M/s Tilakraj Agencies started newly in Chinchwad-Pune has not delivered cylinder from more than a month.They forcing customer to buy unauthorized gas lighter costed about 250/- (actual cost is 160 MRP) for quick delivery of cylinders.
M/s Guruprasad Indane Aundh has asked all chichwad customer to conatct above aganecy & all transfered customers are facing the problem from M/s Tilakraj. M/s Tilakraj agency is not even responding...

I have a connection of your company in my city Mansa under Tikka Gas Agency. My consumer no. is T-17157. The behaviour of agency employees is v.bad. They insult the consumers and supply of the company is too late. They booked the cylinder after one month and then supplied it after a week or 10days. We were supplied a leaking cylinder by Chahal Gas Co. (Indane), Mohali. The on line booking service says book your complaint on [protected] for complaints. It is impossible to register complaint on this line despite upto 45 mins of being kept waiting in a Q. We tried several times and gave up. Please request the concerned authorities to attend to our complaint at #159, Phase-7, SAS Nagar, Mohali....

It is very clear that the gas prices have been hiked by Rs 50/- from mid night 24June 2011, However the gas agencies which are suppose to deliver the gas have been making a foul play.
