[Resolved]  Indian Oil Gas Cylinder — poor service.

There authorised dealer Rohini enterprises's phone no is always busy, if in case it gets connected they never pick up the phone. Also there is always delay in delivery of cylinder.

I reside at pappennaicken palayam, Coimbatore.We are depending upon AMBIKA AGENCIES for gas cylinder supply of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION.Presently we are having a rough time as we are not being provided with cylinder even after booking for 15 days.We are having only one cylinder that cylinder has exhausted 5 days back.When we go to the agency theysay that they are having INADEQUATE GAS SUPPLY FROM YOUR ORGANISATION.Please do the needfull.

I am serving in Border Security Force and recently posted at undermentioned address from Distt Nadia West Bengal on 16/01/2009.Consequent upon my posting our LPG connection consumer No 6193 & voucher No 578 which is in the name of my wife namely Purnima Asthana was transfered to Assam region viz Guwahati.Accordingly my wife approached M/S Nabajyoti Gas Agency, Tinali Zoo-Narangi Road, Guwahati:-

My wife visited the said Indane gas agency on19/01, 23/01, 27/01 and 02/02/2009, but the properiter did not entertain for registering with plea regarding non availability of Gas regulator, where as he kept providing new LPG connection to other customer.
Such behaviour of the dealer is tarnishing the reputed image of your corporate.
Please take appropriate action against the defaulter and communicate the action taken against him, least I shall be constrained to approach Consumer Forum.

Our Gas service provider - Kameshwar Gas Service, Shop No.1, 2, 3-Municipal Market, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, J&K State is always refusing to provide door service despite of the fact that our residence is only within a range of 2.5 kilometers from his shop.We booked our cylinders under the booking no.1381, 1382 dated[protected] & booking No.1396 &1397 dated[protected].He always gives wrong interpretation for not providing the door service by saying that my riksha person has reached our house & our house was locked & for the recent booking some lady from the house has refused to take the gas cylinder.What a non-sense response from your gas dealers? It a curse on your part how the public dealing persons behave with the general masses.
More heniance crime the dealer is doing is that he is tampering the bottle neck sealing & removing at least 4-5Kgs. of gas & then resealing & selling the same cylinder to the public which I have brought to the notice of the dealer who hardly cares for the same & his way of talking is generally rude with the public. Our consumer No.are-KT2011 & KT2012 & the Phone number of the gas dealer is[protected].
In case our complain is not being redressed within 24 hours we (the whole of the locality falling our vicinity)will disconnect our connection from your company.

My customer no: 17591 from Macruppa gas agencies from mogappair I am booking before two weeks but not delivered up to 25 Mar 2009. Now today I call today delivered. She told reason computer not work or load not coming This same problem before two months

My consumer no. is 11224.I reside at Arya Nagar, Murlipura Jaipur and i am depending upon "NIRANJAN GAS AGENCY VIDHYADHAR NAGAR" for gas cylinder supply of "INDIAN OIL CORPORATION".Our cylinder is due from the 4-MAY-2009 but now even after 7 days and several reminders to the gas agent i am not being provided the cylinder.This has been happening for a long time now

Dear sir /Madam,
I am from Kakdwip (of south 24 Parganas) under West Bengal. I am a comsumar of Indian Oil LPG and the Distributer is of Diamondharbour which is 50 Km.away from Kakdwip and it is the only distributer within 80 Sq. km . So supply in accordance to demand is inadiquate.
My question is that why the Indianoil Gas Corporation does not appoint another Distributor.

I, Mrityunjoy Pal am a customer of your company and my customer no. is 19294.

My distributor's name is Abhijit Enterprise, B.T.Road, Khardah, North 24-Parganas, Kolkata-700 117.

Recently they have been supplying the gas after 15 to 17 days on bokking date for last one year. I donot know it is happened due to actual crisis or not. The person who supplies the gas
at Sodpur Area, No.3 Govt. Colony, Kolkata-700110 tells us that Rs. 50/- extra charges will be given to him for one cylinder without bokking. This means the crisis is not actual. It is
created. I have also reported to Abhijit Enterprise through telephone today. They tell us to complain against him in written. But I donot know thier Email address. So I am reporting to you.

Please take necessary action to solve this problem.

In our town i.e. PURI(Orissa), the distributor M/S.Super Heat who is your authorised dealer, previously gives gas at an interval of 21 days and now he extended it to 33 days. Anothere regular problem is irrespective of several call the phone ring, ring and ring no one to respond from the other side. When we inquire about that they just refuse in one answer that we always attened the call immideately.Pl go into the matter is the booking time is fixed by you company or the distributor. If it is your com. policy, then why, the other supplier has no such policy .

sir i am the customer of indane gas. the distributor of our is m/s marangburu enterprise which was located in chhota govindpur near railway halt..i have single cylender. from last 2years i have big problem .the problem is my famliy member has increse so i have to face a big problem . i want to double cylinder.but our gas distributors says you have pay for another single cylender rs.3268. can i ask you is it how should i pay rs. 3268/-. he giving me apron, or other things.but it is laready i have please help to me for purchase another single cylender.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm consumer of Gemini Gas Agency (Indian Gas), Najafgarh, New Delhi. The big problem of telephonic booking of the gas of this gas agency. I try to more times again and again two to three days on telephone but not response from the agency. I have seen more times, the agency staff put down the receiver so number is busy always. I request to you kindly remove this problem. I obliged for the same.
