I HAVE BOOKED GAS CYLINDER WITH RAJASTHAN GAS SERVICE, KOTA Jn. ON 5 AUGUST 11 WHICH IS NOT BEEN SUPPLIED SO FAR, THIS IS A HABITUAL PRATICE OF THIS GAS COMPANY, AFTER RECIVING A GAS CYLINDER ONE CAN NOT BOOK NEXT BOOKING BEFORE COMPLETING 20 DAYS, THIS WAY IT IS MORE THAN 45 DAYS COMPLETED.
FUNNIEST THING IS THAT YOU CAN TAKE CYLINDER FROM GODOWN AFTER GETTING A SLIP FROM GAS COMPANY.
FOR THAT ONE HAS TO TAKE LEAVE FROM JOB AND REACH TO GAS COMPANY AT 9 AM.
STAND IN A LONG LINE.
THEN REACH TO GAS GODOWN WHICH IS ABOUT 6-7 KM FROM COMPANY.
STAND AGAIN IN LINE FOR YOUR CHANCE

THIS IS NOT A SERVICE, IT IS A PUNISHMENT..............
HOPE SOMEONE WILL RACTIFY IT..............

My supplier is BARANAGAR GAS SERVICES I booked for gas cylinder on 29th. Jan'15 and my booking number is 708810 and my customer no s 21522. now to day is the end of the Feb'15 no sign of supply of gas cylinder. May i know when I can get the cylinder?

    Dear Sir,

    I booked a Gas Clyindre for refill on[protected] with m/s Kandhari Gas, ROHINI, DELHI-110085.
    Till date, viz 29-08-11, it has not been supplied.

    This is general complaint with this dealer. It is not the first time always such problem occure. Today on 30 Aug i again call to agency then he told me for agian after 3 days how time a delivery of gas clyinder takes.

    Tommorow is EId festival , his is the to much limit of agency this is done at the cost of genuine customers who book refill and are harassed for the supply.

    Kindly take some hard action against such BAD agency.

    Please help.

      Indane Gas was booked vide booking No. 239513 Dt. 06/08/2011. Consumer No. is 06318. Distributor Name is City Lite., Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal,India. Ph. No. - [protected].
      It has been heared through mobile booking system (Booking status) that the date of delivery of such cyclinder was 18/08/2011. But till date the cyclider not yet being delivered to me. Pl. take necessary action to deliver the same.

        Poor response from Indane Gas Service, Balotra (Rajathan). District- Barmer
        Dear Sir,
        Your agency office for gas cylinder supply Indane Gas Service, Balotra has given the following no.[protected] for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call.Even they are use to keep the phone aside even after our call connects. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
        Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.
        Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.
        Please improve upon services of your agents.

          THERE IS ALWAYS MUCH DELAY IN SUPPLY OF REFILL CYLINDER BY PRIYANKA GAS, LAL GHATI, BHOPAL. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 1588
          We booked for refill on 25/09/09 and got token no as 26. Our elear is happy gas, Kanhirode, Kanuur, kerala. But we didn't get the supply till date. So we contacted them one week before. They informed that they will supply the refill next time, when their delivery vehicle passing our area. But even their delivery vehicle supplied in our are, they didn't delivered to us. So we contacted them over phone again yesterday, they replied that, there is no pending request from us for refill. It is absolutely wrong and contrary to their earlier reply. We also registerd a complait before one week through toll free no. Please do the needful at the earliest. In our prevous experience also, they didn't supplied the refill in time. they usually delayed for 40 to 45 days.

            I am customer of Indane Gas. My consumer number is 349 with Gurukripa Gas Agency, Alappuzha, Kerala.

            I had booked gas couple of weeks back. The agency informed that the gas was send through one person, Mr. Anil (mob No.[protected] on 12/08/2011.

            But till date(29/8/2011) we have not received gas. On contacting the gas agency, they are shredding off their responsibility by saying that they have sent the gas on 12/08/2011 and now we have to contact Mr. Anil. He inturn is not picking his mobile. Further, the gas agency is refusing to accept booking of another gas with reason that once booked further booking can be taken only after 21 days.

            Sir, we doubt that the gas which was sent to us was redirected to some one else. The phone number of the gas agency is[protected].

            refilling of gas
            Dear sir,
            my consumer no is 22203, Distributor,Shri Darshan Gas Agency, 18,pallav tower,pallavpuram,meerut
            We have refilling problem since last so many days.We book refill on dated[protected] ,voucher no.5763,but not supplied upto[protected].
            He speaks very arrogantly. Everytimes for single refilling we went 5-6 times.
            sir, a complaint aginst raveendra gas agency anayady kollam, thay are disconnected his telephone last one week.we daily trying for gas booking, but no respons .the numper is [protected], [protected].pls do the needfull.they are not supply gas properly

              Indian oil corporation — non supply of gas

              My gas connection no is 23057 .It is issued from IMPERIAL GAS SERVICE(Kanpur,Parade).They take at least one and half month to two months to deliver one Gas.For further boo king they count from the date of delivery.My latest booking is on 03.01.2012 .Booking No 773.This is still pending for delivery even after two months.Please enquire ,you will get the same descrepancies.in our previous deliveries.               Delay supply of LPG Cylinder
              Dear Sir,
              I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s Siva shankar agencies, porur, Chennai-600116. who are the distributor of my area, My consumer No. 8847. My problem is after delivery receipt for refill was raised last month 22.10.2012 but till date we have not been delivered the cylinder. when i contacted the distributor they are not giving reply regarding the non delivery of the cylinder.we want to know whether the distributor will take responsibility till the delivery to the consumer or only they will raise the delivery receipt and keep quite. we want the solution for this types of problems or please guide me whom I should contact. Hope you can solve this problem.

              I am one of a gas consumer (THROUGH MY FATHER) residing in Defence Colony Dehradun. The supply of my gas cylinders is through the distributor "Shiva Gas Service, Ajabpur, kalan, Hardwar Bypass, Dehradun". THE GAS SUPPLY SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THEIR OFFICE IS REGRETFULLY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING. THE ONLY TELEPHONE NUMBER[protected] IS NEVER NEVER ANSWERED. YOU MAY PLEASE RING THIS NUMBER AT ANY WORKING TIME AND CHECK IT OUT.
              I was in the office and inspite of the staff sitting just a meter away and literally killing flies, did not even attempt to pick up the phone.
              Their verbal and body behavior to their customers (mostly old retired Defense Officers and their families) is extremely poor and down grading.
              Inspite of waiting 25 - 30 days to refill my cylinder, the office staff have no responsibility to pick up the phone and reply me the reason for the delay.

              I suggest to you as a senior management that you kindly visit the office as a non IOC staff and see the results and validity of the above. If I were you, i would replace all the staff at this gas service agency and warn the owner to improve or loose the agency.

              I AM WRITING THIS TO YOU, ON BEHALF OF MOSTLY ALL RESIDENTS OF THE DEFENSE COLONY DEHRADUN AND HOPING FOR YOUR QUICK ACTION AND IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE.

              of IOC gas cylinders..My consumer no is PG 13808. I had booked refill on 20th Feb 14, but have not received the refill as yet.
              This is not for the first time with this agency.This agency takes months to supply the refill cylinder, specially in festive seasons.
              Kindly do something to improve the working of this agency and help me to get my refill well in time.

                I have applied for a new Domestic LPG connection at RH.STPP EMPLOYEE'S
                CONSUMER,RIHANDNAGAR,UP before 3 weeks.But the concerned officer is said
                that new connection is not available/closed.Almost regularly I am going to
                the Indane Rihand office with the application and returned with upset mind
                and also the concerned officer is not ready to take a view of that
                application form.He is simply ignoring any quiries except NTPC employees.
                Kindly confirm whetaher any NON NTPC employee is eligible for a new gas
                connection at rihand nagar or not.And if eligible kindly send the
                procedures.I have lodged complains on IOCL website and Indane Gas Sales officer mirzapur in this regard.But no response is received from them.
                Please do neccessary in this regard.Loking forward for ur kind reply.

                  Gas is leakage from regulator. I complaint to our indane distributor he demanded Rs.150/- for change the regulator. As per norms i have deposited the security for regulator at the time of connection & my regulator is not broken.

                    I have transferred my gas connection from Sarnath Gas Agency Canara Bank Building Ashapur on 29th Jan, 2011 (UP). the staff of this agency (Sarnath) was very co- operative and provide transfer paper on the same day, here our experience with indane gas was very good and positive, but when I went to deposit transfer letter SRIRAM Gas Agency, Varanasi BIRDOPOR, U.P. their behavior was very awkward don’t know why. after a lot of effort the agency not going to accept it and they told to go other agency they will not accept it, but SRIRAM gas agency is very close to my home and we want to transfer only this agency. But their behavior is very poor even they don’t know how talk with customers , The reciept of confirmation is being repeatedly denied by SRIRAM Gas Agency till date.
                    I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously so that I can get my transfer at the earliest.

                    I have indane gas at Warangal (Andrapradesh), Now I transfered to Vadalur (Neyveli -Cuddalore Dist). I have worked in Warangal in Granite Industry, They Transferd to me in Tamilnadu at Vadalur. Today Morning I went to Uma Indane Gas Agencies at Neyveli. They asked me ration card, I told i dont have ration card.i have Pan card only.I need gas connection. Kindly inform me . How can I? get Connection. expecting reply.                     I have transferred my DBC from Air Force Gas Agency, Race Corse Road, Amballa Cantt (Haryana) on 26th june, 2008 vide TV No. 0019908 of even date to Shahjahanpur (UP). I deposited the TV to M/S Rohit Gas Agency, Machinery Market, Bahadurganj, Shahjahanpur on 05.08.08 after a lot of effort to get it accepted by the agency people, alongwith two envelops with requisites stamps. My TV was sent to above named agency at Ambala cantt on 23.08.08 vide regd letter No. 0116 of even date. The confirmation reply was generated at the Air Force gas Agency, Ambala on 26th August, 2008 and the same was despatched to M/S rohit gas Agency by a registered letter. The reciept of confirmation is being repeatedly denied by M/S Rohit Gas Agency till date. Moreover they oftenly keep their mobiles swith off and if not they do not respond the call. I smell of deliberations at the end of M/S Rohit Gas at Shahjahanpur and am yet to get my DBC connection in this city.
                    I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously so that I can get my DBC at the earliest. I would like to bring it into your notice that black marketting of gas is prevailing highly in this zone o[censored]P. being a retired defence person I am suffering a lot due to these prevailing attrocities.

                    I have indane gas at madurai (tamilnadu), Now I transfered to bangalore . I have worked in madurai in upsIndustry, They Transferd to me in bangalore. Today Morning I went to raja Indane Gas Agenciy at bangalore. They asked me ration card, I told i dont have ration card.i have agreement copy only.I need gas connection. Kindly inform me .                     I am regular coustomer of Indane gas (Vinay Indane, N7 CIDCO Auranagabad MS coustomer no 1874).Recently I shifted to another locality where Prayag Gas Osmanpura is dealer of Indane. Honestly I approached previous dealer without taking delivery of due refill that I shifted my house and completed all formailities.Meanwhile before transfere both dealers assured that I will get one delivery immediately.Now with perfect paper work new dealer is not accepting local transfer and previous one naturally not sharing refill because i am not registered there. I am said that it will take another 3-4 weeks for transfer ????. then and then i can book refill. Sir for last 7 days we do not have cooking at home and how long we have to suffer because such dealers appointed by Indian Oil as autorised dealres.Request is therefor being made for immediate tranfer and availability of one refill form any of the dealer.My last booking with Vinay Indane was 936.Contact Nos [protected] and [protected].

                    My earlier gas connection was under my father's name , But my father has died and I want to transfer this connection to my name .My mother's age is 80 years and is completely dependent on me . So please guide me how to do it .

                      Sir, I am Gurumoorthi brother of Narayanan was DGM of Chennai Telephones. My brother consumer number 1968, Saravana Gas Agency., Gandhi Road, Perungalthur. Every time after delivery of gas, delivery man ( I dont know his name. But he is very tall. ) demanding Rs.15 to 25 rupees depends upon his mood., but we are paying tips Rs.10 everytime. Last time we paid Rs.20 extra as tips. This time, we pay only Rs.6.50. So delivery man using abue words.So immediately i called Saravana Gas agency[protected]. and complint about delivery man. One Madam attended the call and she ignored my complint and disconnected the call. Again i called her but she asked to come in person on Monday at 11 AM. During this working time, i unable to go there. Between this, the delivery man came back and asked delivered cylinder to take with him. Again i called Indane gas but this time the delivery man entered the Hall and he plucked land line phone and thorw it outside the entrance forcely and it was broken several pieces. He ran away immediately. Again i called to Saravana Gas Agency from my mobile [protected] and informed all incidents. But that lady suddenly supported his delivery man and we will not deliver the cylinder afterthis if you ask me in person sorry. I shocked and asked the reason. She replied me that i used abuse words. I did not expect this reply from her. Only IOC management will take severe action against this Saravana Gas agency., Perungalathur. Regards,

                        Request you to please take the necessary action if you bother the customer complain , most of the month I am facing Cylinder delivery problem , after booking my distributor will take at least 25 to 35 days time to deliver the cylinder, they are not receiving any phone call and also the most of the time on one present in the distribution center (Gas Office) even they are also not receiving the Emergency Contact number in case of GAS Leakage . Can anybody justify why it is too delayed ? Is it the Inden Gas Business Policy ?

As I went to ask the reason they told me that this is there common practice and no one can change it. So please take necessary action against these type of inconvenience.

                            i am custmer in i.oc.dealer .when i book my celynder in agency then my cylynder delever me 7 to 8 day so i complen in agency he said i.o.c plant was not give cylender wright time and he said chek my fieled cylender register so i am cheked his fieled cyl. reg.aproved by mamlatdar ( gov.) khambhaliya his right i.oc. was not send load reguller ; so agency is right .
                            i comlain you why i.o.c. plant and company not send cylender in right time and agency custemer level please answer me and sol our complain

                              Complain:- Gas regulator replacing charge Rs. 360.00 are told to me, but other indane gas agency are not required any replacing charge.
                              other complain are gas home delivery charge are must otherwise you are not able to buying gas cylinder.

                              so, what is a solution. Please reply.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I'm looking for new Indane new LPG gas connection, and I've all the required documents with me.

                                However when I enquired about the applying the new connection the gas distributor is telling me to come after the 15th day of the month, when I go after 15th again they will ask me to come next month like that they were making me travel and they were not giving the new connection, if i enquire any existing gas holders they were telling uyou will not get the connection until you pay some bribe(amount) to them,. this became the business for them and even after having all the documents we are not getting the connection.

                                Some one do the needful.

                                  Gas cylender are black market on Rs. 650/- to 800/- on Pokaran Chouraha, So IOC Agente is blak marketing.

                                  iam in 13 eswara doss street, triplicane. i booked the refilling on 11.08.2011 first message is booking your clinder by reference no.227675/cash memo 3504 but on 19.08.2011 your memo is cancelled that is message is shown. afterthat again iam booking my refilling this time the memo willbe generating on19.08.2011 but the cylinder will be delivered on 25.8.2011.the delivery man is delivered my cylinder loss of weight and heavy cost.i ask you one time to visit the centre tucs triplicane without information and check that fellows and dont do that next time repeatedly

Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                    I had booked my gas on 07.02.08 from Natraj Enterprises- Yelahanka new Town and informed that my gas will be delivered which was not done, and again when called on 12.02.08 it was informed my booking has not be done, again booking was done on the same day and i was informed that i wil be getting in two or three days and Iam yet to receive my gas. Previous i had received my gas on 17.01.08. now even though we have double cylinder we are not able to get the reffil even after 30 days, and also we dont have any proof of booking done on telcon. your early action in this regard will be highly soicited

                                    I booked for the supply of Indane Gas on 28.11.2009 with TAAS GAS AGECY, Chromepet, Chennai-600044 after lapse of 21 days as directed by them. The said agency has not supplied the gas cylinder till date. Acually 31 days have elapsed from the date of their last supply. The gas will normally exhaust within 20 days. The agency blame the Indian Oil Corporation for the delay. I request the authority kindly to issue suitable instructions to the appropriate authority to supply gas which is used for cooking at least twice a month.

                                    This is to inform you that Indane Gas service has become pathetic. The service towards supply is horrible. When ever I book a gas, it is supplied only after 8 to 10 days. I have booked a gas on the 19/04/2010. Till date the same is not yet delivered at my residence. My consumer no. is 3857. I have informed the same matter to Area officer of Indane on her cell no. [protected].

                                    Once I call Madam the gas is supplied immeidately. Please let me know in which way I should book a gas. Should I approach officers of Indane Gas or to my local gas supplier in this case it is Survey Park Gas Service.

                                      I am an army officer posted in the field and my father is also posted outside. My address is H No. 238 ZS'A' , BJS COLONY , JODHPUR. Our distributor is MEHRANGARH INDANE, SHOP NO. 1, VEER DURGADAS COLONY, JODHPUR(RAJ). My mother stays alone with my old grandmother at our house. Despite myself booking the gas on 16 July on phone the gas cylinder is still not delivered at my house causing inconvenience and stress to old ladies(senior citizen). And also despite several reminders gas didn't come. On contacting, they give silly excuses and rarely attend the phone call.

                                      I can't come frequently on leave for procuring gas cylinder. I request you to address my problem and give me a definite solution so that I shall be relieved and concentrate on my duty. Waiting in anticipation for your positive response.

                                        Respected sir,this is to remined you that iam booked my gas at seba fuel on 04/08/2011.(con number:050538,ANJANA RANI SAHA,83,m.b,road,birati,shivani appartment,4th floor.mob no-[protected])But i regret to say that i have not yet been favoured the supply of the same.It is understood from reliable sourse that the gas booked on 7th of auguest has already been delivered.so i hope you will take prompt action in the matter.

                                        I am 100% sure that action will be taken if not then I will also give you email ids of Ministry of Public Grievance and Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas officials. Please inform me through email about the result.

                                        But be prepare before making complain, the management of Seba Fuel will visit your house to force you to withdraw the complain. But be strict and do not withdraw the complain because they cannot do anything to you.
