Dear Sir,
I am Indan (IOC) gas consumer, My consumber No. 1396. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Presentely i book the gas 11 August 2011, today is 20 August, no cylender reach at my home. I request you please solve my problem.

iam in 13 eswara doss street, triplicane. i booked the refilling on 11.08.2011 first message is booking your clinder by reference no.227675/cash memo 3504 but on 19.08.2011 your memo is cancelled that is message is shown. afterthat again iam booking my refilling this time the memo willbe generating on19.08.2011 but the cylinder will be delivered on 25.8.2011.the delivery man is delivered my cylinder loss of weight and heavy cost.i ask you one time to visit the centre tucs triplicane without information and check that fellows and dont do that next time repeatedly

I am Indan (IOC) gas consumer, My consumer No. is 27102. My problem is after booking they have not supply the gas home delivery. Presentely I booked the gas on 09th of April 2012 (being 15 days after of last delivery taken), today is 16th of May 2012, no cylender reached at my home. I request you please to look into the matter needful & solve my problem.
