SUB : Indane Gas - Illegal Refill Booking & Illegal delivery to Other person on Consumer No. - E002518
Dear Sir,
I (Anokhe Lal) am consumer of Indane Gas Service, My consumer no. - E002518, Gas Agency - Agnihothri Gas service, Noida. Sir we are facing more problem in refill booking & delivery. This problem are comming from last 4-5 month. Problem is that, Illegal booking & Illegal delivery is being by the other illegal person, This is happening from last 4-5 month. I have complained already to IOCL office regarding the same (Complained No. - 135531) but any tight action does not taken by the IOCL & agency. But after that, my refill booked cylinder has been delivered to illegal person. Illegal booking was going on from last 4-5 months, Last month I blocked my consumer no. due to this problem & replace my blue book (I get new blue book & new book no.), & filled up correct mobile no. on my consumer account by the agency person, but requirement for the new refill, I opened my connection again & I booked for new refill but the cylinder has been delivered to other on the delivery date & I am also available on date & waiting for the new refill cylinder, but till my turn cylinder has been delivered already to illegal person. I am facing this problem from last 4-5 months & I am refilling my cylinder in black & costly. I have complained before one month for the same (Docket No. – 135531). This problem is creating from the agency side, they are not supporting & do illegally job.
So kindly request you to resolve this problem.

IOCL/ L.P.G — MISBEHAVE
Respected sir,i am a consumer of m/s. bhanjanagar gas, bhanjanagar dist. ganjam, cons. no. 19219. i've registered for second cylinder vide sl.no.57 in the year 2007. when i visit to the distributors show room for the allotment of second cylinder, his show room staff told me your number has been passed away, you come in the evening with rs. 1910 to release connection.when i reached there in the evening they told me now connection has stopped so you can't get connection. i asked him politely how do i get information when i'll be eligible to get a connection? do you send any letter by post or not? then he shouted me infront of many peoples in rough words. then he also didn't booked my card for refills. after submitting voter id & electricity bill he has booked for refilll. he is behaving as a king of L.P.G, MISBEHAVING customers, take appropirate action against the counter boy immedieatly for the shameness matter.
