SHREE SUDAMA SINGH IS FOLLOWING UP FOR THE GAS CONNECTION BUT TILL DATE ALL GONE IN VAIN.

                                    TO MY SURPRISE CYL ARE AVAILABLE IN GRAY MARKET OF CHAINPUR IN ANY NUMBERS .

                                      I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their provided numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

                                      When ever we reach the agency and tell them that we are not able to get their phone no. the answer is that Our phones are ok.

                                      Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done.

                                        I was having a HP LPG domestic connection at Kota,Rajasthan.On account of transfer of my job from Kota to Chittorgarh I surrendered my connection at Kota & got a TV so that i can get the same transfered at a local dealer in Chittorgarh.At Chittorgarh I find there is no HP Gas Dealer & I thus approached Indane LPG Gas dealer Chittorgarh Gas Service,Kumba Nagar,Chittorgarh to transfer my connection from HP to Indane but they refuse to do so saying i am not having a Ration Card of Chittorgarh.I want to know is it compulsory to have a Ration Card for a Gas connection & if so then for people who are having a Transferable job that they get transfered after every 2 or 3 years is it possible to get a Local Ration Card everywhere.
                                        Someone please help me in matter.

                                        Indane LPG — Non transfer of my connection

                                        Dear Sirs,
                                        I was having a LPG connection with M/S Chahal Gas Service. When I contactede the agency yesterday for refill booking, I was told that my connection needs to be transferred to Mohali gas Service due to redistribution of territories. I was given a transfer voucher and was told that the new refill will be booked at the new agency.However, when I contacted Mohali Gas Services today; I was told that the computers are down and I should come after two days. They also told me that it is quite possible that the job may not be done on that day as well. When I requested the proprietor Mr Anoop Kumar to help me out, He was quite rude and told me “The computers are down from Bombay. You should have taken a full cylinder before taking transfer. These problems are being created by the company. We can’t do anything.”
                                        Sir, I want to raise the following points:
                                        1. I was never informed that I have to get the connection transferred. I came to know of it only when I went for refill booking.
                                        2. Computers or server being down should not be used as an excuse to delay a genuine refill booking. We all know that the work can go on manually in this situation.
                                        3. Even after two days, there is no concrete assurance of the work being done. Add to it the waiting period of 10 days for the refill delivery and my misery will be very clear.

                                        You are requested to instruct either the old or the new supplier to book a refill at the earliest and ensure timely delivery. At the same time the dealer should be told to behave himself.

                                        gas connection from indane gas service — refusal to transfer the gas connection

                                        Sir,

                                        Undersigned is a registered indane gas customer from ajmer, rajasthan for several years, and have a gas connection in the name of my late father Sh.Arjandas lalwani at superbajar, near ajanta cinema, ajmer, rajasthan dealer of indane gas .Recently my oringinal gas book got lost somewhere.I lodged a formal FIR for the same and requested to transfer the connection in the name o[censored]ndersigned or alternatively issue the gas agency another gas book but i was asked to deposit a sum of Rs.2600/-, submit 2 affidavits and witnesses from my 3 sisters married outside as i have lost both my parents or alternatively take a new gas connection by depositing Rs.3000/-

                                        Sir since I am going through financial crisis at present and it is very difficult for me to deposit such a large sum at a go.My humble submission is that since I have been using the connection for such a long time and already having gas cylinder, gas stove regulator with me issued by indane, the connection may kindly be transferred in my name .
