I am Nanda Kumar Paniyadi, had custemer no.19284 at UDUPI, KARNATAKA from 11/03/2010, had good timely services.
I have joined IGIMS, Patna and transfered my gas to Jayashree enterprises, Baily Road, Sheikhapur, Patna-14 having custemer no. 2088.

I have two cylinders. 21/12/2010 first time recieved two cylinder from the agent while transfering and booking.
After that I have recieved first cylinder from the agent on 11th April 2011.
7th June I have went to agent for booking but no eletricity, computer is not taking the booking, so not able to book on same day. After that due to some urgent work I was out of station and returned back.
23th June apprached my agent and requested for booking. Agent told all booking is from his office is stopped. You need to book through mobile.
Booking details displayed in his office. Same way we have booked from this mobile -No: [protected]. It taken the booking and and informed that 10th June you have booked and delivered to you on 16th June 2011.
So next day (25th June) approached my Agent and informed same matter and he told me that your booking not taken in online. So we will book on behalf of you. Agent is assisted in booking and told me that your booking taking only on 13th June 2011.
5th July again enquired with Agent (Jayashree enterprises) he told me that only 13th July afterwords you will the cylinder.
On 14th July again we appraoched the agent, he said now 3rd July bookers cylinder delivery going on. Your's may get clearer on 16th July.
Till today we didnt get gas filled cylinder from 7th June onwards.
Big question is who booked cylinder on 10th June and Whom it has been delivered on 16th June 2011 ?

If agents are booking in cutermer name and troubling us at the time of cylinder means what to do? Kindly interrogate and do the justice to your customer.

lindane — always delay of refill supply
Sir, I am a customer of Kishen Gas Agency Shimla Road, dehradun since a very long time. Recently when i booked for a refill cylinder they said it would be delivered within 10 days. (I have booked it on 4th march,2011) again i went to ask about cylinder as they never pick the phone they said they would deliver the cylinder now you go to home n wait. but till the date i have not received the the cylinder, when i saw delivery boy near to my house i asked about cylinder he said it has not yet come, he was not behaving well and i was totally irritated by the way he spoke to me. I strongly say please look after this matter. The staffs working in the agency and the delivery boys do not know how to talk decently. They are always rude. The Agency owner should definitely look into this seriously,otherwise he might loose his business very soon....or please favour me if you can manage to change my distributor.
