delayed/non supply of gas cylinders
I am a customer of Indane Gas my SV.NO.606174 and CUST.NO. JB 9015 bhagwati prasad. My distributor M/s jai bhairav indane gas service,4/196,palla bazar , farrukhabad(u.p) is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 27/06/2011 and not supplyed till now.

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Pattammal Gas Agency, Tambaram is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 15/11/2007 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was already supplied on 21.11.2007. The cylinder delivery boy Mr. Kanniappan for my place in Guduvancheri seems to sell the cylinder to tea shops. I request the OICL Authority to intervene and solve the problem with the Distributor.
I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s D S Gas Service , pooth kalan Budh Vihar Delhi-41 having consumer no DS1547 . Sir Our suppplier is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 22/12/2007 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder would be supply to you within 4 days .
I wanna also tell to you that this is not first time when they are delaying the cylenders .Other distributers here are providing the cylenders within three days. while they usually takes 10-15 days and sometimes more then it for delevering the cylenders .
I request the OICL Authority to intervene and solve the problem with the Distributor agency .

Sir i want to complain Against my service Provider , that they are not providing there service setisfectory . they always take 10-15 days for delivering the cylender while other service provider always send the cylenders within 3-4 days here in this locality.
This time i had booked the refill on 24 /12/2007 and they today said that your cylender will be delever after 5 days .
so please take necessary steps
I am Suresh from Bangalore. We are using Indane gas service last 10 years. We have taken the connection in Yelahanka New town distrubution office in Bangalore. For giving refilled gas cylinder they are taking more than 15 days, they are not filling the delivery date in the recipt. If we ask, it is not possible or we will not fill in the delivery column,like this kind of command is coming from them.

If we ask the reason for delay, no gas cylinder supply, they are saying this kind of answer. Please revert back to me for my consern. Otherwise, i will solve this problem by consumer court.

My Indane gas consumer No.is 4809,throu Kasna indane gas service,Greater Noida. I have booked for refill on 02/02/2008 today is 19/02/2008 till date gas is not supplied. I have been contacting them for last five days personally almost every day,but in vein.
In other-hand they(Supply Persons) enjoy supplying in unauthorised way very timely and regularly.

I am not sure whether this complaint is being registered or necessary actions are taken . But no action in this regard will definitely prove that these persons are backed by higher indane gas officials. Hence, I 'll be forced to get the help of consumer court .

When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had Say me cylinder is not available. and if available they say me that bring your empty cylinder to our agency and take new cylinder .But that is not my work and i don't have much time.so many times i had been facing this same problem. I request you to please look into this issue

S Gas Serivce pooth Kala 11004. i went there but she told me now new connection is not available so sir i request to u plz give me advise what should I do so that i get the new connection very easily and soon plz give me reply soon.

My name is Syed Shafi Ul Haq, My consumer no is 525370. I have booked my gas on 25th of Sept yet gas cylinder has not been issued more ever as per the rules we got to book the gas after 21st day of delivery the agency says after booking the gas on the day of booking that cylinder will be issued after 15 days.. I have only single cylinder and they are not willing to book for my second cylinder saying that there is non availability of stock...even last month they delivered cylinder almost after a month of booking but the date mentioned on the reciept was just after two days of booking(i.e i booked gas cylinder on 16th aug-08 and date of issue was return as 18th aug where as it was delivered on 7 Sept-08) I request you to kindly deliever my gas cylinder ontime and issue me the second cylinder so that i may not face any problems in future

I am a customer of Indane Gas(Consumer No.12728). My distributor M/s North End Gas Centre, Barasat, Kolkata-700124 is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked on 19/12/2008 for supplying refilled sylinder. I have paid a visit to M/s North End Gas Centre on 12.01.09, they have noted my consumer No. and assured me that they will supply the refilled sylinder tomorrow i.e. on 13.01.09. But, they have not supplied it till today. Last few instances of delayed delivery case of Gas Sylinder are furnished for your kind information: (i) Booked on 17.06.08, supplied on 15.07.08 (ii) Booked on 13.09.08, supplied on 19.10.08 (iii) Booked on 25.10.08, supplied on 12.11.08. I would request you to kindly arrange to make delivery of gas cylinder immediatly this time and also take appropriate action for regular supply henceforth. Thanking you,

I am customer of indane esbee enterprises, shop no-1, pocket-b, sheikh sarai, phase-1, new delhi-17.
my gas no-SB2531. my address-C-334, sector-5, dakshin puri, dr.ambedkar nagar, new delhi-110062. I am not satisfied customer service. The telephones always remains engaged due to which i have to visit personaly for gas booking.The delivery is not on the time. The delivery is delay about 10 to15 days after booking.
I am a resident of Sarita Vihar, Pocket J, New Delhi and the gas supplying agency is K-2 International, in Sarita Vihar. My complaint is regarding the weight of the cylinder. Though I request for a weighing scale been sent with the cylinder they always end up with needle broken weighing scale. The second complaint is regarding the booking process. They do not pick up the phone no matter how long u try and when u finally go there, there are no officials to whom u can lodge a complaint. So kindly introduce an online booking process. i would be thankful i[censored] take necessary action. Thanking You.

My mother hold a double cylinders in her name. See wished to transfer the cylinders to my name .This inform me about the process in aforesaid transfer. Please inform my email id.
INDANE has the responsibility to monitor their local service agencies for satisfactory performance and they should conduct periodical survey among consumers to ascertain efficiency and punctuality. About 90% of the local service agencies are failure. Most cases these local service agencies are known for their notorious behavior with consumers and alleged to be corrupt.
Suggested the authorities may intervene so as to run this vast supply system more efficiently to well serve the public especially its consumers through out India.

Dear Sir,

Indane Gas Dealer Amar Gas Service Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, is not supplying gas in time.
The modus operandi is to divert the gas to 3rd party and submit forged receipt in the dealer office.
The Dealer Amargas and IOC is requested to cross check the receipt of cylinder by the consumer by calling him and when the customer does not receive the cylinder but delivery receipt is in office then prosecute the delivery boys for submitting forged receipts and also inform the customer so that a NBW case can be booked against the delivery boy and fraud is curbed forthwith.

I have booked my gas consumer no 28206 on dated:14/10/2009 through centrilize booking. yet I am enable to get my cylinder delivered in spite of my repited attempt to VEENA GAS SERVICE.

having Consumer No. 16447 and my gas agency is Esbee Enterprises, Shop No.1,
Pocket-B, Sheikh Sarai PhaseI, New Delhi -17. I, also, entail many problems in booking a refill as the telephone numbers of the gas agency are constantly busy.
The gas agency should have one extra phone to avoid inconvenience
we had connection in your agency our connection no is ds17574. has booked for refilling more than 10-12 times, every time your ward respond to send within day or two but we did not got our refill cylinder, please let us know if there is any problem, our neighbourhood got the refills from you but not us, please-2 send us or we have to take some legal action against you.

Indane Gas — delayed / non supply of gas cylinder

I am Parameswaran A.R. residing at Sai Subhodaya Apts, Opp RTO Thiruvanmiyur, The registered mobile number is [protected]. I have a gas connection for supply of Indane GAS with Cooking Gas Agency, 3A Malavia Avenue, First Street, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai Phone:[protected]. My consumer No. is 74047.

I have booked for a refill on 08/03/2011. Though no specific date was mentioned for supply of the refill [it appears it is their prerogative to supply on any day of their convenience] it has been billed on 15/03/2011. I have been in touch with the agency almost every day from 20th March. Though they would promise me to supply the gas the same day or the next day of my call, it never reached me.

Finally it was delivered on 30/03/2011 after 14 clear days. The delivery boy was given Rs.8/- [rounding the price of the gas from Rs.352/- to Rs.360/-] out of magnanimity, he started demanding another Rs.5 as a matter of right. He did not leave without the money being given to him. This is for the delayed supply. I wonder how much he would have taken from those hapless housewives to whom he has rotated the gas cylinder for 14 days! This is atrocious and high handedness on the part of the suppliers and their delivery boys.

I strongly protest against this and request you to register a complaint against them and to enquire about this. I would be very much obliged to hear from you about the developments.

sir main aap ki reliable gas agency ki customer hu, sir main aapna DBC coneection lena chahti hu par agency ke maneger kabhi stationary nahi hai to kabhi next month dege, sir next month phir rate badh jate hai. sir main middle class family se hu mere se itna rupees nahi diye jate hai, sir main aapna consumer no. nahi bata sakti kyoki appko pata hai aap hamara kaam karwa dege to baad me customer ko bahut tang kiya jata hai, plz sir aap jin jin ke DBC connections aaye hai sabhi ko bajib rate bata kar dilwa dijiye.

20 days Delay in Delivery to me

I had booked a LPG Indane Gas cylinder on 12/3/15 with the booking no. of 358309 and booking on dated 31/3/15 booking number is 362484 but it is not delivered to me yet.

    my complant is I was calling gas agency Muradnagar but he was not pik the phone. I would like to gas booking by phone coz my father go to agency than Mr. Rajeev & Sameer meet and said gas booking can't in our branch you shuld be call in call center than I call to call center. But can't booking coz he said "You have a landline conaction for booking. I have not any landline Conaction,

    So Plz tell me further process for gas booking.

      I am Nanda Kumar Paniyadi, had custemer no.19284 at UDUPI, KARNATAKA from 11/03/2010, had good timely services.

      I have joined IGIMS, Patna and transfered my gas to Jayashree enterprises, Baily Road, Sheikhapur, Patna-14 having custemer no. 2088.

      I have two cylinders. 21/12/2010 first time recieved two cylinder from the agent while transfering and booking.

      After that I have recieved first cylinder from the agent on 11th April 2011.

      7th June I have went to agent for booking but no eletricity, computer is not taking the booking, so not able to book on same day. After that due to some urgent work I was out of station and returned back.
      23th June apprached my agent and requested for booking. Agent told all booking is from his office is stopped. You need to book through mobile.

      Booking details displayed in his office. Same way we have booked from this mobile -No: [protected]. It taken the booking and and informed that 10th June you have booked and delivered to you on 16th June 2011.

      So next day (25th June) approached my Agent and informed same matter and he told me that your booking not taken in online. So we will book on behalf of you. Agent is assisted in booking and told me that your booking taking only on 13th June 2011.

      5th July again enquired with Agent (Jayashree enterprises) he told me that only 13th July afterwords you will the cylinder.
      On 14th July again we appraoched the agent, he said now 3rd July bookers cylinder delivery going on. Your's may get clearer on 16th July.
      Till today we didnt get gas filled cylinder from 7th June onwards.

      Big question is who booked cylinder on 10th June and Whom it has been delivered on 16th June 2011 ?

      If agents are booking in cutermer name and troubling us at the time of cylinder means what to do? Kindly interrogate and do the justice to your customer.

        I am a LPG Consumer under Consumer No. MM 5224 with M/s. M.M. Gas Service, Shop No.17-18, Taylor Road Complex, Gandhi Ground, Amritsar. I have booked my gas on 30/06/2011 almost 13 days have been elapsed but till date I have not received my gas cylinder. I also contacted the area manager of your corporation on his mobile no.[protected] he advised me to send him a SMS on his mobile no. Accordingly, I sent the same briefing the above position on 11/06/2011 but till date I have not received my gas cylinder.
        Therefore, I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and arrange for an early delivery of the gas and oblige.

        Dear Sir,


        This is to bring to your kind notice that I'm the consumer with M, M. Enterprises, # 230, 60 ft. Road, Avalahalli, New BDA Layout, BSK 3rd Stage, Bangalore - 5600 085. My consumer ID 29879.


        I have booked for a refill on 10 | March | 2015, wide booking Nr. 363135. Till the writing of this complaint I've not received the gas cylinder.


        A week after a booking, I tried to contact on the numbers mentioned here under, unable to contact over any of the given numbers.

        During their working hours, I tried on the four lines, nobody bothered to pick the phone on ringing the phone, the phone always found busy, thus I could not able to contact over phone. If by chance some one pick the phone, they hang the phone before completion of the communication, without hearing the complaint patiently


        I've to personally visit to their office, which is far away from my residence. It's highly impossible for me to leave the office to attend this domestic work, in my tight schedule. A work just a phone call will do, I've to spend time and money, to talk to them, personally. It's time consuming job.


        A small firm cannot handle a so much pressure of work dumped upon them. Somebody, made him the King. They are unable to handle the thousands of customers. Further, they are far away from the customers places such as in Basvanagudi, V.V. Puram. Hence, the customers are suffering under them.


        I, therefore, request you to bifurcate the burden of load on them and appoint a new distributor in V.V. Puram area, which covers all the surrounding areas of consumers. The consumers get a lot of relief. Think of the senior citizens, aged old persons, women folk, how can they reach their office, by bus, from Basavanagudi, V.V. Puram etc.


        Give a serious thought to my feedback. Sit together, take a right decision, in the larger interest of the consumers.

          sir this is to inform you tha providin domestic gas service of indian oil( R.K.ENTERPRISES B-51 mauryalok patna-800001) in patna has detoriated a lot.i applied for gas cylinder refill in first week of june but still i have not recieved.moreover they do not recieve our phone calls.. sir kindly look into the matter as soon as possible

          I am customer of Indane Gas Agency from almost 4 years I never face this kind of problem in my previous experience, my consumer no. IC – 6779, SV no. [protected]. I booked my 1 domestic gas cylinder on 08 September 2010 from Distributor Indane Shakti Show Room, DSMS, Ganjam, Chatrapur, Orissa after 16 days today (24 September 2010) they said Gas Cylinder is not in a stock and they told me on telephone (no.[protected] that after booking date we will take minimum 45 days to deliver the gas cylinder. I just want to know from Indian Oil is there any written rule for the same from your end. We are going through booking process but the other beneficiaries get the cylinder within day. I am quite confused from where they get these gas cylinders.

              I am Indane Gas customer. The distributor is DAGAR GAS SERVICE, Sector-3, ROHINI, DELHI-110085. I book the gas on dated 28.02.09 vide booking No 6 & till date delivery not made by the distributor. This is not Ist chance to late delivery. The distributor always deliver the gas 15 to 20 days after booking.

              Kindly look into matter & arrange to deliver the gas intime.

              Dear Sir, i have gas connection with indane gas at Bathinda, Punjab with Paramveer Gas Service, SCF 95, Rose garden complex, bathinda, they do not book cylinder before 21 days, when we call for booking they say they will not book any cylinder before the 21 days after the last delivery and after booking they donot deliver the cylinder even in 7 days , i called at their office for booking after appx. 18 days they said they can't before 21 days then i got cylinder booked on[protected] but i didn't recieved till today, today the only cylinder we had got emptied and now we are without gas at home. when i requested the office of paramveer gas tey said they get only 8 cylinder for us in one year so they can't deliver more then i called the sales manager of indane gas for this area from my no:[protected], then he replied that as per gas company rules they can deliver only one cylinder in one month. it seems not only the gas service owner's but the gas agency employees are also playing in their game, but can the customer get the justice there
              Kindly help to fight against the corruption or guide us with the complete rules of the company so that we should be a the part in corruption and will accept everything happening because my gas cylinder runs only for 18 days and i need it what ever way i had to follow.
              I have a indane connection No12097. I book my gas on dated 02.03.10. vide your booking no 111. But till date on 08.03.10 no delivery made by gas distributor. The gas distributor always deliver gas after 12 to 15 days late after booking.kindly look into the matter.

                My consumer no is 47515. I am attached to M/s Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam. Chennai.88.
                I booked for refill on 14th June 2011 and my booking serial no is 230621. I was informed while checking through the automated booking system on 24th June 2011 that cash memo has been prepared and the cash memo number is 13809. We have visited the gas agency personally and they informed us that we will get the gas 21 days after the cash memo preparation date. It is now going to become 1 month since we booked for the refill and yet to receive the same.
                Looking forward for a prompt favorable action and early resolution of our problem.

                Dear Sir.

                I am ;very sorry to express the worst service of Rose Agency - Adambakkam supply of LPG Cyliner

                I have booked my Gas cylinder for Refilling on 24th Oct 2011 through IOC Tel Number. We have received the SMS Message on 17th Nov 2011 your Cylinder was delivered by Rose Agency on 16th Oct. 2011. But till date we have not yet received the cylinder. my Connection No is JE 11079 through Jayalakshmi Gas agency - Nanganallur- we enquired to your Rose Gas agency - adambakkam, they informed us, It was wrongly delivered to Mr. Sadhasivam of Rose agency Number. We are unable to do anything with this human error. If it is really done by mistake or purpose ?. At least at the time of Delivery they have to see the bill name and address then deliver., and also we ask when it will be delivered us, they said Mr. Sadasivam of Rose 11079 booked on 4.10.11 for him due date is next week only. at the time of due date it will be delivered to us.

                Please how many days we have to wait for this type of Human error. In future ??

                Till date (23rd Nov 2011, time 4.15 PM) it is not yet delivered to us still we unable to discuss the thing with the Concerned incharge at Adambakkam, If we ask they are using the un-parliament word. Not able to diggest.

                Please instruct them to take care of this and supply us the cylinder as soon as possible

                  Sir, I have booked for cylinder refill on 27/06/2011 but even today i.e. 09/07/2011 I am unable to get cylinder from Triveni Gas Agency here at Katra, Allahabad. On visiting there I felt complete chaos and anarchy and nobody is bothered about consumers. Cylinders were delivered to those who even do not have bookings and even leaked cylinders were being delivered by the Agency. There is no responsibility for delivering cylinders at home by the agency and there is no one who can assure me that when I will get the booked cylinder. What this is going on I am unable to understand. My consumer No. is 45746. Please immediately look into the matter because every time I have to face such problems.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with swar indane gas service, swar, tehsil swar, district rampur(u.p.) pin 244924 and my consumer number is 10640. I have booked for a refile on 25th june 2011 at swar office. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks that agency deliverd the cylender on date 09th july 2011. agency delivered the cylender me on 15 days and agency booked thus cylender for reffling after 22 day. so next cylender consumer take fill cylender about 50-52 days. it is harmfull but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all swar indane gas service, swar, district rampur consumers.

                    The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

                            I had booked Indane gas on 22nd June 2011 vide booking No.208124. My distributor for Indane gas is M/s.
                            Kitchen Queen. I received an SMS informing me that cash memo no.11127 dated[protected] has been generated and gas cylinder will be delivered shortly against this booking. On 5th of July 2011 delivery man of M/s. Kitchen Queen came with cylinder and a cash memo No.11127 dated[protected] for Rs.365.10 but asked me to pay Rs.415/- as the price of gas cylinder had increased. I was ready to pay the increased price but insisted on a cash memo of Rs.415/-. I can not pay any amount more than what is mentioned in the cash memo. The delivery man refused delivery and I put a note on the counterfoil that delivery is refused because I would pay the amount mentioned in the cash memo. We all know, that price of domestic gas cylinder has been raised and as such I was ready to pay the increased rate but only against a valid cash memo of increased rate and not against a cash memo of older rate. I tried to contact the dealer but there is no response as the phone is not picked up. I tried to lodge a complaint over IVRS but I receive a recorded message to dial[protected]. When I dial this number, only a busy message is received asking to dial 1256 and record voice message. This also does not work. When I tried to know the status of booking through IVRS I receive a message stating all bookings till 23rd June 2011 has been cleared by the dealer. I tried to make another booking but in vain. I have now received an SMS informing me that my booking No.208124 of 22nd June 2011 has been cancelled. THE BIG QUESTION IS "WHY SHOULD I PAY ANY AMOUNT MORE THAN THE AMOUNT MENTIONED IN THE CASH MEMO" AND "WHY THE DEALER WOULD NOT ISSUE CASH MEMO FOR INCREASED RATE WHICH I WAS READY TO PAY" AND "WHY THE BOOKING STANDS CANCELLED ?"

                              I wish to rude draw your attention towards the rude behaviour of staff of Sharda Gas Company, Near High court, Bilaspur(C.G.).We have booked our gas on 24th July 2008 but they have not supplied the cylinder uptill now.We have contacted many time but regret to say that no satisfactory response from that side.Please take necessary action against the dealer.

                              Intresting Tactics by Trilok Gas service, Indane for delay in refilling:
                              I made a refill booking on July23, these Guys said wait onemonth and thereafer they keep tllign today/tomorrow.
                              One day they changed tune and said that Door locked and pls get in touch with Delivery Guy of that area.
                              Now Dely Guys says he doesnot know the address..
                              surpripsing - he did not kno the address but they put Door lock.
                              Dely Guy now keep dithering - when called Trilok again they say t hat the Gas is now booked for sep4 and another one month.
                              Then I ponted out the booking date is July end and not sep4 - they now say its rebooked becos door locked.
                              Now the dely Guy again says i dont know the address.
                              Again another twist is - the same dely Guy has delivered a refill last2 weeks back to another apartment right nown my flat in same Block.
                              How disgusting!!!

I am yet to get it. today they told it will take four to five days again. both my cylinders are exhausted and they refuse to accept booking it they provide the refill. It takes invaraibly more than a month for refill every time. I request you to take action for getting refilled cylinder for me

                                I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.

Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                                The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy ,W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26,domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].

                                i have booked for gas cylinder longback.my consumer no.16330.no supply till today.all their
                                phones are are in engaged inspite of trying for hours.pl ask the company to supply gas

                                I booked gas on 19th April 2012(My booking no-356490) but till date i.e. 2 nd May 2012 we are not received the gas. dealer did not supply gas still now. The last night i called costumer care no-[protected], But Gas was delivered on 22th April 2012 Every time they take more days to supply gas. Some times due to non receipt of gas at their end there may be delay but not every time. Please see. this my Request.

                                  My consumer No. in Indane gas Nagashetty halli is 30644
                                  I had booked on 28.06.2011 and the booking no. was 216201
                                  and they cancelled it without any reason
                                  I had again booked on 01.07.2011 and the booking no. is 217583
                                  and they have now again cancelled it without any reason.
                                  No one in the agency is giving a proper reply
                                  I tried on line complaint registering [protected] toll free no.
                                  No one is taking the complaint. They adviced to go back to agency.
                                  What should I do next ??

                                    I have transfer my gas from Mata SHEETLA GAS SERVICE (GURGAON) and they have transfer it to sringeri enterprise gurgaon. Sringeri enterprise people told me that
                                    they did not supply gas to sec:- 4 gurgaon(my current location). Anand enterprise use to supply it takes 3 weeks to resolve issue that Anand will supply the gas for me.When I went to anand they told me to bring papers (like rent agreement ,photo,id).when I go there they told me that they have closing so they do the process when I went next month
                                    stationary was finished and now they are tell me that your transfer voucher date is finished and our officer who sits on ragu gas service on first staurday of the month will verify it than we will accept your document.Three months has been passed I don't have my gas document. Please look into this matter.

                                      M/s Tilakraj Agencies started newly in Chinchwad-Pune has not delivered cylinder from more than a month.They forcing customer to buy unauthorized gas lighter costed about 250/- (actual cost is 160 MRP) for quick delivery of cylinders.
                                      M/s Guruprasad Indane Aundh has asked all chichwad customer to conatct above aganecy & all transfered customers are facing the problem from M/s Tilakraj. M/s Tilakraj agency is not even responding to customer calls & simply keeps their telephone receiver hanged up on table for hours everyday

                                        I have a connection of your company in my city Mansa under Tikka Gas Agency. My consumer no. is T-17157. The behaviour of agency employees is v.bad. They insult the consumers and supply of the company is too late. They booked the cylinder after one month and then supplied it after a week or 10days. While other agencies in our city giving supply in 20-25 days. They never pick up the phone call for booking the cylinder. And when anyone complaint them they missbehave with him and insult him. I want that the company take action against these kind of persons who are responsible for spoiling the image of company in the public. I think you will take action against the agency and its employees.
